Description

作業車両の車体構造
 本発明は、作業車両の車体構造の技術に関する。
 従来より、空調装置のコンデンサをエンジンの近傍に配置した作業車両が知られている(例えば特許文献1参照)。これは、エンジンのファンによって発生する空気流をラジエータのみならずコンデンサにも送るためである。このような構造の作業車両では、空調装置のエバポレータ等とコンデンサを長く複雑な形状の配管で接続することとなるため、コストの増加や生産性の悪化という問題を生じる場合があった。
 また、ダンパを用いてフロアパネルやキャビンを支持した作業車両が知られている(例えば特許文献2参照)。これは、例えばエンジンの運転によって発生する振動をオペレータに伝えないようにするためである。このような構造の作業車両では、キャビンの外部に配置されるコンデンサも別途のダンパによって支持することとなるため、コストの増加や生産性の悪化という問題を生じる場合があった。
 更に、例えばコンデンサがキャビンに固定される構造においては、フロアパネルにキャビンを載置した後に配管等を接続していく組立作業が必要となる。このような構造の作業車両では、作業時間が長く作業手順も煩雑になるため、コストの増加や生産性の悪化という問題を生じる場合があった。

 本発明は、空調装置のエバポレータ等とコンデンサを互いに近接した位置に配置することで配管を短く簡素な形状にできるとともに、フロアパネルやキャビンを支持するダンパによってコンデンサも支持できる車体構造を提供する。また、フロアパネルにキャビンを載置する前の工程で空調装置の配管等を全て接続できる車体構造を提供する。
 本発明の第一の態様は、
 空調装置を備える作業車両の車体構造であって、
 操縦部の床面を構成するフロアパネルと、
 前記操縦部の側面を構成するサイドパネルと、を具備し、
 前記サイドパネルは、前記フロアパネルに固定され、
 前記空調装置のコンデンサは、前記サイドパネルに取り付けられる、としたものである。
 本発明の第二の態様は、第一の態様に係る車体構造において、
 前記フロアパネルに固定されるダンパを具備し、
 前記コンデンサは、前記フロアパネル及び前記サイドパネルとともに前記ダンパによって支持される、としたものである。
 本発明の第三の態様は、第一の態様に係る車体構造において、
 前記サイドパネルには、各種の操作具や配管等が取り付けられる、としたものである。
 本発明の第四の態様は、第一の態様に係る車体構造において、
 掘削作業を可能とする作業装置を具備し、
 前記コンデンサは、前記作業装置の後方であって前記操縦部の側方に配置される、としたものである。
 本発明の効果として、以下に示すような効果を奏する。
 第一の態様によれば、フロアパネルに固定されたサイドパネルにコンデンサを取り付けるため、空調装置のエバポレータ等とコンデンサを互いに近接した位置に配置して配管を短く簡素な形状にすることができる。これにより、コストの低減や生産性の向上を図ることが可能となる。
 第二の態様によれば、フロアパネルに固定されたダンパによってコンデンサも支持するため、該コンデンサを支持するための別途のダンパが不要となる。これにより、コストの低減や生産性の向上を図ることが可能となる。
 第三の態様によれば、サイドパネルに各種の操作具や配管等が取り付けられるため、フロアパネルにキャビンを載置する前の工程で空調装置の配管等を全て接続することができる。これにより、コストの低減や生産性の向上を図ることが可能となる。
 第四の態様によれば、作業装置の後方であって操縦部の側方にコンデンサを配置するため、該コンデンサがオペレータの視界を遮らない。これにより、操縦性の向上や安全性の向上を図ることが可能となる。

