Abstract
Description
本実施形態の包装体1は、シールラベル5の開封および密閉を繰り返す開閉方向である第1方向(各図中のY方向)と、第1方向と直交する方向を第2方向(各図中のX方向)とを有する。開閉方向のうち、開封する方向はシールラベル5の180°剥離を行う方向を意味する。本実施形態の包装体1は、ウェットシート2を取り出す前の状態においては、平面視して図中のY方向に長い矩形状のものである。なお、包装体1、収容体3、被覆シート4、リシールラベル5はY方向に長い形状として説明したが、Y方向とX方向とが同じ長さでもよく、X方向の方がY方向より長い形状でもよい。
図6(a)に示す収容体切断線32においては、前端縁32aが第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に形成されており、一対の側縁32s,32sが互いに平行に第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該収容体切断線32においては、その両端部に裂け止まり部33が形成されていない。
図6(b)に示す収容体切断線32においては、前端縁32aが第2方向(X方向)に直線状に延びており、一対の側縁32s,32sが互いに平行に第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該収容体切断線32においては、その両端部に裂け止まり部33が形成されていない。
図6(c)に示す収容体切断線32においては、前端縁32aが、図6(a)に示す収容体切断線32の前端縁32aよりも曲率半径の小さい、第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に延びており、一対の側縁32s,32sが、第1方向(Y方向)の前方側から後方側に向かって互いの間隔を漸次増加するように第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該収容体切断線32においては、その両端部に裂け止まり部33が形成されていない。
図6(d)に示す収容体切断線32においては、前端縁32aが、図6(a)に示す収容体切断線32の前端縁32aよりも曲率半径の小さい、第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に延びており、一対の側縁32s,32sが、第1方向(Y方向)の前方側から後方側に向かって互いの間隔を漸次減少するように第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該収容体切断線32においては、その両端部に裂け止まり部33が形成されていない。
図6(f)に示す収容体切断線32においては、前端縁32aが第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に形成されており、一対の側縁32s,32sが互いに平行に第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該収容体切断線32の両端部に裂け止まり部33が形成されており、該各裂け止まり部33は、第2方向(X方向)内方に向くように、第1方向(Y方向)後方に向かって凸の半円状に形成されている。
図6(g)に示す収容体切断線32においては、前端縁32aが第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に形成されており、一対の側縁32s,32sが互いに平行に第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該収容体切断線32の両端部に裂け止まり部33が形成されており、該各裂け止まり部33は、第2方向(X方向)内方に向くように、第1方向(Y方向)後方に向かって凸の弧状に形成されている。
図6(h)に示す収容体切断線32においては、前端縁32aが第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に形成されており、一対の側縁32s,32sが互いに平行に第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該収容体切断線32の両端部に裂け止まり部33が形成されており、該各裂け止まり部33は、第2方向(X方向)外方に向くように、第1方向(Y方向)後方に向かって凸の弧状に形成されている。
図8(a)に示す被覆シート切断線42においては、前端縁42aが第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に形成されており、一対の側縁42s,42sが互いに平行に第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該被覆シート切断線42においては、その両端部に裂け止まり部43が形成されていない。
図8(b)に示す被覆シート切断線42においては、前端縁42aが第2方向(X方向)に線状に延びており、一対の側縁42s,42sが互いに平行に第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該被覆シート切断線42においては、その両端部に裂け止まり部43が形成されていない。
図8(c)に示す被覆シート切断線42においては、前端縁42aが、図8(a)に示す被覆シート切断線42の前端縁42aよりも曲率半径の小さい、第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に延びており、一対の側縁42s,42sが、第1方向(Y方向)の前方側から後方側に向かって互いの間隔を漸次増加するように第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該被覆シート切断線42においては、その両端部に裂け止まり部43が形成されていない。
