- 根据权利要求1所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述切换单元进一步包含有接头座,所述接头座具有第一进气口、第一出气口、第二进气口与第二出气口,所述第一进气口连接所述空气压缩机的气体出口,所述第一出气口连接所述阀座的第一通孔,所述第二进气口连接所述阀座的第三通孔,所述第二出气口连接所述胶料桶的气胶出孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述连动部包含有连杆与操作组件,所述连杆的两端分别枢接于所述柱塞与所述操作组件,所述操作组件的一端则枢接于所述阀座,所述操作组件被操作时,所述连杆驱动所述柱塞在所述第一行程与第二行程间移动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述操作组件设有突出部,所述突出部设有盖体。
- 根据权利要求4所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述胶料桶、气体供应单元与切换单元均设于外壳内,所述外壳设有开口,所述开口设有具备止挡部的保险盖,所述柱塞位于该第一行程的状态时,所述保险盖可覆盖于该开口,并使所述止挡部挡住该突出部的下方,使所述操作组件无法被操作,所述保险盖被开启时,所述止挡部则脱离该突出部的下方,使所述操作组件可以被操作。
- 根据权利要求5所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述空气压缩机的气体出口连接气体分配头,该气体分配头具有第一出口与第二出口,该第一出口连接该接头座的第一进气口,该第二出口连接一压力表,所述压力表设于所述外壳。
- 根据权利要求1所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述气体与胶料的整合供应装置应用于轮胎修补机,所述胶料是用于填补破损的轮胎孔洞的材料。
