Abstract
높은 강도와 인성을 가지며, 표면 산화물의 생성을 억제하고, 균일한 산화물의 형성을 통해 우수한 표면특성을 갖는 선재와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 이를 위해, 본 발명은 중량%로 Sb를 0.005~0.02%를 포함하는 표면특성이 우수한 고강도 고인성 선재와 이를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
