- the user In order to take out a wet tissue 130 from the wet-tissue storage space 110H, the user holds the tab portion 120c of the lid 120 and peels the opening-closing portion 120b off the top of the reinforcing sheet 113, so that the opening-closing portion 120b is separated from the reinforcing sheet 113 and the opening 112 is opened.
- the opening-closing portion 120b is normally bonded to the top of the reinforcing sheet 113 in order to prevent the wet tissues 130 from drying.
- the lateral seal part 111a is kept in a fixed position and the tab portion 120c of the lid 120 is picked and pulled up by the user. Specifically, the tab portion 120c is pulled in a direction of arrow A toward the lateral seal part 111b.
- the opening-closing portion 120b of the lid 120 is peeled off the reinforcing sheet 113, so that the opening 112 is exposed and the wet tissues 130 can be taken out through the exposed opening 112.
- the body 110 may be hung with a hanging string or rope 200 through the hang hole 114.
- the hang hole 114 is a feature that corresponds to the "holding part", the "hanging part” and the "through hole” according to this invention.
- the diameter of the hang hole 114 and the strength of the lateral seal part 111a around the hang hole 114 are set such that the hang hole 114 is prevented from being destroyed when the lid 120 is peeled.
- the diameter of the hang hole 114 and the section modulus of the lateral seal part 111a are set such that the hang hole 114 is prevented from being destroyed by tensile stress which is generated on the heat-sealing film by separation of the adhesive when the lid 120 is peeled, and by tensile stress which is generated on the heat-sealing film under the own weight of the container 100.
- the film tear strength of the lateral seal part 111a is set to be 280 g or higher.
- the reinforcing sheet 113 is configured such that the opening 112 is prevented from being irreversibly deformed not only by the tensile stress and the bending moment which act upon the heat-sealing film when the lid 120 is peeled, but by the tensile stress which is generated under the weight of the wet tissues 130 when the body 110 is hung. Specifically, when the tensile stress and the bending moment act upon the reinforcing sheet 113 at the same time, the side of the reinforcing sheet 113 acted upon by the tensile stress is more easily deformed plastically (deformed irreversibly).
- the force acting under the weight of the wet tissues 130 is not directly involved in the deformation of the reinforcing sheet which may be caused by the bending moment when the lid 120 is peeled. Therefore, particularly, when the body 110 is hung in use, it is necessary to consider the elastic modulus and the section modulus of the reinforcing sheet 113 in order to prevent deformation of the reinforcing sheet 113 and the opening 112.
- the thickness and the elastic modulus of the reinforcing sheet 113 are set by considering the tensile stress which acts under the weight of the wet tissues 130.
- the reinforcing sheet 113 and the lid 120 are formed of PET film, PVC film or the like, having the thickness of 50 ⁇ m or more and the thickness of 70 ⁇ m or more, respectively.
- the body 110 is formed of film (e.g. PET12/AL6/CPP30) with the thickness of 48 ⁇ m.
- the tab portion 120c is returned back to the opening 112 side and the opening-closing portion 120b is bonded to the top of the reinforcing sheet 113.
- the container 100 can be hung and held in that state.
- the lid 120 can be peeled off the body 110 with the container 100 held in the hanging state. Therefore, the user can peel the lid 120 with one hand, so that the user's operation of peeling the lid 120 is facilitated.
- the lid 120 is peeled with the container 100 held in the hanging state, so that the lid 120 is held in the peeled state under its own weight. Therefore, the user can peel the lid 120 off the body 110 with one hand and then take out the wet tissues 130 through the opening with the same hand. Thus, the user can perform all these actions with one hand, so that the user's operation is facilitated.
- the reinforcing sheet 113 is arranged on the top of the upper wall 110a. Therefore, when the lid 120 is peeled from the lateral seal part 111a side to the lateral seal part 111b side, the heat sealing film for forming the body 110 can be prevented from being deformed. Specifically, by provision of the reinforcing sheet 113, the body 110 is reinforced around the through hole 112a (the opening 112) having a lower rigidity. Thus, deformation of the body 110 can be prevented. As a result, adhesion between the lid 120 and the reinforcing sheet 113 can be improved when the lid 120 covers the opening 120 again, so that the wet tissues 130 can be prevented from drying,
- the reinforcing sheet 113 arranged around the opening 112 particularly an area surrounding the opening 112 and having a low rigidity can be reinforced.
