Description

涂布专用烘干装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及涂布机械领域, 尤其涉及一种锂电池制造设备涂布 装置, 具体是一种涂布专用烘干装置。 背景技术
涂布是锂离子电池生产过程中必不可少的工序, 也是直接影响电池 安全性、 容量、 一致性等各项性能的关键工序。 涂布就是将制作好的糊 状粘稠浆料, 均匀的、 连续或间断的涂覆在基材(铝箔或铜箔) 的正、 反两面上, 保证各个涂布位置的厚度一致性、 并将涂布厚度控制在工艺 要求的公差范围内。
国内外的挤压涂布技术日趋成熟, 涂布精度越来越高。 目前的挤压 涂布方式, 在一个涂布周期内, 由于受涂布头结构和烘干方式的限制, 只能对基材单面进行涂覆。 涂覆后需要通过烘干箱, 由烘干箱内的托辊 承托烘干。
国内外目前有一种实现双面涂布的方式, 即在烘箱尾部增加一套涂 布装置, 并在单层烘箱上再增加一层烘箱, 将箔材折回涂覆反面, 用上 层烘箱烘干反面。 究其原理, 与单面涂布没有区别, 仍然需要两套涂布 装置、 两套独立的烘干箱, 仅仅是节省了一次换卷时间, 在能耗上没有 任何节约, 而且在第二次烘干的时候, 烘干箱内的托辊是支承第一次烘 干后的浆料, 如果第一次烘干不够完全, 将会粘附在托辊上, 导致托辊 的损坏。 而且此种方式要求涂布设备的控制系统更复杂、 设备的维护成 本增加。 实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种对基材进行全面烘干 的涂布专用烘干装置, 尤其是用于双面涂布后基材烘干, 大大的节约了 能耗。
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型提供一种涂布专用烘干装置, 用 于传递及烘干涂布后的基材, 包括箱体及设置在箱体内的压辊组件, 压 辊组件相对应的设置在箱体内的两侧, 压辊组件包括上下对应设置的上 压辊及下压辊, 所述上压辊与下压辊由动力装置驱动转动, 所述上压辊 与所述下压辊之间设有用于夹持基材侧边空白部的间隙。
本实用新型改进有, 所述上压辊与下压辊为多个, 并排设置在箱体 内, 并由动力装置通过连接装置驱动。
本实用新型改进有, 所述连接装置为皮带, 所述上压辊与下压辊的 尾端设置有皮带轮, 动力装置通过皮带与皮带轮连接控制上压辊与下压 辊的传动。
本实用新型改进有, 所述连接装置为链条, 所述上压辊与下压辊的 尾端设置有链轮, 动力装置通过链条和链轮连接控制上压辊与下压辊的 传动。
本实用新型改进有, 所述动力装置为伺服电机。

本实用新型的有益效果是: 新型的烘干装置, 可以对基材进行全面 的烘干, 特别适用于双面进行涂覆后的基材, 通过夹棍式的传动, 夹住 基材边缘的一定宽度的空白部, 防止了液态浆料因箔材弯曲、 漂移发生 流动影响厚度的均勾性, 单层的烘箱既可实现对基材的双面都进行烘 干, 节约能耗 50%以上, 而且也节约了物料更换的时间, 结构紧凑, 提 高设备的运行效率。 附图说明

