在本发明具体实施例中,壳体具有前部11和后部12,前部内设有刀架3,用于安装使用刀片和容纳待用刀片,壳体后部的手柄处设有收容部121,可以放置备用刀片,盖体2可以整体打开或只打开刀架处的部分。在本发明具体实施例中,盖体2可整体开启地连接在壳体1上,将刀架3和收容部121封闭在壳体1内。
其中壳体和盖体通过枢轴21铰接在一起。铰接处位于壳体和盖体的尾部,也可以处于其它位置,从而壳体和盖体可沿枢轴的铰接处打开和关闭。盖体上设置有开关机构22,用于控制盖体与壳体的打开和关闭。开关机构22位于手握住刀具的拇指的位置,方便使用。
位于壳体前部的刀架3包括刀片架31,刀片安装在刀片架上,刀片架可以沿刀架前后运动使安装在刀片架31上的刀片4在露出壳体外和收纳在壳体内两个位置间转换。换句话说,刀片架可以沿刀架前后滑动,带动安装在刀片架上的刀片前后运动,向前运动时伸出壳体外或向后运动时收纳于壳体。
在此以滑动方式举例,刀架3还包括滑动控制件32从刀片架31的上端延伸到壳体1上部的外侧,方便用户手持并滑动刀架,以及置于刀架上的刀片。壳体1在滑动控制件的行程范围内留有空间,供滑动控制件32移动。滑动控制件32包括位于壳体外部的手持部321和手持部向下延伸与刀片架连接的连接部322。移动手持部321及其连接部322,即可带动刀片架移动。进一步,连接部分为两部分,上部和下部,下部具有朝向壳体方向的侧凸,下部的底部与刀片架的接触面之间有弹簧323。壳体在滑动控制件的行程范围内具有间隔的凹陷324。正常情况下,由于连接部下部的侧凸位于所述凹陷内,连接部只能位于壳体在滑动控制件行程范围内的凹陷324的位置上。在压下滑动控制件的手持部的时候,弹簧被压缩,这时,具有侧凸的下部向下运动至壳体具有相间隔的凹陷的下部空间,所以具有侧凸的下部不会被阻挡,这时滑动控制件可以自由在壳体的行程范围内运动。当不对滑动控制件32的手持部321施加向下的压力的时候,弹簧将连接部322向上弹起,这使,连接部下部的侧凸进入到壳体滑动控制件的行程范围内的凹陷中,这时,壳体1在滑动控制件32的行程范围内的凹陷的侧部会阻挡连接部下部的运动,所以,这时,滑动控制件是无法移动的,这样保证滑动控制件不会不小心将刀片滑出,保证使用者的安全。
刀片上有锁止部41,锁止部为刀片脊背上的缺口,也可为刀片上的通孔。刀刀片通过锁止部可拆卸地固定在刀片架上。
刀架还包括刀片锁33,其设置在刀片架31相对于刀片4的另一侧,其上设有用于卡在刀片锁止部41内的锁舌331以及用于接受外力另刀片锁远离刀片方向摆动的推抵部332。正常情况下,锁舌穿过刀片架上的相应位置上的孔伸入刀片的锁止部内,从而刀片可沿刀片架和刀片锁一起前后移动。当刀片需要更换的时候,下压推抵部332,锁舌同时随推抵部向后运动,从刀片的锁止部上脱离,从而刀片可以从刀片架上卸下。在本具体实施例中,刀片在伸出状态下,刀片锁33的推抵部332随刀片架和刀片向前运动至刀片伸出状态,这时,推抵部通过刀库架34上的孔342露出。推动推抵部后,从刀片的伸出口拉动刀片,刀片即可卸下。
刀片锁33通过下部的轴结构与刀片架的相应位置轴连接。在刀片的滑出状态下,盖体相应于刀片锁推抵部的位置具有一个解锁件24,包括推簧241,从壳体外部推动推簧的时候,推簧穿过刀库架上的孔342给推抵部施加向下的力,从而锁舌同时随推抵部向下运动,从刀片的锁止部上脱离,这时,向刀片伸出的方向拉动刀片,可以将刀片卸下。以便更换新的待用刀片使用。
刀库架内部空间中放置的待用刀片与使用刀片缩回时的位置相同,这样,当使用刀片卸下后。待用刀片自动进入刀片架上,并可以正常使用。换句话说,刀片架缩回时待用刀片对应刀片架放置刀片的设置部,以便将刀架上的刀片取下后将待用刀片在位置关系上能够直接被移动至安置部实现自动上刀。
刀架还包括上刀件35,其对待用刀片施力令待用刀片靠向刀架,以便刀片架上的刀片取下后对待用刀片施力,将待用刀片移至刀片架的安置部实现自动上刀。在本实施例中,上刀件为磁性元件,固定在刀片架上,对待用刀片产生吸引力,从而实现自动上刀。
在本发明具体实施例中,如图4所示,盖体上还包括一个弹片25,设置在盖体内侧,弹片的位置与刀库架的内部空间中存放的待用刀片的位置相对应,对待用刀片施加一个向内的力,保证待用刀片留在刀库架中。
具体在本实施例中,如图5-6开关机构包括位于盖体外侧上的触发元件221和与触发元件相连的接触元件222,当开关机构关闭状态下,接触元件222与壳体1配合固定,当开关机构在打开状态下,接触元件与壳体分开,从而盖体和壳体分开。
