本发明涉及一种实用刀。
背景技术
美国专利 US6553674 公开了一种可将储存在刀身内的备用刀片自动装到刀架上的实用刀。刀片可在刀架的带动下自刀身中伸出或收回。当刀片用钝了后,卸去旧刀片后,收回刀架,备用刀片会在弹性件的作用下,自动安装至刀架上。刀架上设有平动的滑块,滑块上设有两个定位柱用于卡在刀片的豁口内实现对刀片在刀架上的安装,为了保证滑块能够顺利的平动以及复位,在刀架上设置有两个导向柱,在刀架与滑块之间安置弹簧,这种通过滑块平动的方式实现拆卸刀片的结构需要在较小体积的滑块上设安置复位弹簧的盲孔、与导向柱配合的孔,结构较为复杂,制造成本高,尤其是为了保证将刀片可靠的装配定位在刀架上,两个定位柱需要足够长以免从刀片的豁口中脱出,而足够长的两个定位柱在拆卸刀片时需要令滑块平动较大的距离,由此导致刀架的厚度增加,进而增加刀柄的厚度,足够长的两个定位柱可能在刀架前后移动时与备用刀片等结构形成障碍、影响刀架灵活性,而且用于控制的滑块的按键的活动行程也需要增加,由此会造成装配、拆卸刀片的灵敏度降低。
另外为装填备用刀片,在刀身侧面设置一可开启的盖板,需要装填刀片时将盖板开启、露出刀架进行刀片的装填,这样结构的刀头,为了保证结构强度,整个刀头的厚度较大,浪费材料,也增大了构成零部件之间的制造难度。
美国专利 US6553674 公开的实用刀基本上可认为是一种伸缩式的实用刀,存在体积大,操作和携带不便等缺点,且用于推动刀架的按钮凸出与刀身轮廓之外,容易被误操作造成刀片伸出,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明在第一方面提供了一种实用刀,包括具有内部空间的壳体;用于携带单个刀片的刀架;用于将单个刀片锁扣在刀架上的闩锁件;以及用于存放一个以上的备用刀片的备用刀片库;刀架、闩锁件和备用刀片库被设置在内部空间中,刀架被设置为在第一位置和第二位置之间活动,且当刀架处于第一位置时,其携带的单个刀片伸出于壳体之外,当刀架处于第二位置时,其携带的单个刀片收入壳体之中;刀架上设置有磁性件,磁性件被设置为,当刀架是空的并且处于第二位置时,利用磁力使最邻近刀架的备用刀片自备用刀片库转移至刀架上。相对弹性件而言,利用磁性件的磁力将备用刀片自备用刀片库转移至刀架上,一方面结构更为简单,可以减小刀头厚度,另一方面磁性件也可使刀架上刀片始终受到磁力的作用,更稳定地贴附在刀架上。
在一实施例中,磁性件为磁钢。
在另一实施例中,磁性件被设置为嵌入在刀架之中,这样可以减小磁性件在刀头中占用的空间。
在另一实施例中,闩锁件具有可与单个刀片的刀背上的豁口相配合的 锁舌,且锁舌被设置为在磁性件的磁力作用下保持与豁口的配合,这样无需再另外设置弹性件来使锁舌保持与豁口的配合,从而进一步减小对刀头内空间的占用。
在另一实施例中,锁舌被设置为通过枢转的方式与豁口配合,且锁舌的底部还设有倒角面,这样闩锁件只需偏转一个较小的角度,即可使锁舌从豁口中退出,从而使闩锁件完成锁扣和解锁动作所需的空间更小,刀头也由此可以设计的更薄。
在另一实施例中,锁舌在刀架的运动方向上的一侧或两侧设有倒角面,这样可以避免由于锁舌和备用刀片之间可能产生的刮碰而使刀架被卡住。
在另一实施例中, 备用刀片库被设置为通过销轴与壳体相连,并可绕销轴自壳体的内部空间中枢转而出以装填的备用刀片。相对于现有技术中在 刀头的侧面设置可开合的盖板的方式,这样可枢转的备用刀片库占用的内部空间更小。在其进一步的实施例中, 备用刀片库具有被设置成悬臂梁形式的带有钩状部的凸缘,当装填备用刀片时,凸缘上的钩状部被设置为以卡扣配合的方式配合在备用刀片的刀背上的豁口中。这样卡扣配合的方式使备用刀片在装填过程的定位更为准确,备用刀片也可被更为稳定地保持在备用刀片库中。

