- the threshold setting unit 100 may set a first detection threshold in accordance with a user input.
- the threshold setting unit 100 also includes a first detection threshold value corresponding to a combination of closed solenoid valves that is specified by the open / close information based on the second integrated power amount calculated by the first leak detection unit 96. May be updated.

Is calculated for each of the injection molding machines 40A and 40B. Moreover, the power supply control part 92 reads the stop condition threshold value corresponding to the injection molding machine 40A (or 40B) from the power management table for each of the injection molding machines 40A and 40B. Then, the power supply control unit 92 determines whether or not the calculated first integrated power amount is equal to or less than the stop condition threshold value for each of the injection molding machines 40A and 40B (S1). When the first integrated power amount is equal to or less than the stop condition threshold, the power supply control unit 92 determines that the injection molding machine corresponding to the first integrated power amount has stopped.
- a predetermined period for example, 5 minutes
- the power supply control unit 92 determines that the injection molding machine corresponding to the first integrated power amount has stopped, and the injection molding machine The control target information corresponding to is read from the power management table. Then, the power control unit 92 switches the power of each device (air ejector, take-out robot, pallet changer, and resin dryer) indicated by the control target information from on to off and stops (S2). That is, the power supply control unit 92 operates the air ejector 50A (or 50B), the take-out robot 60A (or 60B), the pallet changer 70A (or 70B), and the resin drying which have been linked to the stopped injection molding machine 40A (or 40B). The machine 80A (or 80B) can be stopped.

- the electromagnetic valve control unit 94 reads out the electromagnetic valve identification information corresponding to the monitoring target information received from the power supply control unit 92 from the electromagnetic valve management table, and performs the closing control of the electromagnetic valve indicated by the read electromagnetic valve identification information (S3). ).
- the electromagnetic valve control unit 94 confirms that the electromagnetic valves 110A and 111A that have been closed are closed, the electromagnetic valves 110A, 111A, and 110C are closed, and the other electromagnetic valves 110B and 111B are open.
- the detection start instruction to which the opening / closing information shown is added is output to the first leak detection unit 96 and the second leak detection unit 98.
- the second leak detection unit 98 uses each of the electromagnetic valves 110A and 111A indicated by the closing target information as detection target electromagnetic valves, and sets sensor identification information corresponding to the electromagnetic valve identification information indicating the detection target electromagnetic valve as an electromagnetic valve-sensor. - the second leak detection unit 98 determines that there is no air leak, and proceeds to the process of S6.
- the electromagnetic valve 110 ⁇ / b> A when the electromagnetic valve 110 ⁇ / b> A is closed, air does not flow in and out through the pipe line 30. Therefore, there is no change in the measured value of the pressure sensor 120A installed on the downstream side of the conduit 30 from the electromagnetic valve 110A. Therefore, when the change amount of the pressure sensor 120A is equal to or smaller than the second detection threshold value, it can be determined that there is no air leakage.
- the electromagnetic valve 111A is the electromagnetic valve 111A.
- the second leak detection unit 98 causes an air leak in the pipeline 30 downstream from the detection target solenoid valve. Is determined, and the determination result is output to the notification processing unit 99 (S5).
- the notification processing unit 99 S5
- the electromagnetic valve 110A is closed, air flows out to the outside in the pipe line 30 on the downstream side from the electromagnetic valve 110A. Therefore, the measured value of the pressure sensor 120A installed on the downstream side of the pipe line 30 with respect to the electromagnetic valve 110A greatly decreases, and the amount of change increases.
- the second leak detection unit 98 is downstream of the pipe 30 from the electromagnetic valve 110A that is a detection target electromagnetic valve corresponding to the pressure sensor 120A. It can be determined that air leakage has occurred.
- the first leak detection unit 96 receives a detection start instruction from the solenoid valve control unit 94, the first leak detection unit 96 receives a predetermined period (for example, after receiving the detection start instruction) from the measured value of the wattmeter 11 installed in the compressor 10. 30 minutes) is calculated.
