이러한 구성의 냄비에 있어서, 본 고안의 용기손잡이(30)에는, 뚜껑(20)을 용기(10)에 밀착고정시켜 밀폐하는 뚜껑밀폐수단이 일체로 구비된 것으로, 이 뚜껑밀폐수단은 용기손잡이(30)를 뚜껑(20)의 가장자리부로부터 측방향으로 이격되어 뚜껑(20)을 열 수 있는 뚜껑개방위치(도 3의 용기손잡이 위치)에서 뚜껑(20)의 가장자리부 상면을 눌러 뚜껑(20)을 용기(10)에 밀착고정시키는 뚜껑밀폐위치(도 5의 용기손잡이 위치)로 이동시키는 조작에 의해 뚜껑(20)으로 용기(10)를 밀폐시킬 수 있도록 되어 있다.
즉, 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 용기손잡이(30)는 용기(10)의 측면에 회전지지되어 뚜껑개방위치와 뚜껑밀폐위치 사이에서 회전하도록 설치된 회전몸체(31)를 구비한다. 회전몸체(31)의 회전지지구성은, 예를 들면 회전몸체(31)에 회전축(32)을 일체로 형성하고, 용기(10)의 측면에는 회전축(32)이 삽입되는 회전지지보스(21)를 형성하여 구성할 수 있다.
또한 회전몸체(31)의 상단에는 냄비를 들어 운반할 때 손으로 파지할 수 있도록 하는 손잡이부(33)가 형성되고, 상기 손잡이부(33)의 하부에는 뚜껑(20)쪽으로 돌출형성되어 회전몸체(31)가 뚜껑밀폐위치에 있을 때 뚜껑(20)의 상면을 눌러 용기(10)에 밀착고정시키는 밀폐고정부(34)를 일체로 형성하여 이루어지며, 상기 뚜껑(20)의 가장자리부 상면에는 상기 뚜껑밀폐위치에서 회전몸체(31)의 밀폐고정부(34)를 걸림유지시키는 걸림돌출부(22)와, 밀폐고정부(34)가 밀착하는 밀착홈부(23)를 형성하고 있다.
이를 위해, 뚜껑(20)의 걸림돌출부(22) 및 밀착홈부(23)와, 밀폐고정부(34)의 저면은 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 상호 대응하는 곡면형상을 가지도록 형성된 것으로, 밀폐고정부(34)의 저면은 뚜껑(20)의 걸림돌출부(22)에 걸림유지되는 걸림면(34a)과 뚜껑(20)의 밀착홈부(23)에 밀착하는 밀착면(34b)으로 이루어진다.
이때, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 뚜껑개방위치에서 회전축(32)을 중심으로 하는 상기 밀폐고정부(34)의 밀착면(34b)의 볼록고점위치(a) 회전궤적 반경은, 회전축(32)으로부터 걸림돌출부(22)의 볼록고점위치(b)까지의 거리와 밀착홈부(23)의 오목저점위치(c) 까지의 거리보다는 적어도 짧게 형성하고, 손잡이부(33)에 약간 힘을 주어 밀폐고정부를 탄성변형을 시키면서 볼록고점위치를 통과하도록 하면서 도 5에서와 같이 뚜껑밀폐위치에서 밀폐고정부(34)가 뚜껑(20)을 눌러 밀착 고정할 수 있도록 하며, 뚜껑(20)에는 용기(10) 사이의 기밀을 유지하기 위한 패킹(24)을 구비한다.
또한, 상기 회전몸체(31)의 하부에는 스토퍼부(35)가 하부로 더 연장하여 일체로 형성되어 있고, 이 스토퍼부(35)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 회전몸체(31)가 뚜껑개방위치에 있을 때 용기(10)의 측면에 접촉하여 회전몸체(31)의 뚜껑개방위치를 제한하기 위한 것으로, 회전몸체(31)로부터 꺽인 각을 설정하는 것에 의해 뚜껑밀폐위치로부터 뚜껑개방위치까지의 회전거리가 최소화되도록 형성할 수 있다.
다시 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명은 회전몸체(31)에 형성된 밀폐고정부(34)의 밀착면(34b)이 뚜껑밀폐위치에서 밀착되는 뚜껑(20)의 밀착홈부(23)에 용기(10)의 내부로 통하는 공기구멍(25)이 형성되어 있고, 이 공기구멍(25)은, 밀폐고정부(34)의 밀착면(34b)에 의해 뚜껑밀폐위치에서 폐쇄되고, 뚜껑개방위치에서 개방된다.
본 실시예에서는 상기 공기구멍(25)을 2개 형성한 것으로 도시되어 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니고, 공기구멍(25)은 1개 또는 3개를 형성하여도 무방하다.
또한, 상기 용기(10)의 공기구멍(25) 상단에는 회전몸체(31)의 밀폐고정부(34)의 밀착면(34b)과 밀착하여 기밀을 유지하기 위한 패킹(26)을 구비하는 것이 바람직하며, 본 실시예에서는 패킹(26)을 공기구멍(25)쪽에 구비한 것으로 구성하였으나, 밀착면(34b)쪽에 구비하여도 좋다.
