技术领域
本发明涉及集装箱技术领域, 尤其涉及一种既能实现散料堆垛作业、 又能进行集装箱整体作业的集装箱吊具。 本发明还提供了一种具有上述集 装箱吊具的起吊设备。
背景技术
集装箱, 是指具有一定强度、 刚度和规格专供周转使用的大型装货容 器, 其可以更有效安全地装载在运输车辆、 船舶、 飞机等运输工具上, 可 以节省卸货作业所需的时间和费用; 集装箱还具有防止货物破损、 丟失、 被盗等运输事故的优点, 由于运输车辆、 船舶、 飞机等的装卸工作已被机 械化, 卸货作业也被逐渐缩短, 广泛应用于国家之间的贸易、 运输。
集装箱除了可以用于整体作业外, 还可以用于散料作业。 集装箱的散 料作业过程通常包括: 倾斜集装箱, 装散料, 放平集装箱, 吊箱, 倾斜卸 料等。 在整个散料作业过程中, 港口、 码头、 煤矿厂等一般都需要采用两 台配备无散料作业功能的吊具的正面吊配合作业, 同时还需要借助倾斜、 放平等所需的工装, 上述作业过程较为繁杂, 需要较多人力和相关设备, 使用成本较高。
为了解决上述技术问题, 现有技术中出现了一些可倾斜集装箱吊具, 采用这种可倾斜的集装箱吊具进行集装箱的散料作业时, 可较大程度上筒 化上述繁杂的作业流程, 减少相关设备的使用, 可提高集装箱散料倾倒的 作业效率, 但是这种集装箱吊具起升的有效高度较低, 仅可作为散料作业 时使用, 而不能进行集装箱整体作业。
因此, 如何研发出一种既能实现散料堆垛作业、 又能进行集装箱整体 作业的集装箱吊具, 成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种集装箱吊具, 该集装箱吊具既能实现
散料堆垛作业、 又能进行集装箱整体作业。 本发明的第二个目的是提供一 种具有上述集装箱吊具的起吊设备。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种集装箱吊具, 包括圆弧轨道总 成、 起吊连接装置、 呈倾斜状设置的伸缩油缸; 所述圆弧轨道总成包括锁 销安装框架及设置在该锁销安装框架上端的圆弧轨道; 所述起吊连接装置 的上端与起吊设备的起吊端连接, 所述起吊连接装置的下端与所述圆弧轨 道通过滚动副连接; 所述倾斜油缸的一端与所述起吊连接装置铰接, 另一 端与所述圆弧轨道总成铰接。

在进行散料作业过程中, 将锁销安装框架上的锁销插入集装箱相应的 安装孔, 需要倾斜集装箱时, 呈倾斜状设置的伸缩油缸进行伸出动作, 带 动集装箱沿圆弧轨道旋转一定的角度, 使得集装箱处于所需的倾斜角度状 态; 需要放平集装箱时, 呈倾斜状设置的伸缩油缸进行收缩动作, 带动集 装箱沿圆弧轨道旋转一定的角度, 使得集装箱处于水平状态。
这种结构的集装箱吊具, 在锁销安装框架上端设置圆弧轨道, 集装箱 绕该圆弧轨道旋转, 可降低集装箱吊具整体高度, 集装箱吊具起升的有效 高度可大大提高, 因此这种集装箱吊具既能实现散料堆垛作业、 又能进行 集装箱整体作业的集装箱吊具。
另外, 集装箱吊具带动集装箱沿圆弧轨道的旋转运动轨迹, 圆弧轨道 的中心与集装箱的初始中心位于同一中心面, 且集装箱在许可的倾斜角度 范围内, 集装箱的重心始终离不开圆弧轨道所包含的区域, 从而可防止吊 具承受过大的扭矩和冲击载荷; 该集装箱吊具所起吊的集装箱在前后倾斜 两个状态时的重心偏差 L, 始终小于圆弧轨道的半径 R, 从而一定程度上 达到自动调整集装箱重心位置的功能。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案, 下面结合附 图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参看图 1-图 4, 图 1为本发明所提供的集装箱吊具的一种具体实施 方式的立体结构示意图; 图 2为图 1中集装箱吊具的主视结构示意图; 图 3为图 1中集装箱吊具的俯视结构示意图; 图 4为图 1中集装箱吊具的左 视结构示意图。
如图 1-图 4所示, 本发明提供的集装箱吊具包括圆弧轨道总成 11、起 吊连接装置、 呈倾斜状设置的伸缩油缸 9; 圆弧轨道总成 11包括锁销安装 框架 13和圆弧轨道, 圆弧轨道设置在锁销安装框架 13的上端; 起吊连接 装置的上端与起吊设备的起吊端连接, 起吊连接装置的下端与圆形轨道通 过滚动副连接; 伸缩油缸 9的一端与起吊连接装置铰接, 另一端与圆弧轨 道铰接。