在一实施例中,刀架上设置有磁性件,磁性件被设置为,当刀架处于第二位置并且是空的时,利用磁力使最邻近刀架的备用刀片自备用刀片库转移至刀架上。相对弹性件而言,利用磁性件的磁力将备用刀片自备用刀片库转移至刀架上,一方面结构更为简单,可以减小刀头厚度,另一方面磁性件也可使刀架上刀片始终受到磁力的作用,更稳定地贴附在刀架上。
在一实施例中,磁性件为磁钢。

在另一实施例中,在刀柄上设置有以第一销轴的轴线为圆心的带有径向凹部的圆弧槽;刀头内设置有可在第三位置和第四位置之间活动但不能相对刀头转动的活动件,活动件上设置有凸块,活动件被设置为:当刀架处于第一位置时,活动件处于第三位置,此时凸块配合在圆弧槽的径向凹部中;当刀架由第一位置运动至第二位置时,活动件在刀架的作用下由第三位置移动至第四位置,凸块由径向凹部移动至圆弧槽中,当刀头绕第一销轴枢转被收入刀柄中时,凸块在圆弧槽中运动。这样,当刀架处于第一位置时,亦即刀片伸出在刀头之外时,由于凸块配合在圆弧槽中,刀头不能被折叠收入刀柄中,只有当刀架移动至第二位置时,亦即其上的刀片被收入刀头之中时,此时由于凸块可在圆弧槽中运动,刀头方可被收入刀柄中。在其进一步的实施例中,还包括偏置弹簧,偏置弹簧被设置为抵靠活动件,当活动件在刀架的作用下由第三位置移动至第四位置时,偏置弹簧被压缩并对活动件进行偏置。这样当刀头被展开,并且刀片被从刀头中伸出,亦即刀架处于第一位置时,凸块在偏置弹簧的作用下重新配合径向凹部中。

在一实施例中, 在所述锁舌的底部设有倒角面。这样闩锁件只需偏转一个较小的角度,即可使锁舌从豁口中退出,从而使闩锁件完成锁扣和解锁动作所需的空间更小,刀头也由此可以设计的更薄。
在另一实施例中,锁舌在刀架的运动方向上的一侧或两侧设有倒角面,这样可以避免由于锁舌和备用刀片之间可能产生的刮碰而使刀架被卡住。

具体实施方式
图1、2示出了根据本发明的一个优选实施例,为一种带有备用刀片库的折叠式实用刀。图1中示出的该折叠式实用刀已处于适于进行切割等工作的状态,此时刀头1已从刀柄2中被展出,且按钮4被按下并滑动至第一位置100,从而使刀片3自刀头1中伸出。此时如果刀片3由于用钝了等原因而需要更换的话,只需按下解锁钮5即可将刀片3从刀头1中直接抽出,然后将按钮4按下并退回到如图2中所示第二位置200自动完成上刀过程,随后只需将按钮4再次按下并向前推至第一位置100,新的刀片3即从刀头1中伸出供使用。
在本优选实施例中,刀头1和刀柄2通过第一销轴6相连,如同常规的折叠刀一样,刀头1可绕第一销轴6旋转而被收入刀柄2中,如图21所示。
图3示出了刀头1的分解图。从图3中可见,刀头1的外壳由第一壳体11和第二壳体12组合而成,从而限定了刀头1中的内部空间13。备用刀片库14和刀架16被平行地设置在内部空间13中。备用刀片库14位于内部空间13中邻近第一壳体11的一侧,而刀架16位于内部空间13中邻近第二壳体12的一侧。刀架16被设置为可在内部空间13中,在第一位置100和第二位置200之间前后移动,并且当携带刀片3的刀架16移动至第二位置200时,刀架16上的刀片3和备用刀片库14中的一个以上的备用刀片15对齐并紧邻。

