所述习知的轮胎修补机也可以作为轮胎充气机使用,其结构大致上是在外壳内设置一个胶料桶与一个空气压缩机,胶料桶与空气压缩机分别连接注胶管与充气管,注胶管与充气管的一端分别设置一注胶嘴与充气嘴;当作为轮胎充气机使用时,使用者直接将充气嘴组合于轮胎的气嘴,再开启空气压缩机将高压空气充入轮胎内即可。当作为轮胎修补机使用时,则必须先将注胶嘴组合于轮胎气嘴,然后启动泵浦将胶料桶内的适量胶料注入轮胎内,而后将注胶嘴卸下,改将充气嘴组合于轮胎气嘴,再将高压空气充入轮胎内产生适当胎压;将充气嘴卸下后将车辆慢速行驶一段距离,让胶料在轮胎内壁面均匀流动而填补在破裂的位置,待胶料凝固后可避免轮胎内的气体外泄,驾驶人即可就近将车开至维修厂做进一步检修。
虽然前述的轮胎修补机会在外壳标示使用方式,然而,对于不熟悉操作机器的人而言,常常无法分辨该先使用充气管或注胶管,甚至熟悉操作的人也可能有误用的时候,以至于在仅需要对轮胎充气时,却误用了注胶功能,造成胶料注入轮胎内及气嘴,气嘴、注胶管与注胶嘴均必须更换。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于解决公知应用于轮胎修补机的气体与胶料供应装置,其气体与胶料分别连接充气管与注胶管且分别被独立供应,以至于使用者不容易判断应该优先选择充气管或注胶管,或是在仅欲充气时误用注胶功能所产生的问题。
本实用新型提供的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征是包括有胶料桶、气体供应单元与切换单元,所述胶料桶与气体供应单元均连接至切换单元,该切换单元在第一种状态下,通过保险盖固定在仅可由气体供应单元将高压气体通过切换单元输出;当解除保险盖时,则可将切换单元转换至第二种状态,此时气体供应单元转而将高压气体通过切换单元输入胶料桶,进而利用气压将胶料桶内的胶料推送输出,直到胶料输罄后再使胶料桶内的气体输出。
本实用新型的技术手段,包括有:胶料桶、气体供应单元与切换单元;其中,该胶料桶设有至少一进气孔与至少一气胶出孔,该胶料桶内装盛胶料;该气体供应单元包含有空气压缩机;该切换单元,包含有:阀座、柱塞与一连动部,该阀座具有柱塞孔,以及连通该柱塞孔内外的第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔与第四通孔,所述第一通孔连接该空气压缩机的气体出口,所述第二通孔连接充注嘴,所述第三通孔连接该胶料桶的气胶出孔,所述第四通孔连接该胶料桶的进气孔。该柱塞具有一轴向延伸至柱塞一端的中央孔,以及在外径设有第一环区、第二环区与第三环区,该第一环区与第三环区的柱塞壁分别设有第一贯穿孔与第二贯穿孔,所述第一环区、第二环区与第三环区的两端分别设有止泄环,该柱塞组合于该阀座的柱塞孔内,使该柱塞可以在该柱塞孔的相反方向的第一行程与第二行程间轴向移动,该柱塞移动至第一行程后,所述第一通孔经由该第二环区与该第二通孔连通,使气体直接经由该第二通孔输出,该柱塞移动至第二行程后,则所述第一通孔经由该第一环区与该第一贯穿孔连通,且该第三通孔经由所述第二环区与该第二通孔连通,以及该第四通孔经由该第三环区与该第二贯穿孔连通,使气体最终经由该第四通孔被输入该胶料桶,进而由气体压力将胶料桶内的胶料经由该第三通孔与第二通孔输出。所述连动部连接该柱塞,用以操作柱塞在所述第一行程与第二行程之间移动。
为了提供阀座与空气压缩机及胶料桶较佳的连接,本实用新型的切换单元可以进一步包含接头座,该接头座具有第一进气口、第一出气口、第二进气口与第二出气口,所述第一进气口连接该空气压缩机的气体出口,所述第一出气口连接该阀座的第一通孔,所述第二进气口连接该阀座的第三通孔,所述第二出气口连接该胶料桶的气胶出孔。
为了便于使用者操作,本实用新型的连动部包含有一连杆与操作组件,该连杆的两端分别枢接于该柱塞与该操作组件,该操作组件的一端则枢接于该阀座,该操作组件被操作时,经由该连杆驱动该柱塞在所述第一行程与第二行程间移动;该操作组件还设有一突出部,该突出部设有一盖体。
