Abstract

本发明提供一种液晶玻璃面板包装结构,包括:包装箱、及设于包装箱内的数个缓冲体,所述包装箱包括下盖体、及与下盖体相配合的上盖体,所述缓冲体为气泡袋式缓冲体,其安装于下盖体内对应液晶玻璃面板的边角位置。本发明的液晶玻璃面板包装结构,通过气泡袋式缓冲体作为液晶玻璃面板的缓冲装置,通过将该气泡式缓冲体放置在对应液晶玻璃面板的边角位置,使得液晶玻璃面板包装在运输时,更好的保护液晶玻璃面板,避免产品运输过程中由于外力而损坏,且本发明的缓冲体结构简单,易加工,进而有效降低生产成本。

Description

液晶玻璃面板包装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示包装领域,尤其涉及一种液晶玻璃面板包装结构。
背景技术
在液晶显示器生产领域,液晶显示器的生产包括一个组装过程,即将液晶玻璃面板、主控电路、外壳等部分进行组装,其各部件是先生产好封存起来,待后续组装成整个液晶显示器。其中,液晶玻璃面板生产完成后封存在液晶玻璃面板包装箱中,然后成箱地运送往相应的组装工站。常用的包装箱有纸箱、塑料箱子等。塑胶箱子结构较好,价格较低,但是缓冲性能不好,需在内部增加缓冲块进行缓冲。目前常用的缓冲块为可发性聚乙烯(EPE,Expandable Polyethylene,又称珍珠棉)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)等发泡材质,该缓冲材质价格偏高,且被压缩后较难回弹,缓冲性下降,无法重复使用,回收价值低且不利于成本控制。
如图1所示,现有液晶玻璃面板包装结构包括可相互扣合的上盖100及下盖300,该上盖100、下盖300扣合后形成一个封闭的包装箱,下盖300内包括一容置室302及位于容置室302内侧周围的数个缓冲块304,安装时,将液晶玻璃面板置于该包装箱下盖容置室302内并抵靠于下盖内的缓冲块304。运输液晶玻璃面板时,先将缓冲块304装入包装箱下盖302四周,再将液晶玻璃面板对应插入该容置室302内,最后再扣合上盖100,进而有效保护、固定液晶玻璃面板,避免液晶显示模组在外力作用下受到损坏。
然而,这种液晶玻璃面板包装内加入的缓冲块价格偏高、且挤压后难以恢复原状导致其缓冲效果不明显,时而在运输过程中有液晶玻璃面板破碎的情况发生。
由此可知,如何提供在液晶玻璃面板包装内加入高效的缓冲装置,实现液晶玻璃面板在运送过程中的定位及缓冲作用,并解决现有液晶玻璃面板包装中加入的缓冲装置价格偏高、且挤压后难以恢复原状导致其缓冲效果不明显的问题是本申请的发明人以及从事此相关行业的技术领域者亟于改善的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶玻璃面板包装结构,其采用气泡袋式缓冲体作为包装箱内的缓冲装置,该气泡袋式缓冲体内形成的空气层不仅能较好的起到缓冲作用且材质价格较为便宜,更有利于控制包装的成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种液晶玻璃面板包装结构,包括:包装箱、及设于包装箱内的数个缓冲体,所述包装箱包括下盖体、及与下盖体相配合的上盖体,所述缓冲体为气泡袋式缓冲体,其安装于下盖体内对应液晶玻璃面板的边角位置。
所述缓冲体呈“H”形设置,其包括缓冲部、安装部及连接缓冲部及安装部的连接部。
所述下盖体对应安装部设有具有开口的安装槽,所述安装部安装于安装槽内,连接部贯穿于开口内,所述缓冲部朝向安装部的表面抵靠于安装槽的外表面。
所述缓冲部、安装部及连接部一体成型制成。
所述缓冲部、安装部及连接部内部相互连通,且内部充满气体。
所述缓冲体包括第一缓冲单元及第二缓冲单元,所述缓冲体呈“L”形设置。
所述缓冲体通过胶粘方式安装于所述下盖体内,所述第一缓冲单元与第二缓冲单元的连接处对应设于下盖体的角落位置。
所述第一缓冲单元与第二缓冲单元均为气泡袋。
所述第一缓冲单元与第二缓冲单元一体成型制成。
所述上盖体与下盖体均由塑胶材料制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的液晶玻璃面板包装结构,通过气泡袋式缓冲体作为液晶玻璃面板的缓冲装置,通过将该气泡式缓冲体放置在对应液晶玻璃面板的边角位置,使得液晶玻璃面板包装在运输时,更好的保护液晶玻璃面板,避免产品运输过程中由于外力而损坏,且本发明的缓冲体结构简单,易加工,进而有效降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图2及图3,本发明提供一种液晶玻璃面板包装结构,包括:包装箱2、及设于包装箱2内的数个缓冲体4,所述包装箱2包括下盖体22、及与下盖体22相配合的上盖体(未图示),所述缓冲体4为气泡袋式缓冲体,其安装于下盖体22内对应液晶玻璃面板6的边角位置,以保护缓冲液晶玻璃面板6,避免在运输、仓储等过程中外力对液晶玻璃面板6造成损坏。
