請求項3の構成によれば、アンロック状態でドア外部からの衝撃を受けてドアの厚さ方向と直交する方向で第1のキー操作伝達部品が第2のキー操作伝達部品から離れる側に移動した場合に、溝端部開口を介して係合溝部から係合突部が離脱することで、第1のキー操作伝達部品と第2のキー操作伝達部品の連結が解除され、ロック切替部品がアンロック位置からロック位置に切り替わること(ドアがロック状態に切り替わること)を防止することができる。
請求項4の構成によれば、通常使用時には、溝端部開口を介して係合溝部から係合突部が離脱することを防ぐことができるから、キーシリンダー操作時の動作の信頼性を確保することができる。
請求項5の構成によれば、第1のキー操作伝達部品と、ドアロック装置を構成する第1のキー操作伝達部品以外の他の構成部品との間に、第2のキー操作伝達部品からの第1のキー操作伝達部品の離間を許容する離間スペースを設けたから、ドア外部からの衝撃を受けて回動シャフトと共に第1のキー操作伝達部品が車内寄りに移動した場合に、第1のキー操作伝達部品以外のドアロック装置の構成部品によって凹凸係合部の係合解除が妨げられることを防止することができる。
請求項6の構成によれば、ロック切替部品がロック位置に配置されている場合、即ち、ドアがロックされている場合、インサイドドアハンドルの操作によるラッチ解除操作力が、ハンドル連動レバー、第2のキー操作伝達部品を介してロック切替部品に伝達されてロック切替部品がロック位置からアンロック位置へと移動する。これにより、ドアがロックされていても、インサイドドアハンドルの一操作のみで、ドアのロックを解除することができる。その結果、例えば、インサイドドアハンドルの一操作のみで、ドアのロックとラッチの両方を解除するというワンモーション機能を発揮することができ、操作性が向上する。なお、ロック切替部品がロック位置からアンロック位置へと移動するタイミングを遅くすると、ツーモーション機能(最初のインサイドドアハンドルの操作でドアのロックを解除し、二回目のインサイドドアハンドルの操作で、ラッチを解除するという機能、ダブルプルともいう)を発揮することができる。また、この場合、上記した離間スペースを形成するために第2のキー操作伝達部品に設けた中間屈曲部をハンドル連動レバーにて押圧してロックを解除するので、中間屈曲部の有効利用が図られる。
請求項7の構成によれば、ドア外部からの衝撃を受けてドアの厚さ方向と直交する方向で第1のキー操作伝達部品が第2のキー操作伝達部品から離れる側に移動した場合に、回動シャフトと第1のキー操作伝達部品との間に設けた遊び機構による空転可能な範囲で、回動シャフトに対する第1のキー操作伝達部品の回動が可能になるので、係合溝部から係合突部が離脱し易くなる。また、ドア外部からの衝撃を受けて回動シャフトが多少回動したとしても、遊び機構による空転可能な範囲でその回動は吸収されて、第2のキー操作伝達部品に回動シャフトの回動がそのまま伝達されることはないから、この点でもロック切替部品のアンロック位置からロック位置への切り替わりを防止することができる。
以下、本発明の一実施形態を図1A~図18に基づいて説明する。図1Aに示すように、本実施形態のドアロック装置10は、例えば、略直角に屈曲した支持ボディ11に複数の部品を回動可能に支持してなる。支持ボディ11は、上方から見ると、全体がL字形に屈曲した支持ボディ本体90を備えている。支持ボディ本体90は、外角部分を挟んで隣り合った両側面に第1と第2の部品収容部90A,90Bを有し、支持ボディ本体90のL字の短辺側に配置された第1部品収容部90Aの側面開口を塞ぐようにラッチユニット91が支持ボディ本体90に組み付けられる一方、支持ボディ本体90のL字の長辺側に配置された第2部品収容部90Bの側面開口を塞ぐように側面カバー92が支持ボディ本体90に組み付けられている。そして、支持ボディ11のうち屈曲部分より一方側の第1外面11Aが、例えば、図1Bに示すように、車両100の右横に配置されたヒンジ式のドア101における回動中心と反対側の端部壁101Aに内面から宛われて固定される。
