技术领域
本发明涉及一种车体侧墙板粘接方法。
背景技术
原有 低地板车车体侧墙板采用焊接工艺,即将车体侧墙板焊接到车体钢结构上。车体侧墙板焊接工艺存在焊接变形,车体侧墙板外表面不平的问题;车体侧墙板焊接后,还需涂装,车辆生产周期长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种 低地板车车体侧墙板粘接工艺,不存在粘接变形,车体侧墙板外表面平整,缩短生产周期。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种 低地板车车体侧墙板粘接方法,其特征在于:划线定位--预装--二次划线--涂胶前保护--粘接面打磨--粘接面清洁--涂表面活化剂--涂底涂剂--涂胶--粘接--车体侧墙板对接--制涂胶样板--涂密封胶--清洁--固化。
划线定位是根据图纸要求,对侧墙板在不锈钢骨架上的粘接位置,用鱼线、直角尺及卷尺进行划线定位,以车顶上边梁为定位基准线,用水平样尺、R9990样尺分别对侧墙骨架的水平度和弧度进行测量,确定限位块的位置和厚度,并用记号笔标示。
预装是待限位块按标示粘贴完毕后,对所有侧墙板进行预装,预装顺序先下后上,从一位端到二位端,车体最下端板需与底架下边梁调平定位,以保证对接缝的直线度,车体侧墙板对接缝,使用10mm厚垫板限位,在其基础上预装上层侧墙板,预装过程用水平样尺、弧度样尺分别对侧墙骨架的水平度和弧度进行校准,调整限位块的位置和厚度。
二次划线是侧墙板预装完毕后,将侧墙板上压块、夹具的位置及涂胶的位置用记号笔划线标示。
涂胶前保护是沿涂胶部位用不转移胶带,把不锈钢骨架及侧墙板易污染部位保护起来,以防胶受压后溢出,污染非粘接部位,保护完毕后,按先下后上,从一位端到二位端顺序依次粘接车体侧墙板。
粘接是将车体侧墙板置于限位块上,调整车体侧墙板位置,再次调整平整度和缝隙的宽度,保证在图纸允许的公差范围内,然后推紧车体侧墙板,用压块和夹具紧固,对于缺胶的部位立即补胶,粘接需在胶粘剂表干以前完成,在室温不低于30%RH环境下,夹具紧固48小时后,方可拆除夹具。
车体侧墙板对接是车体侧墙板由下至上,从一位端到二位端顺序的依次粘接,车体最下端板需与底架下边梁调平定位,以保证对接缝水平直线度,车体侧墙板对接缝使用10mm厚垫板限位,在其基础上粘接上层侧墙板,粘接后微调侧墙板位置,再次测量与周边侧墙板平整度和缝隙的宽度,保证在图纸允许的公差范围内,并用压块和夹具紧固,在室温,不低于30%RH环境下,夹具紧固48小时后,方可拆除夹具。

具体实施方式
本发明方法:划线定位、预装、二次划线、涂胶前保护、粘接面打磨、粘接面清洁、涂表面活化剂、涂底涂剂、涂胶、粘接、车体侧墙板对接、制涂胶样板、涂密封胶、清洁、固化。具体步骤如下:
1 、划线定位
根据图纸要求,对侧墙板在不锈钢骨架上的粘接位置,用鱼线、直角尺及卷尺进行划线定位,以车顶上边梁为定位基准线。用水平样尺、 R9990 样尺分别对侧墙骨架的水平度和弧度进行测量,确定限位块的位置和厚度,并用记号笔标示。
2 、预装
待限位块按标示粘贴完毕后,对所有侧墙板进行预装。预装顺序先下后上,从一位端到二位端,车体最下端板需与底架下边梁调平定位,以保证对接缝的直线度。车体侧墙板对接缝,使用 10mm 厚垫板限位,在其基础上预装上层侧墙板。预装过程用水平样尺、弧度样尺分别对侧墙骨架的水平度和弧度进行校准,调整限位块的位置和厚度。
预装过程中,如车体侧墙板与不锈钢骨架不匹配,则需对车体侧墙板进行研配。
3 、二次划线
侧墙板预装完毕后,将侧墙板上压块、夹具的位置及涂胶的位置,用记号笔划线标示。
4 、涂胶前保护
沿涂胶部位用不转移胶带,把不锈钢骨架及侧墙板易污染部位保护起来,以防胶受压后溢出污染非粘接部位。