所述上盖体与下盖体22均由塑胶材料制成,塑胶箱子相比常用的纸箱其结构较好,不易破损还可防潮、防水,起到更好的保护作用,且重复使用包装箱还可节省包装费用。
所述缓冲体4呈“H”形设置,其包括缓冲部42、安装部44及连接缓冲部42及安装部44的连接部46。所述缓冲部42、安装部44及连接部46一体成型制成,且内部相互连通,且内部充满气体,所述气体一般为空气。一体设置的缓冲体4其结构简单,在充气时通过充气孔(未图示)即可完成整个装置的充气,冲完气后,在通过密封装置(未图示)将该充气孔密封,以实现缓冲作用。在缓冲体4运输时,可将其内部的气体放出,以减少空间占用率,进而降低运输成本。
所述下盖体22对应安装部44设有具有开口224的安装槽222,所述安装部44安装于安装槽222内,连接部46贯穿于开口224内,所述缓冲部42朝向安装部44的表面抵靠于安装槽222的外表面,该安装槽222可以很好的将“H”型缓冲体4予以固定,在运输过程中,由于该缓冲部4是通过缓冲部42内部空气起缓冲作用,其受到外力作用后发生弹性形变,以缓冲该外力,并在外力消除时可以很快恢复原状,更好的对液晶玻璃面板6进行保护,且其通过在包装箱2内设置安装槽222固定安装缓冲体4,结构简单,成本低。
请参阅图4及图5,为本发明液晶玻璃面板包装结构另一实施例的结构示意图,包括:包装箱2、及设于包装箱2内的数个缓冲体4’,所述包装箱2包括下盖体22、及与下盖体22相配合的上盖体(未图示),所述缓冲体4’为气泡袋式缓冲体,其安装于下盖体22内对应液晶玻璃面板6的边角位置,以保护缓冲液晶玻璃面板6,避免在运输、仓储等过程中外力对液晶玻璃面板6造成损坏。
所述上盖体与下盖22体均由塑胶材料制成,塑胶箱子相比常用的纸箱其结构较好,不易破损还可防潮、防水,起到更好的保护作用,且重复使用包装箱还可节省包装费用。
所述缓冲体4’呈包括第一缓冲单元42’及第二缓冲单元44’。
所述第一缓冲单元42’与第二缓冲单元44’均为气泡袋,且与连接结构46’一体成型制成,该第一缓冲单元42’与第二缓冲单元44’内部充满空气,形成空气层,该空气层对液晶玻璃面板6的边角位置起到很好的缓冲保护作用,避免运输时,由于汽车突然加速或者突然停车,对包装箱2内的液晶玻璃面板6造成损伤,且第一缓冲单元42’与第二缓冲单元44’一体成型制成,更便于安装与运输。
所述缓冲体4’通过胶粘方式安装于所述下盖体2内,优选的,所述缓冲体4’呈“L”形设置,其第一缓冲单元42’与第二缓冲单元44’的连接处对应设于下盖体2的角落位置。所述胶粘方式的胶可以是双面胶,或专门对塑料进行粘合的PP塑料粘合剂、PE塑料粘合剂、PS塑料粘合剂、PVC塑料粘合剂等,本实例优选为双面胶,采用双面胶纸将缓冲体4’的第一缓冲单元42’、第二缓冲单元44’粘合在下盖体2上,可以很好的固定缓冲体4’,且双面胶纸可根据需要剪成任意形状,且容易拆卸,拆卸后留下的胶易于清除,不仅如此,双面胶纸的价格忧廉、且,具有环保功效。
综上所述,本发明的液晶玻璃面板包装结构,通过气泡袋式缓冲体作为液晶玻璃面板的缓冲装置,通过将该气泡式缓冲体放置在对应液晶玻璃面板的边角位置,使得液晶玻璃面板包装在运输时,更好的保护液晶玻璃面板,避免产品运输过程中由于外力而损坏,且本发明的缓冲体结构简单,易加工,进而有效降低生产成本。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种液晶玻璃面板包装结构,其特征在于,包括:包装箱、及设于包装箱内的数个缓冲体,所述包装箱包括下盖体、及与下盖体相配合的上盖体,所述缓冲体为气泡袋式缓冲体,其安装于下盖体内对应液晶玻璃面板的边角位置;
所述缓冲体包括第一缓冲单元及第二缓冲单元,所述缓冲体呈“L”形设置;
所述第一缓冲单元与第二缓冲单元均为气泡袋;所述缓冲体通过胶粘方式安装于所述下盖体内,所述第一缓冲单元与第二缓冲单元的连接处对应设于下盖体的角落位置;所述胶粘方式的胶为双面胶;
所述第一缓冲单元与第二缓冲单元一体成型制成;
所述第一缓冲单元与第二缓冲单元的厚度大于所述第一缓冲单元与第二缓冲单元的连接处的厚度;
所述上盖体与下盖体均由塑胶材料制成;
所述缓冲体上设有充气孔、及用于密封该充气孔的密封装置。