- the body 110 can be reinforced with a simple structure of simply adhering the reinforcing sheet 113 to the top of the upper wall 110a after the body 110 is formed.
- the reinforcing sheet 113 of the present invention is now described with reference to FIG. 7 .
- the reinforcing sheet 213 is provided. In the other points, it has the same construction as the above-described embodiment.
- the reinforcing sheet 213 is arranged only between the opening 112 of the body 110 and the lateral seal part 111a. Specifically, the reinforcing sheet 213 extends along the short side direction of the body 110 between the opening 112 and the lateral seal part 111 a.
- the reinforcing sheet 213 has curved parts and straight parts 213a, 213b.
- the curved parts of the reinforcing sheet 213 have about the same shape as the curved parts of the lid 120 facing the lateral seal part 111 a in the long side direction of the body 110, and the straight parts 213a, 213b extend along the short side direction of the body 110.
- the reinforcing sheet 213 is longer than the opening 112 in the short side direction of the body 110.
- the reinforcing sheet 213 is laid between the body 110 and the lid 120. Provision of the straight parts 213a in the reinforcing sheet 213 makes it easier for users to pick up the tab portion 120c formed at the end of the lid 120.
- the reinforcing sheet 313 is arranged only between the opening 112 of the body 110 and the lateral seal part 111a. Specifically, the reinforcing sheet 313 extends along the short side direction of the body 110 between the opening 112 and the lateral seal part 111a. The reinforcing sheet 313 is rectangular and longer than the opening 112 in the short side direction of the body 110.
- the hang hole 114 is provided as the hanging part in the lateral seal part 111 a of the body 110, but the hanging part is not limited to this.

Description
- The present invention relates to a container for storing a storage article for dispensation and to a container package including the container and the storage article stored therein.
- Japanese non-examined laid-open Patent Publication No.
2010-13144 - Prior Art Document 1: Japanese laid-open Patent Publication No.
2010-13144 US 6,026,953 A ,WO 2009/065120 A1 ,WO 2005/023677 A1 andWO 91/04920 A1 - In the above-described known container, when the lid is peeled off the body, the film which forms the body deforms by the peeling force. Particularly in the case of the container formed of a thin sheet material such as film, the body irreversibly and plastically deforms by the peeling force. In this state, when the opening is covered again by the lid, the lid does not easily adhere tightly to the body. Therefore, if the lid does not adhere tightly to the body, the wet tissues stored within the body may get dry, or foreign material may enter the body. It is, accordingly, an object of the present invention to provide an improved technique relating to adhesion of a lid to a body in a container.
- In order to solve the above-described problem, according to the present invention, a container includes the features according to
claim 1, including a body which is formed of a sheet member having an opening open to outside and has a storage space inside in communication with the opening, and a lid which covers the opening and can open and close the opening. The container is configured such that a storage article stored in the storage space can be taken out through the opening. The body extends along a first direction. The body has a holding part which is formed for holding the body in a region of one end of the body in the first direction. The lid has a fixed portion which is fixedly bonded to the body and a peelable portion which is formed contiguously to the fixed portion and can be peeled off the body. The peelable portion contiguously extends from the fixed portion toward the one end of the body in the first direction. The body has a reinforcing part which extends along a second direction transverse to the first direction at least between the opening and the holding part in the first direction and serves to reinforce the body. - According to this invention, by providing the reinforcing part extending along the second direction transverse to the first direction between the opening and the holding part, when the lid is peeled from the one end to the other in the first direction and the body is acted upon by a force which is generated at this time, the body having the reinforcing part can be prevented from being deformed. Specifically, the reinforcing part can prevent deformation of the body (the sheet member) which may be caused by peeling the lid. Particularly, by providing the reinforcing part upstream of the opening in the peeling direction, the reinforcing part can effectively prevent deformation of the opening and its surrounding region. As a result, adhesion between the lid and the body is improved when the opening is covered with the lid again after the lid is peeled.