保护完毕后,按先下后上,从一位端到二位端顺序的依次粘接车体侧墙板。
5 、粘接面打磨
使用百洁布或打磨砂纸将粘接面,打磨至表面出现新鲜面划痕即可。
6 、粘接面清洁
用胶粘剂配套清洗剂将打磨区域清洁干净。等待过程中要注意保护粘接面不受污染。
7 、涂表面活化剂
用干净的无纺布或吸水纸蘸取少量的胶粘剂配套的表面活化剂,沿同一个方向清洁粘接面,只擦一次,并立即用干燥干净的无纺布顺着同一个方向擦去多余的活化剂。等待过程中要注意保护粘接面不受污染。
8 、涂底涂剂
待表面活化剂完全干燥后,取少许胶粘剂配套的底涂剂,沿待粘接部位顺同一方向涂覆一层底涂剂,保证均匀,勿漏涂。等待过程中要注意保护粘接面不受污染。
9 、涂胶
待底涂剂干燥后,用胶枪连续均匀地将胶施于待粘部位,不能出现断胶的现象,打胶时若遇到限位垫块应沿外侧进行施胶。打胶前要放胶 15-20cm ,才可以操作。
10 、粘接
将车体侧墙板置于限位块上,调整车体侧墙板位置,再次调整平整度和缝隙的宽度,保证在图纸允许的公差范围内,然后推紧车体侧墙板,用压块和夹具紧固,对于缺胶的部位应该立即补胶。粘接必须在胶粘剂表干以前完成,如胶粘剂表干则需重新涂胶。在室温,不低于 30%RH 环境下,夹具紧固 48 小时后,方可拆除夹具。在此期间不允许在车体内进行任何工序的施工作业,不能移动车体。
11 、车体侧墙板对接
车体侧墙板由下至上,从一位端到二位端顺序的依次粘接。车体最下端板需与底架下边梁调平定位,以保证对接缝水平直线度。车体侧墙板对接缝,使用 10mm 厚垫板限位,在其基础上粘接上层侧墙板,粘接后微调侧墙板位置,再次测量与周边侧墙板平整度和缝隙的宽度,保证在图纸允许的公差范围内,并用压块和夹具紧固。在室温,不低于 30%RH 环境下,夹具紧固 48 小时后,方可拆除夹具。
12 、制涂胶样板
制涂胶样板一块,检测胶层固化时间。
13 、涂密封胶
粘接 48 小时后去掉压块和夹具,涂密封胶。用不转移胶带,把易污染部位保护起来,以防胶污染非粘接部位,胶带要贴平整,无气泡,留出 1-2mm 的间隙。 使用密封胶配套的活化剂活化接缝处。等待过程中要注意保护粘接面不受污染。 沿车体钢结构和侧墙板胶缝及车体侧墙板对接缝,用气动胶枪连续均匀地涂密封胶,胶粘剂要溢出接缝,不允许有漏涂的部位。打胶前要放胶 15-20cm ,才可以操作。涂密封胶后,用刮板将所有胶缝刮平,去保护胶带。
刮完的连接缝需要使用密封胶配套的平滑剂进行处理,打完胶后的表面不允许有气泡,凹痕,杂质,手痕等缺陷,如发现缺陷立即修补。对残留在不允许打胶部位的胶粘剂,使用密封胶配套的清洁剂去除掉。
注意:喷平滑剂时不允许喷到未打胶车体上。
14 、清理现场
清理收拾所使用的设备、工装、工具、辅助材料,清理现场生产时产生的垃圾。
15 、固化
在室温,不低于 30%RH 环境下,固化 15 天。在此期间不允许在车体内进行任何工序的施工作业,不能移动车体。为防止人为的破坏,在车体门口贴上'胶粘剂未干,请勿触摸'字样,必要时可拉上警戒线。

    划线定位--预装--二次划线--涂胶前保护--粘接面打磨--粘接面清洁--涂表面活化剂--涂底涂剂--涂胶--粘接--车体侧墙板对接--制涂胶样板--涂密封胶--清洁--固化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的低地板车车体侧墙板粘接方法,其特征在于:划线定位是根据图纸要求,对侧墙板在不锈钢骨架上的粘接位置,用鱼线、直角尺及卷尺进行划线定位,以车顶上边梁为定位基准线,用水平样尺、R9990样尺分别对侧墙骨架的水平度和弧度进行测量,确定限位块的位置和厚度,并用记号笔标示。
