- both Step 204 for determining whether or not the value of the control reference value exceeds + 2SD or ⁇ 2SD, whether one value exceeds the control reference value + 2SD or not and whether the other value exceeds ⁇ 2SD
- Step 207 for verifying whether or not SD or ⁇ 1SD has been exceeded,
- Step 208 for determining whether or not one of the values exceeds the management reference value + 1SD or ⁇ 1SD in succession four times
- Step 209 for determining whether the value is not on either the positive side or the negative side of the management reference value five times in succession, either one of the reference value is on the positive side
- step 201 If both values are within ⁇ 2SD of the management reference value and the determination in step 201 is not satisfied, that fact is transmitted to the management apparatus 130 with no error. If the determination in step 202 is not satisfied, the QC error 2 flag is set in step 213, and the process proceeds to step 203. If the determination in step 203 is not satisfied, the QC error 1 flag is set in step 214. Move to 204.
- step 204 the procedure proceeds from step 204 to step 215, the system error 1 data alarm is set, and the alarm (QC error 1 or 2) is set. Is included) is transmitted to the management apparatus 130. If the determination in step 205 is not satisfied, the procedure proceeds from step 205 to step 216, the random error data alarm is set, and the alarm (including QC error 1 or 2 if set) is managed. Transmitted to the device 130. If the determination in step 206 is not satisfied, the procedure proceeds from step 206 to step 217, the systematic error 2 data alarm is set, and the alarm (including QC error 1 or 2 is included) is set. It is transmitted to the management apparatus 130.
- step 207 the procedure proceeds from step 207 to step 218, the system error 3 data alarm is set, and the alarm (including QC error 1 or 2 is included) is set. It is transmitted to the management apparatus 130. If the determination in step 208 is not satisfied, the procedure proceeds from step 208 to step 219, the system error 4 data alarm is set, and the alarm (including QC error 1 or 2 is included) is set. It is transmitted to the management apparatus 130. If the determination in step 209 is not satisfied, the procedure proceeds from step 209 to step 220, the system error 5 data alarm is set, and the alarm (including QC error 1 or 2 is included) is set. It is transmitted to the management apparatus 130. If the determination in step 210 is not satisfied, the procedure proceeds from step 210 to step 221, the system error 6 data alarm is set, and the alarm (including QC error 1 or 2 is included) is set. It is transmitted to the management apparatus 130.
- Step 211 determines whether or not the QC error 1 flag is set. If the QC error 1 flag is set, the procedure proceeds to step 222, the QC error 1 data alarm is set, and the alarm is transmitted to the management apparatus 130. If the OC error 1 flag has not been set, the procedure proceeds to step 212 to determine whether or not the QC error 2 flag has been set. If the QC error 2 flag is set, the procedure proceeds to step 223, the QC error 2 data alarm is set, and the alarm is transmitted to the management apparatus 130. If the QC error 2 flag is not set, a message to that effect is sent to the management apparatus 130 in the absence of an error.
- the error data input to the management apparatus 130 is output to the abnormality detection unit 137 via the quality control monitoring unit 1382, and is notified from the abnormality detection unit 137 to the external terminal 150 of the operator corresponding to the error via the abnormality notification unit 134. Is done.

- the accuracy management alarm management number 605 that has been dealt with is input, and when this is entered, the error information 601 for precision management is displayed. Therefore, the error information 601 is confirmed. If it is confirmed that there is no mistake, a comment is input to the comment field 604 as necessary for the result of handling the alarm.
- the “Yes” button 602 is operated, and when the alarm treatment is not completed, the “No” button 603 is operated.
- the operator 001 copes with the QC error 1 data alarm, inputs a necessary comment in the comment field 604, and operates the “Yes” button 602 or the “No” button 603 to receive the information.
- the registration unit 133 registers the countermeasure content and information on whether or not the countermeasure has been completed in the notification management result table 1362 (see FIG. 5) of the storage unit 135, and other information is registered via the countermeasure content notification unit 141. The information is also notified to the operator.
- the operator ID 001 is registered in the coping person code 405 of the notification result management table 1362, and “probe replacement is required” is registered in the comment 406.
- the completion flag 407 1 is registered when the “Yes” button 602 is operated on the treatment result registration screen, and 0 is registered when the “No” button 603 is operated.
