ブローバイガス還流管40がレゾネータ30の容積部31に接続される場合に比べて、ブローバイガス還流管40を流れてきたオイル(オイルミスト)や水(水蒸気)が吸気管20の吸気通路20aに流入し易くなり、ブローバイガス還流管40を流れてきたオイルや水が吸気管20の吸気通路20aに流入せずにレゾネータ30の容積室31aで滞留してしまうことを抑制できる。
また、ブローバイガス還流管40が吸気管20に直接接続される場合と異なり吸気管20に設ける孔が1つのみで済むため、吸気管20にレゾネータ30用の孔とブローバイガス還流管用40の孔を(2つの孔を)設ける場合に比べて、コストダウンを図ることができる。
レゾネータ30の連通管32の連通路32aに谷となるところが存在しない。そのため、レゾネータ30の連通管32の連通路32aに谷となるところが存在する場合に比べて、ブローバイガス還流管40を流れてきたオイルや水が、レゾネータ30の連通管32の連通路32aで留まることを抑制できる。
ブローバイガス還流管40を流れてきたオイルや水が、吸気管20の吸気通路20aに流入し易くなり、レゾネータ30の容積室31aに流入し難くなる。そのため、ブローバイガス還流管40を流れてきたオイルや水が吸気管20の吸気通路20aに流入せずにレゾネータ30の容積室31aで滞留してしまうことを効果的に抑制できる。
ブローバイガス還流管40を流れてきたオイルや水を、レゾネータ30の連通管32の内壁面32dに衝突させて液滴化させることができる。そのため、ブローバイガス還流管40を流れてきたオイルや水がミスト状のままでレゾネータ30の容積室31aに流入することを抑制できる。
冬季など気温が比較的低い場合であっても、レゾネータ30の連通管32の連通路32aにある水(水蒸気)および/または吸気管20の吸気通路20aにある水(水蒸気)が凍りレゾネータ30の連通管32の連通路32aの吸気通路20aへの開口部32bが閉塞してしまうことを抑制できる。
ブローバイガス還流管40が、レゾネータ30の連通管32の、連通管32を管軸方向に2分割したときに容積部31側に位置する部分に接続される場合に比べて、ブローバイガス還流管40を流れてきたオイルや水を効果的に吸気管20の吸気通路20aに流入させることができる。
ブローバイガス還流管40が、レゾネータ30の連通管32の、連通管32を管軸方向に3分割したときに最も吸気管20側に位置する部分以外の部分に接続される場合に比べて、ブローバイガス還流管40を流れてきたオイルや水を効果的に吸気管20の吸気通路20aに流入させることができる。

Claims (5)
- 車両の吸気管と、レゾネータと、ブローバイガス還流管と、を有し、
前記吸気管は、内部に吸気通路を備えており、
前記レゾネータは、内部に容積室を備える容積部と、該容積部と前記吸気管とを連結しており内部に前記容積部の容積室と前記吸気管の吸気通路とを連通させる連通路を備える連通管と、を備えており、
前記ブローバイガス還流管は、内部に管内流路を備えており、
前記ブローバイガス還流管は、前記レゾネータの連通管の管軸方向中間部に接続されており、前記ブローバイガス還流管の管内流路の出口は、前記レゾネータの連通管の連通路に接続している、吸気装置。 - 前記レゾネータの連通管は、全体にわたって上下方向に延びる軸芯を備える、請求項1記載の吸気装置。
- 前記ブローバイガス還流管の管内流路の前記出口は、前記レゾネータの連通管の連通路の前記吸気通路への開口部より上方にあり、前記レゾネータの連通管の連通路の前記容積室への接続部より下方にある、請求項1または請求項2記載の吸気装置。
- 前記ブローバイガス還流管の管内流路の前記出口は、前記レゾネータの連通管の内壁面と対向している、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の吸気装置。
- 前記レゾネータの連通管の連通路の前記吸気通路側の端部は、前記レゾネータの連通管の連通路の前記吸気通路側の端部以外の部分に比べて、大径である、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の吸気装置。
