Abstract
Description
項1.一般式(1):
副生成物として得られる一般式(3):R2X1(式中、R2は上記に同じであり、X1は、ハロゲン原子を示す。)で表されるアルキルハライドを、下記(i)工程及び(ii)工程によって処理して上記一般式(1)で表される2-(アルキルチオ)ベンゾニトリル化合物に変換して、1,2-ベンズイソチアゾール-3-オン化合物の製造原料として再利用すること特徴とする方法:
(i)一般式(3):R2X1(式中、R2及びX1は上記に同じ。)で表されるアルキルハライドを、硫化水素アルカリ金属塩及び硫化アルカリ金属塩からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種の硫化物と反応させて、一般式(4):R2SH(式中、R2は上記に同じ。)で表されるアルキルチオールとした後、該アルキルチオールのアルカリ金属塩とする工程、
(ii)上記(i)工程で得たアルキルチオールアルカリ金属塩を一般式(5):
項2. 上記(i)工程の反応を水と相間移動触媒の存在下で行う上記項1に記載の方法。
項3. 上記(ii)工程の反応を水と相間移動触媒の存在下で行う上記項1又は2に記載の方法。
項4. 上記(i)工程で用いる硫化物が硫化水素アルカリ金属塩である上記項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法。
項5. 一般式(1)において、R1が水素原子であり、R2がメチル基である上記項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法。
項6. 一般式(3):R2X1(式中、R2は、炭素数1~4のアルキル基を示し、X1はハロゲン原子を示す。)で表されるアルキルハライドを、硫化水素アルカリ金属塩及び硫化アルカリ金属塩からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種の硫化物と反応させて、一般式(4):R2SH(式中、R2は上記に同じ。)で表されるアルキルチオールとした後、該アルキルチオールのアルカリ金属塩とし、その後、一般式(5):
(1)1,2-ベンズイソチアゾール-3-オン化合物の製造工程
上記一般式(1):
本発明では、上記した方法で1,2-ベンズイソチアゾール-3-オン化合物を製造する際に、副生成物として生じる一般式(3):R2X1(式中、R2は、式(1)におけるR2と同じ基を示し、X1はハロゲン原子を示す。)で表されるアルキルハライドを下記(i)工程及び(ii)工程によって、一般式(1)で表される2-(アルキルチオ)ベンゾニトリル化合物に変換して、これを1,2-ベンズイソチアゾール-3-オン化合物の製造原料として再利用する。以下、この方法について具体的に説明する。
まず、第一工程として、1,2-ベンズイソチアゾール-3-オン化合物の製造工程において副生成物として得られる一般式(3):R2X1(式中、R2は、式(1)におけるR2と同じ基を示し、X1はハロゲン原子を示す。)で表されるアルキルハライドを、硫化水素アルカリ金属塩及び硫化アルカリ金属塩からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種の硫化物と反応させて、一般式(4):R2SH(式中、R2は式(1)におけるR2と同じ基を示す。)で表されるアルキルチオールとし、得られたアルキルチオールを、アルカリ金属を含む塩基と反応させてアルキルチオールのアルカリ金属塩とする。
この工程では、上記(i)工程で得られた一般式(4):R2SH(式中、R2は式(1)におけるR2と同じ基を示す。)で表されるアルキルチオールのアルカリ金属塩を、一般式(5):
上記した(i)工程と(ii)工程を組み合わせて行うことによって、一般式(1)で表される2-(アルキルチオ)ベンゾニトリル化合物とハロゲン化剤とを反応させて、一般式(2)で表される1,2-ベンズイソチアゾール-3-オン化合物を製造する際に生じる副生成物である一般式(3)で表されるアルキルハライドを、簡単な方法で収率良く一般式(1)で表される2-(アルキルチオ)ベンゾニトリル化合物に変換することができる。
(i)メタンチオールの合成工程
