Abstract

本发明涉及一种油田修井机，即带旋转操纵室总成的修井机。在修井机车载底盘上带有旋转操纵室总成，旋转操纵室总成包括操纵室，操纵室坐落在旋转臂上，旋转臂侧面连接有伸缩液缸。旋转臂以一端为转轴点，在伸缩液缸作用下，带动操纵室旋转移动。具有操作方便、快捷、安全、看井口方便、视线好等特点。

带旋转操纵室总成的修井机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油田修井机，即带旋转操纵室总成的修井机，如无绷绳自走六十吨修井机。
背景技术
在已有技术中，一般情况下，油田修井机的操纵室，是装在修井机的车尾后部，为固定式。通过与修井机其它部件的有机结合，实现对油田油、水井的修井作业。在修井作业过程中，司钻人员做在操纵室内操作各控制手柄实现修井作业。这种固定式操纵室的缺点是如果井架底座拉筋多时，司钻人员在操作时看井口困难，视线不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足而提供一种操作方便，结构简单，使用安全的旋转操纵室总成。
本发明的技术解决方案是：带旋转操纵室总成的修井机，车载底盘上带有旋转操纵室总成。所述的旋转操纵室总成，包括操纵室，操纵室坐落在旋转臂上，旋转臂侧面连接有伸缩液缸。旋转臂以一端为转轴点，在伸缩液缸作用下，带动操纵室旋转移动。
上述方案中，旋转臂侧面连接有弧状滑轨，滑轨另一端由导轮组和固定套架限位。
导轮组由两个侧导轮组和一个下导轮组组成。
操纵室与旋转臂通过支承座铰接，旋转臂上连接有伸缩液缸（或气缸），伸缩液缸另一端与操纵室连接。
支承座在旋转臂和滑轨上各设有一个。
旋转操纵室总成适用在任何修井机或油田车载工具上，不限于无绷绳自走六十吨修井机上适用。
本发明的优点是：1、操作方便、快捷、安全、看井口方便、视线好。2、工作时候旋转操纵室总成转出，非工作时候收回，结构紧凑，灵活性强。
下面将结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细描述。

具体实施方式
参见图1－7，零部件名称如下：操纵室1，支承座2，固定套架3，下导轮组4，侧导轮组5，滑轨6，旋转臂7，伸缩液缸8，车载底盘9，旋转操纵室总成10。
参见图1，带旋转操纵室总成的修井机，在车载底盘上带有旋转操纵室总成10。以无绷绳自走六十吨修井机为例，零部件名称如下：自走底盘11，前支架12，发动机13，液力变矩器14，井架15，角传动箱16，绞车17，液路系统18，气路系统20，电气系统21，游车大钩22，井架底座23。
参见图2－7，旋转操纵室总成10包括操纵室1，操纵室1坐落在旋转臂7上，旋转臂7侧面连接有伸缩液缸8。旋转臂7侧面连接有弧状滑轨6，滑轨6另一端由导轮组和固定套架3限位，滑轨6的设定，保证了操纵室1运转平稳、运转阻力小。
导轮组由两个侧导轮组5和一个下导轮组4组成，对滑轨6进行限位，防止脱落。操纵室1与旋转臂7通过支承座2铰接，便于操纵室1在旋转臂7上转动。旋转臂7上连接有伸缩液缸8，伸缩液缸8另一端与操纵室1连接，用以推动操纵室1绕旋转臂7回转（0－65度）。支承座2在旋转臂7和滑轨6上各设有一个，支撑平稳。
上述控制系统包括：两个伸缩液缸8、控制阀、管线等，控制阀安装在操纵室1的对面，操作起来非常方便。在操作过程中只需轻轻搬动控制阀手柄即可实现对操纵室的旋转控制。
上面描述，只是本发明的具体实施方式，各种举例说明不对本发明的实质内容构成限制。

Claims (2)

1.带旋转操纵室总成的修井机，其特征在于车载底盘（9）上带有旋转操纵室总成（10）；所述的旋转操纵室总成，包括操纵室（1），操纵室（1）坐落在旋转臂（7）上，旋转臂（7）侧面连接有伸缩液缸（8）；旋转臂（7）侧面连接有弧状滑轨（6），滑轨（6）另一端由导轮组和固定套架（3）限位；导轮组由两个侧导轮组（5）和一个下导轮组（4）组成；操纵室（1）与旋转臂（7）通过支承座（2）铰接，旋转臂（7）上连接有伸缩液缸（8），伸缩液缸（8）另一端与操纵室（1）连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的带旋转操纵室总成的修井机，其特征在于支承座（2）在旋转臂（7）和滑轨（6）上各设有一个。
