为达到以上目的，将营养补充剂制成胶囊剂的配比为（按重量百分比计)：甘露寡糖 55〜 60%,大豆异黄酮 20〜24%、寡肽 7.0〜9.0%、花粉（益母草花粉） 4.0〜5.0%,维生素 E 1.0〜 2.0%， 其余辅料糊精。
本发明是按以下方法制成的：
混料。依照配方称取甘露寡糖、大豆异黄酮， 寡肽， 花粉， 维生素 E等各配方成分， 装 入 WZL800型无重力混合机， 使之混合均匀。
制粒干燥。把上述混合过的组合物转入 LGL200型流化床制粒干燥（沸腾制粒）机中制 粒干燥。 筛分。 把已制粒的组合物转入 ZS-400振荡筛中， 选择 8( 120目 （0.18μιη~0.125μπι) 的物料转入下工序。
罐装。 把已筛分过的组合物用胶囊填充机罐装成硬胶囊。
包装、 检测、 入库。
本发明配方中各组份的生理作用为：
1、 甘露寡糖
甘露寡糖是指含甘露聚糖的植物多糖 （如魔芋， 瓜尔豆胶等）经甘露聚糖酶水解生成 的 2至 10糖， 是低聚糖中的极品。 可使人体内双歧杆菌等有益菌增殖 50倍以上， 并与大肠 杆菌等外源性病原菌结合使其极显著降低， 双向调节胃肠道，抑制血糖升高， 降低血脂， 增 强免疫力等生理功能。
2、 大豆异黄酮
大豆异黄酮是大豆生长中形成的一类次级代谢产物。 与雌激素有相似结构， 因此称为植 物雌激素。 大豆异黄酮能有选择地与雌激素受体结合、 且性质温和， 可以避免补充雌激素可 能诱发癌症的风险； 它还能预防妇女更年期综合症， 预防、 改善骨质疏松， 预防乳腺癌， 并 具有美容、 延缓衰老， 改善女性经期不适、 提高性生活质量的作用。
3、 寡肽
寡肽是蛋白质水解得到的 2-10个氨基酸组成的小肽， 具有改善人体的蛋白质营养状况, 抗疲劳， 刺激胰高血糖素分泌， 增强免疫力等重要生理功能。
4、 益母草花粉

5、 维生素 E: 2%, 7mg

生产过程：
1、混料。依照配方称取甘露寡糖、大豆异黄酮， 寡肽， 花粉， 维生素 E等各配方成分， 装入 WZL800型无重力混合机， 使之混合均勾。
2、 粒干燥。 把上述混合过的组合物转入 LGL200型流化床制粒干燥（沸腾制粒）机中 制粒干燥。
3、筛分。把已制粒的组合物转入 ZS400振荡筛中，选择 8C 20目（0.18μπι~0.125μπι) 的物料转入下工序。
4、 罐装。 把已筛分过的组合物用胶囊填充机罐装成硬胶囊。
5、 包装、 检测、 入库。 实施例 2