本実施形態のドアロック装置10Vを、図19~図24に基づいて説明する。本実施形態のドアロック装置10Vは、連結バー30Vとインサイドオープンレバー20Vの形状が前記第1実施形態と異なる。具体的には、前記第1実施形態では、図15に示すように、連結バー30の中間屈曲部30Dにおけるインサイドオープンレバー20側を向いたクランク段差面(同図における右下を向いた面)が、インサイドオープンレバー20(図10参照)の回動中心に対して傾斜していた。これに対し、本実施形態の連結バー30Vは、図19及び図20に示すように、クランク段差面30Cが、そのインサイドオープンレバー20Vの回動中心と平行になっている点が異なる。そして、図19に示すように、そのクランク段差面30Cとそのクランク段差面30Cより上側の連結バー30Vの一側面との間の角部を面取りして受圧面30Sが形成されている。一方、本実施形態のインサイドオープンレバー20Vは、本発明に係る「ハンドル連動レバー」に相当し、図21に示すように、インサイドオープンレバー20Vの先端寄り位置における一側縁部から連結バー30Vの中間屈曲部30Dに向けて押圧突部20Tが突出している点が前記第1実施形態と異なる。その他の構成に関しては、第1実施形態と同じであるので、重複した説明は省略する。
本実施形態は、図25に示されており、前記第2実施形態のドアロック装置10Vにおけるインサイドオープンレバー20V(以下、本実施形態では、「ワンモーション用のインサイドオープンレバー20V」という)の交換部品として、非ワンモーション用のインサイドオープンレバー20Wを用意しておき、それらワンモーション用と非ワンモーション用のインサイドオープンレバー20V,20Wを択一的に組み付け可能な構成になっている。具体的には、図25に示すように、非ワンモーション用のインサイドオープンレバー20Wは、前記ワンモーション用のインサイドオープンレバー20Vから押圧突部20Tと共にワイヤー連結アーム20Cの一部を切除してなり、作動位置まで回動してもロック位置の連結バー30Vには当接しない。
本実施形態は、図26A及び図26Bに示されており、前記第1実施形態で説明したキー操作伝達リンク32の三角リブ33S(図13参照)に代えてキー操作伝達リンク32Wに1対のクロスリブ33C,33Cを設けた点が異なる。具体的には、図26Aに示すように、キー操作伝達リンク32Wのうちトルク伝達アーム32Bの前面側に突出した1対の側縁リブ33R,33R(本発明の「溝側壁」に相当する)と帯状主板部33によって溝構造に形成されかつ、その溝の両端部が係合円盤部32Gとトルク伝達シャフト32Aとによって閉塞された部分の内側において、1対のクロスリブ33C,33Cが対角線上に延びるように1対の側縁リブ33R,33Rの間を斜めに横切って互いにクロスしている。また、帯状主板部33からクロスリブ33Cの突出量は、帯状主板部33からの側縁リブ33Rの突出量と同じになっていて、側縁リブ33Rと同様にクロスリブ33Cも帯状主板部33の屈曲形状に沿って屈曲している。なお、図8と図26Bとに示すように、キー操作伝達リンク32Wにおけるトルク伝達アーム32Bの後面側の形状は、前記第1実施形態のキー操作伝達リンク32におけるトルク伝達アーム32Bと同じになっている。
本発明は、前記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、上記以外にも要旨を逸脱しない範囲内で種々変更して実施することができる。

Claims (7)
- 車両のドア内部に取り付けられるよう構成され、前記ドアを閉じた状態にラッチするよう構成されるラッチ機構と、
ドアハンドルから前記ラッチ機構に前記ラッチを解除するためのラッチ解除操作力を伝達するアンロック位置と前記ラッチ解除操作力を伝達しないロック位置との間を移動可能に構成されるロック切替部品と、
