- the member mounting structure 10 includes at least a pin 20 and a clip 40.
- the clip 40 is attached so as to sandwich the edge of the first member.
- the pin 20 to which the second member is attached is inserted into the clip 40 and the first member, and the clip 40 is locked. Thereby, the first member and the second member are coupled.
- a plurality of member mounting structures 10 may be used for coupling the first member and the second member. The parts of the pin 20 and the clip 40 will be described with reference to the following drawings.
- FIG. 2 (a) is a perspective view of the clip 40
- FIG. 2 (b) is a side view of the clip 40
- FIG. 2 (c) is a perspective view showing a part of the clip 40.
- the clip 40 includes a first plate portion 42 in which a first insertion hole 60 into which the shaft portion 22 of the pin 20 is inserted, a second plate portion 44 facing the first plate portion 42, and a first plate portion 42. - the clip 40 is attached so that the first member 12 is sandwiched between the first plate portion 42 and the second plate portion 44.
- the second member 14 is held with the second member 14 sandwiched between the first plate portion 42 of the clip 40 and the head portion 24 of the pin 20. Since the second member 14 is pressed at two locations, the holding portion 57 and the free end portion 54, rattling can be suppressed.
- the clip 40 is attached to the edge of the first member 12 by aligning the positions of the first mounting hole 12 a of the first member 12 with the first insertion hole 60 and the second insertion hole 58 of the clip 40.
- the shaft portion 22 is inserted into the second mounting hole 14 a of the second member 14, that is, with the shaft portion 22 protruding from the second mounting hole 14 a, the shaft portion 22 is inserted into the first insertion hole 60. And it inserts in the 1st attachment hole 12a.
- the locking surface 26 a of the radial protrusion 26 is formed on the first plate from the upper end 50 a of the recess 50. Located on the part 42 side. For this reason, in order to lock the locking surface 26a in the recess 50, it is necessary to push down the recess 50.
- the pin 20 After inserting the shaft portion 22, the pin 20 is rotated by fitting a jig into the groove portion 24 a formed in the head portion 24.
- the pin locking portion 48 has elasticity and can be bent. When the pin locking portion 48 is bent, the free end portion 54 moves in the longitudinal direction.
- the pin 20 is rotated to lock the radial protrusion 26 in the recess 50, the radial protrusion 26 gets over the upper end 50a of the recess 50 by pushing it down to the first plate portion 42 side. At this time, an operational feeling can be transmitted to the user.
- the pin locking portion 48 When the radial protrusion 26 gets over the upper end 50a of the recess 50, the pin locking portion 48 is bent and the free end 54 moves in the longitudinal direction. Since the pin locking portion 48 can be easily bent by the free end, the recess 50 and the radial protrusion 26 can be easily locked and released.
- the radial protrusion 26 is locked to fit in the recess 50.
- the locking of the member mounting structure 10 can be completed by a rotation of the pin 20 or less than a half rotation, the mounting operation is easier than the case of screwing. Since it is attached using the elasticity of the pin locking part 48 itself, the looseness of the attached state can be suppressed.
- the pin 20 When releasing the locking between the radial protrusion 26 and the recess 50, the pin 20 is rotated to rotate the radial protrusion 26, and the recess 50 is pushed down to release. Then, the pin 20 is rotated so that the positions of the radial protrusion 26 and the long hole-like second insertion hole 58 are aligned, and the radial protrusion 26 can be removed from the second insertion hole 58 and removed and screwed. Work is easier than in the case.
- FIG. 5 (a) to 5 (d) are explanatory diagrams for explaining the function of restricting the rotation of the pin 20.
- FIG. 5 (a) and 5 (c) show the member mounting structure 10 as viewed from the head 24 side, and a pin 20 is fitted by fitting a jig such as a flathead screwdriver into the groove 24a of the head 24.
- Rotate. 5 (b) and FIG. 5 (d) show views excluding the head 24, and the first insertion hole 60 of the first plate portion 42 corresponds to the shape of the radial protrusion 26 and the shaft portion 22. Is formed.
- FIG. 5 (a) and 5 (b) show a state in which the pin 20 is inserted into the first insertion hole 60 and before the pin 20 is rotated and attached
- FIG. 5 (c) and FIG. (D) shows a state where the attachment is completed.
- a restricting portion 60a that restricts the rotation of the protrusion 28 is formed.
- the pin 20 is rotated approximately 90 degrees, as shown in FIG. 5D, the protrusion 28 comes into contact with the restricting portion 60a, and the rotation of the pin 20 is restricted.
- the pin 20 is rotated and attached, when the recess 50 engages the radial protrusion 26, the protrusion 28 comes into contact with the restricting portion 60a and the rotation of the pin 20 is stopped. Thereby, it can restrict
- the second plate portion 44 can be made smaller than when the restricting portion 60a is provided on the second plate portion 44.
- FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a configuration in which the pin 120 according to the modified example is sub-assembled to the second member 14.
- FIG. 6A is a cross-sectional view of the state where the pin 20 is sub-assembled to the second member 14 by the C-shaped ring 140
- FIG. 6B is a front view of the C-shaped ring 140.
- the pin 120 of the modified example has the same configuration as the pin 20 shown in FIG.
- the projecting portion 128 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 22 so as to be separated from the head portion 24.
- the C-shaped ring 140 is formed so that the length of the outer diameter is larger than that of the second mounting hole of the second member 14.
- the inner diameter of the C-shaped ring 140 is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the shaft portion 22, and movement toward the radial protrusion 26 in the axial direction is restricted by the protrusion 128 protruding from the outer periphery of the shaft portion 22.
- the rotation of the pin 120 is restricted when the protrusion 128 contacts the restricting portion 60a. .
- the C-shaped ring 140 is attached so as to surround the outer periphery of the shaft portion 22 through the slit 142 of the C-shaped ring 140.
- an opening 144 that expands toward the outer periphery is formed on the radially outer side of the slit 142.
- the minimum width of the slit 142 is smaller than the outer diameter of the shaft portion 22 and the width of the projection 128, and is configured so as not to easily come out of the slit 142 once attached to the shaft portion 22.
- the C-shaped ring 140 is located between the protrusion 128 and the head 24.
- the pin 20 can be attached to the second member 14 in advance with the second member 14 sandwiched between the head 24 and the C-shaped ring 140. Thereby, even if the locking of the member mounting structure 10 is released to remove the second member 14 from the first member 12, the pin 20 remains attached to the second member 14, and the removal work is facilitated.
- FIG. 7 is a side view of the member attachment structure 10 in a state before being attached to the first member 12 and the second member 14.
- the radial protrusion 26 is inserted into the first mounting hole 12a, the back surface of the head 24 is brought into contact with the second member 14, and the second member 14 is brought into contact with the first plate portion 42, This is a state before the radial protrusion 26 is locked to the recess 50. Further, this is a state before the pin 120 is rotated after the radial protrusion 26 is inserted into the second insertion hole 58 of the pin locking portion 48.
- the locking surface 26a of the radial protrusion 26 is located closer to the first member 12 than the bottom surface 50b of the recess 50.
- the bottom surface 50b is a contact surface that contacts the locking surface 26a.
- the distance H ⁇ b> 1 between the bottom surface 50 b of the recess 50 and the first member 12 is longer than the distance H ⁇ b> 2 between the locking surface 26 a of the radial protrusion 26 and the first member 12.