攪拌機、温度計、冷却器およびガス吹き込み管を備えた500mL四つ口フラスコに、窒素雰囲気下で、20%硫化水素ナトリウム水溶液280g(1.00モル)、クロロベンゼン200g、及び50重量%テトラ-n-ブチルアンモニウムブロマイド水溶液3.2gを仕込み、30℃で攪拌を行った。
攪拌機、温度計、滴下ロートおよび冷却器を備え付けた0.5L容の四つ口フラスコに、窒素雰囲気下で、2-クロロベンゾニトリル27.5g(0.2モル)、モノクロロベンゼン26.0g及び50重量%テトラ-n-ブチルアンモニウムブロマイド水溶液0.5gを仕込み、30重量%メタンチオールのナトリウム塩水溶液51.4g(0.22モル)を、70~75℃で5時間を要して滴下し、滴下終了後、さらに同温度で10時間反応させた。
攪拌機、温度計および冷却器を備え付けた0.5L容の四つ口フラスコに、上記(ii)項で得られた2-(メチルチオ)ベンゾニトリル29.8g(0.2モル)、モノクロロベンゼン46.0gおよび35重量%塩酸6.7g(塩酸0.06モル、水0.24モル)を仕込み、攪拌しながら塩素15.6g(0.22モル)を45~50℃で2時間を要して吹き込み、さらに65~70℃に加熱して1時間反応させた。反応終了後、同温度で20重量%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液41.0gを添加し、室温まで冷却した。
(i)エタンチオールの合成工程
攪拌機、温度計、冷却器およびガス吹き込み管を備えた500mL四つ口フラスコに、窒素雰囲気下で、20%硫化水素ナトリウム水溶液280g(1.00モル)、クロロベンゼン100g、及び50重量%テトラ-n-ブチルアンモニウムブロマイド水溶液3.2gを仕込み、30℃で攪拌した。
攪拌機、温度計、及び冷却器を備えた500mL四つ口フラスコに、窒素雰囲気下、2-クロロベンゾニトリル27.5g(0.2モル)、モノクロロベンゼン100g、及び50重量%テトラ-n-ブチルアンモニウムブロマイド水溶液2.25gを仕込み、上記(i)項で得られた30重量%エタンチオールのナトリウム塩水溶液67.3g(0.24モル)を攪拌下添加し、還流させながら2時間反応させた。
Claims (6)
- 一般式(1):
副生成物として得られる一般式(3):R2X1(式中、R2は上記に同じであり、X1は、ハロゲン原子を示す。)で表されるアルキルハライドを、下記(i)工程及び(ii)工程によって処理して上記一般式(1)で表される2-(アルキルチオ)ベンゾニトリル化合物に変換して、1,2-ベンズイソチアゾール-3-オン化合物の製造原料として再利用すること特徴とする方法:
(i)一般式(3):R2X1(式中、R2及びX1は上記に同じ。)で表されるアルキルハライドを、硫化水素アルカリ金属塩及び硫化アルカリ金属塩からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種の硫化物と反応させて、一般式(4):R2SH(式中、R2は上記に同じ。)で表されるアルキルチオールとした後、該アルキルチオールのアルカリ金属塩とする工程、
(ii)上記(i)工程で得たアルキルチオールアルカリ金属塩を一般式(5):
- 上記(i)工程の反応を水と相間移動触媒の存在下で行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記(ii)工程の反応を水と相間移動触媒の存在下で行う請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 上記(i)工程で用いる硫化物が硫化水素アルカリ金属塩である請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 一般式(1)において、R1が水素原子であり、R2がメチル基である請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 一般式(3):R2X1(式中、R2は、炭素数1~4のアルキル基を示し、X1はハロゲン原子を示す。)で表されるアルキルハライドを、硫化水素アルカリ金属塩及び硫化アルカリ金属塩からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種の硫化物と反応させて、一般式(4):R2SH(式中、R2は上記に同じ。)で表されるアルキルチオールとした後、該アルキルチオールのアルカリ金属塩とし、その後、一般式(5):
