Description
本発明は、車両に搭載される車載用充電装置、およびそのプログラムに関する。
携帯機器の普及にともない、この携帯機器の充電が車内でも行えるようにした車載用充電装置が提案されている(例えば下記特許文献1)。
すなわち、この車載用充電装置は、一面が開口部となったケースと、このケースの前記開口部を開閉自在に覆った蓋体と、この蓋体に対向する前記ケース内面部分に配置された充電コイルとを備えた構成となっている。
そして、この車載用充電装置を用いて携帯機器の充電を行う時には、ケース内に携帯機器を収納させ、車載用充電装置の充電コイルと、携帯機器の充電コイルを対向させることで、磁束による電力供給を行うようにしている。
前記従来例における課題は、車両制御、例えばドアの開閉制御に対する信頼性を低くしてしまう虞があると言うことであった。
すなわち、近年の車両は、ドアを開閉させるために、いわゆる、キーレスエントリ制御を行っており、このキーレスエントリ制御はリモコンキーと、車両の送受信機との間で無線交信することでドアの開閉を行うようになっている。
この場合、車内で車載用充電装置による携帯機器への充電を行っていると、その充電コイルから発せられる電磁波が、前記リモコンキーと、車両の送受信機との間で行われている無線交信に影響を与え、その結果として、ドアの開閉制御に対する信頼性が低くなってしまうことがあるのである。
そこで、本発明は、車両制御に対する信頼性の低下を防止することを目的とするものである。
本発明の車載用充電装置は、通信機を備える車両に搭載された充電コイルと、この充電コイルに接続された制御部とを備え、前記制御部は、車両駆動状態検出時に、前記充電コイルへの通電を行う。
また、本発明のプログラムは、通信機を備える車両のエンジン稼動状態信号および前記車両のサイドブレーキ解除信号を取得するステップと、前記エンジン稼動状態信号および前記サイドブレーキ解除信号により、車両駆動状態検出を行うステップと、車両駆動状態検出時に、前記車両に搭載された充電コイルへの通電を指示するステップと、をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムである。
この構成またはプログラムによれば、充電コイルへの通電は、車両駆動状態検出時、例えば車両のエンジン稼動状態検出、およびサイドブレーキが引かれているか否かにより行う構成としたので、車両駆動前の状態、つまりドアを開閉して乗り降りを行う状態では、充電コイルへの通電は行わない構成としている。
このため、例えばドアの開閉のために、リモコンキーと、車両の送受信機との間で無線交信を行う際にも、充電コイルから発せられる電磁波によって、この無線交信が影響を受けることは無く、その結果として、例えばドアの開閉制御等に対する信頼性が低くなってしまうのを防止することが出来るのである。
本発明によれば、車両制御に対する信頼性の低下を防止することができる。
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を、図面を用いて説明する。
(実施の形態1)
図1において、車両本体1の車内2前方にはハンドル3が配置され、またハンドル3の後方には、前席4、後席5が配置されている。

