Claims (32)
- a) 데이터 이체를 위한 이체장치와 데이터 통신 가능하도록 연결된 제1휴대단말기로부터, 상기 이체장치가 상기 제1휴대단말기에 설치되어 있는 어플리케이션에 대한 식별정보를 추출하는 단계;b) 상기 이체장치가 상기 식별정보를 토대로 상기 어플리케이션의 파일을 제공하는 어플장터에서 상기 어플리케이션의 파일을 다운로드받아 구비하거나, 상기 어플리케이션을 상기 어플장터에서 다운로드 받을 수 있도록 접속 경로를 제공하는 링크정보를 추출하는 단계; 및c) 상기 이체장치와 데이터 통신 가능하도록 연결된 제2휴대단말기로, 상기 이체장치가 상기 어플리케이션의 파일을 전송하여 상기 제2휴대단말기에 설치되도록 하거나, 상기 제2휴대단말기가 상기 어플장터에서 상기 어플리케이션 파일을 다운로드 받을 수 있도록 상기 이체장치가 상기 링크정보를 전송하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계 전에,상기 식별정보를 상기 제1휴대단말기로부터 추출하여 상기 이체장치로 전송하는 기능을 수행하는 추출프로그램을 상기 이체장치가 상기 제1휴대단말기로 전송하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이체장치는, 상기 b) 단계에서 상기 어플리케이션 파일을 상기 어플장터에서 다운로드 받기 위해서, 소정의 데이터베이스 서버로부터 각각의 상기 어플리케이션에 대한 상기 식별정보의 데이터베이스를 실시간으로 제공받거나 사전에 제공받아 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1휴대단말기와 상기 제2휴대단말기가 운영체제가 서로 상이한 경우, 상기 b) 단계에서 상기 어플장터는 상기 제2휴대단말기용 운영체제에 상응하는 어플장터인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이체장치는, 상기 b) 단계에서 상기 링크정보를 추출하기 위하여 소정의 데이터베이스 서버로부터 각각의 상기 식별정보에 대한 상기 링크정보의 데이터베이스를 실시간으로 제공받거나 사전에 제공받아 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계 전에,상기 이체장치가 상기 제2휴대단말기로 전송하는 상기 어플리케이션 파일을 상기 제2휴대단말기에 설치하는 기능을 수행하는 설치프로그램을, 상기 이체장치가 상기 제2휴대단말기로 전송하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서, 상기 이체장치는 상기 식별정보와 함께 상기 제1휴대단말기의 사용자가 상기 어플리케이션을 사용함에 따라 생성된 부가데이터를 추출며,상기 c) 단계에서, 상기 이체장치는 상기 어플리케이션 파일 또는 상기 링크정보와 함께 상기 부가데이터를 상기 제2휴대단말기로 전송하여 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서, 상기 이체장치는 상기 식별정보와 함께 상기 어플리케이션에 대한 상기 제1휴대단말기의 사용자에 의한 사용 회수, 사용 시각, 및 사용 시간 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 사용정보를 추출하며,상기 c) 단계에서, 상기 이체장치는 상기 어플리케이션 파일 또는 상기 링크정보와 함께 상기 사용정보를 상기 제2휴대단말기로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 이체장치는 상기 사용정보를 디스플레이를 통해 외부에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 이체장치는 표시된 상기 사용정보를 토대로 사용자가 선택한 상기 어플리케이션에 대한 선택명령을 입력받으며, 상기 이체장치는, 상기 선택명령에 의해 선택된 상기 어플리케이션에 대해서 상기 b) 단계 및 상기 c) 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서, 상기 이체장치는 상기 식별정보와 함께 상기 제1휴대단말기의 사용자의 상기 어플리케이션에 대한 라이센스 정보를 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계에서는 상기 이체장치가 상기 어플리케이션을 다운로드 받기 위하여 상기 어플장터에 상기 라이센스 정보를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계에서, 상기 이체장치는 상기 링크정보와 함께 상기 라이센스 정보를 상기 제2휴대단말기로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- a) 제1휴대단말기가 자신에게 