- the present invention relates to a wound body storage box and a storage box containing a wound body, and more particularly, to a wound body storage box and a storage body containing a wound body capable of appropriately cutting a long object to be stored.
- a food plastic wrap film is typically a long plastic film (rolled body) wound in a roll, and is contained in a long rectangular parallelepiped container (container box). The required amount of film is pulled out of the roll and cut with a cutting blade attached to the lid of the container.
- a structure of the cutting blade a structure that forms a straight line extending in the axial direction of the wound body and a structure that forms a V shape with the center in the axial direction of the wound body as a vertex are generally known.
- the tip of the film is picked up with one hand to pull out the required amount, and the lid is closed with the center in the longitudinal direction of the container with the other hand.
- the body front wall is pushed toward the container main body, the film is sandwiched between the lid front wall and the container main body, and the container is twisted so that the cutting blade bites into the drawn film (for example, see Patent Document 1). .
- JP 2002-274534 A (paragraph 0019, FIG. 2, etc.)
- the film can be pressed at the longitudinal center portion that is pressed by the hand holding the container, the center portion is pressed so that the container body and the lid body are positioned at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
- a gap is formed in the film, and the film cannot be properly pressed, and the force to cut the film acts in the direction in which the film is pulled out from the wound body, so that the film can be cut appropriately. There was something I could't do.

- the left end of the left flap 12fA (the position of the point 12cAS) is slightly closer to the center region 12t than the left end of the wrap film 91f is to the left of the wrap film 91f so that the wrap film 91f can be cut without sagging when the wrap film 91f is cut.
- the left end of the left flap 12fA does not reach the left end of the wrap film 91f in a range that can be sandwiched between the flap 12fA and the lid piece 22, and this state is coincident with the left end of the wrap film 91f. It is assumed that the left flap 12fA extends substantially to the left end of the wrap film 91f, and the left flap 12fA has a left end outside the left end of the wrap film 91f. When the left end of the left flap 12fA is formed closer to the central region 12t than the left end of the wrap film 91f, a decrease in strength of the main body 10 around the end of the front plate 12 in the axial direction D can be suppressed.
- the left end of the left flap 12fA is formed closer to the central region 12t than the left end of the front plate 12, but may be formed closer to the central region 12t than 10mm or 5mm. .

It is formed in a smooth curve that separates from the end side 19. In other words, the center portion of the left flap 12fA is recessed above both ends.
- the left flap 12fA is formed in a size that is covered with the lid lid piece 22 and does not appear on the outer surface when the lid portion 20 is closed.
- both ends 12cAN and 12cAS of the cut line 12cA constituting the outline of the left flap 12fA reach the front plate edge 19 the floating of the left flap 12fA from the sub plate 16 can be kept good.
- the floating degree of the left flap 12fA is adjusted by slightly separating the both ends of the cutting line 12cA from the front plate edge 19. Can do.
- the floating amount of the left flap 12fA becomes smaller. For example, the floating amount becomes smaller when the distance is 5 mm than when the distance is 3 mm.
- the upper limit of the distance between the end of the cut line 12cA and the front plate edge 19 is such that the left flap 12fA is the main body to the extent that the drawn long object 91f can be sandwiched between the full width of the left flap 12fA and the lid cover piece 22. It is preferable to determine within a range that opens to the outside of the portion 10, and it is assumed that both ends of the cut line 12 c ⁇ / i> A substantially reach the front plate edge 19.
- the left flap 12fA is configured so as not to drop off from the main body 10 even if it is cut along the cutting line 12cA by being connected to the sub-plate 16 at the front plate edge 19. Further, the left flap 12fA is configured to be able to rotate about the front plate end side 19 as a rotation axis by being connected to the sub plate 16 at the front plate end side 19.
- a stopper 12s as a locking means is formed on the surface of the left flap 12fA.
- the stopper 12s is formed by applying UV varnish.
- the UV varnish that forms the stopper 12s adheres to the wrap film 91f, but does not adhere paper or dust.
- the wrap film 91f attached to the stopper 12s adheres strongly in the direction parallel to the attachment surface (shear direction), but weakly attaches in the direction away from the attachment surface. That is, the stopper 12s adheres to the wrap film 91f so as not to move the wrap film 91f in the pull-out direction P when the wrap film 91f is pulled in the pull-out direction P, which is the direction in which the wrap film 91f is pulled out from the main body 10.
- the stopper 12s is formed over substantially the entire length in the axial direction D of the left flap 12fA.
- substantially formed over the entire length in the axial direction D of the left flap 12fA is not intended to require that it is formed strictly continuously, but is appropriate when cutting the wrap film 91f.