図8(d)に示す被覆シート切断線42においては、前端縁42aが、図8(a)に示す被覆シート切断線42の前端縁42aよりも曲率半径の小さい、第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に延びており、一対の側縁42s,42sが、第1方向(Y方向)の前方側から後方側に向かって互いの間隔を漸次減少するように第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該被覆シート切断線42においては、その両端部に裂け止まり部43が形成されていない。
図8(f)に示す被覆シート切断線42においては、前端縁42aが第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に形成されており、一対の側縁42s,42sが互いに平行に第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該被覆シート切断線42の両端部に裂け止まり部43が形成されており、該各裂け止まり部43は、第2方向(X方向)内方に向くように、第1方向(Y方向)後方に向かって凸の半円状に形成されている。
図8(g)に示す被覆シート切断線42においては、前端縁42aが第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に形成されており、一対の側縁42s,42sが互いに平行に第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該被覆シート切断線42の両端部に裂け止まり部43が形成されており、該各裂け止まり部43は、第2方向(X方向)内方に向くように、第1方向(Y方向)後方に向かって凸の弧状に形成されている。
図8(h)に示す被覆シート切断線42においては、前端縁42aが第1方向(Y方向)前方に凸の円弧状に形成されており、一対の側縁42s,42sが互いに平行に第1方向(Y方向)に延びている。また、該被覆シート切断線42の両端部に裂け止まり部43が形成されており、該各裂け止まり部43は、第2方向(X方向)外方に向くように、第1方向(Y方向)後方に向かって凸の弧状に形成されている。
図8(a)~(h)に示す被覆シート4の被覆シート切断線42は、その形状を、図6(a)~(h)に示す収容体3の収容体切断線32の形状に略相似するものとすることが好ましいが、収容体3の収容体切断線32の外方に配することが可能であれば、何れの形状のものと組み合わせてもよい。
尚、収容体切断線32の両端部32e,32eの位置は、図10に示すように、第1方向(Y方向)において、被覆シート切断線42の両端部42e,42eの位置よりもリシールラベル5の一端部5e側(第1方向(Y方向)後方)に配されていてもよい。このような場合、収容体切断線32の両端部32e,32eには、裂け止まり部33は設けても設けなくてもよいが、裂け止まり部33を設けた方が、開閉操作回数が多い場合に好ましい。また、収容体切断線32の両端部32e,32eの位置が、第1方向(Y方向)において、被覆シート切断線42の両端部42e,42eの位置よりもリシールラベル5の他端部5f側(第1方向(Y方向)前方)に配されていてもよい。このような場合、収容体切断線32の両端部32e,32eには、裂け止まり部33を設けることが好ましい。
図1のように、包装体1を開封してウェットシート2を取り出す際にリシールラベル5のリシール部52を剥がして立ち上げると、図9に示すように断面視して、リシール部52の根元部分52aが、リシールラベル5と、リシールラベル5に固着され被覆シート切断線42で切り離される被覆シート4の切離片420と、及び被覆シート4の切離片420に固着され収容体切断線32で切り離される収容体3の切離片320との三層部を有している。詳述すると、ウェットシート2を取り出す際にリシールラベル5のリシール部52を立ち上げると、図3に示すように、第1方向(Y方向)において、収容体3の収容体切断線32の両端部32e,32eの位置と、被覆シート4の被覆シート切断線42の両端部42e,42eの位置と、リシールラベル5の一対の切り込み部54,54の両端54eの位置とが一致しているので、図1のように、ウェットシート2を取り出す際にリシールラベル5のリシール部52を立ち上げると、リシールラベル5の一対の切り込み部54,54、被覆シート4の裂け止まり部43、及び収容体3の裂け止まり部によって、リシールラベル5のそれ以上の引き剥がしが防止される。そして、リシールラベル5のリシール部52の引き剥がしにより、被覆シート4においては被覆シート切断線42による被覆シート4の切離片420が形成され、収容体3の上面においては収容体切断線32による収容体3の切離片320が形成される。従って、リシールラベル5のリシール部52の下面には被覆シート4に配された被覆シート切断線42で切り離される被覆シート4の切離片420が固着され、被覆シート4の切離片420の下面には、収容体3の上面に配された収容体切断線32で切り離される収容体3の切離片320が固着されるようになる。この固着は、リシールラベル5の開閉操作によっても剥がれない。
また、リシールラベル5、被覆シート4の切離片420及び収容体3の切離片320の三層部が、根元部分52aを介してリシールラベル5のリシール部52から固定部51に亘って連続しているので、リシールラベル5で密封する際にリシールラベル5にねじれが更に生じ難く、密封状態が向上する。
ウェットシート2を取り出す際にリシールラベル5のリシール部52を立ち上げると、図15に示すように断面視して、リシール部52の根元部分52aが、リシールラベル5と、リシールラベル5に固着され収容体切断線32で切り離される収容体3の切離片320とからなっている。詳述すると、ウェットシート2を取り出す際にリシールラベル5のリシール部52を立ち上げると、図12に示すように、第1方向(Y方向)において、収容体3の収容体切断線32の両端部32e,32eの位置が、リシールラベル5の一対の切り込み部54,54の両端54eの位置よりも第1方向(Y方向)後方に配されているので、リシールラベル5の裂け止まり部である切り込み部54,54によって、リシールラベル5のそれ以上の引き剥がしが防止される。そして、リシールラベル5のリシール部52を立ち上げにより、収容体3の上面においては収容体切断線32による収容体3の切離片320が形成される。従って、リシールラベル5のリシール部52の下面には、収容体3の上面に配された収容体切断線32で切り離される収容体3の切離片320が固着されるようになる。