需要指出的是,在本实施例中,按钮4被设置在刀架16面向第二壳体12的一侧(即与侧面160相反的一侧),且仅与设置第二壳体12上的凹槽配合,而并不涉及备用刀片库14和第一壳体11,这为在本实施例的即将详细描述的进一步实施方式中,将备用刀片库14设置成相对独立的,并可从刀头1中被枢转而出以装填备用刀片15提供了条件。
参见图3和图7,现有技术中的刀片3、备用刀片15的背部均设有两个豁口31、32,而闩锁件7包括可与豁口31、32相配合的锁舌71、72。如图22、23所示,当刀片3处于第二位置200时,豁口31、32和设置在刀架16上的闩锁件7配合,将刀片3锁在刀架16上,使刀片3可随刀架16在第一位置100和第二位置200之间前后移动,且使刀片3在第一位置100进行切割等工作时保持稳定。在美国专利US6553674中,闩锁件7被设置为可在外力作用下,垂直于刀片3平动,使锁舌71、72伸入豁口31、32中或从豁口31、32中退出,由此实现对刀片3的卡锁或解锁。然而这种平动方式的缺点是进行卡锁和解锁时,闩锁件7的行程较长,所需的横向空间较大,使得刀头1变厚。
不同于美国专利US6553674中的平动,本实施例中的闩锁件7采用了枢转的方式来对刀片3进行闩锁和解锁。如图3、4和7所示,本实施例中的闩锁件7包括了枢轴部73,枢轴部73配合在设置在刀架16的侧面160内的枢转槽165内,从而使闩锁件7可绕枢转槽165在与侧面160相反的一侧枢转。在刀架16内还进一步地设置有磁性件8。在本实施例中,磁性件8为嵌装在刀架16上的嵌装孔81中的磁钢。在卡锁状态下,闩锁件7被磁钢8的引力保持在直立位置,此时锁舌71、72穿过开口166、167伸入豁口31、32中,如图23所示。另如图8、9所示,当刀架处于第一位置100时,闩锁件7上的推抵部74与解锁钮5对齐,且均位于刀片3的刀背上方。此时按下解锁钮5,解锁钮5通过推动闩锁件7的推抵部74,进而使闩锁件7绕枢转槽165发生枢转,从而使锁舌71、72自豁口31、32中退出,此时刀片3即处于解锁状态,如图10、11所示。当松开解锁钮5后,在磁钢8的作用下,闩锁件7会自动回复至直立位置。进一步地,为减轻重量或易于加工,闩锁件7的本体可由塑料或轻质合金等材料制成,此时可在闩锁件7上另设置可被磁性件8的磁力所吸引的部件,如75所示的薄钢片。
需要指出的是,如在美国专利US6553674中所公开的,磁性件8在此对闩锁件7所起的作用也可用弹性件来替代,如弹簧或簧片等,即闩锁件7也可借助弹簧或簧片等弹性件来使其保持或回复至上述的直立位置。然而磁性件8可以简单地嵌入在刀架16中,安装方便且不占据额外的空间,从而可以减小刀头1的厚度。
可被理解的是,当刀架16处于第二位置200时,锁舌71、72应优选地被设置为至多与刀片3齐平,如图23所示,否则刀架16的运动很可能由于锁舌71、72刮碰到备用刀片15而受到阻碍甚至被卡住。然而由于加工或安装误差等原因,处在闩锁状态的锁舌71、72有时可能会穿过刀片3,这样刀架16运动时,锁舌71、72就会刮碰到备用刀片15,从而使刀架16的运动不畅,甚至有可能被完全卡住。为解决这个问题,如从图7中可以更清楚地看到的,在本实施例中,对闩锁件7的锁舌71、72在前后运动方向上的两侧进行了倒角,从而形成如图中所示的第一倒角面76。可被理解的是,也可根据需要只对锁舌71、72的其中之一或一个侧面进行倒角,另外也可以是倒圆角,这样形成的第一倒角面76将是圆弧面。