前記ドアのキーシリンダーに対するキー操作力を前記ロック切替部品に向けて順次伝達するよう構成される複数のキー操作伝達部品と、
前記ドアの厚さ方向に延びて、その車外寄りの端部に前記ドアのキーシリンダーが連係されるよう構成される一方、その車内寄りの端部に第1の前記キー操作伝達部品が連係又は一体に設けられ、前記キーシリンダーから前記キー操作力を受けて前記第1のキー操作伝達部品と共に回動するよう構成される回動シャフトと、
前記第1のキー操作伝達部品に連結されて、前記第1のキー操作伝達部品から前記キー操作力を受けるよう構成されると共に、前記車両のドア外部からの衝撃により前記回動シャフトと共に前記第1のキー操作伝達部品が車内寄りに移動したときに、前記第1のキー操作伝達部品との連結が解除されるように構成された第2の前記キー操作伝達部品と、を備えたドアロック装置。 - 前記第1のキー操作伝達部品と前記第2のキー操作伝達部品とに設けられ、前記第1のキー操作伝達部品が前記第2のキー操作伝達部品に対して車内側から重なることで凹凸係合し、前記第1のキー操作伝達部品と前記第2のキー操作伝達部品とを連結する凹凸係合部を備えた、請求項1に記載のドアロック装置。
- 前記第1のキー操作伝達部品及び前記第2のキー操作伝達部品のうちの一方の前記凹凸係合部として設けられ、他方に向かって突出した係合突部と、
前記第1のキー操作伝達部品及び前記第2のキー操作伝達部品のうちの他方の前記凹凸係合部として設けられ、前記係合突部と凹凸係合する係合溝部と、
前記係合溝部の一端部に設けられ、前記車両のドア外部からの衝撃により前記ドアの厚さ方向と直交する方向で前記第1のキー操作伝達部品が前記第2のキー操作伝達部品から離れる側に移動したときに前記係合溝部からの前記係合突部の離脱を許容する溝端部開口と、を備えた請求項2に記載のドアロック装置。 - 前記第1のキー操作伝達部品の回動中心と平行な回動中心を有し、前記第2のキー操作伝達部品が回動可能に連結される第3の前記キー操作伝達部品と、
前記第2のキー操作伝達部品のうち前記第3のキー操作伝達部品との連結部分から離れた位置に配置された前記係合突部と、
前記第1のキー操作伝達部品に設けられた前記係合溝部と、
前記回動シャフトから離れる側に開放した前記溝端部開口と、
前記回動シャフトを中心とした円弧状をなして前記第2のキー操作伝達部品と係合し、前記回動シャフトから離間する側への前記係合突部の移動を規制する円弧ガイドと、を備えた請求項3に記載のドアロック装置。 - 前記第1のキー操作伝達部品と前記第3のキー操作伝達部品との間を延びる前記第2のキー操作伝達部品と、
前記第2のキー操作伝達部品に設けられ、前記第1のキー操作伝達部品と凹凸係合した端部が前記第3のキー操作伝達部品側の端部より前記ドアの車外寄りに配置されるように屈曲した中間屈曲部と、
前記第1のキー操作伝達部品と、前記ドアロック装置を構成する前記第1のキー操作伝達部品以外の構成部品との間に設けられ、前記第2のキー操作伝達部品からの前記第1のキー操作伝達部品の離間を許容する離間スペースと、を備えた請求項4に記載のドアロック装置。 - 前記ドアハンドルとしてのインサイドドアハンドルとアウトサイドドアハンドルとのうち前記インサイドドアハンドルのみから前記ラッチ解除操作力を受けて原点位置から作動位置へと回動し、前記ロック切替部品が前記ロック位置に配置されている場合には、前記原点位置から前記作動位置に移動する途中で前記第2のキー操作伝達部品の前記中間屈曲部を押圧して前記ロック切替部品を前記ロック位置から前記アンロック位置へと移動させるハンドル連動レバーを備えた、請求項5に記載のドアロック装置。
- 前記回動シャフトと前記第1のキー操作伝達部品との間に設けられ、前記キー操作力を受けた前記回動シャフトが前記第1のキー操作伝達部品に対して空転してから前記第1のキー操作伝達部品と一体回動する遊び機構を備えた、請求項3乃至6の何れか1の請求項に記載のドアロック装置。
