  • the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-strength part used for an automotive structural part.
  • the hot stamping method has recently been used as a practical technique as a method of simultaneously satisfying the high strength, workability and product accuracy of steel sheets.
  • Patent Document 1 This is to heat a steel plate to an austenite region of about 900 ° C. and then press-form it hot, and quench it by bringing it into contact with a normal temperature mold during press-molding to obtain a high-strength material.
  • This hot stamping method also reduces the residual stress introduced during press forming, so that problems such as cracking and defective shape freezing that are problematic in high-strength steel sheets exceeding 1180 MPa in TS are suppressed. It is possible to manufacture parts with good product accuracy.
  • High-strength steel sheets used for automobiles and the like have the problem of formability described above as the strength is increased.

  • Patent Document 5 proposes that a Fe—Nb—Mn composite oxide is formed in a steel plate and the hydrogen trapping capability is enhanced by increasing the uneven distribution of Nb and Mn in the oxide.
  • the technique described in Patent Document 5 is a technique premised on a steel plate for enamel with a low C (carbon) content (usually 0.01% by mass or less), and a high C content such as a steel plate for automobiles.
  • a strong steel plate (C is 0.05% by mass or more) cannot be ignored because the deoxidation action of C cannot be ignored.
  • the amount of hydrogen to be a problem in a steel plate for enamel is as high as 10 to 100 ppm, whereas the amount of hydrogen in a very low concentration of 1 to 3 ppm is a problem in a high strength steel plate. Description