- According to the container of the present invention, the holding part is formed as a hanging part for hanging the body. The hanging part is a through hole formed through the body. Further, it is preferable for the hanging part to have such a strength that the hanging part is prevented from being destroyed when the body is hung and the peelable portion is peeled off the body. Specifically, the hanging part has a section modulus large enough to be prevented from being destroyed by the force which is generated when the peelable portion is peeled off the body, and by the force which acts upon the hanging part under the weight of the container having a storage article stored therein. The manner of "destroying" the holding part includes not only the manner of making the holding part unable to perform the function of holding the body, but the manner of irreversibly (plastically) deforming it
- In this aspect, by providing the hanging part as a holding part of the container, the container can be hung and used in that state. Therefore, a user does not have to hold the body when peeling the lid off the body. In other words, the user can peel the lid with one hand. Thus, the user's operation can be made simpler.
- In this aspect, the hanging part is provided with a lateral seal part which is formed in the body.
- According to a further aspect of the container of the present invention, the reinforcing part is provided in a region to be covered by the lid. The reinforcing part is a reinforcing sheet formed separately from the body. In this case, the reinforcing sheet is fixedly bonded to the body. Further, the reinforcing sheet is provided between the body and the lid.
- In this aspect, by providing the reinforcing part in a region to be covered by the lid, particularly a region of the body off which the lid is peeled can be reinforced. Further, by providing the reinforcing part which is a reinforcing sheet formed separately off the body, the reinforcing part can be formed with a simple structure of simply attaching the reinforcing sheet to the body. In this case, the reinforcing part can be easily formed by attaching the reinforcing sheet to the body from outside.
- According to a further aspect of the container of the present invention, the lid has a holding portion to be held by users. The holding portion is formed contiguously to the peelable portion on an end of the peelable portion facing away from the fixed portion in the first direction.
- In this aspect, with the construction in which the lid is provided with the holding portion, the user can hold the holding portion and easily peel the lid off the body sheet. Thus, the user's operation can be made easier.
- According to a further aspect of the container of the present invention, the fixed portion of the lid is fixedly bonded to the body.
- In this aspect, with the construction in which the lid is provided with the fixed portion which is fixedly bonded to the body, the peelable portion can be left on the body in the peeled state. In other words, the lid can be prevented from being separated from the body when the peelable portion is peeled.
- According to a further embodiment of this invention, a container package is provided which includes a container according to claim 6 and a storage article. The container includes a body which is formed of a sheet member having an opening open to outside and has a storage space inside in communication with the opening, and a lid which covers the opening and can open and close the opening. The storage article is stored in the storage space and can be taken out through the opening.
- According to this invention, by providing the reinforcing part extending in the second direction transverse to the first direction between the opening and the holding part, when the lid is peeled from the one end to the other in the first direction and the body is acted upon by a force which is generated by peeling the lid, the body having the reinforcing part can be prevented from being deformed.
- According to a further aspect of the container package of the present invention, the holding part is formed as a hanging part for hanging the body. Further, when the body is hung and the reinforcing part is acted upon by tensile stress in the first direction under the weight of the storage article, the reinforcing part is provided and configured to prevent the opening from being irreversibly deformed by the tensile stress. Specifically, the thickness, rigidity and size of the reinforcing part are set such that the opening is prevented from being irreversibly (plastically) deformed even if the reinforcing part is acted upon not only by the tensile stress generated by peeling the lid, but by the tensile stress generated under the weight of the storage article when the body is hung.
- According to a further aspect of the container package of the present invention, the storage article is an assembly of articles of the same kind. The articles are configured to be taken out through the opening one by one. The reinforcing part is acted upon by tensile stress in the first direction under the weight of all of the articles when the body is hung and any of the articles is not taken out yet. Further, the reinforcing part is acted upon by bending moment when the lid is peeled. The reinforcing part has a section modulus large enough to prevent the opening from being irreversibly deformed when the reinforcing part is acted upon by the tensile stress and the bending moment.
- In this aspect, the opening can be prevented from being irreversibly (plastically) deformed by the weight of the storage article when the body is hung.
- According to this invention, an improved technique relating to adhesion of a lid to a body is provided in a container.

FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a container of a modification of this invention. - A
container 100 for storingwet tissues 130 for dispensation is now explained as a representative embodiment of the present invention.Wet tissues 130 mean a sheet-type base material made of a fibrous material (cf. nonwoven fabric, gauze, cotton sheet, tissue paper) and impregnated with liquid (cf. alcohol, antiseptic solution, skin lotion). Thewet tissues 130 are features that correspond to the "storage article" according to this invention. Thecontainer 100 containing the wet tissues 13 0 is a feature that corresponds to the "container package" according to this invention. - The construction of the
container 100 of this embodiment is explained with reference toFIGS. 1 to 6 . As shown inFIG. 1 , thecontainer 100 includes abody 110 and alid 120. Thebody 110 and thelid 120 are features that correspond to the "body" and the "lid", respectively, according to this invention. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , thebody 110 of thecontainer 100 is formed by anupper wall 110a and abottom wall 110b and has a wet-tissue storage space 110H in which thewet tissues 130 are stored. Further, thebody 110 of thecontainer 100 has a throughhole 112 formed in theupper wall 110a. The wet-tissue storage space 110H is a feature that corresponds to the "storage space" according to this invention. - The
wet tissues 130 are stored in the wet-tissue storage space 110H in such a manner as to be taken out one by one through anopening 112. Preferably, thewet tissues 130 are stored such that, when a firstwet tissue 130 is taken out through theopening 112, an underlying secondwet tissue 130 is partially exposed (pops up) outward through theopening 112. For example, thewet tissues 130 are individually folded in two and stacked one on another in such orientation that a folding direction of thewet tissues 130 is alternately reversed. At this time, an end of a lower half (in the laminated state) of awet tissue 130 is located below an end of an upper half (in the laminated state) of the secondwet tissue 130. - The
body 110 of thecontainer 100 is formed, for example, of a film which can be fusion bonded by heating or heat-sealed (which film is referred to as a "heat-sealing film"). In order to form thebody 110 of thecontainer 100, typically, thewet tissues 130 are wrapped with a heat-sealing film and then a longitudinal seal part (not shown) andlateral seal parts lateral seal parts body 110 along the direction in which the heat-sealing film is fed during manufacturing of thecontainer 100. Thelateral seal parts container 100, and extend along a direction perpendicular to the feed direction. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , thelateral seal part 111a is wider than thelateral seal part 111b in the long side direction of the body 110 (in the longitudinal direction inFIG. 2 ). Acircular hang hole 114 is formed through thelateral seal part 111a substantially in the middle of thelateral seal part 111a. The long side direction of thebody 110 is a feature that corresponds to the "first direction" according to this invention. - Various kinds of films which can be heat-sealed or fusion bonded by heating can be used as the heat-sealing film for forming the
body 110 of thecontainer 100. In this embodiment, in which the heat-sealing film is used for packing thewet tissues 130, the heat-sealing film is preferably of a type that can keep thewet tissues 130 in wet condition (or prevent them from drying). For example, a laminate film is used which includes a protective layer made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin, a moisture keeping layer (drying prevention layer) made of aluminum, and a heat-sealing layer made of biaxial oriented polypropylene resin. In order to form thebody 110 by using such a heat-sealing film, edges of the heat-sealing film are laid one on top of another such that portions of the heat-sealing layer (biaxial oriented polypropylene resin layer) are opposed to each other in the longitudinal and lateral seal parts. Thus, when the longitudinal and lateral seal parts are heated, the opposed portions of the heat-sealing layer (biaxial oriented polypropylene resin layer) are melted and bonded together in the seal parts. The protective layer may be omitted. Further, the moisture keeping layer (drying prevention layer) is not limited to an aluminum layer, but includes any layers which can keep thewet tissues 130 in wet condition (prevent thewet tissues 130 from drying) within the wet-tissue storage space 110H. The heat-sealing layer is not limited to a biaxial oriented polypropylene resin layer, but includes any layers which can be heat-sealed. The heat-sealing film is a feature that corresponds to the "sheet member" according to this invention. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , a reinforcingsheet 113 not according to the invention is bonded to the upper surface of theupper wall 110a of thebody 110 by an adhesive. As shown inFIGS. 