- Set the time axis for example, if the desired boarding position or the desired getting-off position is a station or bus stop of a public transportation system (train, route bus, etc.) whose operation time is determined in advance, Like the point D3 shown in FIG. 7, the operation schedule determination part 52 sets the departure time etc. of the public transport which are determined beforehand, in other words time-constrained, on a time axis.
- the operation schedule determination unit 52 performs the obtained desired boarding time zones (that is, the time axis corresponding to the desired boarding position and the desired getting-off position set as described above). (Desired boarding time and boarding allowable additional time) and desired boarding time zone (desired boarding time and boarding allowable additional time) are set. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the operation schedule determination unit 52 sets a plurality of straight lines that pass through at least the desired boarding time zone and the desired departure time zone set on the time axis as operation schedule candidates for the on-demand bus 10.
- the operation schedule determination unit 52 is an operation schedule in which a plurality of users can use one on-demand bus 10 among the set operation schedules, in other words, a plurality of operation schedules.
- the operation schedule corresponding to the straight line passing through the desired boarding time zone and the desired getting off time zone specified by the user is determined. The determination of the operation schedule will be specifically described with reference to FIG.
- the straight line a, the straight line b, the straight line c, and the straight line d are the operation schedule candidates as straight lines passing through these time zones.
- a straight line a indicated by a solid line indicates a desired boarding time zone Bo set for the user B's desired boarding position O2 and a desired boarding time zone Do set for the user D's desired boarding position O3.
- a straight line b indicated by a broken line indicates a desired boarding time zone Ao set at the user A's desired boarding position O1, a user B's desired boarding time zone Bo, and a user A's desired boarding position D1. It is a straight line passing through the time zone Ad and the user B's desired drop-off time zone Bd.
- a straight line c indicated by a solid line indicates a user A's desired boarding time zone Ao, a user C's desired boarding time zone Co set at the desired boarding position O2, a user A's desired boarding time zone Ad, and a user C's This is a straight line passing through the desired drop-off time zone Cd set at the desired drop-off position D3 (station).
- a straight line d indicated by a broken line is a straight line that passes through the user C's desired boarding time zone Co and the desired getting-off time zone Cd.
- the operation schedule determining unit 52 operates out of the straight lines a to d as the operation schedule candidates because the straight line d is a straight line that passes only through the user C's desired boarding time zone Co and the desired getting-off time zone Cd. Exclude from schedule. Further, regarding the straight line a and the straight line b, the straight line a is a straight line passing through the desired boarding time zones Bo and Do of the user B and the user D and the desired getting off time zones Bd and Dd, and the straight line b is desired by the user A and the user B. It is a straight line passing through the boarding time zones Ao, Bo and the desired getting-off time zones Ad, Bd.
- the straight line a is a straight line that passes only through the user D's desired boarding time zone Do and the desired getting-off time zone Dd
- the straight line c is the user C's desired boarding time zone Co and It is a straight line that passes only through the desired departure time zone Cd.
- the straight line a and the straight line c are excluded from the operation schedule, and the operation schedule in which the user C and the user D use the on-demand bus 10 does not hold. Therefore, the operation schedule determination unit 52 determines the straight line a as the operation schedule and excludes the straight line b from the operation schedule.
- the operation schedule determination unit 52 determines the straight line c as the operation schedule.
- the operation schedule determination unit 52 determines the operation schedule so as to satisfy the operation of the on-demand bus 10 requested (requested) by the users A to D in principle.
- the user A designates 11:30 as the desired boarding time at the desired boarding position O1, and 13:30 as the desired boarding time at the desired boarding position D1.

- each of the users A to D designates the boarding allowable addition time and the boarding allowable addition time according to their own circumstances, that is, specifies the desired boarding time zone and the desired boarding time zone.
- a combination of these additional times (time zones) acts as a so-called buffer, and an operation schedule that satisfies the requests (requests) of the users A to D can be determined with a small number of operation flights.
- each of the user A and the user C uses one on-demand bus 10, but the boarding allowable additional time and the boarding allowable additional time (desired boarding time zone and desired boarding time)
- the operation schedule of the straight line d can be integrated into the operation schedule of the straight line c, and the request (request) of the user A and the user C can be satisfied by one on-demand bus 10 by designating the band).
- each of the user B and the user D uses one on-demand bus 10, but the boarding allowable additional time and the boarding allowable additional time (desired boarding time zone and desired boarding time zone) ,
- the operation schedule of the straight line b can be integrated with the operation schedule of the straight line a, and the requests (requests) of the user B and the user D can be satisfied by the single on-demand bus 10.
