Abstract

一种多口味电子烟,包括用于储存烟液的储液部件(37)和将烟液雾化变成烟雾的加热器(21)。电子烟内还设有至少两个用于供一种烟液在其内雾化变成烟雾的雾化室(34),每个雾化室(34)内对应储存一种烟液和置有一套加热器(21)。电子烟内还设有与每个加热器(21)分别电连接的加热器控制线路板(22)、与该加热器控制线路板(22)电连接的电池(913)及设于电子烟外壳上的控制开关。这种多口味电子烟具有多个雾化室,满足一种、多种或任意几种口味自由选择的需求。

Description

多口味电子烟 技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及电子烟领域, 尤其是一种具有多口味的电子烟。
背景技术
[0002] 现有的电子烟一般包括有用于储存烟液的储液部件和用于将烟液雾化成烟雾的加热 器, 电子烟内还设有一个供烟液在其内进行雾化的雾化室, 而该雾化室一般只能容置一种口 味的烟液。
[0003] 现有电子烟存在如下缺陷: 由于只设有一个雾化室用于容置烟液, 每个雾化室一般 只能容置一种口味的烟液, 使得现有的电子烟的雾化后的烟雾口味单一, 即使在一个雾化室 内加入多种口味混合的混合烟液, 雾化后全部口味都集中在一起, 不符合客户多种口味、 任 意几种口味自由选择组合的需求。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的在于提供一种多口味电子烟, 其具有多个雾化室, 满足一种、 多种或 任意几种口味自由选择的需求。
[0005] 为达到上述目的, 本发明提供一种多口味电子烟, 包括用于储存烟液的储液部件和 将烟液雾化变成烟雾的加热器, 所述电子烟内还设有至少两个用于供一种烟液在其内雾化变 成烟雾的雾化室, 每个雾化室内对应储存一种烟液和置有一套加热器, 电子烟内还设有与每 个加热器分别电连接的加热器控制线路板、 与该加热器控制线路板电连接的电池及设于电子 烟外壳上的控制开关。
[0006] 进一步地, 所述雾化室内设有一导管用于支撑所述储液部件, 所述储液部件呈套筒 体状, 其套设于该导管外部。
[0007] 进一步地, 所述加热器包括电热丝及用于吸收烟液和支撑该电热丝的导液部件, 所 述导管上设有一个沿径向贯通导管侧壁的卡槽用于安装所述导液部件, 导液部件的两端伸出 导管侧壁外部并与所述储液部件的内壁相抵接。
[0008] 进一步地, 所述吸筒内还设有一用于容置所述储液部件和加热器的烟液杯, 所述至 少两个雾化室形成于该烟液杯内。
[0009] 进一步地, 所述烟液杯包括与所述吸筒的内壁相适配的杯筒及带有通气孔的杯座和 带有通气孔的杯盖, 杯盖和杯座分别设于杯筒的两端, 杯筒内形成有至少两个空腔, 杯盖插 入杯体的顶端与空腔的顶部周圈密封连接, 杯座插入杯筒的底端与空腔的底部周圈密封连 接, 杯盖与杯座相对应以限定所述导管的两端, 所述杯盖与杯座相对应并与所述空腔的侧壁 形成的封闭内腔形成所述雾化室, 所述储液部件容置于该雾化室内。
[0010] 进一步地, 所述空腔呈圆筒状, 所述杯盖包括圆形的本体、 自该本体的底壁中部沿 轴向延伸的用于限定所述导管的定位柱及沿轴向贯通定位柱和本体的通气孔; 对应的, 所述 杯座包括圆形的本体、 自该本体的底壁中部沿轴向延伸的用于限定所述导管的定位柱及沿轴 向贯通定位柱和所述本体的通气孔; 所述杯盖的定位柱与所述杯座的定位柱分别插入所述导 管的两端而将所述导管定位于雾化室内。
[0011] 进一步地, 所述电子烟采用分体式结构, 其包括相互连接的吸杆和电源杆, 所述吸杆 的一端设有第一连接器, 对应地, 所述电源杆的一端设有第二连接器用于与所述第一连接器 连接紧固。
