- a curved heat seal (steam vent seal part) is provided for concentrating stress when the pressure rises when cooking the microwave oven, and the steam vent seal part is preferentially peeled off. In this way, steam is released from there to prevent the packaging bag from bursting.
- the steam release seal portion is a portion that seals a region between an inner curved shape that is a curved shape from the inside of the packaging bag and an outer curved shape that is a curved shape from the outside of the packaging bag, and the packaging. It is the part protruded in the curved shape toward the inner side direction of the bag.
- the opening of the steam release seal portion is not sufficient, and problems such as rupture of the packaging bag and unintentional opening have occurred.
- the openability of the steam vent in the packaging bag is highly dependent on the inner curved shape of the steam vent seal portion described above. For this reason, if the inner curved shape of the steam vent seal portion is changed, the stress due to the steam is dispersed, and the steam vent seal portion cannot be preferentially peeled off. For example, if the steam vent seal portion is made smaller in order to reduce the amount of steam that escapes, the inner curved shape is also changed. As a result, the stress due to the steam is dispersed, and peeling of the steam vent seal part itself does not occur. That is, if the inner curved shape of the steam release seal portion is changed, the initial opening property of the steam release seal portion will be changed, and good opening properties cannot be obtained.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and in a packaging bag in which a part of a seal part peels off due to an increase in internal pressure accompanying the vapor pressure and releases the steam to the outside, a good peelability of the steam vent part is provided.
- An object is to provide a packaging bag provided.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3A, the vertical cross section of the main body portion of the packaging bag 100 constituted by the lower surface portion 1 and the upper surface portion 2 expands so as to be circular, and the steam release seal of the film palm portion 6 The space defined by the portion 7, the belt-shaped end seal portion 8a, and the belt-shaped side seal portion 8b expands. As a result, a force is applied intensively to the portion of the tip 70 of the steam vent seal portion 7 that constitutes the film palm portion 6, and as shown in FIG.
- the packaging bag 100 of the present embodiment is provided with the vapor vent seal portion 7 that forms the vapor discharge portion 101 in the film palm portion 6 that is located above the upper surface level of the contents 200 in the packaging bag 100.
- the vapor vent seal portion 7 that forms the vapor discharge portion 101 in the film palm portion 6 that is located above the upper surface level of the contents 200 in the packaging bag 100.
- the expansion of the space defined by the vapor vent seal portion 7, the strip-shaped end seal portion 8a, and the strip-shaped side seal portion 8b of the film joint portion 6 is caused by the expansion of the packaging bag 100 constituted by the lower surface portion 1 and the upper surface portion 2. Since the band-shaped end seal portions 8a on both ends of the steam release seal portion 7 remain without being peeled off, the above-mentioned partitioned space is the starting point of the steam release seal portion 7. Symmetrically swells at 71 and 71, and this acts as a stress that the two sides of the two films (opening side upper surface portion 2a and depth side upper surface portion 2b) constituting the film palm portion 6 are about to lift. Then, as shown in FIG.
- the unsealed portions 9 (9a, 9b) constituting the vapor discharge portion 101 are opened, and the water vapor generated in the packaging bag 100 is discharged to the outside. - the point seal part 102 assists the peeling of the steam release seal part, facilitates the peeling of the steam release seal part, and can prevent rupture of the packaging bag due to excessive pressure.
- the point seal portion 102 of this embodiment is configured by heat-sealing a part of the opening-side upper surface portion 2a and the depth-side upper surface portion 2b constituting the film palm portion 6 so as to have a predetermined shape.
- the shape of the point seal portion 102 in plan view is not particularly limited, and can be configured in an arbitrary shape.
- the point seal portion 102 is preferably substantially circular. By forming the point seal portion 102 into a substantially circular shape, the pressure can be equalized when the pressure in the packaging bag 100 is applied to the point seal portion 102, and the strength of the point seal portion 102 is improved. Can be made.
- the size of the point seal portion 102 in a plan view is appropriately set according to the size (shape) of the packaging bag 100 itself. Further, the point seal portion 102 is provided at a position adjacent to and spaced apart at least, and is disposed, for example, at a predetermined interval L from the tip 70 of the steam release seal portion 7 toward the inside of the bag as shown in the figure.
- the predetermined interval L is not particularly limited, and can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the pressure applied in the packaging bag 100.

- the size of the point seal portion 102 increases, the size of the initial opening region 103 of the tip 70 of the steam release seal portion 7 also increases. On the contrary, when the size of the point seal portion 102 is reduced, the size of the initial opening region 103 of the tip 70 of the steam release seal portion 7 is reduced. This is because the area width of the steam vent seal part 7 to which pressure is applied increases as the point seal part 102 increases, and the area width of the steam vent seal part 7 to which pressure is applied decreases as the point seal part 102 decreases. Because. Note that the size of the point seal portion 102 is preferably the same size as the opening regions ⁇ 1 and ⁇ 2 formed by the unsealed portion 9, thereby greatly improving the opening performance, and the opening regions ⁇ 1 and ⁇ 2. It becomes easy to form.
- the packaging bag 100 of the present embodiment has a size of the point seal portion 102 and a length of a predetermined interval L between the point seal portion 102 and the tip 70 of the steam release seal portion 7. It is preferable to adjust appropriately in consideration of the shape and peelability.