- the boarding allowance additional time and the boarding allowance additional time (desired boarding time zone and desired boarding time zone), for example, on-demand traveling between boarding points depending on traffic conditions or the like. Even if the travel time of the bus 10 fluctuates or the boarding / alighting time required for the user to get on and off fluctuates, a certain amount of fluctuation time can be appropriately absorbed. Thereby, it becomes possible to make the on-demand bus 10 arrive within the desired boarding time zone and the desired getting-off time zone, and as a result, an increase in the number of operating flights of the on-demand bus 10 can be effectively suppressed.
- the operation schedule determination unit 52 displays the operation schedule represented by the determined straight line a and the straight line c as an operation database.
- the data is stored in a predetermined storage position 21d.

It transmits to the information terminal device 30. Also for the user D, similarly to the user B, the information output unit 53 transmits operation status information (status information) to the information terminal device 30 in accordance with the current position information of the on-demand bus 10. Accordingly, the user D can get on the on-demand bus 10 by the desired boarding position O3 and the desired boarding time zone Do requested (requested) by the reservation information, and can receive the desired boarding position D4 and the desired boarding time zone Dd. To get off the on-demand bus 10.
- the information output unit 53 sends a guidance message to the user A in accordance with the second operation schedule, for example, “Please board the on-demand bus that arrives at the desired boarding position O1 at 11:30”. It transmits to the information terminal device 30. Further, the information output unit 53 follows the position information (more specifically, current position information) as the operation information of the on-demand bus 10 acquired from the operation information terminal device 11 mounted on the corresponding on-demand bus 10, for example, Operation status such as “On-demand bus arrival is delayed due to traffic jam” a certain time before user A gets on board, or “On-demand bus will arrive soon” a few minutes before user A gets on board Information (status information) is transmitted to the information terminal device 30.
- position information more specifically, current position information
- Operation status such as “On-demand bus arrival is delayed due to traffic jam” a certain time before user A gets on board, or “On-demand bus will arrive soon” a few minutes before user A gets on board Information (status information) is transmitted to the information terminal device 30.
- the user A can get on the on-demand bus 10 by the desired boarding position O1 and the desired boarding time zone Ao requested (requested) by the reservation information, and can receive the desired boarding position D1 and the desired boarding time zone Ad. To get off the on-demand bus 10.
- the information output unit 53 sends a guidance message to the user C in accordance with the second operation schedule, such as “Please board the on-demand bus that arrives at the desired boarding position O2 at 12:30”. It transmits to the information terminal device 30. Also for the user C, similarly to the user A, the information output unit 53 transmits operation status information (status information) to the information terminal device 30 in accordance with the current position information of the on-demand bus 10. Accordingly, the user C can get on the on-demand bus 10 by the desired boarding position O2 and the desired boarding time zone Co requested (requested) by the reservation information, and can obtain the desired boarding position D3 (station) and the desired boarding. It is possible to get off the on-demand bus 10 by the time zone Cd.
- the on-demand bus 10 For user C, get off the on-demand bus 10 at a time-constrained station. In this case, when the on-demand bus 10 arrives at the station during the desired getting-off time zone Cd designated by the user C, the user C can surely get on public transportation (a train or a route bus).
- a user who uses the on-demand bus 10 is, for example, a prepaid or postpaid electronic money card, or a short distance between the operation information terminal device 11 and the information terminal device 30 (such as a mobile phone or a smartphone).
- Fare can be paid using electronic payment via wireless communication.
- the on-demand bus 10 can be reduced in the time required for getting on and off the bus, according to the determined operation schedule. Operation is possible.
- the user who uses the on-demand bus 10 designates the boarding allowable additional time and the boarding allowable additional time (desired boarding time zone and desired boarding time zone).
- the operation schedule determination unit 52 determines the operation schedule in consideration of the combination of these additional times (time zones), and appropriately increases the number of operation flights without impairing the convenience for the user. Can be suppressed.
- the on-demand bus 10 can be operated while ensuring profitability, and as a result, the fare (cost) borne by the user increases. Can be suppressed appropriately.
- the user designates the boarding allowance additional time and the boarding allowance additional time, in other words, designates the desired boarding time zone and the desired boarding time zone, so that the on-demand bus 10 is operated efficiently. It was explained that the number of flights can be effectively reduced.
- “normal reservation” is designated rather than “spot reservation” (ie, short time zone). ”(That is, a time period longer than the spot reservation) can be integrated, and the number of operating flights of the on-demand bus 10 can be integrated.
- the user can transmit the reservation information to the operation management center 20 using the information terminal device 30 possessed by the user, and operates using, for example, a fixed telephone installed at home.
- the reservation information can also be transmitted to the operator resident in the management center 20 by voice call. Therefore, in the following description, a case where the user transmits (transmits) reservation information using the information terminal device 30 will be mainly described, as in the above embodiment.
