この状況は、図3に示すように、車両100のユーザ以外の第三者が所持する情報端末(以下、偽情報端末と称呼する。)が何らかの事情によって、DCM130或いは近距離通信制御装置140との間で通信可能なっており、第三者が偽情報端末を介して直接的に車両100に遠隔操作のためのコマンド情報を送信可能な状況となっている。この状況において、例えば、第三者が車両100(より詳しくは、コマンド取得ECU110a)に対して偽情報端末からコマンド情報を送信したとしても、車両100のコマンド取得ECU110aは送信されたコマンド情報を取得しない。
この状況においては、図4に示すように、例えば、ネットワーク回線網400とは異なる携帯電話回線網に接続されたサーバ(以下、偽サーバと称呼する。)が、この携帯電話回線網を利用して、車両100にアクセス要求情報及びコマンド情報を送信可能な状況となっている。この状況において、例えば、車両100のユーザ以外の第三者が偽サーバを利用して携帯電話回線網を介してアクセス要求情報を車両100に送信したとすると、コマンド取得ECU110aは、送信されたアクセス要求情報に基づき、ネットワーク回線網400を介して予め規定(特定)された接続先であるコマンド管理センタ200に対してアクセスしようとするため、偽サーバにアクセスしてコマンド情報を取得しない。
この状況においては、図5に示すように、例えば、コマンド管理センタ200と同様にしてネットワーク回線網400に接続された偽サーバがコマンド管理センタ200のサーバ210になりすまして、ネットワーク回線網400を介して車両100にコマンド情報を送信可能な状況となっている。この状況において、例えば、車両100のユーザ以外の第三者が偽サーバを介してアクセス要求情報を車両100に送信したとすると、コマンド取得ECU110aは、送信されたアクセス要求情報に基づいて、予め規定(特定)された接続先であるコマンド管理センタ200に対してアクセスしようとするため、偽サーバにアクセスしてコマンド情報を取得しない。
この状況においては、図6に示すように、例えば、ネットワーク回線網400に接続可能な外部の携帯電話回線網に接続された偽サーバ又は偽情報端末が、この携帯電話回線網からネットワーク回線網400を介して、車両100にコマンド情報を送信可能な状況となっている。この状況において、例えば、車両100のユーザ以外の第三者が偽サーバ又は偽情報端末を利用して携帯電話回線網及びネットワーク回線網400を介してアクセス要求情報を車両100に送信したとすると、コマンド取得ECU110aは、送信されたアクセス要求情報に基づいて、ネットワーク回線網400に接続されていて予め規定(特定)された接続先であるコマンド管理センタ200に対してアクセスしようとするため、外部の携帯電話回線網に接続された偽サーバ又は偽情報端末にアクセスしてコマンド情報を取得しない。
上記第1実施形態においては、正式なユーザが情報端末300を用いてコマンド管理センタ200にアクセスして要求する遠隔操作要求情報を送信することにより、コマンド管理センタ200のサーバ210(コマンド情報サーバ212)がネットワーク回線網400を介して車両100のコマンド取得ECU110aにアクセス要求情報を送信し、コマンド取得ECU110aがアクセスしたコマンド管理センタ200からネットワーク回線網400を介してコマンド情報を取得するように実施した。
上記第1実施形態及び変形例においては、ネットワーク回線網400に接続されたコマンド管理センタ200から、一旦、車両100に対してアクセス要求情報が送信されるように実施した。これにより、車両100のコマンド取得ECU110aは、アクセス要求情報に基づき、予め規定(特定)されている接続先(具体的には、コマンド管理センタ200又は正式なユーザが所持する情報端末300)にアクセスすることにより、コマンド情報を取得するように実施した。
Claims (16)
- 車両のユーザが要求する前記車両の遠隔操作に関連する各種情報を提供する車両遠隔操作情報提供装置において、
前記車両のユーザによる前記車両の遠隔操作の要求を表す遠隔操作要求情報を取得する遠隔操作要求情報取得手段と、
前記遠隔操作要求情報取得手段によって取得された前記遠隔操作要求情報に基づいて、予め規定された接続先にアクセスすることを要求するアクセス要求情報を前記車両に対して送信するアクセス要求情報送信手段と、
前記アクセス要求情報送信手段によって送信された前記アクセス要求情報に基づいて前記車両からアクセスされる前記接続先に設けられていて、前記車両からのアクセスに応じて前記車両のユーザが要求する遠隔操作を実現するための遠隔操作コマンドを表すコマンド情報を提供する遠隔操作コマンド提供手段とを備えたことを特徴とする車両遠隔操作情報提供装置。 - 請求項1に記載した車両遠隔操作情報提供装置において、
前記車両と所定のネットワーク回線網を介した間接的な通信、又は、前記車両と直接的な通信を実現する通信手段を備えており、
前記アクセス要求情報送信手段は、前記通信手段を用いて前記アクセス要求情報を前記車両に送信し、
前記接続先に設けられた前記遠隔操作コマンド提供手段は、前記通信手段を用いて前記コマンド情報を前記車両に送信することを特徴とする車両遠隔操作情報提供装置。 - 請求項2に記載した車両遠隔操作情報提供装置において、