설치되어 있는 어플리케이션에 대한 식별정보를 추출하는 단계;b) 상기 어플리케이션을 다운로드 받을 수 있는 어플장터에 대한 접속 경로를 제공하는 링크정보를, 상기 제1휴대단말기가 상기 식별정보를 토대로 추출하는 단계; 및c) 상기 제1휴대단말기가 제2휴대단말기로 상기 링크정보를 전송하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계 전에, 상기 식별정보를 상기 제1휴대단말기로부터 추출하는 기능을 수행하는 추출프로그램을 상기 제1휴대단말기가 상기 어플장터로부터 다운로드받아 설치하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 제1휴대단말기가, 소정의 데이터베이스 서버로부터 각각의 상기 식별정보에 대한 상기 링크정보의 데이터베이스를 상기 a) 단계 후에 제공받거나 상기 a) 단계 전에 제공받아 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계에서는, 상기 제1휴대단말기가 소정의 데이터베이스 서버에 접속하여, 상기 데이터베이스 서버로부터 각각의 상기 식별정보에 대한 상기 링크정보의 데이터베이스를 조회함으로써, 상기 데이터베이스 서버로부터 상기 링크정보를 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 제1휴대단말기와 상기 제2휴대단말기가 운영체제가 서로 상이한 경우, 상기 b) 단계에서 상기 어플장터는 상기 제2휴대단말기용 운영체제에 상응하는 어플장터인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,d) 상기 c) 단계 후에, 상기 제2휴대단말기가 상기 링크정보를 이용하여 상기 어플장터에 접속하여, 상기 어플장터로부터 상기 어플리케이션의 파일을 다운로드 받아 설치하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 제2휴대단말기가, 다운로드 받은 상기 어플리케이션 파일을 설치하는 기능을 수행하는 설치 프로그램을 상기 d) 단계 이전에 전송받아 설치하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서, 상기 제1휴대단말기는 상기 식별정보와 함께 상기 제1휴대단말기의 사용자가 상기 어플리케이션을 사용함에 따라 생성된 부가데이터를 추출하며,상기 c) 단계에서, 상기 제1휴대단말기는 상기 링크정보와 함께 상기 부가데이터를 상기 제2휴대단말기로 전송하여 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서 상기 제1휴대단말기는 상기 식별정보와 함께 상기 어플리케이션에 대한 상기 제1휴대단말기의 사용자에 의한 사용 회수, 사용 시각, 및 사용 시간 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 사용정보를 추출하며,상기 c) 단계에서, 상기 제1휴대단말기는 상기 링크정보와 함께 상기 사용정보를 상기 제2휴대단말기로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 제2휴대단말기는 상기 사용정보를 디스플레이를 통해 외부에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서, 상기 제1휴대단말기는 상기 식별정보와 함께 상기 제1휴대단말기의 사용자의 상기 어플리케이션에 대한 라이센스 정보를 추출하며,상기 c) 단계에서, 상기 제1휴대단말기는 상기 링크정보와 함께 상기 라이센스 정보를 상기 제2휴대단말기로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- a) 제1휴대단말기가 자신에게 설치되어 있는 어플리케이션에 대한 식별정보를 추출하여 제2휴대단말기로 전송함에 따라 상기 제2휴대단말기가 상기 식별정보를 수신하는 단계;b) 상기 어플리케이션을 다운로드 받을 수 있는 어플장터에 대한 접속 경로를 제공하는 링크정보를, 상기 제2휴대단말기가 상기 식별정보를 토대로 추출하는 단계; 및c) 상기 제2휴대단말기가 상기 링크정보를 이용하여 상기 어플장터에 접속하여, 상기 어플장터로부터 상기 어플리케이션의 파일을 다운로드 받아 설치하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계에서는, 상기 제2휴대단말기가 소정의 데이터베이스 서버에 접속하여, 상기 데이터베이스 서버로부터 각각의 상기 식별정보에 대한 상기 링크정보의 데이터베이스를 조회함으로써, 상기 데이터베이스 서버로부터 상기 링크정보를 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기간의 어플리케이션 이체설치 방법.