- FIG. 6 is a view showing a configuration example around the steam release seal portion 7 and the strong pressure seal portion 202
- FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional configuration taken along the line AA ′ around the steam release seal portion 7 and the high pressure seal portion 202 shown in FIG. It is a figure which shows an example.
- the strong pressure seal portion 202 of the present embodiment functions as an easy-open seal for easily peeling off the tip of the vapor vent seal portion 7 and serving as a starting point for peeling for vapor vent. It is provided to touch.
- the strong pressure seal portion 202 of the present embodiment is at least after the formation of the steam release seal portion 7 so that a part of the opening side upper surface portion 2a and the depth side upper surface portion 2b constituting the film palm portion 6 has a predetermined shape. Heat sealing is performed with a force stronger than the compressive strength at the time of forming the steam release seal portion 7 to the extent that flesh escape occurs, and a strong pressure seal portion is configured.
- the shape of the strong pressure seal portion 202 in plan view is not particularly limited, and can be configured in an arbitrary shape.
- the tip of the V-shaped steam vent seal portion 7 when it is used at the tip of the V-shaped steam vent seal portion 7, it is preferably a substantially triangular shape that is substantially the same shape as the tip. As a result, it is possible to easily form the steam escape as compared with the case where the rectangular shape is provided in the V-shaped seal portion.
- the compressive strength at the time of forming the high pressure seal portion 202 is set to be at least stronger than the compressive strength at the time of forming the steam release seal portion 7, and as shown in FIG. It is preferable to make it thinner than the portion 7.
- the high-pressure seal part 202 pressed with a high compressive strength causes a flare to escape and becomes thicker than other parts due to the resin that has escaped from the surroundings, thereby forming a thick part 204. In this way, since the strong pressure seal portion 202 that caused the flesh escape is thin, the base material breaks easily at that portion, and it is easy to peel off the vapor vent seal portion 7 as a starting point when steam escapes Can do.
- the high-pressure seal portion 202 can be used in combination with the above-described point seal portion 102, and by using it together, the vapor vent seal portion can be more easily peeled off.
- the packaging bag 100 is provided with the high pressure seal portion 202 at the tip of the vapor vent seal portion 7, and easily forms the vapor discharge portion when the strong pressure seal portion 202 is peeled (broken). Can do.
- the steam vent seal portion 7 is formed in a V shape in which a part of the seal portion formed by sealing the films together is projected in a curved shape toward the inside direction,
- a strong pressure seal portion thinner than the punched seal portion 7 as the high pressure seal portion 202, it is easier to open by concentrating stress accompanying the increase in internal pressure, but the configuration is further increased as in this embodiment.
- the packaging bag 100 strongly pressurizes the steam release seal portion 7 at an intermediate position of the end seal portion 8 a formed linearly along the edge of the film palm portion 6. It is provided as a seal part.
- the steam release seal portion 7 may be provided not only in the film palm portion 6 but also in, for example, a horizontal seal portion or a vertical seal portion along the end of the film.
- FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a configuration example around the steam release seal portion 7
- FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a configuration example of the B-B ′ cross section shown in FIG.
- the vapor vent seal portion 7 which is a strong pressure seal portion is easily peeled off by the vapor pressure generated inside, and functions as an easy-open seal for venting the vapor.
- the steam release seal portion 7 is formed as a strong pressure seal portion which is heat-sealed with a force stronger than the compressive strength when the end seal portion 8a is formed after the end seal portion 8a is formed.
- the shape in plan view of the steam release seal portion 7 is not particularly limited, and can be configured in an arbitrary shape, and a rectangular shape or a triangular shape with a tip pointed toward the inner side of the packaging bag can be used. .
- the compression strength at the time of forming the steam release seal portion 7 is set to be at least stronger than the compression strength at the time of forming the end seal portion 8a, and as shown in FIG. Thinner than part 8a.
- two films (opening side upper surface part 2a and depth side upper surface part 2b) constituting the film palm portion 6 are each composed of base film 2aa, 2ba and sealant layers 2ab, 2bb.
- the sealant layers 2ab and 2bb escape to the wall, and the surrounding portion escapes and becomes thicker than the other parts. Form. In this way, the sealant layer that caused the flesh escape is much easier to break than other seal parts, and after that, it induces peeling of the interface between the base film and the sealant layer, and the steam vent seal part 7 can be formed easily.
- FIG. 9 shows a configuration example of the BB ′ cross section shown in FIG.
- the sealed packaging bag 100 of the present embodiment When the sealed packaging bag 100 of the present embodiment is heated in a microwave oven and the packaging bag 100 expands, at least the welded portion of the steam release seal portion 7 where the sealant layer is thin is destroyed. As a result, the steam release seal portion 7 is opened, and the steam is released to the outside. As a result, peeling of the interface between the base film and the sealant layer is then induced, and the vapor or the like in the packaging bag 100 can be released to the outside by forming the vapor release part 101 at the end of the film. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the packaging bag 100 from being ruptured.
- the packaging bag 100 of the present embodiment uses the strong pressure seal portion to reduce the strength of the seal, so that the thin wall portion of the strong pressure seal portion is easily broken as the internal pressure increases, and the vapor discharge portion 101 can be easily opened.