此外,在本实施例中,还对锁舌71、72的底部进行了倒角,从而形成如图7中所示的第二倒角面77,这样闩锁件7绕枢转槽165偏转相对较小的一个角度即可使锁舌71、72从刀片3的豁口31、32中退出,缩小了闩锁件7解锁时所需的行程,从而可进一步减小刀头1的厚度。
当按下解锁钮5时,刀片3已处于解锁状态。此时如需更换刀片3,可直接将刀片3从刀头1中抽出,然后按下按钮4,带动空的刀架16退回至第二位置200。在磁钢8的引力作用下,备用刀片库14中的一个或多个备用刀片15向刀架16的侧面160整体平移,其中原来最接近侧面160的备用刀片15此时将完全贴靠在侧面160上,同时锁舌71、72也将伸入该备用刀片15的豁口31、32中,对其进行闩锁。这意味着该备用刀片15已转移至刀架16上成为新的刀片3,上刀过程已自动完成。
需要指出的是,如在美国专利US6553674中所公开的,备用刀片15也可被设置为是通过弹性件的偏置力作用从刀库14中转移至刀架16上。
对于折叠式实用刀而言,由于刀头被折叠收入刀柄中,因此希望刀头尽可能的薄,否则可能会造成刀的整体过厚,既不利于操作也影响刀的便携性。而在本实施例中,磁性件8的应用使得原本会占据额外空间的与闩锁件7配合的弹性件以及用于上刀过程的弹性件都可被取消,因此进一步地减小了刀头1的厚度。
另外不同于美国专利US6553674中在刀头1的侧面设置可开合的盖板,本优选实施例中的备用刀片库14被设置为可从刀头1中枢转而出,以装填备用刀片15。
参见图3、12、13,备用刀片库14通过第二销轴111和销孔112、145、126被可枢转地连接在刀头1的第一壳体11和第二壳体12之间,并且在备用刀片库14的边缘上还设置了露出在第二壳体12之外的拨钮143,以便于人手操作。当刀头1处于如图1、2所示的展开状态时,即可通过用手拨动拨钮143将备用刀片库14绕第二销轴111枢转而出,然后将备用刀片15装填到备用刀片库14中,如图13所示。进一步地,本实施例在备用刀片库14上进一步设置了止位凸沿144,止位凸沿144自备用刀片库14的侧面140延伸且超过凸缘141、142,并且在竖直方向上位于刀架14的上端面168的上方。这样当刀架14处于第二位置200时,由于止位凸沿144会抵靠在刀架14的上端面168上,此时备用刀片库14不能被拉出刀头1外。当刀架14处于第一位置100,止位凸沿144不会受到刀架14的上端面168的阻挡时,备用刀片库14能被从刀头1中拉出。
图14示出了备用刀片库的另一优选实施方式14′。从图14中可见,在此实施方式中备用刀片库14′的凸缘141′的一部分被设置成悬臂梁145′的形式,悬臂梁145′的端部设置有钩状部146。这样当备用刀片15被如图13所示地装入备用刀片库14′时, 钩状部146可以卡扣配合的方式卡扣在备用刀片15上的豁口31或32中,从而将备用刀片15卡扣在备用刀片库14′中。此外,由于钩状部146是备用刀片保持框架的凸缘141′的一部分,因此钩状部146也起到了在上刀过程中的备用刀片15向刀架16的侧面160平移时的导引部的作用。
以上对本优选实施例中的刀头1进行详细描述。需要指出的是,虽然本优选实施例为折叠式实用刀,然而在此所公开的刀头1所具有的各技术特征仍可单独或共同地应用于其他折叠式或非折叠式的实用刀中,例如美国专利US6553674中所公开的实用刀,且对于本领域技术人员而言,这种应用不需付出创造性劳动。图24、25示出的非折叠式的实用刀的实施例中,就应用了如上所述的闩锁件7和磁性件8.