基于确保使用者方便操作及避免错误操作,本实用新型将所述胶料桶、气体供应单元与切换单元均设于外壳内,该外壳设有一开口,该开口设有具备止挡部的保险盖,所述柱塞位于该第一行程的状态时,所述保险盖可覆盖于该开口,并使该止挡部挡住该突出部的下方,使该操作组件无法被操作,所述保险盖被开启时,该止挡部则脱离该突出部的下方,使该操作组件可以被操作。
为了让使用者可以清楚了解输出气体的压力,本实用新型在所述空气压缩机的气体出口连接气体分配头,该气体分配头具有第一出口与第二出口,该第一出口连接该接头座的第一进气口,该第二出口连接压力表,该压力表设于所述外壳。
本实用新型提供的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,应用于轮胎修补机,所述胶料是用来填补破损的轮胎孔洞的材料。

以下配合图式及组件符号对本实用新型的实施方式做更详细的说明,使熟悉该项技艺者在研读本说明书后能据以实施。
本实用新型提供的气体与胶料整合供应装置,可以被应用于图1所示的轮胎修补机A。
参阅图2、图3与图4所示,本实用新型提供的气体与胶料整合供应装置,其较佳实施例包括有气体供应单元1、胶料桶5与切换单元B。其中,气体供应单元1进一步包含有空气压缩机12,空气压缩机12连接马达11与气体分配头13,气体分配头13具有进口130、第一出口131与第二出口132,该进口130连接空气压缩机12的气体出口(图中未显示);马达11由电力提供动力运转时带动空气压缩机12作动而产生高压空气,高压空气可以同时从第一出口131与第二出口132流出。所述胶料桶5是一种用来盛装对轮胎进行封补的胶料的容器,该胶料桶5具有进气孔51与气胶出孔52;所述气胶出孔52系提供空气与胶料流过的通道,进气孔51则是仅提供空气流过的通道;所述气胶出孔52设于胶料桶5的嘴部,该嘴部具有用来螺旋组合于下述切换单元B的接头座2的外螺纹;进气孔51则可组合连接嘴53,连接嘴53则再组合供气管54,供气管54则连接下述切换单元B的第四通孔37。
本实用新型的切换单元B的较佳实施例,包含有接头座2、阀座3、一柱塞4与连动部6;其中,接头座2可以采用铸造成型后再进一步加工而形成有第一进气口21、第一出气口22、第二进气口23与第二出气口24,其中,第一进气口21与第一出气口22相通;第二进气口23则与第二出气口24相通;接头座2的侧边设有两个或两个以上用来组合该阀座3的螺孔25;第一进气口21用来组合气体分配头13的第一出口131。
阀座3亦可采用铸造技术成型后再进一步加工而形成有一柱塞孔31,以及连通该柱塞孔31的第一通孔32、第二通孔33、第三通孔36与第四通孔37;以该柱塞孔31的轴线竖立为基准而言,该第一通孔32、第二通孔33、第三通孔36与第四通孔37分别位于不同的高度位置,亦即,第一通孔32在最高位置,第二通孔33次之,第三通孔36再次之,第四通孔37在最低位置;阀座3的侧边设置有数个对应接头座2的螺孔25的穿孔34,可利用螺丝35穿过该些穿孔34再锁入接头座2的各螺孔25而将阀座3组合固定于接头座2;当阀座3与接头座2组合后,设于柱状体的第一通孔32与第三通孔36分别插入第一出气口22与第二进气口23,并藉由止泄环44将柱状体与第一通孔32及第三通孔36的内径密封。第二通孔33则连接一端设有充注嘴的充注管(图中未显示)。
切换单元B的柱塞4为外径几乎对应阀座3的柱塞孔31内径的柱状体,该柱塞4设有一轴向延伸并贯通至一端的中央孔40,柱塞4的外径被加工出有第一环区411、第二环区412与第三环区413,该些环区底部的直径小于柱塞4的外径,并在该第一环区411与第三环区413的柱塞壁分别设有第一贯穿孔42与第二贯穿孔43,该第一环区411、第二环区412与第三环区413的两端分别设有止泄环44,将柱塞4组合于阀座3的柱塞孔31内后,利用所述止泄环44提供柱塞4与柱塞孔31间的密封防漏气功能,且柱塞4可以在柱塞孔31的相反方向的第一行程与第二行程间轴向移动;在图7所示的实施例,柱塞4往上移动至极限称第一行程,柱塞4往下方移动至极限称第二行程。当柱塞4移动至第一行程后,可以使第二通孔32对应到第二环区412的位置,使得第一通孔32经由第二环区412与第二通孔33连通。如图9所示,当柱塞4移动至第二行程后,则第一通孔32对应到第一环区411的位置而使第一通孔32与第一贯穿孔42连通,且第三通孔36经由第二环区412与第二通孔33连通,以及第四通孔37经由第三环区413与该第二贯穿孔43连通。