- the first leak detection unit 96 identifies the combination of the electromagnetic valves 110A, 110C, and 111A that is closed based on the opening / closing information, and the first detection threshold corresponding to the combination information that indicates the combination of the identified electromagnetic valves. Are read from the first detection threshold table. Thereafter, the first leak detection unit 96 compares the first detection threshold value with the second integrated power amount (S6).
- the first leak detection unit 96 determines that there is no air leak (S7). Thereafter, the threshold setting unit 100 performs a first detection threshold update process (S8).
- the first leak detection unit 96 is a part downstream from the closed solenoid valve specified based on the opening / closing information. It is determined that air leakage has occurred in the pipe line 30 except for, and the determination result is output to the notification processing unit 99 (S9). Here, it is notified that air leakage has occurred in the pipelines excluding the downstream portion from the electromagnetic valves 110A, 110C, and 111A. This completes the process.
- the compressor 10 When the air leak has occurred, the compressor 10 needs to be operated as much as the leaked air, and the power consumption increases. On the other hand, when no air leakage occurs, the power consumption of the compressor 10 is substantially constant.
- the second integrated power amount is equal to or less than the first detection threshold.
- the second integrated power amount is larger than the first detection threshold value, it can be determined that air leakage has occurred in the conduit excluding the downstream portion from the closed solenoid valve.
- the 1st leak detection part 96 detects air leak simply by comparing the 2nd accumulated electric energy of the compressor 10 which is an apparatus for supplying air, and the 1st threshold for detection. Can do.
- the threshold setting unit 100 updates the first detection threshold.
- the processes from S2 to S9 are repeated every time one of the injection molding machines 40A and 40B stops. This timing is frequently repeated such as a stop due to a failure, a stop at the end of work, and a stop due to waiting for setup. Therefore, the first detection threshold with high accuracy can be set early. Note that the process of S8 may be omitted at the stage where the first detection threshold with a certain degree of accuracy can be set. Then, the process of S8 may be resumed at the timing when the pipeline is added.
- the detection device 90 of the first embodiment includes air ejectors (fluid utilization devices) 50A and 50B that use compressed air (fluid), take-out robots (fluid utilization devices) 60A and 60B, and pallet changers (fluid utilization devices). ) Air leaks in a system having 70A and 70B, resin dryers (fluid utilization devices) 80A and 80B, and a compressor (fluid supply device) 10 for supplying compressed air to the compressed air utilization device are detected. And the detection apparatus 90 is provided with the 1st leak detection part 96 which detects the presence or absence of an air leak based on the power consumption of the compressor 10. FIG.
- the compressor 10 needs to supply an extra amount of the leaked air. Therefore, the power consumption of the compressor 10 changes according to the presence or absence of air leakage. Therefore, the presence or absence of air leakage can be detected based on the power consumption of the compressor 10 as described above. In this case, since it is based on the power consumption rather than the conventional sound, it is possible to easily detect a fluid leak even if there is noise such as vibration noise. In addition, since a large number of pressure sensors and the like are not required, cost reduction can be achieved.

- the system configuration in this embodiment is the same as the system shown in FIG. However, the pressure sensors 120A, 120B, 120C, 121A, and 121B shown in FIG. 1 may be omitted.
- FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of the detection device according to the present embodiment.
- the detection device 90 is different from the detection device shown in FIG. 2 in that a third leak detection unit 98, a solenoid valve / sensor correspondence table storage unit 97, and a threshold value setting unit 100 are replaced with a third one.
- the difference is that a threshold storage unit 101, a third leak detection unit 102, and a threshold setting unit 103 are provided. Since the other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted here.
- the solenoid valve control unit 94 outputs a detection start instruction to the first leak detection unit 96 and the third leak detection unit 102.
- the third threshold value storage unit 101 stores a third detection threshold value (second threshold value) set for each of the solenoid valves 110A, 110B, 110C, 111A, and 111B.
- the third detection threshold value a standard value of the amount of change in the power consumption of the compressor 10 before and after closing the solenoid valve in a state where there is no air leakage downstream from the corresponding solenoid valve is set.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a storage example of the third threshold value storage unit.
- the third leakage detection unit 102 detects air leakage in the pipe line downstream from the closed solenoid valve based on the difference in power consumption of the compressor 10 before and after closing the solenoid valves 110A, 110B, 110C, 111A, and 111B. It is something to detect.
