前記制御スイッチの一端に一端が接続されたコイルに通電してオンすることにより、バッテリが接続されるバッテリ接続端子と、前記スタータスイッチの一端および第1の負荷の一端と、の間を導通し、一方、前記コイルが通電しないでオフすることにより、前記バッテリ接続端子と、前記スタータスイッチの一端および前記第1の負荷の一端と、の間を遮断するリレー回路と、
前記バッテリおよびモータ・ジェネレータから供給される電力を制御するエンジン制御装置と、を備えた車両用電力供給システムであって、
前記エンジン制御装置は、
前記第1の負荷の一端に一端が接続され、接地に他端が接続され、前記モータ・ジェネレータから供給される交流電力を整流制御し、又は、前記モータ・ジェネレータをモータ駆動する三相ブリッジ回路と、
前記三相ブリッジ回路の一端と前記制御スイッチの他端との間に接続されたDC-DCコンバータと、
前記バッテリ接続端子にアノードが接続され、前記制御スイッチの他端にカソードが接続されたダイオードと、
前記バッテリ接続端子の電圧を検出する電圧検出回路と、
前記コイルの他端と前記接地との間に接続された第1のスイッチ素子と、
前記第1の負荷の他端と接地との間に接続された第2のスイッチ素子と、
前記制御スイッチの一端に供給される直流電力が供給され、前記三相ブリッジ回路、前記第1、第2のスイッチ素子を制御する制御回路と、を有する
ことを特徴とする。
前記制御回路は、
前記制御スイッチがオンされ、前記制御スイッチの一端から電力が供給された場合において、
前記電圧検出回路により検出された検出電圧が第1の設定電圧以上である場合には、前記バッテリが前記バッテリ接続端子に接続されており且つ前記バッテリの電圧が規定値以上である第1の始動状態であると判断し、
一方、前記検出電圧が第1の設定電圧未満である場合には、前記バッテリが前記バッテリ接続端子に接続されていない又は前記バッテリの電圧が規定値未満であり、且つ、前記モータ・ジェネレータから電力が供給される第2の始動状態であると判断するようにしてもよい。
前記制御回路は、
前記第1の始動状態であると判断した場合には、前記第1のスイッチ素子をオンすることにより、前記コイルに通電して前記リレー回路をオンするようにしてもよい。
前記制御回路は、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数を検出可能であり、前記第2の始動状態であると判断した場合であって、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数が設定回転数以上である場合には、前記モータ・ジェネレータに接続されたエンジンが始動完了していると判断し、前記第1のスイッチ素子をオンすることにより、前記コイルに通電して前記リレー回路をオンし、
一方、前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数が前記設定回転数未満である場合には、前記エンジンが始動途中であると判断し、前記第1のスイッチ素子をオフすることにより、前記コイルを通電させないようにして前記リレー回路をオフするようにしてもよい。
前記電圧検出回路は、
前記バッテリ接続端子にエミッタが接続され、前記制御回路にコレクタが接続されたPNP型バイポーラトランジスタと、
前記PNP型バイポーラトランジスタのベースにコレクタが接続され、前記接地にエミッタが接続され、前記制御スイッチの一端にベースが接続されたNPN型バイポーラトランジスタと、を含むようにしてもよい。
前記制御回路は、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数を検出可能であり、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数が設定回転数未満である場合に、
前記バッテリの劣化状態に基づいて、前記モータ・ジェネレータを駆動させるか否かを判断するようにしてもよい。
前記制御回路は、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数が設定回転数未満である場合であって、
前記スタータスイッチがオンし且つ前記リレー回路がオンしている場合には、前記スタータスイッチがオンしてからの設定時間経過しているか否か判断し、
前記設定時間経過している場合に、前記電圧検出回路により検出された検出電圧が第2の設定電圧以上であるときには、前記モータ・ジェネレータを駆動させるようにしてもよい。
前記制御回路は、
前記スタータスイッチがオンしてから設定時間経過しているか否か判断し、前記設定時間経過していない場合には、前記電圧検出回路による前記バッテリ接続端子の電圧を検出しないで、前記モータ・ジェネレータを駆動させるようにしてもよい。
前記制御回路は、
前記スタータスイッチがオンしてから設定時間経過しているか否か判断し、前記設定時間経過している場合に、前記検出電圧が前記第2の設定電圧未満であるときには、前記第1のスイッチ素子をオフすることにより前記リレー回路をオフし且つ前記モータ・ジェネレータの駆動を停止するようにしてもよい。
前記制御回路は、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数が設定回転数未満である場合であって、前記スタータスイッチがオフ、または、前記リレー回路がオフしている場合には、前記モータ・ジェネレータの駆動を停止させるようにしてもよい。
