- 제2항에 있어서,상기 히터는 주행 방향으로 볼 때 상기 프레임의 최전방에 장착되는 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 히터는 상기 노출부와 이격 상태를 유지하며, 전도, 대류, 및 복사열 중 어느 하나 이상의 형태로 상기 노출부를 가열하는 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 히터는 제2가압부와 연결된 가열판과, 송풍기와 연결되어 열풍을 공급받는 열풍 노즐 가운데 어느 하나를 포함하는 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보조 2차 방벽 공급부는 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 롤 형태로 감은 중심축 부재를 포함하고,상기 보조 2차 방벽의 가장자리와 그 외측을 덮을 수 있는 보호 시트를 롤 형태로 감은 보호 시트 카트리지를 더 포함하는 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 히터는, 주행 방향으로 볼 때 상기 프레임에서 상기 보조 2차 방벽 공급부의 전방에 설치되며, 상기 보조 2차 방벽의 양면 중 상기 도포된 접착제에 접착될 면을 가열하는 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 장치.
- 제1항의 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 장치를 이용하여 보조 2차 방벽을 접합하는 방법으로서,접착제가 도포될 주 2차 방벽의 노출부를 가열하여 접착제 경화에 필요한 열을 제공하는 제1 단계;가열된 노출부 위로 상기 접착제를 도포하여 상기 접착제를 경화 온도로 가열하는 제2 단계;도포된 접착제 위에 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 제공하는 제3 단계; 및상기 보조 2차 방벽을 가압하여 상기 노출부 위에 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 부착시키는 제4 단계를 포함하는 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제2 단계에서, 상기 접착제는 가열부를 구비한 접착제 도포부에 의해 가열된 상태로 도포되는 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 방법.
- 제1항의 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 장치를 이용하여 보조 2차 방벽을 접합하는 방법으로서,주 2차 방벽의 노출부 위로 접착제를 도포하는 단계;도포된 접착제 위로 공급될 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 상기 도포된 접착제 위로 공급되기 전에 가열하는 단계;가열된 보조 2차 방벽을 상기 도포된 접착제 위로 공급하는 단계; 및공급된 보조 2차 방벽을 가압하여 상기 노출부 위에 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 방법.
- 제1항의 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 장치를 이용하여 보조 2차 방벽을 접합하는 방법으로서,주 2차 방벽의 노출부 위로 도포될 접착제를 가열하는 단계;가열된 접착제를 상기 노출부 위로 도포하는 단계;도포된 접착제 위로 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 제공하는 단계; 및상기 보조 2차 방벽을 가압하여 상기 노출부 위에 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 액화 천연가스 저장 탱크용 보조 2차 방벽의 접합 방법.