- the amount of power consumption of the compressor 10 increases because it is necessary to generate extra compressed air when air leakage occurs in the pipeline 30. Therefore, when air leaks downstream from any one of the solenoid valves 110A, 110B, 110C, 111A, and 111B, the power consumption of the compressor 10 before the solenoid valve is closed and the solenoid valve is closed.
- the difference from the amount of power consumption of the compressor 10 is greater than when no air leakage occurs. Therefore, air leakage can be detected by comparing the difference in power consumption of the compressor 10 before and after closing the solenoid valve with the third detection threshold.
- the third leak detection unit 102 when receiving the detection start instruction from the solenoid valve control unit 94, the third leak detection unit 102 is based on the measured value of the wattmeter 11 installed in the compressor 10 and is predetermined before receiving the detection start instruction. A difference (difference before and after closing) between the integrated power amount for a period (for example, 30 minutes) and the integrated power amount for a predetermined period (for example, 30 minutes) after receiving the detection start instruction is calculated.
- the 3rd leak detection part 102 accumulate
- the third leak detection unit 102 uses one of the electromagnetic valves indicated by the closing target information added to the detection start instruction (that is, the electromagnetic valve closed this time) as a detection target electromagnetic valve, and the detection target electromagnetic valve The third threshold value for detection corresponding to the valve is read from the third threshold value storage unit 101.
- the third leak detection unit 102 compares the calculated difference before and after closing with the third detection threshold value. When the difference between before and after closing is equal to or smaller than the third detection threshold, the third leak detection unit 102 determines that there is no air leak. Further, when the difference between before and after closing is larger than the third detection threshold, the third leak detection unit 102 determines that air leakage has occurred in the pipeline downstream from the detection target solenoid valve, and the determination result is The information is output to the notification processing unit 99.
- the threshold setting unit 103 has a function of setting a third detection threshold in addition to the same function of setting the first detection threshold as in the first embodiment.
- the threshold setting unit 103 may set a third detection threshold according to a user input. Further, the threshold setting unit 103 may update the third detection threshold corresponding to the electromagnetic valve indicated by the closing target information based on the difference between before and after closing calculated by the third leak detection unit 102.
- the threshold setting unit 103 sets the third detection threshold according to the user input. Thereafter, by performing operation by appropriately changing the combination of opening and closing of each solenoid valve, the threshold setting unit 103 sets the third detection threshold for each solenoid valve based on the difference between before and after closing calculated by the third leak detection unit 102. Can be set.
- the initial state it is preferable to confirm that there is no air leakage due to sound as in the prior art. Thereby, the difference before and after closing in a state where there is no air leakage is set as the third detection threshold.
- any of the following methods may be used as the third detection threshold update method by the threshold setting unit 103.
- a detection target indicated by the closing target information is a value obtained by adding a predetermined value to the difference between before and after closing calculated by the third leak detection unit 102 It is updated as the third detection threshold value corresponding to the solenoid valve.
- the predetermined value is a value that takes into account a measurement error of the power consumption amount of the compressor, and is set in advance to a value that is smaller than an increase in the power consumption amount caused by air leakage.
- the third detection threshold is not updated.
- FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing the flow of the air leak detection process of the present embodiment.
- the same step number is attached about the same content as the process shown by the flowchart of FIG. 7, and description is abbreviate
- S1 to S3 and S6 to S9 are the same processes as in FIG.
- the third leak detection unit 102 based on the measurement value of the wattmeter 11 installed in the compressor 10, the integrated power amount for a predetermined period (for example, 30 minutes) before and after receiving the detection start instruction. And the difference (difference before and after closing) is calculated.
- the third leak detection unit 102 reads from the third threshold storage unit 101 the third detection threshold value corresponding to the detection target electromagnetic valve indicated by the close target information added to the detection start instruction. Then, the third leak detection unit 102 compares the calculated difference before and after closing with the third detection threshold (S10).
- the third leak detection unit 102 calculates a difference before and after closing of 0.326 kW based on the measurement result of the power meter shown in FIG.