[0012] 进一步地, 所述加热器和烟液杯设于所述吸杆内, 而所述电池和加热器控制线路板 设于所述电源杆内; 所述第一连接器内还设有加热器第一电极及第一绝缘套, 所述加热器第 一电极利用第一绝缘套卡紧于作为加热器第二电极的第一连接器内; 所述第二连接器内还设 有电池第一电极及第二绝缘套; 所述电池第一电极利用所述第二绝缘套卡紧于作为电池第二 电极的第二连接器内。
[0013] 进一步地, 所述吸杆和电源杆的连接方式为卡接、 插接或螺接。
[0014] 进一步地, 所述电子烟采用一体式结构。
[0015] 进一步地, 所述导液部件采用能像海绵一样能吸水和蓄水的玻璃纤维或具有吸液和 隔液性能的材质制成。
[0016] 进一步地, 所述储液部体采用能像海绵一样能吸水和蓄水的高温棉、 玻纤棉或厚布 棉制成。
[0017] 本发明的多口味电子烟内设有至少两个雾化室, 每个雾化室内的储存的烟液口味不 同, 根据需要启动控制开关控制雾化室内的加热器将其该雾化室内的烟液雾化, 可启动单一 一个雾化室的加热器工作、 或同时启动所有雾化室的加热器同时工作, 或者启动任意几个所 雾化室内的加热器工作, 满足吸烟者一种、 多种或任意几种口味自由选择的目的。

具体实施方式
[0025] 如图 1 至 6 所示, 本发明第一实施例提供一种多口味电子烟 100, 该多口味电子烟 100为分体式结构的电子烟, 其包括电子烟吸杆 90和电源杆 91, 电子烟吸杆 90与电源杆 91 的连接方式为卡接、 插接或螺接, 本实施例中采用螺接, 电子烟吸杆 90与电源杆 91利 用下文将要描述的设于吸杆 90上的第一连接器 5和设于电源杆 91上的第二连接器 6实现螺 接。 本实施例中描述的方向以图 2表示的方向为准。
[0026] 在本实施例中, 所述电子烟吸杆 90 包括具有中空内腔的吸筒 1、 加热装置 2、 内设 有多个雾化室的烟液杯 3、 设有通气孔的吸嘴 4及用于与电源杆 91相连接的第一连接器 5。 所述吸嘴 4和第一连接器 5分别安装于吸筒 1的两端, 加热装置 2和烟液杯 3位于吸筒内。
[0027] 如图 2至图 6所示, 所述加热装置 2包括加热器 21、 加热器控制线路板 22及用于容 置和固定该加热器控制线路板 22 的线路板固定座 23, 本实施例中, 加热器 21 设于所述电 子烟吸杆 90内, 而加热器控制线路板 22和线路板固定座 23设于所述电源杆 91内, 加热器 控制线路板 22分别控制多个加热器 21工作, 可同时启动或按需要任意几个进行组合启动。 本实施例中设有两个加热器 21。
[0028] 如图 3所示, 所述加热器 21用于将烟液雾化转变成烟雾, 其包括电热丝 211及用于 吸收烟液和支撑该电热丝 211 的导液部件 212, 所述电热丝 211 缠绕于所述导液部件 212 上, 导液部件 212能像海绵一样能吸水和蓄水, 可由玻璃纤维或具有吸液和隔液性能的材质 如棉质材料制成。 本实例中, 该导液部件 212容置固定于所述烟液杯 3内, 电热丝 211的两 端穿出烟液杯 3再与所述电源杆 91内的正电极和负电极电连接。
[0029] 如图 3、 图 4所示, 本实施例中, 所述烟液杯 3包括杯座 31、 杯筒 32、 杯盖 33、 导 管 35及储液部件 37, 烟液杯 3内形成有雾化室 34用于供烟液在其内雾化。 其中, 杯座 31 和杯盖 33设于杯筒 32的两端, 导管 35固定于杯座 31和杯盖 33之间; 储液部件 37固定于 导管 35外且位于杯座 31和杯盖 33之间。