前記エンジン制御装置は、
前記三相ブリッジ回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路をさらに有し、
検出された電流が過電流に対応する電流値である場合には、前記制御回路は、前記第1のスイッチ素子をオフすることにより、前記リレー回路をオフするようにしてもよい。
前記制御回路は、
前記エンジンが始動している場合は、前記モータ・ジェネレータから出力された電力を、前記三相ブリッジ回路および前記リレー回路を介して、前記バッテリに供給するようにしてもよい。
前記エンジン制御装置は、
前記制御スイッチの一端の電圧を所定値にして前記制御回路に供給するレギュレータをさらに有するようにしてもよい。
前記第1の負荷は、前記エンジンのフュエルポンプ、前記エンジンのインジェクタ、または、前記エンジンのイグニッションコイルであるようにしてもよい。

前記三相ブリッジ回路の一端と前記制御スイッチの他端との間に接続されたDC-DCコンバータと、
前記バッテリ接続端子にアノードが接続され、前記制御スイッチの他端にカソードが接続されたダイオードと、
前記バッテリ接続端子の電圧を検出する電圧検出回路と、
前記コイルの他端と前記接地との間に接続された第1のスイッチ素子と、
前記第1の負荷の他端と接地との間に接続された第2のスイッチ素子と、
前記制御スイッチの一端に供給される直流電力が供給され、前記三相ブリッジ回路、前記第1、第2のスイッチ素子を制御する制御回路と、を有する

前記制御スイッチがオンされ、前記制御スイッチの一端から電力が供給された場合、前記電圧検出回路により検出された検出電圧が第1の設定電圧以上である場合には、前記バッテリの電圧が規定値以上である第1の始動状態であると判断し、一方、前記検出電圧が第1の設定電圧未満である場合には、前記バッテリの電圧が規定値未満であり且つ前記モータ・ジェネレータから電力が供給される第2の始動状態であると判断する
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (16)
- ユーザによりオン/オフが制御される制御スイッチと、
ユーザによりオン/オフが制御されるスタータスイッチと、
前記制御スイッチの一端に一端が接続されたコイルに通電してオンすることにより、バッテリが接続されるバッテリ接続端子と、前記スタータスイッチの一端および第1の負荷の一端と、の間を導通し、一方、前記コイルが通電しないでオフすることにより、前記バッテリ接続端子と、前記スタータスイッチの一端および前記第1の負荷の一端と、の間を遮断するリレー回路と、
前記バッテリおよびモータ・ジェネレータから供給される電力を制御するエンジン制御装置と、を備えた車両用電力供給システムであって、
前記エンジン制御装置は、
前記第1の負荷の一端に一端が接続され、接地に他端が接続され、前記モータ・ジェネレータから供給される交流電力を整流制御し、又は、前記モータ・ジェネレータをモータ駆動する三相ブリッジ回路と、
前記三相ブリッジ回路の一端と前記制御スイッチの他端との間に接続されたDC-DCコンバータと、
前記バッテリ接続端子にアノードが接続され、前記制御スイッチの他端にカソードが接続されたダイオードと、
前記バッテリ接続端子の電圧を検出する電圧検出回路と、
前記コイルの他端と前記接地との間に接続された第1のスイッチ素子と、
前記第1の負荷の他端と接地との間に接続された第2のスイッチ素子と、
前記制御スイッチの一端に供給される直流電力が供給され、前記三相ブリッジ回路、前記第1、第2のスイッチ素子を制御する制御回路と、を有する
ことを特徴とする車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記制御スイッチがオンされ、前記制御スイッチの一端から電力が供給された場合において、
前記電圧検出回路により検出された検出電圧が第1の設定電圧以上である場合には、前記バッテリが前記バッテリ接続端子に接続されており且つ前記バッテリの電圧が規定値以上である第1の始動状態であると判断し、
一方、前記検出電圧が第1の設定電圧未満である場合には、前記バッテリが前記バッテリ接続端子に接続されていない又は前記バッテリの電圧が規定値未満であり、且つ、前記モータ・ジェネレータから電力が供給される第2の始動状態であると判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記第1の始動状態であると判断した場合には、前記第1のスイッチ素子をオンすることにより、前記コイルに通電して前記リレー回路をオンする
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数を検出可能であり、前記第2の始動状態であると判断した場合であって、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数が設定回転数以上である場合には、前記モータ・ジェネレータに接続されたエンジンが始動完了していると判断し、前記第1のスイッチ素子をオンすることにより、前記コイルに通電して前記リレー回路をオンし、