前記アクセス要求情報送信手段は、前記通信手段による前記間接的な通信を用いて前記アクセス要求情報を前記車両に送信し、
前記接続先に設けられた前記遠隔操作コマンド提供手段は、前記通信手段による前記直接的な通信を用いて前記コマンド情報を前記車両に送信することを特徴とする車両遠隔操作情報提供装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のうちのいずれか一つに記載した車両遠隔操作情報提供装置において、
前記遠隔操作コマンド提供手段の設けられる前記接続先は、
前記車両が接続された所定のネットワーク回線網に対して接続されていて前記所定のネットワーク回線網を介した通信によって前記コマンド情報を提供するコマンド管理センタ、又は、前記車両のユーザが所持していて前記所定のネットワーク回線網を介した前記車両との間接的な通信及び前記車両との直接的な通信のうちの一方の通信により前記コマンド情報を提供する情報端末であることを特徴とする車両遠隔操作情報提供装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のうちのいずれか一つに記載した車両遠隔操作情報提供装置において、
前記遠隔操作コマンド提供手段は、
前記コマンド情報を暗号化処理して提供することを特徴とする車両遠隔操作情報提供装置。 - 車両に搭載されて、前記車両のユーザが要求する前記車両の遠隔操作に関連する各種情報を外部から取得する車載遠隔操作情報取得装置において、
外部から送信されて、予め規定された接続先にアクセスすることを要求するアクセス要求情報を取得するアクセス要求情報取得手段と、
前記アクセス要求情報取得手段によって取得された前記アクセス要求情報に基づいて前記接続先にアクセスし、前記接続先から前記車両のユーザが要求する遠隔操作を実現するための遠隔操作コマンドを表すコマンド情報を取得する遠隔操作コマンド取得手段とを備えたことを特徴とする車載遠隔操作情報取得装置。 - 請求項6に記載した車載遠隔操作情報取得装置において、
前記外部と所定のネットワーク回線網を介した間接的な通信、又は、前記外部と直接的な通信を実現する通信手段を備えており、
前記アクセス要求情報取得手段は、前記通信手段を用いて前記アクセス要求情報を前記外部から取得し、
前記遠隔操作コマンド取得手段は、前記通信手段を用いて前記コマンド情報を前記接続先から取得することを特徴とする車載遠隔操作情報取得装置。 - 請求項7に記載した車載遠隔操作情報取得装置において、
前記アクセス要求情報取得手段は、前記通信手段による前記間接的な通信を用いて前記アクセス要求情報を前記外部から取得し、
前記遠隔操作コマンド取得手段は、前記通信手段による前記直接的な通信を用いて前記コマンド情報を前記接続先から取得することを特徴とする車載遠隔操作情報取得装置。 - 請求項6ないし請求項8のうちのいずれか一つに記載した車載遠隔操作情報取得装置において、
前記予め規定された接続先は、
前記車両が接続された所定のネットワーク回線網に対して接続されていて前記所定のネットワーク回線網を介した通信によって前記コマンド情報を提供するコマンド管理センタ、又は、前記車両のユーザが所持していて前記所定のネットワーク回線網を介した通信及び前記車両との直接的な通信のうちの一方の通信により前記コマンド情報を提供する情報端末であることを特徴とする車載遠隔操作情報取得装置。 - 請求項6ないし請求項9のうちのいずれか一つに記載した車載遠隔操作情報取得装置において、
前記遠隔操作コマンド取得手段は、
前記接続先にて暗号化処理されたコマンド情報を復号化処理によって復号化し、前記コマンド情報を取得することを特徴とする車載遠隔操作情報取得装置。 - 車両のユーザが要求する前記車両の遠隔操作に関連する各種情報を提供する車両遠隔操作情報提供装置と、前記車両に搭載されて前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置から前記各種情報を取得する車載遠隔操作情報取得装置とを備えた車両遠隔操作システムであって、
前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置は、
前記車両のユーザによる前記車両の遠隔操作の要求を表す遠隔操作要求情報を取得する遠隔操作要求情報取得手段と、
前記遠隔操作要求情報取得手段によって取得された前記遠隔操作要求情報に基づいて、予め規定された接続先にアクセスすることを要求するアクセス要求情報を前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置に対して送信するアクセス要求情報送信手段と、
前記アクセス要求情報送信手段によって送信された前記アクセス要求情報に基づいて前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置からアクセスされる前記接続先に設けられていて、前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置からのアクセスに応じて前記車両のユーザが要求する遠隔操作を実現するための遠隔操作コマンドを表すコマンド情報を提供する遠隔操作コマンド提供手段とを備え、