[0030] 所述杯座 31 (见图 3、 图 4) 包括圆形本体 311、 自本体 311上表面的中部沿轴向方 向延伸的定位柱 312及沿轴向贯通定位柱 312和本体 311形成通气孔 313; 杯座 31上还设 有用于供电热丝 211的导电线穿透的穿线孔 314。 本体 311利用其侧壁涨紧固定于下文将要 描述的杯筒 32的空腔 322的内壁上。 杯座 31可采用硅胶材质制成。 [0031] 所述杯筒 32 (见图 3、 图 6) 呈圆筒形, 其包括圆筒形本体 321、 形成于本体 321 内 部沿轴向方向贯通的空腔 322及位于本体 321顶部的通孔 323; 杯筒 32内形成有至少两个 空腔 322用于容置所述储液部件 37和加热器 21, 本实施例中为两个空腔 322, 该两个空腔 322均与所述通孔 323相通, 每个空腔 322内储存的烟液的口味不同。 本体 321利用其侧壁 涨紧固定于所述吸筒 1的内壁上。 所述通孔 323用于安装所述杯盖 33。
[0032] 所述杯盖 33 (见图 3、 图 5 ) 可采用硅胶材质制成, 本实施例中, 其包括圆形的本体 331、 自本体 331 中部沿轴向方向延伸形成定位柱 332、 沿轴向贯通定位柱 332和本体 331 的通气孔 333, 杯盖 33的外径略大于所述杯筒 32上的通孔 323的内径, 杯盖 33利用侧壁 涨紧固定于所述通孔 323的内壁。 当烟液杯 3 内的烟液用完时, 拔出杯盖 33即可往烟液杯 3的雾化室 34内继续添加所需的烟液。 本实施例的杯盖 33与本体 1相适配, 其上设有两个 定位柱 332用于与所述两个空腔 322相配合, 所述杯盖 33的定位柱 41与杯座 31的定位柱 311相对应, 分别固定导管 35两端。 所述杯盖 33的本体 331 的底壁与杯座 31 的本体 311 的顶壁相对应并与所述空腔 322 的侧壁之间形成的封闭内腔为所述雾化室 34, 所述储液部 件 37容置于该雾化室 34内。
[0033] 所述导管 35 (见图 2、 图 3 ) 用于支撑所述储液部件 37和支撑所述导液部件 212, 还用作烟液被所述加热器 21 雾化后所产生的烟雾通至吸筒 1外部的通道。 本实例中, 导管 35 为空心圆管, 可采用塑胶或纤维材质制成, 例如玻纤管, 其包括顶部和底部, 其顶部套 设于所述杯盖 33的定位柱 41上并与其周圈密封连接, 而其底部套设于所述杯座 31 的定位 柱 311 上并与其周圈密封连接。 导管 35 开设有贯通其管壁的卡槽 351, 用于支撑和固定所 述导液部件 212, 所述导液部件 212横跨导管 35内两端分别穿过卡槽 351并与储液部件 37 相抵接以吸收烟液供所述电热丝 211雾化。
[0034] 所述储液部件 37 (见图 2、 图 3 ) 用于吸收并储存注入到烟液杯 3内的烟液以便于加 热器 2后续将烟液雾化, 其能像海绵一样能吸水和蓄水, 可采用具有吸液和隔液性能的材质 如棉质材料制成。 储液部件 37 为中通的筒体结构, 其套设于所述导管 35 的外侧并与导管 35 的外壁相互涨紧而支撑, 其容置与所述内腔 34 内。 储液部件 37 的侧壁与所述导液部件 212相抵接, 烟液从所述储液部件 37渗透至所述导液部件 212内被吸收后由电热丝 211将 其蒸发变成烟雾。
[0035] 如图 1、 图 3所示, 所述第一连接器 5的形状与吸筒 1相适应, 其采用可被可导电材 质例如铁质材料制成。 第一连接器 5大致呈中通的圆筒体, 其包括圆筒形的本体及沿本体径 向向外延伸的定位凸缘, 本体插入所述吸筒 1内利用所述定位凸缘进行定位并与吸筒 1连接 紧固配合, 第一连接器 5的内壁上还设有内螺纹用于与第二连接器 6连接配合; 其内壁上还 形成一卡环。 本实施中, 所述第一连接器 5 作为加热器 21 的第二电极 (如正电极)。 第一连 接器 5内还设有加热器第一电极 57 (如负电极) 及第一绝缘套 59; 所述加热器第一电极 57 中部设有通气孔, 所述加热器第一电极 57利用所述第一绝缘套 59安装于所述卡环内并与第 以连接器 5绝缘。