可以通过按压,转动,推动触发元件221来控制接触元件222与壳体1的固定和分离状态。本发明通过推动触发元件,来实现控制接触元件与壳体的固定和分离状态。具体地,盖体上设有一个通孔23,开关机构还包括开关弹簧223,触发元件221设置在通孔23的内部,并且触发元件表面略高于盖体2的表面,从而方便手推动。开关弹簧223设置在通孔23的前侧内壁与触发元件之间。接触元件222为一个钩状元件,从触发元件的底部延伸下来,壳体内的相应位置上有一个侧槽122,可以容纳并卡住钩状元件的钩部。当向前推动触发元件时,钩状元件从壳体上的侧槽中脱出,从而盖体与壳体分离,开关弹簧自动将触发元件复位。钩状元件的顶部具有一个斜面,当将盖体与壳体闭合时,钩状元件沿顶部的斜面在开关弹簧的配合下卡入壳体上的侧槽中,之后触发元件在开关弹簧的作用下复位,盖体和壳体结合完毕。
进一步,为了防止工作人员不小心推动触发元件,从而打开盖体,造成里面刀片脱落等严重后果,触发元件设计成弹簧夹结构,触发元件2211包括一个具有两个侧立壁的槽体2212和一个推面2216,两个侧立壁上分别具有两个孔2213,孔中间有一个销轴2214通过,销轴上装有一个压簧2215,推面的上表面供手推使用,推面的侧部从推面的两侧向下延伸有两个耳2217,耳上分别具有可以通过销轴的洞2218,从而通过销轴将推面安装在槽体的上部,推面的前部具有一个阻挡部2219,从推面的前边缘沿耳向下延伸。盖体的通孔内具有一个限位件231,位于开关弹簧的上面,阻挡部设置在限位件处。向前推动触发元件,由于阻挡部挡在限位件处,触发元件无法向前移动,开关机构无法正常使用。当向下压动推面的后部的时候,推面的后部克服压簧的弹力向下,上部则沿销轴翘起,这时阻挡部位于限位件的上方,推动触发元件可以使接触元件整体向前移动,从而盖体可以被打开,之后,触发元件在开关弹簧的作用下复位,推面也在压簧的作用下复位。进一步,限位件是从通孔的侧壁延伸出来,位于开关弹簧的上方,当触发元件的前部由于后部下压后翘起的时候,限位件位于触发元件阻挡部的下方。当触发元件后部没有下压的力的时候,前部没有翘起,这时,限位件阻挡触发元件的阻挡部向前移动,从而阻止盖体从壳体被打开,以保证使用者的安全。推面的后部有一个凹陷,方便手指放入给推面一个在后部下压的力。在这个实施例中,作为接触元件222的钩状元件可以与触发元件的槽体2212底部为一体,也可以是固定连接。开关机构还包括一个固定件223,将触发元件和接触元件在垂直的方向上固定在盖体上,在横向的方向上不影响触发元件移动。具体的,固定件是一个卡片,将接触元件卡在盖体的底部。卡片为一个片状体,中间具有一个凹部,可以将触发元件的相应截面的部分容纳其中。在盖体和壳体之间还设置一个辅助弹簧224,位于盖体接触元件的旁边的凹槽内,当盖体和壳体可以打开的时候,将盖体和壳体弹开,方便使用。
本发明的壳体在收容部的部分还包括弹性支架122,安装在收容部旁的壳体上,弹性支架的弹性端延伸到收容部的上方,可以将收容部内的备用刀片固定在收容部内。收容部内有两个倾斜的支撑架,所以备用刀片可以倾斜的设置在收容部内,方便存放和取出,并且倾斜的下部用于存放刀片的刃部,从而保证使用者的安全。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种可更换刀片的刀具包括壳体,设置在所述壳体上的盖体,和设置在所述壳体和所述盖体之间的刀架,其特征在于,所述刀架上安装有可以在伸出和收缩的位置间移动的刀片,并且在所述刀片的收缩位置的相邻位置上的外周设置有刀库架,所述刀库架具有刀片形状的内部空间,用于放置待用刀片。其中,所述盖体可开启地连接在所述壳体上,将所述刀架固定于所述盖体和所述壳体之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述壳体和所述盖体通过枢轴铰接在一起。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述壳体具有前部和后部,所述刀架设置在所述前部,用于安装所述刀片,所述后部设有收容部,用于放置备用刀片,所述盖体将所述刀架和所述收容部封闭在所述壳体内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述位于壳体前部的刀架包括刀片架,可以沿所述刀架运动使安装在所述刀片架上的刀片在露出所述壳体外和收纳在所述壳体内两个位置间转换。