前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置は、
前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置の前記アクセス要求情報送信手段から送信された前記アクセス要求情報を取得するアクセス要求情報取得手段と、
前記アクセス要求情報取得手段によって取得された前記アクセス要求情報に基づいて前記接続先にアクセスし、前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置の前記遠隔操作コマンド提供手段から前記コマンド情報を取得する遠隔操作コマンド取得手段とを備えたことを特徴とする車両遠隔操作システム。 - 請求項11に記載した車両遠隔操作システムにおいて、
前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置及び前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置は、
互いに所定のネットワーク回線網を介した間接的な通信、又は、互いに直接的な通信を実現する通信手段を備えており、
前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置の前記アクセス要求情報送信手段と前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置の前記アクセス要求情報取得手段とは、前記通信手段を用いて前記アクセス要求情報を送受信し、
前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置の前記遠隔操作コマンド提供手段と前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置の前記遠隔操作コマンド取得手段とは、前記通信手段を用いて前記コマンド情報を送受信することを特徴とする車両遠隔操作システム。 - 請求項12に記載した車両遠隔操作システムにおいて、
前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置の前記アクセス要求情報送信手段と前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置の前記アクセス要求情報取得手段とは、前記通信手段による前記間接的な通信を用いて前記アクセス要求情報を送受信し、
前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置の前記遠隔操作コマンド提供手段と前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置の前記遠隔操作コマンド取得手段とは、前記通信手段による前記直接的な通信を用いて前記コマンド情報を送受信することを特徴とする車両遠隔操作システム。 - 請求項11ないし請求項13のうちのいずれか一つに記載した車両遠隔操作システムにおいて、
前記予め規定された接続先は、
少なくとも前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置が接続された所定のネットワーク回線網に対して接続されていて前記所定のネットワーク回線網を介した通信によって前記コマンド情報を提供するコマンド管理センタ、又は、前記車両のユーザが所持していて前記所定のネットワーク回線網を介した通信及び前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置との直接的な通信のうちの一方の通信により前記コマンド情報を提供する情報端末であることを特徴とする車両遠隔操作システム。 - 請求項11ないし請求項14のうちのいずれか一つに記載した車両遠隔操作システムにおいて、
前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置の前記遠隔操作コマンド提供手段は、
前記コマンド情報を暗号化処理して提供し、
前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置の前記遠隔操作コマンド取得手段は、
前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置の前記遠隔操作コマンド提供手段により暗号化処理されたコマンド情報を復号化処理によって復号化し、前記コマンド情報を取得することを特徴とする車両遠隔操作システム。 - 請求項11ないし請求項15のうちのいずれか一つに記載した車両遠隔操作システムにおいて、
前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置が、
前記遠隔操作コマンド取得手段による前記接続先へのアクセスに伴って前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置を搭載した車両を認証する認証手段を備えるとともに、
前記車載遠隔操作情報取得装置が、
前記アクセス要求情報送信手段による前記アクセス要求情報の送信に伴って前記車両遠隔操作情報提供装置を認証する認証手段を備えたことを特徴とする車両遠隔操作システム。