4 and 5 , a throughhole 112b is formed in a middle region of the reinforcingsheet 113 not according to the invention. Specifically, the reinforcingsheet 113 is formed around the throughhole 112b. The throughhole 112b of the reinforcingsheet 113 and the throughhole 112a of theupper wall 110a form theopening 112. Thus, the reinforcingsheet 113 extends along the short side direction of thebody 110 perpendicularly to the long side direction between theopening 112 and thelateral seal part 111a and thehang hole 114. The short side direction of thebody 110 is a feature that corresponds to the "second direction" according to this invention. - As shown in
FIG. 4 , the reinforcingsheet 113 not according to the invention has astraight part 113a formed on the side facing thelateral seal part 111a and extending along the short side direction of thebody 110. Specifically, the reinforcingsheet 113 is shorter than an opening-closingportion 120b (seeFIG. 2 ) of thelid 120 in the long side direction of thebody 110. In this embodiment, the reinforcingsheet 113 is formed of the same material as the heat-sealing film for forming thebody 110. The material of the reinforcingsheet 113 is not limited to this, but it may be formed of a more elastic material than the heat-sealing film of thebody 110. Further, it is preferred that the reinforcingsheet 113 has a higher flexural rigidity than the heat-sealing film of thebody 110. Although, in this embodiment, the reinforcingsheet 113 is bonded by an adhesive, it may be integrally formed on the upper surface of the heat-sealing film of thebody 110 by heat sealing. The reinforcingsheet 113 is a feature that corresponds to the "reinforcing part" according to this invention. - The
opening 112 can have various shapes which allow thewet tissues 130 to be taken out of the wet-tissue storage space 110H, such as an elliptical shape having major and minor axes, a circular shape and a rectangular shape. In this embodiment, theopening 112 has a circular shape. Theopening 112 is a feature that corresponds to the "opening" according to this invention. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , thelid 120 includes the opening-closingportion 120b, abase 120a extending from the opening-closingportion 120b toward thelateral seal part 111b, and atab portion 120c extending from the opening-closingportion 120b toward thelateral seal part 111a (on the side facing away from thebase 120a). The opening-closingportion 120b has a larger area than theopening 112. As shown inFIG. 5 , thelid 120 is peelably bonded to the top of the reinforcingsheet 113 not according to the invention by an adhesive which is applied to one side of the lid. Thetab portion 120c protrudes from thestraight portion 113a of the reinforcingsheet 113 in the long side direction of thebody 110. The adhesive can bond at least the opening-closingportion 120b to the top of the reinforcingsheet 113 such that at least the opening-closingportion 120b can be repeatedly peeled. For example, a pressure sensitive adhesive is used. - The
base 120a is fixedly bonded to a part of the top of thebody 110 in which theopening 112 is not formed, and the opening-closingportion 120b is bonded so as to cover theopening 112. Thetab portion 120c is used as a tab for opening and closing the opening-closingportion 120b. Therefore, preferably, an adhesive is not applied to thetab portion 120c. Thebase 120a, the opening-closingportion 120b and thetab portion 120c are features that correspond to the "fixed portion", the "peelable portion" and the "holding portion", respectively, according to this invention. - In order to take out a
wet tissue 130 from the wet-tissue storage space 110H, the user holds thetab portion 120c of thelid 120 and peels the opening-closingportion 120b off the top of the reinforcingsheet 113, so that the opening-closingportion 120b is separated from the reinforcingsheet 113 and theopening 112 is opened. The opening-closingportion 120b is normally bonded to the top of the reinforcingsheet 113 in order to prevent thewet tissues 130 from drying. - Operation of taking out the
wet tissues 130 from the wet-tissue storage space 110H through theopening 112 is now described. - The
lateral seal part 111a is kept in a fixed position and thetab portion 120c of thelid 120 is picked and pulled up by the user. Specifically, thetab portion 120c is pulled in a direction of arrow A toward thelateral seal part 111b. Thus, the opening-closingportion 120b of thelid 120 is peeled off the reinforcingsheet 113, so that theopening 112 is exposed and thewet tissues 130 can be taken out through the exposedopening 112. In order to keep thelateral seal part 111a in a fixed position, as shown inFIG. 6 , thebody 110 may be hung with a hanging string orrope 200 through thehang hole 114. By thus hanging thebody 110, once thelid 120 is peeled in the direction of the arrow A, thelid 120 is held in that state under its own weight. Thehang hole 114 is a feature that corresponds to the "holding part", the "hanging part" and the "through hole" according to this invention. - The diameter of the