[0036] 如图 2、 图 3所示, 所述电源杆 91包括套筒 910、 分别设于套筒 910两端的第二连 接器 6和底盖 912、 容置于套筒 910内的电池 913。
[0037] 如图 1、 图 2所示, 所述第二连接器 6与所述第一连接器 5相匹配, 第二连接器 6 设于所述套筒 910的顶端, 用于使吸杆 90和电池杆 91相连接, 其采用可导电材质例如铁质 材料制成; 第二连接器 6大致呈中通的圆筒形, 其包括圆筒形的上部和圆筒形的下部, 该上 部外部形成有外螺纹用于与所述第一连接器 5的内螺纹相螺纹连接配合, 上部与下部之间设 有设有用于与所述套筒 910相适配的定位台阶, 第二连接器 6利用下部的外壁涨紧固定于所 述套筒 910的内壁上。 第二连接器 6的内壁上还设有卡环。 第二连接器内还设有用于与电池 913 的电极 (例如负电极) 电连接的电池第一电极 67和第二绝缘套 69, 所述电池第一电极 67 中部设有通气孔, 所述电池第一电极 67利用所述第二绝缘套 69安装于所述第二连接器 的卡环内并与第二连接器 6绝缘。 本实施例中, 第二连接器 6作为电池 913的第二电极 (例 如正电极)。
[0038] 每个雾化室 34 内均设有一个储液部件 37 用于储存一种口味的烟液, 且每一雾化室 34内均对应设有一个加热器 21, 每个加热器 21均与所述加热器控制线路板 22连接, 并利 用一控制开关 (图中未示) 进行控制, 该控制开关设于电子烟的外壁上, 用于启动所需的烟 液口味对应的雾化室 34内的加热器 21工作。 电子烟工作前, 少量烟液从储液部件 37 内渗 透并储存于所述导液部件 212内, 工作时, 按下所需的烟液口味的控制开关, 由加热器控制 线路板 22控制所对应的雾化室 34内的加热器 21进行工作, 所述电热丝 211导电发热, 使 储存于导液部件 212内的烟液被加热雾化装变为烟雾, 烟雾从所述导管 5从杯盖 33散发到 烟液杯 3外部进入到吸筒 1的内腔内, 再经所述吸嘴 4的通气孔被吸烟者吸入口中。 由于每 个雾化室均设有一套加热器 21将其内储存的烟液雾化, 每个雾化室 34内的烟液雾化后进入 吸筒 1内腔内, 吸烟者可根据其需要用控制开关对应启动单个雾化室 34内的加热器 21将所 需口味的烟液雾化, 满足一种、 多种或任意几种烟液口味的随意选择, 若是需要多种口味, 则各自种口味的烟液被各自雾化室 34内的加热器 21雾化后, 多种烟液的烟雾在吸筒 1内混 合后再被吸烟者吸入口中。 [0039] 本发明的电子烟, 其采用两个雾化室 34, 可提供两种不同口味烟液供吸烟者旋转, 当然, 也可跟客户根据需要制成三个或三个以上的雾化室 34, 其他与雾化室 34相匹配的部 件的数量进行适应性变换即可。 本发明实施例的电子烟 100是分体式结构, 可理解地, 电子 烟 100也可采用一体式结构, 所述吸杆和电源杆可作成一体。
[0040] 以上所述是本发明的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来 说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本 发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种多口味电子烟, 包括用于储存烟液的储液部件和将烟液雾化变成烟雾的加热器, 所 述电子烟内还设有至少两个用于供一种烟液在其内雾化变成烟雾的雾化室, 每个雾化室内对 应储存一种烟液和置有一套加热器, 电子烟内还设有与每个加热器分别电连接的加热器控制 线路板、 与该加热器控制线路板电连接的电池及设于电子烟外壳上的控制开关。