　本発明は以上の点に鑑みて創案されたものであって、より一層充分に消費者が安心して食品や商品を選択することが可能となる食品製品及び食品製品の提供方法、並びに、商品及び商品の提供方法を提供することを目的とするものである。

　また、食品が二次産品である場合には、食品の原料の生産に関与した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、赤身肉化剤、抗生物質、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類あるいは忌避植物の少なくとも１つの擬似物であり、かつ、食品と共に提供される付属物によって、食品が消費者に提供されるまでの過程において影響を受けた要因を把握することができる。

　ところで、ここでの「食品」とは、栄養素の摂取や嗜好を目的とした飲食物（生鮮食品、動物性食品、植物性食品、加工食品、嗜好食品、調味料材料、飲料、加工材料等）を含むことは勿論のこと、医薬品や医薬部外品をも含む趣旨である。例えば、漢方薬も含まれる。
　また、ここでの「一次産品」とは、加工前の生鮮食品、動物性食品、植物性食品そのものであり、例えば、大根やキャベツ等の野菜、あるいは鶏肉や牛肉等の生肉そのものが該当する。
　更に、ここでの「二次産品」とは、未加工の生鮮食品、未加工の動物性食品、未加工の植物性食品を加工した産品であり、漬物、野菜炒め、ステーキ、ハンバーグ等が該当する。
　また、ここでの「赤身肉化剤や抗生物質」は飼料中に含まれている場合も含む趣旨である。なお、「飼料」は、牛、豚等の家畜に与えるものは勿論、ぶり、まだい等の魚類に与えるものも含む趣旨である。
　なお、「土壌中の生き物」はミミズやモグラ等を意味し、「水中の生き物」はタニシ等を意味し、「昆虫類」はクモ等を意味し、「忌避植物」はマリーゴールド等を意味する。そして、これらの擬似物とは、例えば、模型であったり玩具であったりを意味する。
　また、上記の目的を達成するために、本発明の商品は、化粧品、薬品あるいは線香である商品本体と、該商品本体または商品本体の原料の生産に関与した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、赤身肉化剤、抗生物質、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類あるいは忌避植物の少なくとも１つの擬似物であり、かつ、前記商品本体と共に提供される付属物とを備える。

［構成の説明］
　図１は本発明を適用した食品製品の一例を説明するための模式図であり、ここで示す食品製品Ａは、食品１を密閉状に収容した容器２の底部に収容凹部３が形成されている。
　収容凹部３には、生産関与物の擬似物４が密閉状に封入された袋状の生産関与物封入体５が収容されている。なお、食品１と生産関与物の擬似物４はそれぞれ別個に収容されており、食品１の容器２と、生産関与物の擬似物４の生産関与物封入体５とが一体的に包装紙６で包装されている。
　ここで、生産関与物とは、食品１が一次産品の場合には食品１の生産に関与したものを意味し、食品１が二次産品の場合には食品１の原料の生産に関与したものを意味する。
　具体的には、食品１が一次産品である大根やキャベツ等の野菜そのものである場合には、生産関与物としては、その野菜（食品）を栽培する際に実際に使用した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類、忌避植物等が挙げられる。
　また、食品１が一次産品である鶏肉や牛肉等の肉そのものである場合には、生産関与物としては、その肉（食品）を飼育する際に実際に使用した赤身肉化剤、抗生物質等が挙げられる。
　また、食品１が二次産品である漬物や加熱済み野菜等の単一の野菜を加工したものからなる加工食品である場合には、生産関与物としては、その加工食品の原料（食品の原料）となる野菜を栽培する際に実際に使用した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類、忌避植物等が挙げられる。
　更に、食品１が二次産品であるサラダや野菜炒め等の複数の野菜を加工したものからなる加工食品である場合には、生産関与物としては、その加工食品の原料（食品の原料）となる各野菜を栽培する際に実際に使用した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類、忌避植物等が挙げられる。
　また、食品１が二次産品であるステーキ等の単一の肉を加工したものからなる加工食品である場合には、生産関与物としては、その加工食品の原料（食品の原料）となる肉を飼育する際に実際に使用した赤身肉化剤、抗生物質等が挙げられる。