- the third leak detection unit 102 determines that there is no air leak (S11). Thereafter, the threshold setting unit 103 performs a third detection threshold update process (S12).
- the third leak detection unit 102 determines that air leakage has occurred in the pipeline downstream from the detection target solenoid valve. The determination result is output to the notification processing unit 99 (S13). The notification processing unit 99 notifies that an air leak has occurred in the pipeline downstream from the detection target solenoid valve. Thereby, the process is terminated.
- the solenoid valve to be detected When the solenoid valve to be detected is closed, air consumption in the pipeline downstream from the solenoid valve to be detected is eliminated. If there is an air leak in the downstream pipe 30 from the detection target solenoid valve, the amount of air consumed by closing the detection target solenoid valve is from the detection target solenoid valve to the downstream side of the pipe 30. In addition to the amount of consumption in the connected compressed air utilization device, the amount of leaked air is included. Therefore, the amount of reduction in power consumption before and after the detection target solenoid valve is closed increases by the amount of air leakage. Therefore, by comparing the difference between before and after closing and the third detection threshold, it is possible to detect air leakage in the pipe line 30 on the downstream side from the detection target solenoid valve.
- the difference between before and after closing calculated by the third leak detection unit 102 is 0.326 kW as shown in FIG.
- 0.280 kW is set as the third detection threshold value corresponding to the electromagnetic valve 110A. This 0.280 kW is set based on the difference between before and after closing when the solenoid valve 110A is closed when there is no air leakage.
- the third leak detection unit 102 can detect that an air leak has occurred in the pipe line 30 on the downstream side from the electromagnetic valve 110A.
- the threshold setting unit 103 updates the third detection threshold.
- the above-described processes from S10 to S17 are repeated every time one of the injection molding machines 40A and 40B stops. This timing is frequently repeated such as a stop due to a failure, a stop at the end of work, and a stop due to waiting for setup. Therefore, a highly accurate third detection threshold can be set early. Note that the processing of S12 and S16 may be omitted at the stage where the third detection threshold with a certain degree of accuracy can be set. And you may restart the process of S12 * S16 at the timing which added the pipe line.
- the third leak detection unit 102 determines the integrated power amount of the compressor 10 during a predetermined period (for example, 30 minutes) before receiving the detection start instruction and the predetermined period (for example, after receiving the detection start instruction). , 30 minutes), the difference between before and after closing, which is the difference from the integrated electric energy of the compressor 10, was calculated.
- the third leak detection unit 102 receives a detection start instruction for the integrated electric energy of the compressor 10 for a predetermined period (for example, 30 minutes) before receiving the detection start instruction.
- a ratio for example, a ratio before and after closing
- the third leak detection unit 102 compares the calculated ratio before and after closing with the third detection threshold (third threshold), and if the calculated ratio is less than or equal to the third detection threshold, air leakage occurs. You may judge that it is.
- the third leak detection unit 102 is configured such that the integrated power amount of the compressor 10 before closing the solenoid valve and the integrated power amount of the compressor 10 after closing the solenoid valve, such as the difference before and after closing and the ratio before and after closing. What is necessary is just to detect an air leak by calculating the 1st feature-value which shows a mutual relationship, and comparing with the 3rd detection threshold value.
- the threshold setting units 100 and 103 prompt the user to input an instruction as to whether or not to update the threshold. Then, only when an instruction for updating is input, the first detection threshold or the third detection threshold is updated in the same manner as in any of the methods (a) to (c).
- Compressed air line 30 may be added due to the addition of production lines.
- the power consumption of the compressor 10 increases due to the added pipeline 30 even if there is no air leakage. Therefore, even if an air leak is erroneously detected due to the addition of the pipeline 30, the user can input an instruction to update the threshold value based on the power consumption after the addition of the pipeline 30. Thresholds can be set.
- the air leak is detected by setting a threshold based on the power consumption amount in a state where there is no air leak. Therefore, it is preferable to set a threshold value by confirming that there is no air leakage while confirming a sound or a pressure sensor in the initial state in which the pipe line 30 is installed. However, there is a possibility that the threshold value is set based on the power consumption in a state where there is an air leak due to lack of confirmation of the air leak by the sound or pressure sensor in the initial state.
