Definitions
- This invention is a long sheet feeding reel that is used in a stacked state in a state where the long sheet is wound, in particular, by connecting the upper long sheet and the adjacent lower long sheet to each other,
- the present invention relates to a long sheet supply reel suitable for continuous use.
- a cylindrical label such as a shrink label attached to a container or the like is individually cut by sequentially cutting a long strip-shaped label forming substrate folded into a sheet with a number of labels connected in a labeling device.
- a long sheet-like label-forming substrate is usually a roll wound around a paper tube (hereinafter, A sheet roll) is set on a feeding device of a labeling device and used while being continuously fed out.
- the length of the label-forming substrate that can be wound into a roll is naturally limited, so the sheet roll set in the labeling device must be frequently replaced, and the labeling device can be efficiently used. It cannot be operated.
- such a reel is detachably attached to a cylindrical core member 51 into which a sheet roll is fitted and one end of the core member 51.
- the paper tube is removed and the inner end of the sheet roll is removed. After the portion (winding start portion) is pulled out from the sheet roll, the state is removed or the removed paper tube is mounted again and set on the core member 51 of the reel 50.
- a plurality of reels on which the sheet roll is set 18 as shown in FIG.
- the outer diameter of the core member 51 is usually set smaller than the inner diameter of the paper tube of the sheet roll R. Therefore, the sheet roll R set on the core member 51 of the reel 50 is placed with respect to the reel 50.
- the connection position can be adjusted while rotating the sheet roll R relative to the reel 50 when connecting to the label forming substrate of the sheet roll R set on the lower reel 50. There is an advantage that the connection workability of the label forming substrate is good.
- the label forming base material between the adjacent sheet rolls R while stacking the reels 50 on which the sheet rolls R are set in a multistage manner with some play between the core member 51 and the paper tube. are connected to each other and when the label forming base material is sequentially fed out from the sheet roll R set on the upper reel 50, the reels 50 stacked in multiple stages rotate integrally. Since the label forming substrate is pulled by a downstream device such as a labeler, the fed sheet roll R rotates relative to the reel 50, and accordingly, the adjacent lower reel 50 A shift occurs in the connection position of the label forming substrate with respect to the set sheet roll R, and the label forming substrate is pulled and twisted at the connecting portion. There is a problem put away.
- the non-slip member 53 made of a material such as rubber is adhered to the contact surface of the flange member 52 with the sheet roll R, whereby the friction of the sheet roll R with respect to the reel 50 is achieved. By increasing the force, unnecessary rotation of the sheet roll R relative to the reel 50 is prevented.
- the non-slip member 53 made of a material such as rubber is attached to the contact surface of the flange member 52 with the sheet roll R, the unnecessary rotation of the sheet roll R with respect to the reel 50 is surely achieved.
- the sheet roll R on which the label forming base material is fed is switched from the upper sheet roll R to the lower sheet roll R, the winding end portion of the upper sheet roll R is not slipped. There is a case where a new problem occurs in which the connecting portion of the label forming base material is twisted by being caught by the stop member 53 and not being smoothly fed out.
- an object of the present invention is to prevent unnecessary rotation of the sheet roll during the feeding of the long sheet, and also when the sheet roll from which the long sheet is fed is switched to the adjacent sheet roll.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a long sheet feeding reel capable of smoothly feeding a long sheet.
- the invention according to claim 1 is directed to stacking sheet rolls obtained by winding long sheets around a cylindrical holder in multiple stages and continuously feeding the long sheets from these sheet rolls.
- a reel member for feeding a long sheet comprising: a core member that is fitted into a cylindrical holder of a sheet roll; and a disc-shaped flange member that is detachably attached to at least one end of the core member,
- the object is to provide a reel for feeding a long sheet characterized by having a pressing member that presses the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical holder of the sheet roll outward in the radial direction.
- the invention which concerns on Claim 2 piles up the sheet
- the invention which concerns on Claim 3 piles up the sheet
- the core member that is detachably attached to the flange member presses the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical holder of the sheet roll radially outward. Since the pressing member is provided, the sheet roll is connected with the sheet roll placed on the disk-shaped saddle member to which the core member is not attached.
- the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical holder of the sheet roll is pressed radially outward by the pressing member, and the sheet roll is held by the feeding reel.
- the sheet roll when the long sheet feeding reel is used, the sheet roll can be rotated on the flange member when the long sheet is connected, so that the sheet roll set on the lower feeding reel can be rotated. Good workability for connecting long sheets.
- the sheet roll is integrated with the feeding reel after the core member is attached to the collar member, when the long sheet is fed, the sheet roll on which the long sheet is fed is rotated relative to the feeding reel. The connecting portion of the long sheet is not displaced, and the long sheet is not twisted.
- the long sheet feeding reel is not attached with a non-slip member made of a material such as rubber on the contact surface of the collar member with the sheet roll.
- the reel for feeding the long sheet of the invention according to claim 2 is fitted into the sheet roll and a substantially cylindrical sub-core member which is fitted into the inner diameter portion of the sheet roll and is divided in the circumferential direction so as to be able to expand the diameter.
- the sub-core member is placed on the inner diameter portion of the sheet roll in a state where the sheet roll from which the cylindrical holder such as a paper tube is removed in order to draw out the roll end portion of the sheet roll or long sheet that does not have the holder Insert, then long sheet
- the main core member is inserted into the sub-core member and attached to the flange member, and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical holder of the sheet roll is pressed via the sub-core member.
- the sheet roll is rotated on the flange member when connecting the long sheet, similarly to the reel for feeding the long sheet according to the first aspect of the invention. Since the long roll sheet can be connected to the sheet roll set on the lower reel, the sheet roll is integrated with the reel after the main core member is attached to the flange member. When a long sheet is fed, the sheet roll on which the long sheet is fed does not rotate relative to the feeding reel, and the connecting portion of the long sheet is displaced and the long sheet is twisted. There is nothing.

- the sheet roll does not have a cylindrical holder such as a paper tube in advance by the same method as the long sheet feeding reel of the invention according to claim 2.
- a sheet roll from which a cylindrical holder such as a paper tube is removed in order to draw out the winding end portion of the long sheet, and the same effect as the long sheet feeding reel of the invention according to claim 2 Can be obtained.

- a surface fastener, a suction cup, a magnet, or the like that connects the sub core members 20 and 20A and the main core members 30 and 30A to each other may be used as a detent means.
- the present invention can be used when sheet rolls obtained by winding a long sheet such as a long belt-like label forming substrate in a roll are stacked and continuously fed out.