　また、食品１が二次産品であるハンバーグ等の複数種類の肉を加工したものからなる加工食品である場合には、生産関与物としては、その加工食品の原料（食品の原料）となる各肉を飼育する際に実際に使用した赤身肉化剤、抗生物質等が挙げられる。
　また、食品１が二次産品である弁当やハンバーガー等の複数種類の野菜や肉を加工したものからなる加工食品である場合には、生産関与物としては、その加工食品の原料（食品の原料）となる各野菜を栽培する際に実際に使用した肥料、土壌消毒剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類、忌避植物等や、その加工食品の原料（食品の原料）となる各肉を飼育する際に実際に使用した赤身肉化剤、抗生物質等が挙げられる。
　また、食品１が二次産品であるフグのから揚げの等の魚介類の加工食品である場合には、生産関与物としては、その加工食品の原料（食品の原料）となる魚介類を養殖する際に実際に使用した寄生虫駆除剤（例えば、ホルマリン等）等が挙げられる。
　そして、上述した様な生産関与物の擬似物４が生産関与物封入体５に密閉状に封入されている。なお、単一の生産関与物の擬似物４のみを生産関与物封入体５に封入しても良いし、複数の生産関与物の擬似物４を生産関与物封入体５に封入しても良いし、一の生産関与物の擬似物４を一の生産関与物封入体５に封入すると共に他の生産関与物の擬似物４を他の生産関与物封入体５に封入しても良い。
　また、二次産品である食品の原料が複数種類の場合には、代表的な２，３種類の原料を選択して、こうした原料の生産関与物の擬似物を封入しても良い。なお、２，３種類の原料の生産関与物の擬似物は個別に封入しても良いし、まとめて封入しても良い。
　上記の様に構成された食品製品Ａでは、食品１と生産関与物の擬似物４とが一体化されているために、食品１を提供する際に、食品１のみならず、不可避的に生産関与物の擬似物４をも提供することとなる。
［効果］
　上記した本発明を適用した食品製品Ａでは、食品１と共に生産関与物の擬似物４を消費者に提供することができ、食品１が消費者に提供されるまでの過程において影響を受けた要因を把握することができ、消費者はより一層安心して食品製品を選択することが可能となり、食品製品の信頼度の向上が実現することとなる。
　また、生産関与物の擬似物４を消費者に提供することで、通常は食品１の背景にあって消費者からは見えない部分をも知ることができ、より一層製品に対する親しみを感じさせることができ、食品製品Ａの消費拡大が期待できる。
　なお、生産関与物の実物を提供するのではなく、生産関与物の擬似物を提供することによって、食品１の商品イメージを害することが少なくなる。
［変形例］
　第１の実施の形態では、取扱商品が食品である場合を例に挙げて説明を行っているが、本発明の適用対象は必ずしも食品に限定される必要はない。
　例えば、本発明を化粧品や薬品に適用することもでき、野菜や肉等からの抽出物を原料とした化粧品や薬品の場合には、その原料（商品の原料）となる各野菜を栽培する際に実際に使用した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類、忌避植物等の擬似物や、その原料（商品の原料）となる各肉を飼育する際に実際に使用した赤身肉化剤、抗生物質等の擬似物を生産関与物の擬似物４として生産関与物封入体５に封入することとなる。
　また、例えば、本発明を線香に適用することもでき、椨の木の樹皮を粉末にしたものを原料とした線香の場合には、その原料（商品の原料）となる椨の木を栽培する際に実際に使用した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類、忌避植物等の擬似物を生産関与物の擬似物４として生産関与物封入体５に封入することとなる。
　また、本発明の適用対象となる食品、化粧品、薬品、線香等の消費者（使用者）の身体に触れる商品は、消費者（使用者）が安全に関する関心が特に高いと考えられ、消費者（使用者）の身体に触れない商品と比較すると、より一層本発明の効果の有用性が高まることとなる。なお、消費者（使用者）としては、人間に限らず、鳥、犬、猫、金魚等の愛玩動物も含まれる。また、消費者（使用者）の身体に触れる場合としては、商品が身体に直接触れる場合に限らず、空気等を介して間接的に触れる場合も含まれる。
　また、上記した第１の実施の形態では、収容凹部３に生産関与物封入体５のみが収容された場合を例に挙げて説明を行っているが、生産関与物（ここでは、実際に擬似物が生産関与物封入体５に封入されて食品１に添付された生産関与物のみならず、その他の生産関与物をも含む。）に関する成分や商品名や場所等の情報を記録したコンピュータで読み取り可能な記録媒体を生産関与物封入体５と共に収容凹部３に収容しても良い。なお、記録媒体としては、ＵＳＢメモリー等のメモリーカード、ＣＤやＭＤやＤＶＤ等のメモリーディスク、ＩＣタグ等を利用することができる。