切换单元B的连动部6是用来连接柱塞4,以操作该柱塞4在所述第一行程与第二行程之间移动,进而控制输出气体或胶料的操作装置。该连动部6包含有一连杆61与操作组件62,该连杆61的第一端藉由枢轴611枢接于柱塞4的上端,第二端则枢接于所述操作组件62,该操作组件62的一端则枢接于阀座3的适当位置,所述操作组件62具有一弯折成型的突出部621,并在突出部621设置一盖体622,该盖体622提供使用者的手指方便的接触及操作;如图6及图7所示,当将操作组件62往上方扳动时,经由操作组件62与连杆61的连动作用可以驱动柱塞4往第一行程移动,使前述的第一出口131、第一通孔32与第二通孔33形成通路。如图8及图9所示,当将操作组件62往下方扳动时,经由操作组件62与连杆61的连动作用可以驱动柱塞4往第二行程移动,使前述的第一出口131、第一贯穿孔42、中央孔40、第二贯穿孔43与第四通孔37形成通路;另外则使第二出气口24、第三通孔36、与第二通孔33亦形成通路。
再如图2所示,前述胶料桶5、气体供应单元1与切换单元B均设于外壳7内,在本实用新型的较佳实施例,该外壳7包含有一下壳体71与一上壳体72,接头座2系利用固定组件26将其固定在下壳体71内,该固定组件26为圆弧形,恰可套在接头座2的弧形表面部位,然后利用螺丝将固定组件26锁固于下壳体71;所述下壳体71设有一开口711,并在开口711的一侧枢设一保险盖73,该保险盖73的内侧面设有一突出的止挡部731(如图5所示);前述胶料桶5、气体供应单元1与切换单元B系先被组装于下壳体71后,再将上壳体72组合于下壳体71上方。再如图5所示,本实用新型保险盖73的功能,系在于当所述柱塞4位于第一行程的状态时(即操作组件62往上方扳动后),可以将保险盖73覆盖于开口711,并使该止挡部731挡住操作组件62的突出部621的下方,使该操作组件62无法被操作,在此种状态下,本实用新型的整合供应装置仅能提供输出高压气体的功能,无法输出胶料,避免被使用者误操作。当使用者需要输出胶料进行修补轮胎时,则必须先将保险盖73开启,让止挡部731脱离对突出部621的阻挡,此时用户即可将操作组件62往下扳动,进而使柱塞4移动至第二行程而能输出胶料。
上壳体72则可以进一步设置显示面板75与压力表74,该压力表74以管路连接气体分配头13的第二出口132,因此,由空气压缩机12供应至接头座2的空气压力可以同步被传导至压力表74显示出来,提供用户判断调整充气时间。所述显示面板75可以是一种背面具有斜面与背光源(图中未显示)的导光板,其设于外壳7表面,可以更清楚地显示出相关信息。
本实用新型的使用方式说明如下:
使用者可以将轮胎修补机A随车携带,倘若在无法获得汽车维修厂提供轮胎充气服务的状况下,而欲自行对轮胎充气时,可取出该轮胎修补机A,在不开启保险盖73的条件下(如图1与图6所示),该连动部6的操作组件62恒保持在上方位置,亦即柱塞4恒保持在第一行程的状态;此时,使用者启动电源后,马达11即带动空气压缩机12作动而产生高压气体,高压气体同时流出第一出口131与第二出口132,进而在压力表74显示出气体压力。如图7所示,从第一出口131流出的高压气体系经由第一进气口21、第一通孔32通过第二环区412流出第二通孔33,再通过充气管与充注嘴(图中未显示)对轮胎进行充气。
当轮胎破损泄气欲进行修补时,则首先必须先将保险盖73开启,使止挡部731脱离对操作组件62的阻挡,然后再往下扳动操作组件62,经由连杆61连动柱塞4往第二行程轴向移动(如图8与图9所示),此时,柱塞4的第一环区411移位至对应第一通孔32的位置,第二环区412则移位至对应第三通孔36的位置,第三环区413则移位至对应第四通孔37的位置,因此,从第一出口131流出的高压气体系经由第一进气口21、第一通孔32通过第一环区411及第一贯穿孔42、中央孔40、第二贯穿孔43及第四通孔37进入胶料桶5,利用空气压力将胶料桶5内的胶料从气胶出孔51推出而通过第二出气口24、第三通孔36、第二环区412而由第二通孔33流出,再由连接该第二通孔33的充注管与连接轮胎气嘴的充注嘴对轮胎注入胶料,直接胶料桶内的胶料用完后,则继续将胶料桶5内的气体注入轮胎内,让轮胎保持一定压力,即可将充注嘴卸下,再将车辆慢速行驶一段距离,让胶料在轮胎内壁面均匀流动而填补在破裂的位置,待胶料凝固后可避免轮胎内的气体外泄,驾驶人即可就近将车开至维修厂做进一步检修。