- the stopper 12s is also formed on the surface of the front plate 12 outside the left flap 12fA (see FIG. 1C).
- the right flap 12fB is formed in line symmetry with the left flap 12fA about a virtual straight line 12v that bisects the front plate 12 to the left and right.

- the stopper 12s is also formed on the right flap 12fB over substantially the entire length in the axial direction D, and the stopper 12s is also formed on the surface of the front plate 12 outside the right flap 12fB. Has been.
- the front plate edge 19 between the flap 12f and the side plate 15 is also locked by UV varnish application or the like, similarly to the stopper 12s. 19s is formed (see FIG. 1C), and slippage of the wrap film 91f is further suppressed at the end in the width direction of the wrap film 91f that is relatively easily slipped when the wrap film 91f is cut. I am going to do that.
- the operation of the wrapping carton 100 will be described with reference to FIGS.
- the operation of the wrap carton 1 will be described as a part of the operation of the wrapping carton 100.
- a cut piece (not shown) is connected to the tip of the lid piece 22 via a perforation (not shown) on the tip side 22t.
- the plate 12 is bonded at a plurality of points.
- the cut piece (not shown) is cut off at the perforation (not shown) while being peeled off from the front plate 12, and separated from the lid piece 22.
- the lid 20 can be rotated around the rear plate edge 18 with respect to the main body 10.
- the opened carton 100 with a wrap has a wrap roll 91r in the main body 10.
- the wrap roll 91r has a drawer seal (not shown) attached to the tip of the wrap film 91f, and the tip of the wrap film 91f is peeled from the wrap roll 91r by pulling out the drawer seal (not shown).
- the wrap film 91f can be pulled out easily.
- the wrap film 91f is pulled out from the wrap roll 91r by a necessary length and cut by the cutting blade 23.
- the lid portion 20 is closed with the wrap film 91f pulled out by a necessary length, the wrap film 91f is sandwiched between the front plate 12 and the lid cover piece 22, the centroid of the lid cover piece 22 is pressed with the thumb, and the cutting blade
- the wrapping carton 100 is twisted around the axis 91a so that the center of the wrap film 91f is drawn into the drawn wrap film 91f, it is easy to cut even when the wrap film 91f is attached to the tableware to be wrapped.
- the cutting blade 23 When the wrap film 91f is cut, the cutting blade 23 is put in a state where tension is applied in the drawing direction P. For this reason, if the flap 12f is provided at the center of the front plate 12 at about 1/3 of the entire length of the front plate 12 in the axial direction D, the lid 20 is closed and the centroid of the lid piece 22 is pushed. When this occurs, a gap is formed between the front plate 12 and the lid lid piece 22 in the portion outside the flap 12f, and the wrap film 91f corresponding to the portion outside the flap 12f has a tension in the drawing direction P. Accordingly, the wrap carton 1 may be cut while being slid (drawn), and the cutting line of the wrap film 91f may not be a cut corresponding to the cutting blade 23.
- the lid 20 is closed and the centroid of the lid piece 22 is pushed.
- both outer portions of the flap 12f sink so as to approach the sub plate 16, and as a result, there is a gap between the front plate 12 and the lid piece 22 at the outer portion.
- the wrap film 91f corresponding to the portion where the gap is formed may be cut while sliding with respect to the wrap carton 1 according to the tension in the pulling direction P, and the cutting line of the wrap film 91f is There may be a case where the cut edge corresponding to the cutting blade 23 is not obtained.
- the flap 12f is divided into the left flap 12fA and the right flap 12fB and is provided independently on both sides of the central region 12t.
- the flap 12f is restrained from sinking so as to approach the sub plate 16, and the drawn wrap film 91f can be sandwiched between the flap 12f and the lid cover piece 22, Slip at the time of cutting the film 91f can be suppressed.
- the stopper 12s is formed over the entire length in the axial direction D of the flap 12f, the wrap film 91f sandwiched between the flap 12f and the lid cover piece 22 moves (slides) in the pull-out direction P. ) Can be stopped, and the wrap film 91f can be cut more appropriately.
- the wrap film 91f sandwiched between the flap 12f and the lid piece 22 after being cut is attached to the stopper 12s, the wrap film 91f is prevented from being rewound onto the wrap roll 91r. Further, when the wrap film 91f is used next time, when the lid portion 20 is opened, the flap 12f floats outside the main body portion 10, so that the wrap film 91f attached to the stopper 12s formed on the flap 12f The tip also floats from the front plate 12 outside the flap 12f and is easy to pick. In particular, since the flap 12f is not formed in the central region 12t in the wrap carton 1, a gap is formed between the central region 12t and the wrap film 91f. Therefore, the wrap film can be easily inserted by inserting a finger into the gap. 91f can be picked.