이러한 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 용기손잡이(30)의 회전몸체(31)가 뚜껑개방위치에 있을 때에는, 뚜껑(20)을 용기(10)에 대하여 열고 닫을 수 있고, 용기(10) 내에 음식물을 넣고 가열하여 조리할 수 있다. 또한, 조리시 가열로 인해 용기(10) 내부에 증기압이 발생하는 경우, 뚜껑(20)에 형성된 공기구멍(25)이 개방된 상태이므로, 증기압이 공기구멍(25)으로 배출되어 증기압에 의해 뚜껑(20)이 열리거나 덜거덕거리는 소음 발생을 방지하게 된다.
이어서, 조리한 음식물을 냄비에 저장된 상태로 보관할 때에는, 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 용기손잡이(30)의 회전몸체(31)를 뚜껑개방위치에서 뚜껑밀폐위치로 회전시키게 되면, 회전몸체(31)에 일체로 형성된 밀폐고정부(34)의 밀착면(34b)이 뚜껑(20)의 밀착홈부(23)에 밀착되면서 뚜껑(20)을 용기(10)쪽으로 밀착시키게 되고, 밀폐고정부(34)의 걸림면(34a)은 뚜껑(20)의 걸림돌출부(22)에 걸림 유지되어 뚜껑(20)의 고정상태를 유지하게 되며, 용기(10)와 뚜껑(20) 사이에 위치된 패킹(24)은 뚜껑(20)의 가압에 의해 압축되면서 용기(10)와 뚜껑(20) 사이의 기밀을 더욱 확실하게 유지하게 된다.
또한, 밀폐고정부(34)의 밀착면(34b)은 뚜껑(20)을 눌러 용기(10)에 밀착시킴과 동시에, 뚜껑(20)의 밀착홈부(23)에 형성된 공기구멍(25)을 폐쇄하게 되므로, 용기(10) 내부의 공기가 공기구멍(25)으로 배출되는 것을 방지하여 외부 공기가 공기구멍(25)을 통해 용기(10) 내부로 유입되어 음식물을 변질시키거나, 냉장고에 냄비를 보관할 때 음식물 냄새가 배출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 이때, 공기구멍(25)에는 패킹(26)이 구비되고, 밀폐고정부(34)의 밀착면(34b)이 상기 패킹(26)의 상면에 밀착되는 것이므로, 공기구멍(25)의 기밀을 더욱 확실하게 유지할 수 있게 된다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 용기(10)와 뚜껑(20)을 밀착고정하여 밀폐시키기 위한 뚜껑밀폐수단이 용기손잡이(30)에 일체로 형성되고, 용기손잡이(30)를 뚜껑개방위치에서 뚜껑밀폐위치로 회전조작하는 것에 의해 뚜껑(20)의 밀폐기능이 수행되므로 사용이 매우 편리할 뿐만 아니라 구성을 대폭 간소화시킬 수 있다.
더욱이, 뚜껑(20)에 형성한 공기구멍(25)을 개폐하기 위한 기능이, 뚜껑(20)의 밀폐기능을 위해 용기손잡이(30)에 일체로 형성한 밀폐고정부(34)에 의해 함께 수행되므로, 사용이 더욱 편리할 뿐만 아니라, 구성을 더욱 간소화시킬 수 있다.
지금까지 설명된 실시예는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명한 것에 불과하고, 본 발명의 권리범위는 설명된 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상과 특허청구범위 내에서 이 분야의 당업자에 의하여 다양한 변경, 변형 또는 치환이 가능할 것이며, 그와 같은 실시예들은 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 상부가 개방된 용기와, 상기 용기의 상부를 개폐하기 위한 뚜껑과, 상기 용기의 양측면에 구비된 용기손잡이와, 상기 뚜껑에 구비된 뚜껑손잡이를 포함하는 냄비에 있어서,
    상기 용기손잡이는, 용기의 측면에 회전지지되어 뚜껑개방위치와 뚜껑밀폐위치 사이에서 회전하도록 설치된 회전몸체와, 상기 회전몸체 상단에 형성된 손잡이부와, 상기 손잡이부의 하부 위치에서 상기 뚜껑쪽으로 돌출형성되어 회전몸체가 뚜껑밀폐위치에 있을 때 뚜껑의 상면을 눌러 용기에 밀착고정시키는 밀폐고정부를 일체로 형성하여 이루어지며,
    상기 뚜껑의 가장자리부 상면에는 상기 뚜껑밀폐위치에서 회전몸체의 밀폐고정부를 걸림유지시키는 걸림돌출부와, 밀폐고정부의 밀착면이 접촉하여 밀착하는 밀착홈부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이 연동형 밀폐 냄비.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전몸체의 하부에 일체로 형성되어 상기 뚜껑개방위치에서 용기의 측면에 접촉하여 회전몸체의 뚜껑개방위치를 제한하는 스토퍼부를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이 연동형 밀폐냄비.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑밀폐위치에서 회전몸체의 밀폐고정부가 밀착되는 뚜껑의 밀착홈부에 용기의 내부로 통하는 공기구멍을 형성하여 상기 뚜껑밀폐위치에서 상기 밀폐고정부의 밀착면에 의해 폐쇄되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이 연동형 밀폐냄비.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑의 공기구멍 상단에는 밀폐고정부의 밀착면에 밀착되는 패킹을 끼워 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이 연동형 밀폐냄비.
