　本発明は、ゴミを収集したり蒲団や食品その他の物を収納したりするのに用いるポリ袋を多数詰め込んでなるポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージに関するものである。
　従来、この種ポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージには、ポリエチレン製の角筒状の包装袋内に一枚ずつ矩形状に複数折りされた多数のポリ袋を詰め込み、角筒状の包装袋の一方の側面部にミシン目取出部を設けたポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージが知られている（特許文献１参照）。

　しかしながら、従来技術は、ポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージの一つの側面にのみミシン目取出部を形成しているため、台所の引き出し等の収納スペースにポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージを収納した場合に、ミシン目取出部を有するポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージの側面が引き出しの内壁や他の日用品などによって塞がれて使用できなくなることがある。この場合は、使用者が引き出し等からポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージを取り出してポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージのミシン目取出部が塞がれないようにポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージの向きを変更して収納し直す等する必要があるが、台所の引き出し等は狭い場合が多いため、収納スペース上の制約などから、ポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージの向きを変更することが困難なことがある。

　本発明は、このような問題に対処することを課題の一例とするものである。すなわち、略ボックス状のポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージの複数の側面にミシン目取出部を設けることで、ポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージの複数の側面に開口部を形成できるようにすること、ポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージの底面部に矩形状の板材を取り付けることで、略ボックス状のポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージの底面部の形状を保持し、最後までポリ袋を取り出し易い構造とすること、等が本発明の目的である。矩形状の板材は、ポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージの底面部の形状を保持しうる程度の硬度を有する素材が好ましく、例えば、厚紙などが用いられる。
　このような目的を達成するために、本発明に係るポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージは、以下の構成を少なくとも具備するものである。

　軟質合成樹脂シートからなる略ボックス状の包装体内に、一枚ずつ矩形状に複数折りされた多数のポリ袋が略水平に重ねて詰め込まれると共に、前記包装体に破線で囲まれた取出部を形成し、該取出部を前記破線に沿って切り取ることで前記包装体に前記ポリ袋を一枚ずつ取り出すための開口部が形成されるポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージであって、前記包装体の任意の側面に破線で囲まれた第一取出部を設けると共に、前記第一取出部を設けた側面以外の任意の一つ又は複数の側面にそれぞれ破線で囲まれた取出部を設け、該取出部は、前記破線に沿って切り取ることで、前記包装体の内部下方にある前記ポリ袋を一枚ずつ取り出すことができる開口部となるよう形成したことを特徴とするポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージ。

　以下、図面を参照しながら本発明の実施形態を説明する。本発明の実施形態は図示の内容を含むがこれのみに限定されるものではない。
　本例のポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージＡは、略ボックス状のポリエチレンシート１の上端側の開口１ａと下端側の開口１ｂを溶着閉鎖してなる略ボックス状の包装体２と、包装体２内に多数詰め込まれたポリ袋３と、包装体２の底面部内側に取り付けられた板材１５からなり、包装体２の任意の側面部２２に形成される第一開口部４及び、側面部２２以外の任意の側面部２４に形成される第二開口部５からポリ袋３を一枚ずつ取り出せるようになっていると共に、包装体２の上面部２１に形成される左右の第三開口部６，６からポリ袋３を一枚ずつ取り出すことができ、且つ、前記左右の開口部６，６で挟まれる帯状封着部７を手提げ部として持ち運びができるよう構成されている。
　包装体２は、その内部に、一枚ずつ複数折りされたポリ袋３を略水平に多数枚重ねた状態で収容すると共に、包装体２の底面部内側に板材１５を取り付けることが可能な横断面を有する略ボックス状のポリエチレンシート１からなり、ポリ袋３を詰め込む前の状態において、ポリエチレンシート１の上端側の開口１ａを熱溶着することで閉鎖するとともに、下端側の開口１ｂを開放した包装袋２’を形成し、その下端側の開口１ｂから前記多数のポリ袋３を略水平に重ねて詰め込み、続けて板材１５をポリ袋の後方に略水平に取り付けた後、その開口１ｂを熱溶着により閉鎖することで、略ボックス状の包装体２として構成される（図２参照）。
　また、包装体２は、上端側の開口１ａを熱溶着した際に形成される帯状封着部７を上面部２１の幅方向略中央に、下端側の開口１ｂを熱溶着した際に形成される帯状封着部８を下面部２３の幅方向略中央に夫々備えている。
　包装体２には、第一開口部４を形成するための取出部９と、第二開口部５を形成するための第二取出部１０と、第三開口部６，６を形成するための第二取出部１１，１１と、が形成されており、これら取出部９、１０、１１は、ポリエチレンシート１の適所に設けた破線１２，１３、１４で囲まれ、該破線１２，１３、１４に沿って切り取られることで、第一開口部４、第二開口部５、第三開口部６，６が形成されるようになっている。
　第一取出部９は、包装体２の側面部２２のほぼ全高にわたるよう形成され、第一開口部４により、包装体２内の下方に収容されたポリ袋３を容易に取り出せるようになっている。