如图 5所示, 在进行散料作业过程中, 将锁销安装框架 13上的锁销 12插入集装箱 20相应的安装孔, 需要倾斜集装箱 20时, 呈倾斜状设置的 伸缩油缸 9进行伸出动作, 带动集装箱 20沿圆弧轨道旋转一定的角度,使 得集装箱 20处于所需的倾斜角度状态; 需要放平集装箱 20时, 呈倾斜状 设置的伸缩油缸 9进行收缩动作,带动集装箱 20沿圆弧轨道旋转一定的角 度, 使得集装箱 20处于水平状态。
这种结构的集装箱吊具,在锁销安装框架 13上端设置圆弧轨道, 集装 箱 20绕该圆弧轨道旋转,可降低集装箱吊具整体高度, 集装箱吊具起升的 有效高度可大大提高, 因此这种集装箱吊具既能实现散料堆垛作业、 又能 进行集装箱 20整体作业的集装箱吊具。
另外, 集装箱吊具带动集装箱 20沿圆弧轨道的旋转运动轨迹, 圆弧轨 道的中心与集装箱 20的初始中心位于同一中心面, 且集装箱 20在许可的 倾斜角度范围内, 集装箱 20的重心始终离不开圆弧轨道所包含的区域,从 而可防止吊具承受过大的扭矩和冲击载荷; 该集装箱吊具所起吊的集装箱 20在前后倾斜两个状态时的重心偏差 L, 始终小于圆弧轨道的半径 R, 从 而一定程度上达到自动调整集装箱 20重心位置的功能。
优选方案中, 起吊连接装置可以包括上转台总成 5、 下转台总成 7及 侧移梁总成 1 ; 具体的方案中, 上转台的上端设有吊孔, 上转台可通过吊 孔与起吊设备(正面吊、 起重机等) 的起吊端连接, 上转台总成 5的底部 与下转台总成 7的顶部通过回转支撑 3连接, 在驱动装置 2的驱动下, 上 转台总成 5可相对于下转台总成 7沿顺时针方向或沿逆时针方向旋转一定 的角度, 下转台总成 7的底部与侧移梁总成 1的上端连接, 侧移梁总成 1 的下端与圆弧轨道通过滚动副连接。
这种方案, 上转台总成 5与下转台总成 7之间可以相对转对, 通过调 整二者之间的相对角度,可在水平面内调整集装箱 20的旋转角度, 以使得 集装箱吊具所吊起的集装箱 20能够迅速地旋转到指定的位置。
具体的方案中, 驱动装置 2可以包括液压马达、 制动器及减速器, 所 述液压马达的动力输出端通过所述制动器与所述减速器的动力输入端连 接, 所述减速器的动力输出端与所述上转台总成 5连接, 液压马达提供动 力, 带动减速机旋转, 经过减速机的减速, 向下转台总成 7提供旋转所需 的较大的驱动力, 需要停止旋转时, 可通过制动器进行制动。
优选方案中, 为了能够稳定地起吊集装箱 20、 使锁销安装框架 13受 力均衡, 锁紧安装框架两侧的上端分别设有第一圆弧轨道 111、 第二圆弧 轨道 112, 侧移梁总成 1的两侧下端分别与第一圆弧轨道 111、 第二圆弧轨 道 112通过滚动副连接, 相应地, 在侧移梁总成 1的两侧可分别设有第一
伸缩油缸 91、 第二伸缩油缸 92, 由均呈倾斜状设置的第一伸缩油缸 91、 第二伸缩油缸 92同时驱动锁销安装框架 13、 集装箱 20进行旋转。
具体的方案中, 侧移梁总成 1的下端可设有滚轮支撑组件, 每个滚轮 支撑组件包括至少一个滚轮 8 , 滚轮 8嵌套在圆弧轨道内, 滚轮 8可在圆 弧轨道内滚动, 滚轮 8同时还承受竖直方向的由锁销安装框架 13、 集装箱 20的重力所产生的作用力, 即承受所有的起重量, 滚轮 8与圆弧轨道形成 滚动副连接。
优选方案中, 滚轮支撑组件包括两个并排设置的滚轮 8 , 两个滚轮 8 并排嵌套在圆弧轨道内, 两个圆弧轨道内共有对称设置的四个滚轮 8承受 所有的起重量, 两侧的受力均衡, 可提高起吊时的平稳性。
更优的方案中, 可在滚轮 8的内侧与圆弧轨道之间设有弹性侧向碰快 10, 当吊具 受额外的侧向负载时,侧向力通过弹性侧向碰快 10可緩冲侧 向负载, 并将緩冲后的侧向力传递至侧移梁总成 1上, 可有效减轻侧向力 对集装箱吊具的冲击破坏。
优选方案中, 下转台总成 7的下端通过滑动副与侧移梁总成 1的上端 连接, 在侧移油缸 6的驱动下, 侧移梁总成 1可相对于下转台总成 7发生 侧移; 侧移油缸 6的一端可与侧移梁总成 1铰接, 另一端可与下转台总成 7铰接。
这种方案中, 在侧移油缸 6的驱动作用下, 上转台总成 5及下转台总 成 7可与侧移梁总成 1之间在侧向发生移动, 可便于将装散料的集装箱 20 快速、 准确地放置在特定的位置, 卸料时也能调整集装箱 20的具体位置, 同时侧移功能还还可以用来调整集装箱 20的重心位置,在起吊密度较大的 散料或集装箱 20的过程中, 在装一半物料时, 若重心偏移量多大, 可通过 下转台总侧 7与侧移梁总成 1之间的侧移,使集装箱 20的重心在集装箱吊 具铰接点附近, 提高操作的安全性。
