Abstract
Description
本願は、2011年12月27日に出願された特願2011-285690号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
例えば、特許文献1には、テールゲートが開示されている。このテールゲートにおいては、ドア本体の下部に取り付けられるロアガーニッシュに、ドア本体の車外側で上下方向に延びて意匠面となる外板部と、該外板部の下端縁部から車室内外方向に略水平に延出する下端延出板部が設けられている。更に、その下端延出板部の一部に取付座部が設けられ、この取付座部に、鋼板材からなるドア本体のフレームユニットを当接させてクリップ止めされている。
即ち、本発明の一態様の車両用ドアは、車体に形成されたドア開口部の上縁部にヒンジを介して上下方向に回動可能に設けられた車両用ドアであって、金属製のドア本体と、前記ドア本体の下部の車外側に取り付けられた装飾部材と、前記装飾部材に設けられ、前記ドア本体の車外側面から離間して配置され上下方向に所定幅を有し、ドア幅方向のほぼ全幅に延びる外板部と、前記装飾部材に設けられ、前記外板部の下端から前記ドア本体の下端よりも下方に向かって車内側に延出する底板部と、前記装飾部材に設けられ、前記底板部における車内側先端に近い位置から上方に突設され、前記ドア本体の前記下端よりも上方に延びる上端を有し、前記外板部における前記ドア幅方向の第一端部に近い位置から第二端部に近い位置に連続して形成され、前記ドア本体の下端部の前記車外側面に当接する突設板部と、を備える。
また、ドアを開けた際に、装飾部材とドア本体との間に入り込んで底板部の上に溜まっていた水が外に漏れ出るのを突設板部で抑制することができるので、ドア開口部の下部中央付近に水が落ちるのを抑制することができる。
また、装飾部材が上下方向に変位しようとしたときに、装飾部材における底板部の先端部とドア本体の下端とを当接させることができるので、装飾部材の上下方向への変位を抑制することができる。
なお、以下の説明において左右方向は、車体後方から前方を見たときの左右方向とし、テールゲートのドア幅方向と一致する。
図1に示すように、車両10の車体11の後部には、テールゲート開口部(ドア開口部)12が形成されている。このテールゲート開口部12の上縁部にヒンジ14を介してテールゲート(車両用ドア)13の上部が回動可能に保持されている。このテールゲート13は、上部を中心に上下方向に回動することでテールゲート開口部12を開閉する。
外板部30の上部中央には、車体前方側(車内側)に凹むように形成されたナンバープレート取付部33が設けられている。
第1取付座部34の先端部には、ロアガーニッシュ18とフレームユニット15のインナフレーム15bとを連結するための樹脂製のクリップ(取付部材)35が取り付けられている。
さらに、外板部30において鍔部37から若干上方に離間した部位には、底板部31を取り付けるための複数の第2取付座部36がドア幅方向に互いに離間して設けられている(この実施形態では、第2取付座部36の個数は7つ)。第2取付座部36は、外板部30の車内側面30aから車体前方(車内側)へ突出して、外板部30と一体に設けられている。
7つの第2取付座部36のうちの2つの第2取付座部36は、図6に示すように、第1取付座部34と一体に形成されている。なお、以下の説明において、第1取付座部34と一体に形成されたこの2つの第2取付座部を、他の第2取付座部36と区別する必要がある場合には、第2取付座部36Aと記す。
図6、図7に示すように、底板部31の車体後方側(車外側)の端部には、断面U字形の係合部40がドア幅方向に延在して形成されており、この係合部40に外板部30の鍔部37が嵌入している。
底板部31の車体前方側(車内側)の先端には、下方に屈曲する段部41が形成されている。段部41の下端からさらに車体前方(車内側)へ延出する水切り部(先端部)42が形成されている。水切り部42の先端は、フレームユニット15の下端よりも車体前方(車内側)に延びている。水切り部42の上面は、車体前方(車内側)に進むにしたがって下降する下り傾斜に形成されている。
また、底板部31の上面43には、底板部31をフレームユニット15に取り付けるための固定板部(固定部)47が上方に起立して設けられている。固定板部47は、フレームユニット15の第2取付座部36と一対一で対応するように配置されている。すなわち、固定板部47の個数は、第2取付座部36の個数と同じである。複数の固定板部47のうち、2つの固定板部47は、図6に示すように膨出部45の上面に設けられている。この2つの固定板部47は、前述した2つの第2取付座部36Aと対応する位置に設けられている。つまり、第2取付座部36Aを備えた第1取付座部34(以下、他の第1取付座部34と区別する必要がある場合には第1取付座部34Aと記す)は、膨出部45の上方に配置されている。
図7に示すように、固定板部47のうちのドア幅方向の中央に配置された固定板部47には、位置決め孔49が貫通形成されている。この位置決め孔49に第2取付座部36の位置決めピン50を挿入することで、外板部30と底板部31とのドア幅方向の位置が決められている。