- the wrap film 91f when the wrap film 91f is cut, the wrap film 91f can be sandwiched between the flap 12f and the lid cover piece 22, so that the wrap film 91f is also outside the central region 12t.
- the movement (slip) in the drawing direction P can be stopped, and the wrap film 91f can be appropriately cut.
- the wrap film 91f is formed in a thin film shape using polyvinylidene chloride as a raw material.
- polyvinylidene chloride for example, a synthetic wrap film usually used in household wraps such as polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride. It may be formed of resin.
- both ends of the cut lines 12cA and 12cB forming the flap 12f substantially reach the front plate end side 19, but do not substantially reach the front plate end side 19. It may be stopped in the plane of the front plate 12. In this case, if a crease is made along a virtual straight line connecting both ends of each cut line, the flap is likely to float outward. However, when both ends of each of the cut lines 12cA and 12cB substantially reach the front plate end side 19, even if the lid portion 20 is repeatedly opened and closed, the flap 12f is kept floating (opened outward) satisfactorily. This is preferable.
- FIG. 3A is a front view of a lap carton 1A according to a first modification of the embodiment of the present invention.
- a central flap 12fC is provided between the left flap 12fA and the right flap 12fB.
- the central flap 12fC partially or entirely overlaps the area of the central region 12t (see FIG. 2).
- the length in the height direction of the center flap 12fC is formed to be the same as the length of the left flap 12fA.
- the center flap 12fC has the cutting line 12cC reaching the front plate end side 19, and the cutting line 12cC and the front plate end side 19 form an outline.
- the cut line 12cC is not in contact with the left flap 12fA and the right flap 12fB, but a part of the cut line 12cC may be shared with the cut line 12cA and / or the cut line 12cB. If the center flap 12fC is provided as in the wrap carton 1A, even when the fingertip nail hits the center of the wrap film 91f in the width direction when the lid 20 is opened, the wrap film 91f Since the shearing force that can be generated can be reduced by the central flap 12fC, the break of the wrap film 91f can be suppressed.
- the left flap 12fA and the right flap 12fB are separated from each other, but like a lap carton 1B according to the second modification of the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG.
- the centroid of the lid lid piece 22 with the lid 20 closed is pushed toward the front plate 12, the left flap 12fA and the right flap 12fB excessively press the wrap film 91f with the flap 12f and the lid lid piece 22
- the left flap 12fA and the right flap 12fB may be connected to each other as long as it can be prevented from sinking to the sub-plate 16 side (to the extent that it cannot be performed).
- the left flap 12fA and the right flap 12fB are connected by the connecting portion 12j.
- the end points on the center region 12t side of the cut line 12cA of the left flap 12fA and the cut line 12cB of the right flap 12fB do not reach the front plate edge 19 and are straight lines constituting the outline of the connecting portion 12j. It is tied with.
- the length of the connecting portion 12j in the height direction is such that the left flap 12fA and the right flap 12fB on the side of the auxiliary plate 16 when the centroid of the lid lid piece 22 with the lid portion 20 closed is pushed toward the front plate 12. It can be determined within a range in which excessive subsidence can be avoided, and is 3 mm in this modification.
- a stopper 12s is provided on the surface through the left flap 12fA, the connecting portion 12j, and the right flap 12fB (in FIG. 3B, a part of the stopper 12s is omitted to show the configuration of the connecting portion 12j. ) If the connection part 12j is provided, it can function as a guide for the wrap film 91f drawn out from the wrap roll 91r.
- the stopper 12s is formed by applying UV varnish.
- the stopper 12s may be formed of a substance other than UV varnish, such as applying an adhesive.
- the stopper 12s may be formed by applying a sheet-like label formed in advance with a material to which the wrap film 91f adheres, in addition to the stopper 12s.
- a material to which the wrap film 91f adheres the wrap film 91f itself (a label formed of the same material as the wrap film 91f) or a synthetic resin such as polyvinylidene chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate is accommodated in the wrap carton 1. The thing adhering to the wrap 91 to be mentioned is mentioned.
- the stopper 12s can be easily peeled off while adhering to the long object, depending on the material of the long object such as the wrap film 91f used, but has a characteristic that foreign matters such as dust do not adhere. It is preferable that it is made of a material that has The same applies to the locking means 19 s formed on the front plate edge 19.