具体的方案中,侧移梁总成 1的上端设有沿锁销安装框架 13侧向延伸 的滑轨, 所述滑轨的作用面朝下, 所述下转台总成 7的下端设有侧移滑块 4, 侧移滑块 4的作用面朝上, 侧移滑块 4支撑所述滑轨。 在侧移油缸 6 的作用下, 侧移滑块 4一方面可沿所述滑轨滑动, 实现侧移, 侧移滑块 4
另一方面还承受所有的起重量, 形成侧移梁总成 1与下转台总成 7之间的 滑动副连接。
本发明还提供了一种起吊设备, 该起吊设备具有上述的集装箱吊具, 该起吊设备的起吊端与所述起吊连接装置的上端连接。 由于上述的集装箱 吊具具备上述技术效果, 具有该集装箱吊具的起吊设备也应具备相应的技 术效果, 在此不再详细介绍。
具体的方案中, 所述起吊设备可以为起重机、 正面吊等。 以上所述仅是发明的优选实施方式的描述, 应当指出, 由于文字表达 的有限性, 而在客观上存在无限的具体结构, 对于本技术领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims
1、一种集装箱吊具,其特征在于, 包括圆弧轨道总成、起吊连接装置、 呈倾斜状设置的伸缩油缸; 所述圆弧轨道总成包括锁销安装框架及设置在 该锁销安装框架上端的圆弧轨道; 所述起吊连接装置的上端与起吊设备的 起吊端连接, 所述起吊连接装置的下端与所述圆弧轨道通过滚动副连接; 所述倾斜油缸的一端与所述起吊连接装置铰接, 另一端与所述圆弧轨道总 成铰接。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的集装箱吊具, 其特征在于, 所述起吊连接装 置包括上转台总成、 下转台总成及侧移梁总成; 所述上转台的上端与起吊 设备的起吊端连接, 所述上转台总成的底部与所述下转台总成的顶部通过 回转支撑连接, 在驱动装置的驱动下, 所述上转台总成相对于所述下转台 总成旋转; 所述下转台总成的底部与所述侧移梁总成的上端连接, 所述侧 移梁总成的下端与所述圆弧轨道通过滚动副连接。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的集装箱吊具, 其特征在于, 所述锁销安装框 架两侧的上端分别设有第一圆弧轨道、 第二圆弧轨道, 所述侧移梁总成的 两侧下端分别与所述第一圆弧轨道, 所述第二圆弧轨道通过滚动副连接。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的集装箱吊具, 其特征在于, 所述侧移梁总成 的下端设有滚轮支撑组件, 所述滚轮支撑组件包括至少一个滚轮, 该滚轮 嵌套在所述圆弧轨道内。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的集装箱吊具, 其特征在于, 所述滚轮支撑组 件包括两个并排设置的滚轮, 两个滚轮并排嵌套在所述圆弧轨道内。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的集装箱吊具, 其特征在于, 所述滚轮的内侧 与所述圆弧轨道之间设有弹性侧向碰快。
7、根据权利要求 2所述的集装箱吊具, 其特征在于, 所述驱动装置包 括液压马达、 制动器及减速器, 所述液压马达的动力输出端通过所述制动 器与所述减速器的动力输入端连接, 所述减速器的动力输出端与所述上转 台总成连接。
8、根据权利要求 2所述的集装箱吊具, 其特征在于, 所述下转台总成 的下端通过滑动副与侧移梁总成的上端连接, 在侧移油缸的驱动下, 所述 侧移梁总成相对于所述下转台总成发生侧移; 所述侧移油缸的一端与所述 侧移梁总成铰接, 另一端与所述下转台总成铰接。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的集装箱吊具, 其特征在于, 所述侧移梁总成 的上端设有沿所述锁销安装框架侧向延伸的滑轨,所述滑轨的作用面朝下, 所述下转台总成的下端设有滑块, 所述滑块的作用面朝上, 所述滑块支撑 所述滑轨。
10、 一种起吊设备, 其特征在于, 该起吊设备具有权利要求 1-9任一 项所述的集装箱吊具, 该起吊设备的起吊端与所述起吊连接装置的上端连 接。
