  • Titanium dioxide particle size Method The particle size of rutile titanium dioxide used for coating in the Example was measured by laser diffraction. Measurement was performed using a laser diffraction particle size distribution analyzer (Mastersizer 2000, manufactured by Malvern Instruments) with water as the dispersion medium and a rutile-type titanium dioxide having a refractive index of 2.7. The results are shown in Table 8.

Abstract

L'invention a pour but de proposer une préparation qui est stable vis-à-vis de facteurs externes indépendamment des formes conditionnées de celle-ci et contient, comme principe actif, du 2-chloro-5-(2H-tétrazol-5-yl)-4-[(thiophén-2-ylméthyl)- amino]benzènesulfonamide, un sel pharmacologiquement acceptable du composé ou un hydrate de composé ou du sel pharmacologiquement acceptable. A cet effet, l'invention concerne une préparation revêtue comprenant une section à teneur en principe actif qui contient du 2-chloro-5-(2H-tétrazol-5-yl)-4-[(thiophén-2-ylméthyl)- amino]benzènesulfonamide, un sel pharmacologiquement acceptable du composé ou un hydrate de composé ou du sel pharmacologiquement acceptable et une couche de revêtement qui est formée sur la surface de la section à teneur en principe actif, ladite préparation revêtue étant caractérisée par le fait que la couche de revêtement contient du dioxyde de titane de type rutile.