　ここで、記録媒体に所定の情報を記録することなく、ＵＲＬや二次元バーコード等を記載した記載物や、ＵＲＬや二次元バーコード等を記録した記録媒体を収容凹部３に収容することで、情報が存在するアドレスを知らしめ、コンピュータや携帯電話等を用いてインターネット上の特定のサーバの記録媒体にアクセスして情報を閲覧できる様にしても良い。
　更に、収容凹部３には、食品１または食品１の原料を生産する際の実際の環境を記録した環境記録物を収容しても良い。
　ここで、環境記録物としては、例えば、原料の栽培場所や飼育場所や加工工場の写真、土壌の分析結果、遺伝子組換えに関する情報、温度や湿度や降雨量の変化、生産管理状況、品質検査状況、食品や食品の原料の特徴やセールスポイント、作業者の声等を記録した記録紙等が挙げられる。また、その他にも、施肥、追肥、除草、殺虫等の処理日時や処理方法を記録したデータが挙げられる。
　なお、環境記録物は、上述の生産関与物に関する成分等の情報を記録した記録媒体と共に収容しても良い。その場合、環境記録物を記録媒体と別体としても良いし、記録媒体に生産関与物に関する成分等の情報と一緒に環境記録物をも記録しても良い。
　更に、上記した第１の実施の形態では、容器２の底部に収容凹部３が形成された場合を例に挙げて説明を行っているが、収容凹部３の形成位置は容器２の底部に限られるものではない。
　但し、容器２の底部に収容凹部３が形成された場合には、万が一に生産関与物封入体５から生産関与物の擬似物４が漏れ出た場合であっても、生産関与物の擬似物４が容器２の内部の食品１に混合してしまうことを抑止できるため、収容凹部３は容器２の底部に形成される方が好ましい。
　また、上記した第１の実施の形態では、食品を収容した１つの容器２に１つの生産関与物封入体５を添付する様に構成されているが、容器２と生産関与物封入体５は必ずしも１対１で対応する必要はない。
　例えば、食品１を収容した容器２を複数個まとめて包装箱に収容し、その包装箱に食品１の生産関与物の擬似物４を封入した１つの生産関与物封入体５を収容しても良い。
　また、上記した第１の実施の形態では、食品１を収容した容器２と生産関与物封入体５とが一体化された場合を例に挙げて説明を行っているが、食品１と共に生産関与物の擬似物４を提供することができれば充分であり、必ずしも食品１と生産関与物の擬似物４が一体化される必要はない。
　例えば、店舗等で商品陳列棚に食品製品Ａ毎に仕切板を設けて区画し、各区画に食品製品Ａを陳列する場合には、各区画に生産関与物封入体５を陳列する様にしても良い。
　更に、同一生産者や同一生産部会（複数人）が単独（１ユニット）で店頭の棚で販売する様な場合には、棚毎に並べられた同一生産者や同一生産部会の商品について、棚毎に生産関与物の擬似物を並べて提供しても良い。
　また、生産関与物の擬似物４の提供方法としては、消費者が食品１を購入する時に食品１と共に生産関与物の擬似物４を提供しても良いし、宅配便で食品１を送る場合に生産関与物の擬似物４と共に送る様にしても良いし、自動販売機で食品１を提供する際に併せて生産関与物の擬似物４を提供しても良い。
＜２．第２の実施の形態＞
　図２（Ａ）は本発明を適用した食品製品の提供方法の一例を説明するための模式図である。
　図２（Ａ）で示す食品製品の提供方法の一例では、店舗等で商品陳列棚７の区画９ごとに同一の食品製品Ａを陳列し、その区画９ごとに生産関与物封入体５が展示されている。
［効果］
　上記した本発明を適用した食品製品の提供方法の一例では、生産関与物封入体５を展示し、食品製品Ａや食品製品Ａの原料の生産に関与した生産関与物の擬似物を消費者に見せることができ、食品製品Ａが消費者に提供されるまでの過程において影響を受けた要因を把握することができ、消費者はより一層安心して食品製品を選択することが可能となり、食品製品の信頼度の向上が実現することとなる。
　また、生産関与物の擬似物４を消費者に見せることで、通常は食品製品Ａの背景にあって消費者からは見えない部分をも知ることができ、より一層製品に対する親しみを感じさせることができ、食品製品Ａの消費拡大が期待できる。
　なお、生産関与物の実物を提供するのではなく、生産関与物の擬似物を提供することによって、食品製品Ａの商品イメージを害することが少なくなる。
＜３．第３の実施の形態＞
　図２（Ｂ）は本発明を適用した食品製品の提供方法の他の例を説明するための模式図である。
　図２（Ｂ）で示す食品製品の提供方法の他の例では、レストランのショーケース内に展示されている展示食品１０ごとに、生産関与物封入体５が展示されている。なお、生産関与物封入体５には、展示食品１０に対応する食品製品、即ち、レストランで提供する食品製品の生産関与物の擬似物４が密閉状に封入されている。