- the threshold value is updated because the user has input to update the threshold value, the user does not notice that there is an air leak. It is also conceivable that the threshold value is erroneously updated. In this case, the threshold value is set based on the power consumption in a state where there is an air leak.
- the detection device 90 may include a fourth leak detection unit 104 and the same line information storage unit 105 as shown in FIG.
- the same line information storage unit 105 stores the same line information associated with the electromagnetic valve identification information indicating the electromagnetic valve in which the state of the downstream side (terminal side) pipe line 30 is substantially the same.
- the solenoid valves having the same downstream pipe state are the same types of injection molding machines 40A and 40B, air ejectors 50A and 50B, take-out robots 60A and 60B, and pallets.
- the changers 70A and 70B are the solenoid valve 110A and the solenoid valve 110B that are connected at the position of the pipe line 30 separated by substantially the same distance.
- FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating a storage example of the same line information storage unit.
- the solenoid valves 110A and 110B in which the state of the downstream pipe line 30 is the same if there is no air leakage, the amount of air consumed by the downstream device from the solenoid valves 110A and 110B is substantially the same. Therefore, the difference in power consumption of the compressor 10 before and after closing the electromagnetic valve is substantially the same for each of the electromagnetic valves 110A and 110B in which the state of the downstream pipe line 30 is the same.
- the difference in power consumption of the compressor 10 before and after closing the electromagnetic valve is relatively large. This is because before the solenoid valve is closed, the compressor 10 must be operated by an amount corresponding to the leaked air.
- the fourth leak detection unit 104 acquires the latest difference between before and after closing calculated by the third leak detection unit 102 for each of a plurality of solenoid valves associated with the same line information stored in the same line information storage unit 105. To do. And the 4th leak detection part 104 uses the average value (or lowest value) of the some acquired difference before and behind a close as a reference value, and compares the said reference value and each difference before and after a close. When the difference before and after closing is a predetermined value or more from the reference value, the fourth leak detection unit 104 determines that air leakage has occurred in the pipe line 30 on the downstream side of the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the difference before and after closing. The determination result is notified to the notification processing unit 99.
- the fourth leak detection unit 104 may read the third detection threshold value from the third threshold value storage unit 101 for each of the plurality of solenoid valves associated with the same line information stored in the same line information storage unit 105. Good. Then, the fourth leak detection unit 104 uses the average value (or lowest value) of the acquired third detection threshold values as a reference value, and compares the reference value with each third detection threshold value. When the third detection threshold is greater than or equal to a predetermined value from the reference value, the fourth leak detection unit 104 has an air leak in the pipe line 30 on the downstream side of the solenoid valve corresponding to the third detection threshold. You may judge.
- the 4th leak detection part 104 should just perform a detection process at a predetermined timing.
- the electromagnetic valve control unit 94 may output a detection start instruction to the first leak detection unit 96 and the third leak detection unit 102, or may be performed at a fixed cycle (for example, once a day). Good.
- the fourth leak detection unit 104 is provided between the injection molding machine and the branch portion 31 of the pipe line 30 for each of the injection molding machines 40A and 40B.
- the difference in power consumption of the compressor 10 before and after closing the electromagnetic valves 110A and 110B is obtained, and (2) the electromagnetic valves 110A and 110B are determined based on the difference between the before and after closing obtained for each of the injection molding machines 40A and 40B.
- the presence or absence of air leakage in the downstream pipe line is detected. Thereby, an air leak can be easily detected.

- a program medium such as a memory (not shown) such as a ROM may be used for processing by the microcomputer, and a program reading device is provided as an external storage device (not shown). It may be a program medium that can be read by inserting a recording medium there.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the program is read out, and the read program is downloaded to a program storage area of the microcomputer and the program is executed. - the fluid supply device needs to supply an extra amount of the leaked fluid. (変形例1)
上記の説明では、閾値設定部100・103は、エアー漏れが検知された場合、閾値の設定を行わないものとした。しかしながら、閾値設定部100・103は、エアー漏れが検知された場合、以下のような処理を行ってもよい。