前記包装体は、前記リシールラベルの開閉方向である第1方向と、該第1方向に直交する第2方向を有し、
前記リシールラベルは、前記第1方向の一端部側に前記被覆シートに固定された固定部と、該第1方向の他端部側から該固定部に向かって剥離して立ち上げ可能なリシール部とを有し、
前記収容体は、その上面に、前記収容体の取出口を形成する収容体切断線を有し、該収容体切断線は、前記リシールラベルの前記固定部側から該リシールラベルの前記他端部側に凸に形成されており、
前記被覆シートは、前記収容体切断線の外方に、前記被覆シートの取出口を形成する前記リシールラベルの前記固定部側から該リシールラベルの前記他端部側に凸に形成された被覆シート切断線を有しており、
前記被包装物を取り出す際に前記リシールラベルの前記リシール部を立ち上げると、該リシール部の根元部分が、前記リシールラベルと、該リシールラベルに固着され前記被覆シート切断線で切り離される前記被覆シートの切離片と、及び該被覆シートの切離片に固着され前記収容体切断線で切り離される前記収容体の切離片との三層部を有する包装体。
<3>前記被覆シートは、前記被覆シート切断線の両端部それぞれに、裂け止まり部が形成されている前記<1>に又は<2>に記載の包装体。
<4>前記収容体切断線の裂け止まり部、または前記被覆シートの裂け止まり部は、円弧状に形成されている前記<2>又は<3>に記載の包装体。
<5>前記収容体切断線の両端部の位置が、前記被覆シート切断線の両端部の位置と一致している前記<1>~<4>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<6>前記収容体切断線は、その両端部の位置が、前記被覆シート切断線の両端部の位置よりも前記リシールラベルの一端部側に配されている前記<1>~<4>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<7>前記収容体切断線は、その両端部の位置が、前記被覆シート切断線の両端部の位置よりも前記リシールラベルの他端部側に配されている前記<1>~<4>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<8>前記被覆シートは、その収容体側の面に、前記被覆シート切断線を含む帯状の非粘着部が、該被覆シート切断線に沿って形成されている前記<1>~<7>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<9>前記リシールラベルは、その一端部側に、一対の切り込み部を有している前記<1>~<8>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<11>前記収容体切断線は、前記第1方向に延びる一対の側縁を有し、該一対の側縁は、互いに平行な一対の第1直線部と、該一対の第1直線部から連続して前記リシールラベルの一端部側に延びる一対の第2直線部を有し、該一対の第2直線部は、第2方向の間隔が、前記リシールラベルの他端部側から一端部側に向かって漸次減少するように形成されている前記<1>~<9>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<12>前記被覆シート切断線は、前記第1方向に延びる一対の側縁を有し、該一対の側縁は、互いに平行に該第1方向に延びているか、該第1方向の前方側から後方側に向かって互いの間隔を漸次増加するように延びているか、あるいは該第1方向の前方側から後方側に向かって互いの間隔を漸次減少するように延びている前記<1>~<11>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<13>前記被覆シート切断線は、前記第1方向に延びる一対の側縁を有し、該一対の側縁は、互いに平行な一対の第1直線部と、該一対の第1直線部から連続して前記リシールラベルの一端部側に延びる一対の第2直線部を有し、該一対の第2直線部は、前記第2方向の間隔が、前記リシールラベルの他端部側から一端部側に向かって漸次減少するように形成されている前記<1>~<11>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<14>前記収容体切断線の前端縁は、前記第1方向前方に凸の円弧状に形成されているか、該前端縁が幅方向に直線状に延びている前記<1>~<13>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<15>前記収容体切断線の両端部に形成された前記裂け止まり部は、前記第2方向外方に向くように該第1方向後方に向かって凸の半円状に形成されているか、前記第2方向内方に向くように前記第1方向後方に向かって凸の半円状に形成されているか、前記第2方向内方に向くように該第1方向後方に向かって凸の弧状に形成されているか、あるいは前記第2方向外方に向くように前記第1方向後方に向かって凸の弧状に形成されている前記<2>~<14>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<16>前記被覆シートの両側縁の形成位置は、前記リシールラベルの両側縁の形成位置と一致している前記<1>~<15>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<17>前記被覆シートの後端縁と前記リシールラベルの後端縁とは一致している前記<1>~<16>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<18>前記被覆シート切断線の形状と前記収容体切断線の形状とは、略相似する前記<1>~<17>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<19>前記被覆シートを形成するシート状部材は、前記リシールラベルを形成するシート状部材よりも剛性が高いか、あるいは前記収容体を形成するシート状部材よりも更に剛性が高い前記<1>~<18>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
