Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態の第1例を示している。なお、本例を含め、本発明の特徴は、回転機械装置1aに対する一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ装置9aの軸方向位置が互いに異なる一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ付回転機械装置の製造コストを低減するための構造にある。その他の部分の構造および作用については、図8に示した構造を含め、従来から知られている一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ付回転装置と同様である。
図2は、本発明の実施の形態の第2例を示している。本例の場合、スペーサ35aを、小径部36と被挟持部37とを、段部38により連続させた段付円筒状としている。このような小径部36の外径は、スリーブ10bの一端部(図2の右端部)の内径よりも僅かに大きくしている。したがって、スペーサ35aの小径部36を、スリーブ10bの一端部に圧入することにより、一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ装置9bを回転機械装置1aの回転軸4に組み付ける以前の状態で、スペーサ35aが一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ装置9bから脱落することを防止できる。このような構成により、一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ装置9bにスペーサ35aを組み込んだユニットとして扱えるため、一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ装置9bの輸送や組み立ての容易化を図ることができる。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態の第3例を示している。本例の場合、スリーブ10cの一端部内周面に全周にわたって凹溝40を設け、スペーサ35bの小径部36aの外周面に全周にわたって突条41を設けている。なお、凹溝40は、スリーブ10cの内周面のうち、外周面に小径段部32cを形成した部分から外れた肉厚の部分に形成することが望ましい。また、凹溝40と突条41とを、周方向の一部で互いに整合する位置に、それぞれ周方向に間欠的に設けてもよい。本例の構造では、小径部36aの外径は、スリーブ10cの一端部の内径より僅かに小さく、突条41の外径は、スリーブ10cの一端部の内径よりも大きく、かつ、凹溝40の内径よりも僅かに小さくなるように、小径部36aは構成されている。また、凹溝40と突条41の軸方向位置は、スリーブ10cの一端部内径側に小径部36aを挿入し、段部38をスリーブ10cの一端面に突き当てた状態で、凹溝40と突条41とが係合するように定められている。
図4および図5は、本発明の実施の形態の第4例を示している。本例の場合、スペーサ35cの被挟持部37aの円周方向複数箇所に軸方向に延出した腕部42を設け、腕部42の先端部に係合爪部43を設けている。スペーサ35cの腕部42は、腕部42の外径がスリーブ10dの一端部の内径よりも僅かに小さく、かつ、所定の周方向幅および肉厚を有するように形成される。腕部42の所定の寸法は、腕部42を弾性変形させようとした場合に、塑性変形しない程度の範囲で、適宜決定される。また、スリーブ10dの内周面には、係合爪部43と係合する係合溝44を全周にわたって設けている。本例では、係合爪部43の外径は、スリーブ10dの一端部の内径よりも大きく、かつ、凹溝40の内径よりも僅かに小さくなるように、係合爪部43は構成される。また、組み付けを容易にするために、係合溝44の軸方向寸法を、係合爪部43の軸方向寸法よりも大きくして、一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ装置9cおよびスペーサ35cを、回転機械装置1aに組み付けた状態で、係合爪部43の軸方向両側と係合溝44の軸方向側面との間に隙間があるように構成される。
図6および図7は、本発明の実施の形態の第5例を示している。本例の場合、スペーサ35dの被挟持部37bの円周方向複数箇所に軸方向に延出した腕部42aを設け、腕部42aの先端部に径方向外方に突出した突条41aを設けている。また、スリーブ10eの内周面に全周にわたって周方向凹溝45を設けるとともに、周方向凹溝45の一端側内側面の円周方向複数箇所からスリーブ10eの一端部開口に掛けて軸方向凹溝46を設けている。このような軸方向凹溝46の外径は、突条41aの外径よりも大きく、被挟持部37bの外径よりも小さくしている。したがって、スペーサ35dをスリーブ10eに組み付ける場合には、腕部42aの位相と軸方向凹溝46の位相とを整合させた状態で、腕部42aをスリーブ10eの内径側に挿入する。そして、突条41aと周方向凹溝45とが整合した状態で、スペーサ35dを所定角度だけ回転させる。これにより、突条41aの軸方向一端面と、周方向凹溝45の他端側内側面とが係合することで、スペーサ35dの一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ装置9cからの脱落が防止される。なお、突条41aの周方向から見た形状は、図6および図7に示すような矩形に限らず、台形や三角形とすることもできる。

Claims (6)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに支持軸受を介して回転可能に支持された回転軸と、
前記回転軸の端部で前記ハウジング外に突出した部分に固定されたスリーブと、
前記スリーブの周囲に該スリーブと同心に配置されたプーリと、
前記スリーブの外周面と前記プーリの内周面との間に設けられ、該プーリが前記スリーブに対して所定方向に相対回転する傾向となった場合にのみ、前記プーリと前記スリーブとの間での回転力の伝達を可能とする一方向クラッチと、
前記一方向クラッチを軸方向両側から挟む状態で、前記スリーブの外周面と前記プーリの内周面との間に設けられ、該プーリに加わるラジアル荷重を支承しつつ、該プーリと前記スリーブとの相対回転を可能とする1対のサポート軸受と、
前記支持軸受と前記スリーブとの間に設けられ、前記回転軸に対する前記スリーブの軸方向の位置決めを行うためのスペーサと、
を備える一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ付回転機械装置。 - 前記スリーブの前記ハウジング側にある端面が、前記1対のサポート軸受の一方の前記ハウジング側にある端面から軸方向に突出していない、請求項1に記載の一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ付き回転機械装置。
- 前記スペーサに小径部を設け、該小径部を前記スリーブの一端部内径側に圧入している、請求項1に記載の一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ付回転機械装置。
- 前記スペーサに小径部を設け、該小径部の外周面に突条を設けるとともに、前記スリーブの一端部内周面に該突条と係合する凹溝を設けている、請求項1に記載の一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ付回転機械装置。
- 前記スペーサの円周方向複数箇所に軸方向に延出した腕部を設け、該腕部の先端部に径方向外方に向け突出した係合爪部を設けており、前記スリーブの一端部内周面に該係合爪部と係合する係合溝を設けている、請求項1に記載の一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ付回転機械装置。
- 前記スペーサの円周方向複数箇所に軸方向に延出した腕部を設け、該腕部の先端部に径方向外方に向け突出した突条を設けており、前記スリーブの一端部内周面に、該突条と係合する周方向凹溝を設けるとともに、該スリーブの一端部内周面のうちで前記腕部と円周方向に関する位相が一致する部分に、前記周方向凹溝と連結する軸方向凹溝を設けている、請求項1に記載の一方向クラッチ内蔵型プーリ付回転機械装置。