 次に、発明の実施の形態を説明する。
 まず、図1を用いて、作業車両であるバックホー100の全体構成について説明する。なお、本発明の技術的思想は、以下に説明するバックホー100に限るものではなく、その他の建設機械や農業機械等、作業車両全般に適用することが可能である。
 図1に示すように、バックホー100は、主に走行装置1と、作業装置2と、旋回装置3と、で構成されている。
 走行装置1は、バックホー100を走行させるものである。走行装置1は、左右一対のクローラ11や油圧モータ12等で構成される。走行装置1は、油圧モータ12が左右のクローラ11を駆動することで前後進を可能としている。また、走行装置1は、油圧モータ12が左右のクローラ11を独立して駆動することで旋回を可能としている。
 作業装置2は、土砂等の掘削作業を行なうものである。作業装置2は、ブーム21やアーム22、バケット23等で構成される。作業装置2は、これらを駆動することで掘削作業を可能としている。
 具体的に説明すると、ブーム21は、その一端部が旋回装置3の前部に支持されており、伸縮自在に可動するブームシリンダ211によって回動される。また、アーム22は、その一端部がブーム21の他端部に支持されており、伸縮自在に可動するアームシリンダ221によって回動される。そして、バケット23は、その一端部がアーム22の他端部に支持されており、伸縮自在に可動するバケットシリンダ231によって回動される。つまり、作業装置2は、三箇所の回動部を有する多関節構造を構成している。こうして、作業装置2は、これらを同時に又は互いに独立して駆動することで掘削作業を可能としている。
 旋回装置3は、作業装置2を旋回させるものである。旋回装置3は、旋回台31や油圧モータ32等から構成される。旋回装置3は、油圧モータ32が旋回台31を駆動することで作業装置2を旋回可能としている。また、旋回装置3には、操縦部33やエンジン34が配置されている。
 詳細に説明すると、操縦部33には、操縦席331や各種の操作具332が備えられている。そして、操縦席331や操作具332は、キャビン333によって覆われている。オペレータは、操縦席331に着座した状態で操作具332を操作することによってエンジン34の制御を行なう。また、オペレータは、操作具332を操作することによって各モータ12・32や各シリンダ211・221・231の制御を行なう。こうして、オペレータは、バックホー100の操縦を行なうのである。
 更に、操縦部33には、空調装置4を構成するエキスパンションバルブ44やエバポレータ45等が備えられている(図4参照)。本バックホー100において、エキスパンションバルブ44やエバポレータ45等は、操縦席331の側方に取り付けられたインストルメントパネル334内に納められている(図4参照)。
 ここで、空調装置4の構成について簡単に説明する。なお、説明の簡単のために、冷房機能部分に着目して説明する。
 図2は、空調装置4の構成を示す図である。図中の白い矢印は、空気の流れ方向を示している。図中の黒い矢印は、冷媒の流れ方向を示している。
 空調装置4は、主にコンプレッサ41と、コンデンサ42と、レシーバ43と、エキスパンションバルブ44と、エバポレータ45と、で構成されている。また、空調装置4は、冷媒を案内する配管46や空気を案内するブロア47及びファン48を備えている。
 コンプレッサ41は、気体状の冷媒を圧縮するものである。コンプレッサ41は、キャビン333の外部に配置され(図1参照)、エンジン34によって駆動される。冷媒は、例えばロータの回転によって空間に押し込められ、圧縮される。
 コンデンサ42は、気体状の冷媒を液化するものである。コンデンサ42は、キャビン333の外部に配置され(図3、図4、図5、図6参照)、ファン48によって空気が送られる。冷媒は、フィンが設けられた配管の内部を流れることで放熱し、液化される。
 レシーバ43は、液体状の冷媒を貯溜するとともに異物を除去するものである。レシーバ43は、キャビン333の外部であってコンデンサ42の近傍に配置されている(図4、図5、図6参照)。冷媒は、レシーバボディの内部に一時的に貯溜され、フィルタによって異物が除去される。
 エキスパンションバルブ44は、冷媒を霧化してエバポレータ45に供給するものである。エキスパンションバルブ44は、キャビン333の内部に配置されている。より詳細に説明すると、エキスパンションバルブ44は、インストルメントパネル334の内部に配置されている(図4参照)。冷媒は、例えば感熱部441に封入されたガスの膨張又は収縮によってエバポレータ45への供給量が調節される。
 エバポレータ45は、霧状の冷媒を気化するものである。エバポレータ45は、キャビン333の内部に配置されている。より詳細に説明すると、エバポレータ45は、インストルメントパネル334の内部であってエキスパンションバルブ44の近傍に配置されている(図4参照)。冷媒は、フィンが設けられた管の内部を流れることで吸熱し、気化される。
 なお、エバポレータ45には、ブロア47によって空気が送られる。従って、エバポレータ45に送られた空気は、該エバポレータ45を通り抜ける際に熱を奪われて温度が低下することとなる。こうして、空調装置4は、温度が低下した空気を吹き出し口334hから排出可能としているのである(図3、図4、図5、図6参照)。
 次に、本発明の一実施形態に係るバックホー100の車体構造5について説明する。