前記包装体は、前記リシールラベルの開閉方向である第1方向と、該第1方向に直交する第2方向を有し、
前記リシールラベルは、前記第1方向の一端部側に前記被覆シートに固定された固定部と、前記第1方向の他端部側から該固定部に向かって剥離して立ち上げ可能なリシール部とを有し、
前記収容体は、その上面に、前記収容体の取出口を形成する収容体切断線を有し、該収容体切断線は、前記リシールラベルの前記固定部側から該リシールラベルの前記他端部側に凸に形成されており、
前記被包装物を取り出す際に前記リシールラベルの前記リシール部を立ち上げると、該リシール部の根元部分が、前記リシールラベルと、前記収容体切断線で切り離される前記収容体の切離片とのニ層部を有し、
前記収容体切断線の両端部それぞれには、裂け止まり部が形成されている包装体。
<22>前記包装体においては、前記第1方向において、前記収容体の前記収容体切断線の両端部の位置が、前記リシールラベルの一対の切り込み部の位置よりも前記第1方向後方に配されている前記<20>又は<21>に記載の包装体。
<23>前記収容体切断線の裂け止まり部は、円弧状に形成されている前記<20>~<22>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<24>前記リシールラベルは、前記第1方向に沿う両側部に、一対の切り込み部を有している前記<20>~<23>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<25>前記収容体切断線は、前記第1方向に延びる一対の側縁を有し、該一対の側縁は、互いに平行に該第1方向に延びているか、前記第1方向の前方側から後方側に向かって互いの間隔を漸次増加するように延びているか、あるいは前記第1方向の前方側から後方側に向かって互いの間隔を漸次減少するように延びている前記<20>~<24>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<26>前記収容体切断線は、前記第1方向に延びる一対の側縁を有し、該一対の側縁は、互いに平行な一対の第1直線部と、該一対の第1直線部から連続して前記リシールラベルの一端部側に延びる一対の第2直線部を有し、該一対の第2直線部は、前記第2方向の間隔が、前記リシールラベルの他端部側から一端部側に向かって漸次減少するように形成されている前記<20>~<24>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<27>前記収容体切断線の前端縁は、前記第1方向前方に凸の円弧状に形成されているか、前端縁が前記第2方向に直線状に延びている前記<20>~<26>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
<28>前記収容体切断線の両端部に形成された前記裂け止まり部は、前記第2方向外方に向くように前記第1方向後方に向かって凸の半円状に形成されているか、前記第2方向内方に向くように前記第1方向後方に向かって凸の半円状に形成されているか、前記第2方向内方に向くように前記第1方向後方に向かって凸の弧状に形成されているか、あるいは前記第2方向外方に向くように前記第1方向後方に向かって凸の弧状に形成されている前記<20>~<27>の何れか1に記載の包装体。
Claims (8)
- 被包装物を収容した収容体と、該収容体に形成される該被包装物を取り出す取出口を覆うように固着された被覆シートと、該被覆シートに形成される該被包装物を取り出す取出口を覆うように該被覆シートの上面に貼付されたリシールラベルとを備えた包装体であって、
前記包装体は、前記リシールラベルの開閉方向である第1方向と、該第1方向に直交する第2方向を有し、
前記リシールラベルは、前記第1方向の一端部側に前記被覆シートに固定された固定部と、該第1方向の他端部側から該固定部に向かって剥離して立ち上げ可能なリシール部とを有し、
前記収容体は、その上面に、前記収容体の取出口を形成する収容体切断線を有し、該収容体切断線は、前記リシールラベルの前記固定部側から該リシールラベルの前記他端部側に凸に形成されており、
前記被覆シートは、前記収容体切断線の外方に、前記被覆シートの取出口を形成する前記リシールラベルの前記固定部側から該リシールラベルの前記他端部側に凸に形成された被覆シート切断線を有しており、
前記被包装物を取り出す際に前記リシールラベルの前記リシール部を立ち上げると、該リシール部の根元部分が、前記リシールラベルと、該リシールラベルに固着され前記被覆シート切断線で切り離される前記被覆シートの切離片と、及び該被覆シートの切離片に固着され前記収容体切断線で切り離される前記収容体の切離片との三層部を有する包装体。 - 前記収容体切断線の両端部それぞれには、裂け止まり部が形成されている請求項1に記載の包装体。
- 前記被覆シートは、前記被覆シート切断線の両端部それぞれに、裂け止まり部が形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の包装体。
- 前記収容体切断線の裂け止まり部、または前記被覆シートの裂け止まり部は、円弧状に形成されている請求項2又は3に記載の包装体。
- 前記収容体切断線の両端部の位置が、前記被覆シート切断線の両端部の位置と一致している請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の包装体。
- 前記収容体切断線は、その両端部の位置が、前記被覆シート切断線の両端部の位置よりも前記リシールラベルの一端部側に配されている請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の包装体。
- 前記被覆シートは、その収容体側の面に、前記被覆シート切断線を含む帯状の非粘着部が、該被覆シート切断線に沿って形成されている請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の包装体。
- 前記リシールラベルは、その一端部側に、一対の切り込み部を有している請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の包装体。