- the user when a user transmits reservation information to the operation management center 20 using the information terminal device 30, the user provides from the operation management center 20 to transmit the reservation information at the information terminal device 30.
- the predetermined application program is started. Then, the user uses the input unit 31 of the information terminal device 30 in the same manner as in the above embodiment, and follows the predetermined application program, the desired boarding position, the desired getting-off position, the desired boarding time, the boarding allowable additional time, the desired getting-off. Specify the time and the additional time allowed to get off.
- the fare of the on-demand bus 10 is calculated as the boarding allowable addition time and the gain given to the user. It is suggested that the change is made according to the length of the additional time allowed for getting off. That is, in the predetermined application program in this modified example, when inputting the boarding allowable additional time and the boarding allowable additional time, it is preferable that the user selects, for example, “normal reservation” rather than “spot reservation”. It shows that the fare will be cheaper if you select “Relaxed Reservation” than “Regular Reservation”. In this case, instead of discounting the fare as a gain, for example, it is possible to increase the percentage of points that are given every time the on-demand bus 10 is used and can also be used for fare settlement. It is.
- the user who transmits the reservation information must use the on-demand bus 10 to move to the station and transfer to the train.
- spot reservation may be selected, the user can easily select “normal reservation” or “relaxed reservation” that makes the fare cheaper in a situation where there is no time limit for movement using the on-demand bus 10. .
- the fare (gain) determined according to the input (designated) length of time is presented to the user.
- the above-described embodiment is explained by prompting the user to easily select “normal reservation” or “relaxing automatic reservation”.
- the operation schedule information and the operation status information are provided to the user who transmitted (transmitted) the reservation information to the operation management center 20.
- the information output unit 53 determines whether or not the usage rate of the on-demand bus 10 is lower than a predetermined usage rate in cooperation with the reservation information receiving unit 51 and the operation schedule determination unit 52. To do.
- the information output unit 53 When the usage rate of the on-demand bus 10 is lower than the predetermined usage rate, the information output unit 53 is currently operating, for example, for a user who has not reserved the usage of the on-demand bus 10. It is possible to provide vacant seat information indicating the utilization rate of the on-demand bus 10 (or, in the future), in other words, the number of vacant seats. As a result, for example, the usage rate of the on-demand bus 10 can be increased by using the on-demand bus 10 guided by the user who needs to use the on-demand bus 10 due to an emergency, and more efficiently and profitably. The on-demand bus 10 can be operated with improved performance. Accordingly, even in this case, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment and the modification can be obtained.
- the information output unit 53 can use the operation schedule determined by the operation schedule determination unit 52 this time based on a past reservation information table stored in a predetermined storage position of the operation database 21d. It is possible to extract a characteristic user and provide operation schedule information and vacancy information to the extracted user.
- the operation schedule determination part 52 is implemented so that the operation schedule of the on-demand bus 10 may be determined without changing the reservation information transmitted (transmitted) by the user in principle. did.
- the operation schedule determination unit 52 can request the user to change the reservation information in cooperation with the reservation information receiving unit 51 and the information output unit 53. it can.
- the user has set the length of time in advance in specifying the boarding allowable additional time and the boarding allowable additional time, that is, in specifying the boarding desired time zone and the boarding desired time zone. It was carried out by selecting and setting from "Relaxing automatic reservation", “Normal reservation” and “Spot reservation”. In this case, the user can set an arbitrary length so as to be within a predetermined range and specify the boarding allowable additional time and the boarding allowable additional time, that is, the desired boarding time zone and the desired boarding time zone. It is. Also by this, the same effect as the above-mentioned embodiment and a modification can be acquired.
- the desired boarding time zone is composed of the desired boarding time and the boarding allowable additional time added before and after the desired boarding time
- the desired boarding time zone is the desired boarding time and the desired boarding time. It was implemented to be composed of the additional time allowed for getting off before and after. That is, in the above embodiment and the modification, the user specifies the desired boarding time and the desired getting-off time as the reservation information, and specifies the boarding allowable addition time and the boarding allowable addition time. In this case, as reservation information, it is omitted to specify the desired boarding time and the desired boarding time, and the desired boarding time zone is expressed by the allowable boarding time, and the desired boarding time zone is expressed by the boarding allowable time. Is also possible. Even in this case, since the desired boarding time zone and the desired getting-off time zone are designated by the user, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment and the modified example can be obtained.
- the on-demand vehicle operation management apparatus which concerns on this invention was provided in the operation management center 20, and it implemented.
- the operation information terminal device 11 (more specifically, the electronic control unit 11a) mounted on the on-demand bus 10 or the information terminal device 30 (more specifically, the electronic control unit 33) possessed by the user is independent.