 図3は、操縦部33を示す図である。図4は、操縦部33を図3における矢印Xの方向から見た図である。図5は、操縦部33を図3における矢印Yの方向から見た図である。図6は、操縦部33を図3における矢印Zの方向から見た図である。
 ここで、上述の車体構造5とは、操縦部33を支持する構造をいう。より詳細に説明すると、車体構造5とは、操縦部33を構成する操縦席331やキャビン333等を支持する構造をいう。本実施形態に係る車体構造5は、以下のように構成されている。
 本実施形態に係る車体構造5は、主にフロアパネル51と、サイドパネル52と、で構成されている。
 フロアパネル51は、操縦部33の床面を構成する鋼板部品である。フロアパネル51は、旋回台31の上面に沿うように配置され、操縦席331等が取り付けられる。また、フロアパネル51には、操縦席331等を覆うようにキャビン333が載置されている(図4、図6参照)。
 サイドパネル52は、操縦部33の側面を構成する鋼板部品である。サイドパネル52は、フロアパネル51に固定され、インストルメントパネル334等が取り付けられる。また、サイドパネル52には、コンデンサ42が取り付けられている(図3、図4、図5、図6参照)。
 このように、本バックホー100においては、フロアパネル51に固定されたサイドパネル52にコンデンサ42を取り付けるため、空調装置4のエバポレータ45等とコンデンサ42を互いに近接した位置に配置して配管46を短く簡素な形状にすることができる。これにより、コストの低減や生産性の向上を図ることが可能となる。
 また、本実施形態に係る車体構造5は、例えばエンジン34の運転によって発生する振動をオペレータに伝えないようにするため、ダンパ53が備えられている。
 ダンパ53は、ゴム等が弾性変形することによって振動を吸収する弾性部品である。ダンパ53は、フロアパネル51に固定され、該フロアパネル51やキャビン333を支持する。なお、ダンパ53は、コンデンサ42がサイドパネル52に取り付けられていることから、フロアパネル51やキャビン333とともにコンデンサ42も支持することとなる(図3、図4、図5、図6参照)。
 このように、本バックホー100においては、フロアパネル51に固定されたダンパ53によってコンデンサ42も支持するため、該コンデンサ42を支持するための別途のダンパが不要となる。これにより、コストの低減や生産性の向上を図ることが可能となる。
 更に、本実施形態に係る車体構造5の特徴として、サイドパネル52には、アクセルレバー332aやブレードレバー332b等の各種の操作具332が取り付けられる(図5、図6参照)。また、サイドパネル52には、空調装置4の配管46や油圧装置の配管等が取り付けられる(図示せず)。
 このように、本バックホー100においては、サイドパネル52に各種の操作具332や配管46等が取り付けられるため、フロアパネル51にキャビン333を載置する前の工程で空調装置4の配管46等を全て接続することができる(特に空調装置4については、サブアセンブリ工程を経て配管46等が接続された半完成品の状態で搭載することもできる)。これにより、コストの低減や生産性の向上を図ることが可能となる。
 つまり、図7に示すように、本バックホー100においては、空調装置4の配管46等を全て接続した後にフロアパネル51にキャビン333を載置することが可能であり、一連の組立作業を単純化できるのである。これにより、コストの低減や生産性の向上を図ることが可能となる。
 次に、本実施形態に係る車体構造5のその他の特徴について説明する。
 本実施形態に係る車体構造5においては、コンデンサ42が作業装置2の後方であって操縦部33の側方に配置されることを特徴としている(図5参照)。これは、オペレータの視界を広く確保することを目的として決定された位置である。即ち、これは、図8中に示す死角領域Bが大きくならないように考慮され、決定された位置である。
 このように、本バックホー100においては、作業装置2の後方であって操縦部33の側方にコンデンサ42を配置するため、該コンデンサ42がオペレータの視界を遮らない。これにより、操縦性の向上や安全性の向上を図ることが可能となる。
 本発明は、作業車両の車体構造の技術に利用可能である。

Claims (4)

  1.  空調装置を備える作業車両の車体構造であって、
     操縦部の床面を構成するフロアパネルと、
     前記操縦部の側面を構成するサイドパネルと、を具備し、
     前記サイドパネルは、前記フロアパネルに固定され、
     前記空調装置のコンデンサは、前記サイドパネルに取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする作業車両の車体構造。
  2.  前記フロアパネルに固定されるダンパを具備し、
     前記コンデンサは、前記フロアパネル及び前記サイドパネルとともに前記ダンパによって支持される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両の車体構造。
  3.  前記サイドパネルには、各種の操作具や配管等が取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両の車体構造。
  4.  掘削作業を可能とする作業装置を具備し、
     前記コンデンサは、前記作業装置の後方であって前記操縦部の側方に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業車両の車体構造。