参照附图 1-附图 3 , 附图所示本实用新型提供一种涂布专用烘干装 置的实施例中, 用于传递及烘干涂布后的基材 5 , 包括箱体 1及设置在 箱体 1内的压辊组件, 压辊组件相对应的设置在箱体 1内的两侧, 压辊 组件包括上下对应设置的上压辊 2及下压辊 3 , 所述上压辊 2与下压辊 3由动力装置 4驱动转动, 所述上压辊 2与所述下压辊 3之间设有用于 夹持基材 5侧边空白部 51的间隙 6。
新型的烘干装置, 可以对基材 5进行全面的烘干, 特别适用于双面 进行涂覆后的基材 5 , 当然可以应用在单面涂覆的基材 5上, 其对基材 5 进行双面涂覆的方法可为多种, 例如采用传统方法: 在烘箱尾部增加 一套涂布装置,并在单层烘箱上再增加一层烘箱,将箔材折回涂覆反面, 用上层烘箱烘干反面, 或者, 采用隔空同时涂覆单双面浆料的方法。
在双面涂布的基础上, 为了防止液态浆料因箔材弯曲、 漂浮发生流 动影响涂布厚度的均勾性, 本实施例中, 压辊组件包括上下对应设置的 上压辊 2及下压辊 3 , 所述上压辊 2与所述下压辊 3之间设有间隙 6。
基材 5在涂布时, 基材 5的浆料涂覆在其上, 基材 5的两侧边缘留 出一定宽度的空白部 51 ,采用一定宽度的上压辊 2与下压辊 3夹住基材 5的空白部 51 , 因此, 上压辊 2与下压辊 3不会触碰到涂覆区域, 因此 在传动的过程中不会破坏到涂布浆料, 使双面同时涂布的基材 5也能实 现承托烘干。
参照附图 1和附图 2, 附图所示本实施中, 所述上压辊 2与下压辊 3为多个, 并排设置在箱体 1内, 并由动力装置 4通过连接装置驱动, 保证了上压辊 2与下压辊 3的同步运动。
参照附图 1-附图 3 , 附图所示连接装置为很多种, 可以采用带传动、 齿轮传动等, 本实施例中: 所述连接装置为皮带 7, 所述上压辊 2与下 压辊 3的尾端设置有皮带轮 8, 动力装置 4通过皮带 7与皮带轮 8连接 控制上压辊 2与下压辊 3的传动。
另一实施例中, 所述连接装置为链条, 所述上压辊 2与下压辊 3的 尾端设置有链轮, 动力装置 4通过链条和链轮连接控制上压辊 2与下压 辊 3的传动。
动力装置 4驱动皮带 7转动后带动皮带轮 8转动, 进而带动上压辊 2和下压辊 3转动,带动设置在上压辊 2与下压辊 3之间的基材 5传动。
在运行的过程中, 可能会出现需要调节速度的情况, 为了满足该使 用情况, 所述动力装置 4为伺服电机, 依靠伺服系统来调节脉沖, 进而 调节伺服电机的运作, 当然, 其他实施例中所述动力装置 4也可以是为 步进电机或变频交流电机。
本实施例中, 所述上压辊 2与下压辊 3的材质为金属。
通过上述的烘干装置,单层的烘箱即可同时烘干双面,节约能耗 50% 以上, 并节约了更换物料的时间, 提高设备效率, 解决了在传统的涂布 装置中需要设计两套涂布设备, 或者采用两个烘箱才能实现其基材 5双 面的烘干, 大大的减少了设备的整体结构, 减小了设备的体积。

Claims

1、 一种涂布专用烘干装置, 用于传递及烘干涂布后的基材, 其特 征在于, 包括箱体及设置在箱体内的压辊组件, 压辊组件相对应的设置 在箱体内的两侧, 压辊组件包括上下对应设置的上压辊及下压辊, 所述 上压辊与下压辊由动力装置驱动转动, 所述上压辊与所述下压辊之间设 有用于夹持基材侧边空白部的间隙。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的涂布专用烘干装置, 其特征在于, 所述 上压辊与下压辊为多个, 并排设置在箱体内, 并由动力装置通过连接装 置驱动。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的涂布专用烘干装置, 其特征在于, 所述 连接装置为皮带, 所述上压辊与下压辊的尾端设置有皮带轮, 动力装置 通过皮带与皮带轮连接控制上压辊与下压辊的传动。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的涂布专用烘干装置, 其特征在于, 所述 连接装置为链条, 所述上压辊与下压辊的尾端设置有链轮, 动力装置通 过链条和链轮连接控制上压辊与下压辊的传动。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的涂布专用烘干装置, 其特征在于, 所述 动力装置为伺服电机。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的涂布专用烘干装置, 其特征在于, 所述 动力装置为步进电机或变频交流电机。
7、 根据权利要求 1 所述的涂布专用烘干装置, 其特征在于, 所述 上压辊与下压辊的材质为金属。