一方、前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数が前記設定回転数未満である場合には、前記エンジンが始動途中であると判断し、前記第1のスイッチ素子をオフすることにより、前記コイルを通電させないようにして前記リレー回路をオフする
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記電圧検出回路は、
前記バッテリ接続端子にエミッタが接続され、前記制御回路にコレクタが接続されたPNP型バイポーラトランジスタと、
前記PNP型バイポーラトランジスタのベースにコレクタが接続され、前記接地にエミッタが接続され、前記制御スイッチの一端にベースが接続されたNPN型バイポーラトランジスタと、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数を検出可能であり、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数が設定回転数未満である場合に、
前記バッテリの劣化状態に基づいて、前記モータ・ジェネレータを駆動させるか否かを判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数が設定回転数未満である場合であって、
前記スタータスイッチがオンし且つ前記リレー回路がオンしている場合には、前記スタータスイッチがオンしてからの設定時間経過しているか否か判断し、
前記設定時間経過している場合に、前記電圧検出回路により検出された検出電圧が第2の設定電圧以上であるときには、前記モータ・ジェネレータを駆動させる
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記スタータスイッチがオンしてから設定時間経過しているか否か判断し、前記設定時間経過していない場合には、前記電圧検出回路による前記バッテリ接続端子の電圧を検出しないで、前記モータ・ジェネレータを駆動させる
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記スタータスイッチがオンしてから設定時間経過しているか否か判断し、前記設定時間経過している場合に、前記検出電圧が前記第2の設定電圧未満であるときには、前記第1のスイッチ素子をオフすることにより前記リレー回路をオフし且つ前記モータ・ジェネレータの駆動を停止する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記モータ・ジェネレータの回転数が設定回転数未満である場合であって、前記スタータスイッチがオフ、または、前記リレー回路がオフしている場合には、前記モータ・ジェネレータの駆動を停止させる
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記エンジン制御装置は、
前記三相ブリッジ回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路をさらに有し、
検出された電流が過電流に対応する電流値である場合には、前記制御回路は、前記第1のスイッチ素子をオフすることにより、前記リレー回路をオフする
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記エンジンが始動している場合は、前記モータ・ジェネレータから出力された電力を、前記三相ブリッジ回路および前記リレー回路を介して、前記バッテリに供給する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記エンジン制御装置は、
前記制御スイッチの一端の電圧を所定値にして前記制御回路に供給するレギュレータをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電力供給システム。 - 前記第1の負荷は、前記エンジンのフュエルポンプ、前記エンジンのインジェクタ、または、前記エンジンのイグニッションコイルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電力供給システム。

前記三相ブリッジ回路の一端と前記制御スイッチの他端との間に接続されたDC-DCコンバータと、
前記バッテリ接続端子にアノードが接続され、前記制御スイッチの他端にカソードが接続されたダイオードと、
前記バッテリ接続端子の電圧を検出する電圧検出回路と、
前記コイルの他端と前記接地との間に接続された第1のスイッチ素子と、
前記第1の負荷の他端と接地との間に接続された第2のスイッチ素子と、
前記制御スイッチの一端に供給される直流電力が供給され、前記三相ブリッジ回路、前記第1、第2のスイッチ素子を制御する制御回路と、を有する

前記制御スイッチがオンされ、前記制御スイッチの一端から電力が供給された場合、前記電圧検出回路により検出された検出電圧が第1の設定電圧以上である場合には、前記バッテリの電圧が規定値以上である第1の始動状態であると判断し、一方、前記検出電圧が第1の設定電圧未満である場合には、前記バッテリの電圧が規定値未満であり且つ前記モータ・ジェネレータから電力が供給される第2の始動状態であると判断する
ことを特徴とする電力供給方法。