进一步地,如图1示出的本发明的优选的实施例还可被设置为只有当按钮4和刀架16处于第二位置200,也即刀架16上携带的刀片3被收回至刀头1之内时,刀头1方可被折叠收入刀柄2中。
在此情况下,参见图3、6、15和16,刀头1内还设置有活动件9和偏置弹簧93。在本实施例中,活动件9是被安装在第一销轴6的套管124之外的位于容纳槽125中的U型体,套管124自第二壳体12的内侧面上延伸而出。安装完毕后,U型体的两个端部91和刀架16的尾部侧面169是对齐的,从U型体头部横向延伸出的凸块92穿过设置在第二壳体12上的开口126,部分地暴露在第二壳体12之外。偏置弹簧93被设置为对活动件9进行偏置,使活动件9的U型体的头部抵靠在套管124上,由此活动件9可在刀头1内移动但不能相对刀头1转动。当刀架16处于第一位置100时,凸块92处于第三位置300;当刀架16移动至第二位置200时,其尾部侧面169推动活动件9的两个端部91,使活动件压缩偏置弹簧93并切换至第四位置400,见图17-20。
如图17-20所示,在刀柄2上,沿处于第四位置400的凸块92随刀头1的折叠展开而枢转运动的轨迹,设置有可与凸块92配合的以第一销轴6的轴线为圆心的圆弧槽21。另外在圆弧槽21上设置有与刀头1处于展开状态时的凸块92的第一位置300相对应的径向凹部22。这样当刀头1处于展开状态,且刀架16处于第一位置100时,凸块92配合在径向凹部22中,此时刀头1不能被折叠收回至刀柄中。而当刀架16被移动至第二位置200时,活动件9被刀架16推动使凸块92脱离径向凹部22,并切换至圆弧槽21中的第二位置400,此时凸块92可在圆弧槽21中枢转,从而刀头1可被折叠收入刀柄2中,如图21所示。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种实用刀,包括
    具有内部空间的壳体;
    用于携带单个刀片的刀架;
    用于将所述单个刀片锁扣在所述刀架上的闩锁件;以及
    用于存放一个以上的备用刀片的备用刀片库;
    所述刀架、闩锁件和备用刀片库被设置在所述内部空间中,所述刀架被设置为在第一位置和第二位置之间活动,当所述刀架处于所述第一位置时,其携带的所述单个刀片伸出于所述壳体之外,当所述刀架处于所述第二位置时,其携带的所述单个刀片收入所述壳体之中;
    其特征在于,所述刀架上设置有磁性件,所述磁性件被设置为,当所述刀架是空的并且处于所述第二位置时,利用磁力使最邻近所述刀架的所述备用刀片自所述备用刀片库转移至所述刀架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的实用刀,其中,所述磁性件为磁钢。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的实用刀,其中,所述磁性件被设置为嵌入在所述刀架之中。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的实用刀,其中,所述闩锁件具有与所述单个刀片的刀背上的豁口相配合的锁舌,且所述锁舌被设置为在所述磁性件的磁力作用下保持与所述豁口的配合。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的实用刀,其中,所述锁舌被设置为通过枢转的方式与所述豁口配合,且所述锁舌的底部设有倒角面。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的实用刀,其中,所述锁舌在所述刀架的运动方向上的一侧或两侧设有倒角面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的实用刀,其中,所述备用刀片库通过销轴与所述壳体相连,并被设置为可绕所述销轴自所述壳体的所述内部空间中枢转而出以装填所述的备用刀片。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的实用刀,其中,所述备用刀片库具有被设置成悬臂梁形式的带有钩状部的凸缘,所述凸缘上的所述钩状部被设置为以卡扣配合的方式配合在所述备用刀片的刀背上的豁口中。
  9. 一种实用刀,包括
    具有内部空间的刀头;
    用于携带单个刀片的刀架;
    用于将所述单个刀片锁扣在所述刀架上的闩锁件;
    用于存放一个以上的备用刀片的备用刀片库;
    所述刀架、闩锁件和备用刀片库被设置在所述内部空间中,所述刀架被设置为在第一位置和第二位置之间活动,且当所述刀架处于所述第一位置时,其携带的所述单个刀片伸出于所述壳体之外,当所述刀架处于所述第二位置时,其携带的所述单个刀片收入所述壳体之中;
    还包括刀柄;