hang hole 114 and the strength of thelateral seal part 111a around thehang hole 114 are set such that thehang hole 114 is prevented from being destroyed when thelid 120 is peeled. Specifically, the diameter of thehang hole 114 and the section modulus of thelateral seal part 111a are set such that thehang hole 114 is prevented from being destroyed by tensile stress which is generated on the heat-sealing film by separation of the adhesive when thelid 120 is peeled, and by tensile stress which is generated on the heat-sealing film under the own weight of thecontainer 100. For example, in the case of the container package in which the weight of thecontainer 100 is 5 g, the weight of the wet tissues 13 0 is 25 g, the diameter of thehang hole 114 is 5 mm, and the peel strength of thelid 120 is 250 g when the peeling speed is 100 mm/min, the film tear strength of thelateral seal part 111a is set to be 280 g or higher. - Further, the reinforcing
sheet 113 is configured such that theopening 112 is prevented from being irreversibly deformed not only by the tensile stress and the bending moment which act upon the heat-sealing film when thelid 120 is peeled, but by the tensile stress which is generated under the weight of thewet tissues 130 when thebody 110 is hung. Specifically, when the tensile stress and the bending moment act upon the reinforcingsheet 113 at the same time, the side of the reinforcingsheet 113 acted upon by the tensile stress is more easily deformed plastically (deformed irreversibly). On the other hand, when thebody 110 is not hung, the force acting under the weight of thewet tissues 130 is not directly involved in the deformation of the reinforcing sheet which may be caused by the bending moment when thelid 120 is peeled. Therefore, particularly, when thebody 110 is hung in use, it is necessary to consider the elastic modulus and the section modulus of the reinforcingsheet 113 in order to prevent deformation of the reinforcingsheet 113 and theopening 112. The thickness and the elastic modulus of the reinforcingsheet 113 are set by considering the tensile stress which acts under the weight of thewet tissues 130. In this manner, deformation of the reinforcingsheet 113 and theopening 112 can be minimized so as to be prevented from affecting adhesion between thelid 120 and the reinforcingsheet 113. For example, the reinforcingsheet 113 and thelid 120 are formed of PET film, PVC film or the like, having the thickness of 50 µm or more and the thickness of 70 µm or more, respectively. Further, thebody 110 is formed of film (e.g. PET12/AL6/CPP30) with the thickness of 48 µm. - In order to prevent the
wet tissues 130 from drying, when thewet tissues 130 are not in use, thetab portion 120c is returned back to theopening 112 side and the opening-closingportion 120b is bonded to the top of the reinforcingsheet 113. - According to the above-described embodiment, by provision of the
hang hole 114 in thebody 110, thecontainer 100 can be hung and held in that state. Thus, thelid 120 can be peeled off thebody 110 with thecontainer 100 held in the hanging state. Therefore, the user can peel thelid 120 with one hand, so that the user's operation of peeling thelid 120 is facilitated. - According to this embodiment, the
lid 120 is peeled with thecontainer 100 held in the hanging state, so that thelid 120 is held in the peeled state under its own weight. Therefore, the user can peel thelid 120 off thebody 110 with one hand and then take out thewet tissues 130 through the opening with the same hand. Thus, the user can perform all these actions with one hand, so that the user's operation is facilitated. - According to this embodiment, the reinforcing
sheet 113 is arranged on the top of theupper wall 110a. Therefore, when thelid 120 is peeled from thelateral seal part 111a side to thelateral seal part 111b side, the heat sealing film for forming thebody 110 can be prevented from being deformed. Specifically, by provision of the reinforcingsheet 113, thebody 110 is reinforced around the throughhole 112a (the opening 112) having a lower rigidity. Thus, deformation of thebody 110 can be prevented. As a result, adhesion between thelid 120 and the reinforcingsheet 113 can be improved when thelid 120 covers theopening 120 again, so that thewet tissues 130 can be prevented from drying, - According to this embodiment, by provision of the reinforcing
sheet 113 arranged around theopening 112, particularly an area surrounding theopening 112 and having a low rigidity can be reinforced. - According to this embodiment, by provision of the reinforcing
