Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen katalytischen Werkstoff, der als Optofluidik-Reaktor Einsatz findet sowie ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Hierbei kann zunächst ein retikulierter Kunststoff-Schaum gefertigt werden, der sodann mit mindestens einer ersten Metall- oder Metalllegierungs-Schicht beschichtet wird. Nachfolgend wird dann ein photokatalytisches Substrat auf die Metall- oder Metalllegierungs-Schicht aufgetragen. Das photokatalytische Substrat eliminiert bei Verwendung des Optofluidik-Reaktors Bakterien, Viren und andere Schadstoffe, wie auch Feinstaub oder Pilzsporen. In einem alternativen Verfahren wird eine photokatalytisch aktive Metall-Matrix-Schicht auf einer Oberfläche ausgebildet.