また、車内2のハンドル3左方には車載用充電装置6が配置されている。
車載用充電装置6は、図1に示すように、車両の各種制御を行う車両制御装置(U-COM)7に接続されている。
この車両制御装置7は、上述のごとく車両の各種制御を行うものであり、車両本体1の前後、左右には、ドア開閉用の出力を無線キー8に送信するためのアンテナ9と、無線キー8からの出力を受信するためのアンテナ10が接続されている。アンテナ9、10は通信機の一例である。
なお、アンテナ10と車両制御装置7間には、RF回路11が介在させられている。
また、図1に示すように、車両制御装置7に車載用充電装置6が接続されている。また、図2に示すように、車載用充電装置6は、充電コイル12と、この充電コイル12を駆動する充電回路6cを有する。
さらに、充電回路6cに制御部6aが接続されている。充電コイル12と携帯機器13の充電コイル14を接近、対向させると、制御部6aは、充電回路6cに指示し、非接触充電を開始する。
つまり、車両本体1の充電コイル12から携帯機器13の充電コイル14に向けて磁束を出すことにより、携帯機器13の非接触充電を行うものである。
本実施形態においては、前述のように、車両本体1の充電コイル12により携帯機器13の非接触充電を行う。このとき、車載用充電装置6の制御部6aは、車両制御装置7から車両の車両駆動状態検出信号を受けるように構成されている。
具体的には、車両のエンジン稼動状態検出を行うためのエンジン稼動検出部15と、車両が動いているか否かを検出するスピードパルス検出部16と、車両のサイドブレーキ解除出力を受けるサイドブレーキ検出部17が制御部6aに接続されている。これらから、車両駆動状態検出信号を受けることによって、制御部6aは、車両駆動状態検出を行うことが出来るようになっている。
以上の構成において、図3に示す処理フローを用いて非接触充電動作について説明する。図2に示すように、車内2にて携帯機器13の充電を車載用充電装置6によって行う時は、ユーザが充電コイル12と充電コイル14を接近させ、充電開始スイッチ6bを操作する(図3のS1)。
すると、車載用充電装置6の制御部6aは、先ずエンジン稼動検出部15を介してエンジンの稼動状態を検出する(図3のS2)。
このとき、エンジンが稼動していない時には、車両のバッテリー消耗や、ドア開閉動作の阻害を防止すべく、制御部6aは、携帯機器13の充電を開始させない。
つまり、エンジンが稼動していない状態では、これから車内2への乗り込みなどが行われる。すなわち、ドア開閉のために無線キー8とアンテナ9、および無線キー8とアンテナ10の間で交信が行われる可能性がある。
よって、このときには、制御部6aは、充電コイル12からの磁束を発せさせない。さらに、充電回路6cにも通電を行わないようにすることが好ましい。それによって、ドア開閉動作が影響を受けることの無いようにしている。充電回路6cへ通電することによっても、ドア開閉動作へ影響を与えることがあるためである。
また、制御部6aがエンジンが稼動状態であると判断したときには、次にサイドブレーキ検出部17によってサイドブレーキが引かれているか否かを検出する(図3のS3)。
つまり、エンジンを駆動した後でも、エンジンを駆動したまま、車外にでて、再び車内に戻るときには、ドア開閉のために無線キー8とアンテナ9、無線キー8とアンテナ10の間で交信が行われるので、この時のドア開閉動作を阻害しないようにしている。
具体的には、制御部6aは、サイドブレーキが引かれていた場合には、たとえ車載用充電装置6がON状態でも、車載用充電装置6をOFFとする(図3のS6、S7)。
また、サイドブレーキが引かれていないと、次に、制御部6aは、スピードパルス検出部16からの信号によって車両が動いているかを判定する(図3のS4)。
そして、制御部6aがスピードパルス検出部16からの信号によって車両が動いていると判定すると、制御部6aは、充電回路6cに通電を開始し、初めて車載用充電装置6をON状態とする(図3のS5)。
なお、制御部6aがサイドブレーキが引かれていないことにより、車両駆動状態と判定する。そして、制御部6aが充電回路6cに通電を指示し、車載用充電装置6をON状態とすることも可能である。
しかしながら、制御部6aがスピードパルス検出部16からの信号によって車両が動いていないと判定されると、また、サイドブレーキが引かれる可能性もあるので、その時には車載用充電装置6をON状態とはしないことが好ましい。
以上のように本実施形態では、充電コイルと、この充電コイルに接続された制御部とを備え、前記制御部は、車両駆動状態検出時に、前記充電コイルへの通電を行う構成としたものであるので、車両制御に対する信頼性の低下を防止することができる。
すなわち、本実施形態においては、充電コイルへの通電は、車両駆動状態検出時、例えば車両のエンジン稼動状態検出、およびサイドブレーキが引かれているか否かにより行う構成としたので、車両駆動前の状態、つまりドアを開閉して乗り降りを行う状態では、充電コイルへの通電は行わない構成としている。
このため、例えばドアの開閉のために、リモコンキーと、車両の送受信機との間で無線交信を行う際にも、充電コイルから発せられる電磁波によって、この無線交信が影響を受けることは無く、その結果として、例えばドアの開閉制御等に対する信頼性が低くなってしまうのを防止することが出来るのである。
本発明を詳細にまた特定の実施態様を参照して説明したが、本発明の精神と範囲を逸脱することなく様々な変更や修正を加えることができることは当業者にとって明らかである。

以上のように本発明においては、充電コイルへの通電は、車両駆動状態検出時、例えば車両のエンジン稼動状態検出により行う構成としたので、車両の駆動前の状態、つまりドアを開閉して乗り降りを行う状態では、充電コイルへの通電は行わない構成としている。
このため、例えばドアの開閉のために、リモコンキーと、車両の送受信機との間で無線交信を行う際にも、充電コイルから発せられる電磁波によって、この無線交信が影響を受けることは無く、その結果として、例えばドアの開閉制御等に対する信頼性が低くなってしまうのを防止することが出来るのである。
したがって、本発明の車載用充電装置としての活用が期待されるものとなる。

- 通信機を備える車両に搭載された充電コイルと、
この充電コイルに接続された制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、車両駆動状態検出時に、前記充電コイルへの通電を行う車載用充電装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載用充電装置であって、
前記制御部は、車両のエンジン稼動状態信号および車両のサイドブレーキ解除信号により、前記車両駆動状態検出を行う車載用充電装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車載用充電装置であって、
前記制御部は、スピードパルス検出部からのスピードパルス信号により前記車両駆動状態検出を行う記載の車載用充電装置。 - 通信機を備える車両に搭載された充電コイルと、
この充電コイルに接続された充電回路と、
この充電回路に接続された制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、車両駆動状態検出時に、前記充電コイルを駆動する充電回路への通電を行う車載用充電装置。 - 通信機を備える車両のエンジン稼動状態信号および前記車両のサイドブレーキ解除信号を取得するステップと、
前記エンジン稼動状態信号および前記サイドブレーキ解除信号により、車両駆動状態検出を行うステップと、
車両駆動状態検出時に、前記車両に搭載された充電コイルへの通電を指示するステップと、
をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