　上記した本発明を適用した食品製品の提供方法の他の例では、生産関与物封入体５を展示し、レストランで提供する食品製品Ａや食品製品Ａの原料の生産に関与した生産関与物の擬似物４を消費者に見せることができ、食品製品Ａがレストランで消費者に提供されるまでの過程において影響を受けた要因を把握することができ、消費者はより一層安心してレストランの商品を選択することが可能となり、レストランの信頼度が向上することとなる。
＜４．第４の実施の形態＞
　図３は本発明を適用した食品製品の提供方法の更に他の例を説明するための模式図である。
　図３で示す食品製品の提供方法の更に他の例では、自動販売機で販売されているドリンク１２ごとに、生産関与物封入体５が展示されている。なお、生産関与物封入体５には、ドリンク１２の原料の生産関与物の擬似物４が封入されている。
　上記した本発明を適用した食品製品の提供方法の更に他の例は、生産関与物封入体５を展示し、ドリンク１２の原料の生産に関与した生産関与物の擬似物４を消費者に見せることができ、ドリンク１２が自動販売機で消費者に提供されるまでの過程において影響を受けた要因を把握することができ、消費者はより一層安心してドリンク１２を選択することが可能となり、ドリンク１２の信頼度が向上することとなる。

Claims (16)

  1. 　所定の食品と、
    　該食品が一次産品である場合には、同食品の生産に関与した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、赤身肉化剤、抗生物質、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類あるいは忌避植物の少なくとも１つの擬似物であり、前記食品が二次産品である場合には、同食品の原料の生産に関与した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、赤身肉化剤、抗生物質、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類あるいは忌避植物の少なくとも１つの擬似物であり、かつ、前記食品と共に提供される付属物とを備える
    　食品製品。
  2. 　前記付属物は、前記食品とは別個に封入されている
    　請求項１に記載の食品製品。
  3. 　前記付属物は、前記食品に添付されている
    　請求項１または請求項２に記載の食品製品。
  4. 　一次産品である所定の食品と、同食品の生産に関与した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、赤身肉化剤、抗生物質、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類あるいは忌避植物の少なくとも１つの擬似物である付属物とを共に提供する工程を備える
    　食品製品の提供方法。
  5. 　二次産品である所定の食品と、同食品の原料の生産に関与した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、赤身肉化剤、抗生物質、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類あるいは忌避植物の少なくとも１つの擬似物である付属物とを共に提供する工程を備える
    　食品製品の提供方法。
  6. 　前記付属物は、前記食品とは別個に封入されている
    　請求項４または請求項５に記載の食品製品の提供方法。

    　食品製品の提供方法。
  9. 　二次産品である所定の食品を、該食品の原料の生産に関与した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、赤身肉化剤、抗生物質、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類あるいは忌避植物の少なくとも１つの擬似物を見せて提供する工程を備える
    　食品製品の提供方法。
  10. 　化粧品、薬品あるいは線香である商品本体と、
    　該商品本体または商品本体の原料の生産に関与した肥料、土壌消毒剤、殺菌剤、抗菌剤、農薬、寄生虫駆除剤、赤身肉化剤、抗生物質、土壌中の生き物、水中の生き物、昆虫類あるいは忌避植物の少なくとも１つの擬似物であり、かつ、前記商品本体と共に提供される付属物とを備える
    　商品。
  11. 　前記付属物は、前記商品本体とは別個に封入されている
    　請求項１０に記載の商品。
  12. 　前記付属物は、前記商品に添付されている
    　請求項１０または請求項１１に記載の商品。