    其特征在于,所述刀头和刀柄通过第一销轴相连,所述刀头被设置为可绕第一销轴枢转而被收入所述刀柄中。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的实用刀,其中,所述刀架上设置有磁性件,所述磁性件被设置为,当所述刀架处于所述第二位置并且是空的时,利用磁力使最邻近所述刀架的所述备用刀片自所述备用刀片库转移至所述刀架上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的实用刀,其中,所述磁性件为磁钢。
  12. 如权利要求10或11所述的实用刀,其中,其中,所述磁性件被设置为嵌入在所述刀架之中。
  13. 如权利要求9或10所述的实用刀,其中,所述闩锁件具有可与所述单个刀片的刀背上的豁口相配合的锁舌,且所述锁舌被设置为在所述磁性件的磁力作用下保持与所述豁口的配合。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的实用刀,其中,所述锁舌在所述刀架的运动方向上的一侧或两侧设有倒角面。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的实用刀,其中,所述锁舌被设置为通过枢转的方式与所述豁口配合,且在所述锁舌的底部设有倒角面。
  16. 如权利要求9或10所述的实用刀,其中,所述备用刀片库被设置为通过第二销轴与所述刀头相连,并可绕所述第二销轴自所述刀头的所述内部空间中枢转而出以装填所述的备用刀片。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的实用刀,其中,所述备用刀片库具有被设置成悬臂梁形式的带有钩状部的凸缘,所述凸缘上所述钩状部被设置为以卡扣配合的方式配合在所述备用刀片的刀背上的豁口中。
  18. 如权利要求9或10所述的实用刀,其中,在所述刀柄上设置有以所述第一销轴的轴线为圆心的带有径向凹部的圆弧槽;所述刀头内设置有可在第三位置和第四位置之间活动但不能相对所述刀头转动的活动件,所述活动件上设置有凸块,所述活动件被设置为:
    当所述刀架处于所述第一位置时,所述活动件处于所述第三位置,此时所述凸块配合在所述圆弧槽的所述径向凹部中;
    当所述刀架由所述第一位置运动至所述第二位置时,所述活动件在所述刀架的作用下由所述第三位置移动至所述第四位置,所述凸块由所述径向凹部移动至所述圆弧槽中,当所述刀头绕所述第一销轴枢转被收入所述刀柄中时,所述凸块在所述圆弧槽中运动。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的实用刀,其中,还包括偏置弹簧,所述偏置弹簧被设置为抵靠所述活动件,当所述活动件在所述刀架的作用下由所述第三位置移动至所述第四位置时,所述偏置弹簧被压缩并对所述活动件进行偏置。
  20. 一种实用刀,包括
    具有内部空间的壳体;
    用于携带单个刀片的刀架;
    用于将所述单个刀片锁扣在所述刀架上的闩锁件;以及
    用于存放一个以上的备用刀片的备用刀片库;
    所述刀架、闩锁件和备用刀片库被设置在所述内部空间中,所述刀架被设置为可在第一位置和第二位置之间活动,且当所述刀架处于所述第一位置时,其携带的所述单个刀片伸出于所述壳体之外,当所述刀架处于所述第二位置时,其携带的所述单个刀片收入所述壳体之中;
    所述备用刀片库通过销轴与所述壳体相连,并被设置为可绕所述销轴自所述内部空间中枢转而出以装填所述的备用刀片。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的实用刀,其中,所述备用刀片库具有被设置成悬臂梁形式的带有钩状部的凸缘,所述凸缘上所述钩状部被设置为以卡扣配合的方式配合在所述备用刀片的刀背上的豁口中。
  22. 一种实用刀,包括
    具有内部空间的壳体;
    用于携带单个刀片的刀架;
    用于将所述单个刀片锁扣在所述刀架上的闩锁件;以及
    用于存放一个以上的备用刀片的备用刀片库;
    所述刀架、闩锁件和备用刀片库被设置在所述内部空间中,所述刀架被设置为在第一位置和第二位置之间活动,当所述刀架处于所述第一位置时,其携带的所述单个刀片伸出于所述壳体之外,当所述刀架处于所述第二位置时,其携带的所述单个刀片收入所述壳体之中;
    其特征在于,所述闩锁件具有与所述单个刀片的刀背上的豁口相配合的锁舌,且所述锁舌被设置为通过枢转的方式与所述豁口配合。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的实用刀,其中,在所述锁舌的底部设有倒角面。
  24. 如权利要求22所述的实用刀,其中,所述锁舌在所述刀架的运动方向上的一侧或两侧设有倒角面。