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述刀架还包括滑动控制件,所述滑动控制件包括位于所述壳体外部的手持部和手持部向下延伸与刀片架连接的连接部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述连接部分为两部分,上部和下部,所述下部具有朝向壳体方向的侧凸,所述下部的底部与所述刀片架的接触面之间有弹簧,所述壳体在所述滑动控制件的行程范围内具有间隔的凹陷,所述侧凸位于所述凹陷内。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述刀片上有锁止部,所述锁止部为刀片脊背上的缺口或通孔,所述刀片通过所述锁止部可拆卸地固定在所述刀片架上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述刀架还包括刀片锁,设在所述刀片架相对于所述刀片的另一侧,其上设有用于卡在所述刀片的锁止部内的锁舌以及用于接受外力令所述刀片锁远离所述刀片方向的推抵部。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述壳体相应于刀片锁推抵部的位置具有一个解锁件,包括推簧,向所述推抵部施加力。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述刀架还包括上刀件,为设置在刀片架上的磁性元件。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述盖体上设置有弹片,设置在所述盖体内侧,所述弹片的位置与所述刀库架的内部空间中存放的待用刀片的位置相对应。
  12. 如权利要求1或2所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述盖体上设置有开关机构,用于控制所述盖体与所述壳体的打开和关闭。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述开关机构包括位于所述盖体外侧上的触发元件和与所述触发元件相连的接触元件,当所述开关机构关闭状态下,所述接触元件与所述壳体配合固定,当所述开关机构在打开状态下,所述接触元件与所述壳体分开,从而所述盖体和所述壳体分开。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,可以通过按压,转动或推动所述触发元件来控制所述接触元件与所述壳体的固定和分离状态。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述盖体上设有一个通孔,所述触发元件设置在所述通孔的内部,所述开关机构还包括开关弹簧,所述开关弹簧设置在通所述孔的前侧内壁与所述触发元件之间。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述接触元件为一个钩状元件,从触发元件的底部延伸下来,所述壳体内的相应位置上有一个侧槽,可以容纳并卡住所述钩状元件的钩部。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述触发元件包括一个具有两个侧立壁的槽体和一个推面,两个侧立壁上分别具有两个孔,有一个销轴从所述孔中间通过,所述销轴上装有一个压簧位于所述槽体和推面之间,所述推面的上表面供手推使用,所述推面的侧部从推面的两侧向下延伸有两个耳,所述耳上分别具有可以通过销轴的洞,从而通过所述销轴将所述推面安装在所述槽体的上部,推面的前部具有一个阻挡部,从推面的前边缘沿耳向下延伸,所述盖体的所述通孔内具有一个限位件,位于所述开关弹簧的上面,所述阻挡部设置在所述限位件处。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述开关机构还包括一个固定件,将所述触发元件和所述接触元件在垂直的方向上固定在盖体上。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述盖体和壳体之间还设置一个辅助弹簧。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的可更换刀片的刀具,其特征在于,所述壳体在收容部还包括弹性支架,安装在所述收容部旁的所述壳体上,所述弹性支架的弹性端延伸到所述收容部的上方,可以将所述收容部内的备用刀片固定在所述收容部内。