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的多口味电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化室内设有一导管用于支撑所述储液 部件, 所述储液部件呈套筒体状, 其套设于该导管外部。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的多口味电子烟, 其中, 所述加热器包括电热丝及用于吸收烟液和支 撑该电热丝的导液部件, 所述导管上设有一个沿径向贯通导管侧壁的卡槽用于安装所述导液 部件, 导液部件的两端伸出导管侧壁外部并与所述储液部件的内壁相抵接。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的多口味电子烟, 其中, 所述吸筒内还设有一用于容置所述储液部件 和加热器的烟液杯, 所述至少两个雾化室形成于该烟液杯内。
5. 如权利要求 4 所述的多口味电子烟, 所述烟液杯包括与所述吸筒的内壁相适配的杯筒及 带有通气孔的杯座和带有通气孔的杯盖, 杯盖和杯座分别设于杯筒的两端, 杯筒内形成有至 少两个空腔, 杯盖插入杯体的顶端与空腔的顶部周圈密封连接, 杯座插入杯筒的底端与空腔 的底部周圈密封连接, 杯盖与杯座相对应以限定所述导管的两端, 所述杯盖与杯座相对应并 与所述空腔的侧壁形成的封闭内腔形成所述雾化室, 所述储液部件容置于该雾化室内。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的多口味电子烟, 其中, 所述空腔呈圆筒状, 所述杯盖包括圆形的本 体、 自该本体的底壁中部沿轴向延伸的用于限定所述导管的定位柱及沿轴向贯通定位柱和本 体的通气孔; 对应的, 所述杯座包括圆形的本体、 自该本体的底壁中部沿轴向延伸的用于限 定所述导管的定位柱及沿轴向贯通定位柱和所述本体的通气孔; 所述杯盖的定位柱与所述杯 座的定位柱分别插入所述导管的两端而将所述导管定位于雾化室内。
7. 如权利要求 5 所述的多口味电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟采用分体式结构, 其包括相互连 接的吸杆和电源杆, 所述吸杆的一端设有第一连接器, 对应地, 所述电源杆的一端设有第二 连接器用于与所述第一连接器连接紧固。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的多口味电子烟, 其中, 所述加热器和烟液杯设于所述吸杆内, 而所 述电池和加热器控制线路板设于所述电源杆内; 所述第一连接器内还设有加热器第一电极及 第一绝缘套, 所述加热器第一电极利用第一绝缘套卡紧于作为加热器第二电极的第一连接器 内; 所述第二连接器内还设有电池第一电极及第二绝缘套; 所述电池第一电极利用所述第二 绝缘套卡紧于作为电池第二电极的第二连接器内。
9. 如权利要求 5 所述的多口味电子烟, 其中, 所述吸杆和电源杆的连接方式为卡接、 插接 或螺接。
10. 如权利要求 5所述的多口味电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟采用一体式结构。
11. 如权利要求 3 所述的多口味电子烟, 其中, 所述导液部件采用能像海绵一样能吸水和蓄 水的玻璃纤维或具有吸液和隔液性能的材质制成。
12. 如权利要求 1 所述的多口味电子烟, 其中, 所述储液部体采用能像海绵一样能吸水和蓄 水的高温棉、 玻纤棉或厚布棉制成。
