Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种烟油雾化装置，包括双发热丝螺纹环、发热丝和发热丝限位盖，其特征在于：所述双发热丝螺纹环安装各安装有一个发热丝；所述烟油雾化装置上端布置有发热丝限位盖，盖内包含雾化杆密封垫。通过在烟嘴中使用二个发热丝，其烟雾大、口味纯、无漏油、无烟油吸到嘴里。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电子烟装置，进一步涉及一种电子烟的电子烟的雾化器装置。
背景技术
“吸烟有害健康”倍受关注，但世界仍有亿万烟民，而且还在扩大的趋势不得不引起各界重视。为净化环境，公众场所禁止吸烟也成了人们的共识。于是，市场上出现了有效减少吸烟时烟碱随着香烟燃烧产生的大量焦油雾滴进入肺泡的香烟代用品，诸如“戒烟贴”、“烟碱含漱水”、“包装在有抛射剂的高压气罐喷雾剂”、“烟碱口香糖”、“烟碱饮料”等产品，这些产品虽然没有焦油的危害，但因烟碱吸收缓慢，在血液中不能建立有效的高峰浓度，不能解决需求烟碱“过瘾”的感觉，同时也剥夺了吸烟者已经养成的“抽”、“吸”的习惯，因而类似的产品不能真正的作为戒烟用品或香烟代用品。
同时，更不能解决伏案思考写作者自然的“抽”、“吸”的习惯，因此，本实用新型电子烟装置便能有效解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种同时具有吸、抽功能，且不会产生污染的且使用方便的雾化装置。
本实用新型提供了一种烟油雾化装置，包括双发热丝螺纹环、发热丝和限位部分，其中，所述双发热丝螺纹环安装各安装有一个发热丝，所述烟油雾化装置上端布置有发热丝限位盖，盖内包含雾化杆密封垫，所述发热丝上还包覆有导油棉布，所述眼油雾化装置进一步包含密封发热丝的发
热丝密封圈与绝缘圈。
优选的，所述烟油雾化装置还包括与发热丝底座相连的接头。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：
(1)在烟嘴中使用二个发热丝，其烟雾大、口味纯、无漏油、烟油无吸到嘴里；
(2)该双发热丝放置于雾化器底部，并且从外面看不到发热丝及纤维绳、等发热丝辅助件，隐藏于罩壳内部。

具体实施方式
图1-2所示，烟油雾化装置大体包括发热丝限位盖1、雾化杆密封垫2、导油棉布4、封垫、发热丝3、双发热丝螺纹环5、密封圈6、绝缘圈7、接头8。
该雾化装置是将两个发热丝3安装在双发热丝螺纹环5上，发热丝3由接头8、绝缘圈7固定连接。把导油棉布4包在发热丝3纤维绳端面，再把发热丝限位盖1装入完成。
a.该雾化装置在电子烟装油装置底部。
b.该雾化装置原理是：油通过发热丝限位盖1的也进入导油棉布4上，由导油棉布4传导发热丝3的纤维绳上。发热丝3上有足够的油雾化。
c.该雾化装置可以确保：不会漏油、油不会吸到嘴里、有足够的油导入发热丝上、产生烟雾大、味道纯。
本实用新型主要针对烟嘴所进行的改进，以上所述仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已，非因此即局限本实用新型的专利范围，故举凡用本实用新型说明书及图式内容所为的简易变化及等效变换，均应包含于本实用新型的专利范围内。

Claims (2)

1.一种烟油雾化装置，包括双发热丝螺纹环、发热丝和发热丝限位盖，其特征在于：
所述双发热丝螺纹环各安装有一个发热丝，所述烟油雾化装置上端布置有发热丝限位盖，盖内包含雾化杆密封垫，所述发热丝上还包覆有导油棉布，所述烟油雾化装置进一步包含密封发热丝的发热丝密封圈与绝缘圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述烟油雾化装置，其特征在于：所述烟油雾化装置还包括与发热丝底座相连的接头。