　また、多数のポリ袋３が収容された包装体２は、その内部を真空又はそれに近い状態として、収容されたポリ袋３及び板材１５と包装体２との間に隙間が生じたりポリ袋３がずれるような虞れなく、コンパクトな状態で縦置き可能に構成されている。
　板材１５は、角を面取りされている。これにより、板材１５の角がポリエチレンシート１を破かないようにし、また、使用者がポリ袋をすべて使用し終わった際にゴミとしてポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージを捨てる際に、誤って板材１５の角で指を切らないようにしている（図３参照）。なお、本実施形態においては、図３に示すように、板材１５の角部１５ａが角形状となるように面取りした例について説明したが、これに限らず、例えば図６に示すように、角部１５ｂが丸形状となるように面取りしてもよい。
　本発明においてポリ袋３は特に限定されるものではないが、本例では、内容積が４５リットル、厚さ０．０１７ｍｍのポリエチレン製の一般的なごみ収集用袋を用い、複数折りしたこのポリ袋３が５０枚重ねて包装体２内に収容されている。
　尚、ポリ袋３は上記した以外に、内容積が２０リットルや３０リットル、７０リットルや９０リットルのもの、厚さが０．０１５ｍｍや０．０３５ｍｍ、０．０５ｍｍのもの、収容枚数が３０～１００枚である場合、ポリエチレン或いはそれ以外のもの等、いずれを用いても構わないが、一般家庭用とする場合はポリ袋３の収容枚数を５０枚程度とすることが好ましい。
　また、ポリ袋３はごみ収集用袋に限定されず、例えば、蒲団収納用や食品保存用その他の物を収納する、或いは他の用途に用いる袋であっても構わない。
　ポリ袋３の複数折りの一態様を図５を参照して説明すれば、先ず、その長手方向に折り重ねるようにして連続して２回折られ（図５（ａ）～（ｃ）参照）、次いで、長手方向と直交する方向に折り重ねるようにして連続して３回折られる（図５（ｄ）～（ｆ）参照）ことで、重なり合う面を３２面有する小型矩形状に構成される。
　このように複数折された多数のポリ袋３は、包装体２内にて水平状に重ねられることで、板材１５と共に包装体２を略直方体形状に維持する支持部材として機能するようになる。
　尚、ポリ袋３を包装体２内に詰め込む手順は、例えば、ポリ袋３を複数枚まとめて複数折りにした後、その複数枚のポリ袋３を包装体２内に積み重ねるようにすることも可能であるが、上記した開口部４、５、６からのポリ袋３の取出し性を良好にする観点や、包装体２を略直方体形状に維持する観点等から、上記したように一枚ずつ折られたポリ袋３を包装体２内に積み重ねるようにすることが好ましい。
　これら複数折りされた多数のポリ袋３及び板材１５が略水平に重ねて詰め込まれた略ボックス状の包装体２の内部は、真空又はそれに近い状態として縦置き可能に構成することが好ましい。
　以上の構成になる本例のポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージＡは、ポリエチレンシート１からなる略ボックス状の包装体２内に多数のポリ袋３が一枚ずつ複数折りされた状態で重ねて詰め込まれているので、雨水等に強く耐候性、耐水性に優れ、薄肉軽量であるため保管、搬送時に嵩張ることがなく、使用後の廃棄処理も容易である。
　また、略ボックス状のパッケージであるため、一般家庭の調理台や引き出し等の中に設置して使用するのに適したデザインを持ち、且つ調理台や食器棚の引き出し等に入れたままで開口部５などからポリ袋３を一枚ずつ取り出すことができる（図４参照）。
　角筒状のポリエチレンシート１を用いて、その上下の開口１ａ，１ｂの溶着閉鎖による略ボックス状の包装体２の製造工程と、多数のポリ袋３の詰め込み工程とを一連の工程中で行うことができる。また、上端側の開口１ａの溶着閉鎖時に形成される帯状封着部７を利用して持ち運び用の手提げ部とすることができる。
　さらに、略ボックス状の包装体２内に、一枚ずつ複数折りされた多数のポリ袋３及び、略ボックス状の包装体２の底面部の形状に即した板材１５が略水平状に重ねて詰め込まれ、且つ包装体２の内部を真空又はそれに近い状態として縦置き可能に構成したので、収容されたポリ袋３がずれて型崩れするような虞れが少なく、コンパクトな形態で保管、搬送、使用に供することができる。よって、多数個を積み上げて保管、搬送する際等の省スペース化や省労力化が図れると共に、一般家庭でテーブルの上に置いて使用するのに違和感のない、新規なゴミ袋用パッケージとして提供し得る。

Claims (5)

  1. 　軟質合成樹脂シートからなる略ボックス状の包装体内に、一枚ずつ矩形状に複数折りされた多数のポリ袋が略水平に重ねて詰め込まれると共に、前記包装体に破線で囲まれた取出部を形成し、該取出部を前記破線に沿って切り取ることで前記包装体に前記ポリ袋を一枚ずつ取り出すための開口部が形成されるポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージであって、前記包装体の任意の側面に破線で囲まれた第一取出部を設けると共に、前記第一取出部を設けた側面以外の任意の一つ又は複数の側面にそれぞれ破線で囲まれた取出部を設け、該取出部は、前記破線に沿って切り取ることで、前記包装体の内部下方にある前記ポリ袋を一枚ずつ取り出すことができる開口部となるよう形成したことを特徴とするポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージ。
  2. 　前記包装体の底面部内側に矩形状の板材を取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項１記載のポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージ。
  3. 　前記取出部を、前記包装体の上面部の幅方向略中央に帯状部が残るよう該帯状部の左右両側に設け、前記各取出部を前記破線に沿って切り取った際、前記帯状部の左右両側に前記開口部が形成されるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項１～２のいずれかに記載のポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージ。
  4. 　前記板材の角部が面取りされていることを特徴とする請求項２に記載のポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージ。
  5. 　前記板材の角部が丸形状に面取りされていることを特徴とする請求項４に記載のポリ袋用ポリエチレン製パッケージ。