sheet 113 arranged on the top of theupper wall 110a, thebody 110 can be reinforced with a simple structure of simply adhering the reinforcingsheet 113 to the top of theupper wall 110a after thebody 110 is formed. - The reinforcing
sheet 113 of the present invention is now described with reference toFIG. 7 . The reinforcingsheet 213 is provided. In the other points, it has the same construction as the above-described embodiment. - The reinforcing
sheet 213 is arranged only between the opening 112 of thebody 110 and thelateral seal part 111a. Specifically, the reinforcingsheet 213 extends along the short side direction of thebody 110 between theopening 112 and thelateral seal part 111 a. The reinforcingsheet 213 has curved parts andstraight parts sheet 213 have about the same shape as the curved parts of thelid 120 facing thelateral seal part 111 a in the long side direction of thebody 110, and thestraight parts body 110. The reinforcingsheet 213 is longer than theopening 112 in the short side direction of thebody 110. - The reinforcing
sheet 213 is laid between thebody 110 and thelid 120. Provision of thestraight parts 213a in the reinforcingsheet 213 makes it easier for users to pick up thetab portion 120c formed at the end of thelid 120. - A modification to the reinforcing
sheet 113 of the above-described embodiment is now described with reference toFIG. 8 . In the modification, a reinforcingsheet 313 is provided. In the other points, it has the same construction as the above-described embodiment. - The reinforcing
sheet 313 is arranged only between the opening 112 of thebody 110 and thelateral seal part 111a. Specifically, the reinforcingsheet 313 extends along the short side direction of thebody 110 between theopening 112 and thelateral seal part 111a. The reinforcingsheet 313 is rectangular and longer than theopening 112 in the short side direction of thebody 110. - Like in the present embodiment, according to the above-described first and second modifications, by provision of the reinforcing
sheet opening 112 and thelateral seal part 111 a, deformation of the heat sealing film of thebody 110 can be prevented when thelid 120 is peeled from thelateral seal part 111a side to thelateral seal part 111b side. - In the above-described embodiment and modifications, the
hang hole 114 is provided as the hanging part in thelateral seal part 111 a of thebody 110, but the hanging part is not limited to this. For example, in order to allow thebody 110 to be hung, a hook may be provided on thebody 110, or an adhesive tape may be provided on thelateral seal part 111a of thebody 110. Further, thecontainer 100 is described as being used in the hanging state, but it is not limited to this. For example, thecontainer 100 may be held by fixing thelateral seal part 111a in a predetermined position such as on a desk or a shelf. - In the above-described embodiment and modifications, the
lid 120 is formed by thebase 120a, the opening-closingportion 120b and thetab portion 120c, but it may be formed only by thebase 120a and the opening-closingportion 120b. Further, in order to bond thebase 120a of thelid 120 to the top of thebody 110, an adhesive having an adhesive strength to irremovably bond the base 120 to the top of thebody 110 is used, but the adhesive may be of the type having an adhesive strength to peelably bond thebase 120a to the top of thebody 110. - In the above-described embodiment and modifications, the reinforcing sheet 113,213 or 313 is formed separately from the heat sealing film which forms the
body 110, and provided on the top of the heat sealing film, but it may be provided on thestorage space 110H side of the heat sealing film of thebody 110. Further, it may comprise the reinforcing part which is integrally formed with the heat sealing film forming thebody 110 by increasing the thickness of the heat sealing film of thebody 110 between theopening 112 and thelateral seal part 111 a. The thickness of the heat sealing film is increased in part, so that this part of the heat sealing film is provided with higher rigidity and formed as the reinforcing part. - In the above-described embodiment and modifications, in order to make it easy for users to hold the
tab portion 120c of thelid 120, thestraight part sheet straight part tab portion 120c of thelid 120 may be configured to protrude toward thelateral seal part 111a. - In the above-described embodiment and modifications, the
wet tissues 130 are folded in a pop-up manner and stored in thecontainer 100, but the folding manner is not limited to this. For example, each of thewet tissues 130 may be folded in a so-called pocket fold in which the tissue is Z-folded and the edges of the Z-folded tissue are further folded to form a zigzag fold tissue and then the zigzag fold tissue is folded in the middle of the folds. - In the above-described embodiment and modifications, the package is not limited to a container for storing sheet-type articles, such as wet tissues, but it can also be formed as a container for storing various other articles.