したがって、この実施形態において、水切り部42は、起立板部32と水切り部42との接続部位からフレームユニット15の下端よりも車内側まで延びる底板部31の先端部を構成している。前述したように、水切り部42の上面は、車体前方(車内側)に進むにしたがって下降する下り傾斜に形成されている。
また、起立板部32が存在することにより、フレームユニット15とガーニッシュ18の底板部31との間からロアガーニッシュ18の内部が見えるのを防止することができる。
特に、膨出部45に設けられた前記2つの固定板部47を、外板部30をフレームユニット15に固定するための第1取付座部34Aと一体に形成された2つの第2取付座部36Aに、ねじ48によって締結固定している。このため、剛性の高い膨出部45を外板部30に固定することができ、外板部30と底板部31との取付剛性が向上する。
例えば、前述した実施形態では、ロアガーニッシュ18を樹脂製としたが、金属製であってもよく、その場合は、外板部30と、起立板部32を有する底板部31とを、鋳造型を用いて鋳造で成形することができる。
また、車両用ドアはテールゲートに限られないし、装飾部材はロアガーニッシュに限られない。
本発明の好ましい実施形態を説明し、上記で説明してきたが、これらは本発明の例示的なものであり、限定するものとして考慮されるべきではないことを理解すべきである。追加、省略、置換、およびその他の変更は、本発明の範囲から逸脱することなく行うことができる。従って、本発明は、前述の説明によって限定されていると見なされるべきではなく、特許請求の範囲によって制限されている。

Claims (10)
- 車体に形成されたドア開口部の上縁部にヒンジを介して上下方向に回動可能に設けられた車両用ドアであって、
金属製のドア本体と、
前記ドア本体の下部の車外側に取り付けられた装飾部材と、
前記装飾部材に設けられ、前記ドア本体の車外側面から離間して配置され上下方向に所定幅を有し、ドア幅方向のほぼ全幅に延びる外板部と、
前記装飾部材に設けられ、前記外板部の下端から前記ドア本体の下端よりも下方に向かって車内側に延出する底板部と、
前記装飾部材に設けられ、前記底板部における車内側先端に近い位置から上方に突設され、前記ドア本体の前記下端よりも上方に延びる上端を有し、前記外板部における前記ドア幅方向の第一端部に近い位置から第二端部に近い位置に連続して形成され、前記ドア本体の下端部の前記車外側面に当接する突設板部と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用ドア。 - 前記底板部は、前記突設板部と前記底板部との接続部位から前記ドア本体の前記下端よりも車内側まで延びる先端部を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ドア。 - 前記先端部の上面は、前記突設板部と前記先端部との接続部位から車内側に向かうにしたがって下方に傾斜する傾斜面に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用ドア。 - 前記突設板部の前記ドア幅方向における第一突設端末は、前記底板部の前記ドア幅方向における第一底板端末から、前記突設板部の前記ドア幅方向における第二突設端末に向けて離間して位置している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用ドア。 - 前記底板部の前記第一底板端末には、前記突設板部の前記第一突設端末から離間する位置に、前記ドア本体の前記車外側面に当接する当接部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用ドア。 - 前記装飾部材は、型成形により成形され、
前記外板部と、前記底板部および突設板部とは、別体に成形される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用ドア。 - 前記底板部は、前記底板部の上面から上方に膨出するとともに前記底板部の下面に開口する手入れ凹部が内部に形成される膨出部を備え、
前記膨出部には、前記外板部に固定される固定部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用ドア。 - 前記突設板部は、車両内外方向で前記膨出部と重なる位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両用ドア。 - 前記外板部は、前記外板部の車内側面から車内側に膨出すると共に、前記ドア本体の前記車外側面に取付部材で取付けられる取付部を備え、
前記底板部の前記固定部は、前記取付部に締結部材で締結される
ことを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載の車両用ドア。 - 前記突設板部と前記ドア本体の前記車外側面との間にシール部材が介装されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の車両用ドア。