以上所述者仅为用以解释本实用新型的较佳实施例,并非企图具以对本实用新型做任何形式上的限制,因此,凡有在相同的实用新型精神下所作有关本实用新型的任何修饰或变更,皆仍应包括在本实用新型意图保护的范畴。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,包括:
    胶料桶,设有至少一个进气孔与至少一个气胶出孔,所述胶料桶内装盛胶料;
    气体供应单元,包括空气压缩机;
    切换单元,包括阀座、柱塞和连动部;
    所述阀座具有柱塞孔,以及连通该柱塞孔内外的第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔与第四通孔,所述第一通孔连接该空气压缩机的气体出口,所述第二通孔连接充注嘴,所述第三通孔连接该胶料桶的气胶出孔,所述第四通孔连接该胶料桶的进气孔;
    所述柱塞具有轴向延伸至柱塞一端的中央孔,以及在外径设有第一环区、第二环区与第三环区,所述第一环区与第三环区的柱塞壁分别设有第一贯穿孔与第二贯穿孔,所述第一环区、第二环区与第三环区的两端分别设有止泄环,该柱塞组合于该阀座的柱塞孔内,使该柱塞可以在该柱塞孔的相反方向的第一行程与第二行程间轴向移动,所述柱塞移动至第一行程后,所述第一通孔经由所述第二环区与所述第二通孔连通,使气体直接经由所述第二通孔输出,所述柱塞移动至第二行程后,则所述第一通孔经由所述第一环区与所述第一贯穿孔连通,且所述第三通孔经由所述第二环区与所述第二通孔连通,以及所述第四通孔经由所述第三环区与所述第二贯穿孔连通,使气体最终经由所述第四通孔被输入所述胶料桶,进而由气体压力将胶料桶内的胶料经由所述第三通孔与第二通孔输出;
    所述连动部连接所述柱塞,用以操作所述柱塞在所述第一行程与第二行程之间移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述切换单元进一步包含有接头座,所述接头座具有第一进气口、第一出气口、第二进气口与第二出气口,所述第一进气口连接所述空气压缩机的气体出口,所述第一出气口连接所述阀座的第一通孔,所述第二进气口连接所述阀座的第三通孔,所述第二出气口连接所述胶料桶的气胶出孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述连动部包含有连杆与操作组件,所述连杆的两端分别枢接于所述柱塞与所述操作组件,所述操作组件的一端则枢接于所述阀座,所述操作组件被操作时,所述连杆驱动所述柱塞在所述第一行程与第二行程间移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述操作组件设有突出部,所述突出部设有盖体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述胶料桶、气体供应单元与切换单元均设于外壳内,所述外壳设有开口,所述开口设有具备止挡部的保险盖,所述柱塞位于该第一行程的状态时,所述保险盖可覆盖于该开口,并使所述止挡部挡住该突出部的下方,使所述操作组件无法被操作,所述保险盖被开启时,所述止挡部则脱离该突出部的下方,使所述操作组件可以被操作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述空气压缩机的气体出口连接气体分配头,该气体分配头具有第一出口与第二出口,该第一出口连接该接头座的第一进气口,该第二出口连接一压力表,所述压力表设于所述外壳。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的气体与胶料的整合供应装置,其特征在于,所述气体与胶料的整合供应装置应用于轮胎修补机,所述胶料是用于填补破损的轮胎孔洞的材料。
