Claims (15)
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung (10) für einen Harnstoffbehälter in dieselbetriebenen Kraftfahrzeugen, mit einem Einfüllstutzen (11), mit einem am Einfüllstutzen (11) lösbar gehaltenen Verschlussdeckel (13) und mit einem in den Einfüllstutzen (11) axial einsetzbaren Einsatz (12), der mit einem vorzugsweise ringförmigen Permanentmagenten einer Fehlbetankungsschutzeinrichtung (40) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (12) mit einem axial äußeren Abschnitt (23) des Einfüllstutzens (11) stirnflächenbündig abschließt und dass der Verschlussdeckel (13) um und über den Außenumfang des axial äußeren Abschnitts (23) des Einfüllstutzens (11) zur lösbaren Befestigung greift.
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen Verschlussdeckel (13) und axial äußerem Abschnitt (23) des Einfüllstutzens (11) bajonettartig oder schraubgewindeartig ist und eine Vorspannkraft in verbundenem Zustand von Einfüllstutzen 811) und Verschlussdeckel (13) durch Verpressen eines Elastomers oder durch ein vorgespanntes Federelements im Verschlussdeckel (13) gebildet ist.
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (12) im axial äußeren Abschnitt (23) des Einfüllstutzens (11) drehfest hängend und axial lösbar herausnehmbar angeordnet ist.
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einstückige Einfüllstutzen (11) mit einem radial inneren Rohr (17) versehen ist, das von einem den axial äußeren Abschnitt (23) aufweisenden durchmessergrößeren Bereich über eine bestimmte axiale Länge umgeben ist.
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung von innerem Rohr (17) und dem durchmessergrößeren Bereich des Einfüllstutzens (11) die mit den Einsatz (12) bündige Stirnfläche (19) bildet.
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fehlbetankungsschutzeinrichtung (40) eine Fehlbetankungsklappe (51) aufweist, die axial vor dem ringförmigen Permanentmagneten (41) im Einsatz (12) angeordnet ist.
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fehlbetankungsklappe (51) unter Wirkung einer Feder (53) gegen eine ringförmige Anlagefläche des Einsatzes (12) gelegt ist, die einen axialen Abstand von der ringförmigen Stirnfläche (19) aufweist.
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige Permanentmagnet (41) zwischen zwei Bauteilen des Einsatzes (12) gas- und flüssigkeitsdicht eingeschlossen ist.
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (12) an seinem inneren Ende mit einem Filtergestell (45) bestückt ist, das mit einem Flüssigkeitsfilter austauschbar versehen ist.
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dem Einsatz (12) abgewandte Ende (49) des Filtergestells (19) in eingesetztem Zustand das Endes des Rohres (17) überragt,
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (13) mit auf den Einfüllstutzen wirkenden Vorspannkraftelementen versehen ist.
- Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Einfüllstutzen (11) und dem aufgebrachten Verschlussdeckel (13) eine Ringdichtung vorgesehen ist, die über ein Verbindungsband (29) mit dem Verschlussdeckel (13) zur Unverlierbarkeit versehen ist.
- Harnstoffbehälter mit einer Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1 und ggf. mindestens einem der folgenden Ansprüche.
- Harnstoffbehälter nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einfüllstutzen (11) der Einfüllstutzenvorrichtung (10) im Einbauzustand gegenüber einer Vertikalen geneigt angeordnet ist.
- Harnstoffbehälter nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einfüllstutzen (11) in eine Blasform oder eine Rotationsgussform beim Herstellen eines blasgeformten oder eines rotationsgussgeformten Behälters eingelegt verwendet ist.
