为达成前述目的,本发明还可采用如下技术方案:一种顶棚结构, 包括有骨架, 骨架顶部为一对间隔设置的圓管, 其中骨架还包括连接 于圓管前端之间的连接件和连接于圆管顶部之间的横杆,横杆上安装 有前横梁, 圆管在位于前横梁后端的位置安装有后横梁, 圆管上包裹 有自后橫梁沿着圆管向前延伸的胶条,胶条和后横梁一起固定有后玻 璃, 胶条和前横梁一起固定有前玻璃, 前玻璃前端位于连接件上方。
进一步地, 所述骨架还具有与圓管相连并位于圆管外侧的扶手。 进一步地, 所述骨架还包括连接于圆管后端的一对方形管。 进一步地, 所述圓管位于扶手和前横梁之间的部分固定有内板, 所述顶棚结构还具有安全防护部, 安全防护部位于内板下端、 以及前 横梁和后横梁的下端。
进一步地,所述顶棚结构还包括围在骨架后部的向下延伸的与内 板相抵的后围外护板, 后围外护板与后横梁和圆管相固定。
进一步地,所述顶棚结构还包括位于安装前玻璃前端的用于安放 雨刮电机的第一支撑件。
进一步地, 第一支撑件安装于第二支撑件上, 第二支撑件焊接与 圓管上。
进一步地,所述第二支撑件两端分别具有用于搭在圆管上并与圆 管固定的 V形件。
进一步地,所述顶棚结构还包括与后玻璃和横杆固定在一起的第 三支撑件。
进一步地, 所述横杆固定有带安装孔的固定件, 第三支撑件上具 有两个与安装孔固定的固定柱, 后玻璃上具有定位孔, 第三支撑件还 具有两个用于和后玻璃上定位孔相对齐的限位孔。
相较于现有技术, 本发明的顶棚结构通过在骨架安装有不同零 件, 增强了整体的强度, 使顶棚结构更加可靠耐用。
为达成前述目的,本发明还可采用如下技术方案: 一种摇篮式 车架, 包括支撑梁以及连接于所述支撑梁的座位支架和侧支架, 其中所述侧支架包括对称设于所述支撑梁两侧的两个侧支架, 每 个侧支架包括大致垂直的水平杆和垂直杆, 其中水平杆设于所述 支撑梁下方并连接于所迷支撑梁的后方, 所述垂直杆垂直所述支 撑梁并连接于所述支撑梁前方, 所述座位支架固定于所述支撑梁 的后上方, 包括相互垂直的底座支架和靠背支架。
进一步地,所述支撑梁包括位于同一面内的第一支撑梁和第二 支撑梁, 每个支撑梁包括平板部以及分别于平板部两端折弯的第 一折弯部和第二折弯部。
进一步地, 所述支撑梁的顶端设有凹槽, 所述支撑梁的截面为 凹字形。
进一步地, 第一折弯部、第二折弯部以及平板部形成一凹形的 凹口, 所述第一支撑梁的凹口与所述第二支撑梁的凹口面向相反 方向。
进一步地, 所述两个支撑梁的折弯部之间固定连接有连接臂。 进一步地, 所述连接臂为弧形。
进一步地, 所述垂直杆通过固定件连接于所述支撑梁。
进一步地, 所述固定件为三角形, 包括用以收容所述垂直杆的 收容槽以及连接所述支撑梁的延伸部。
进一步地, 所述底座支架前端固定于所述支撑梁中部,所述底 座支架的后端固定于所述支撑梁的后端。
进一步地,所述底座支架前端通过第一支撑臂固定于所述支撑 梁中部, 所述底座支架的后端通过第二支撑臂固定于所述支撑梁 的后端。
进一步地, 所述第二支撑臂还固定连接于所述水平杆。 进一步地, 所述水平杆上固定有脚踏板。
进一步地, 所述脚踏板包括沿所述水平杆纵向设置的踏板以及 位于所述踏板下方的若干支撑肋。
进一步地, 所述踏板靠水平杆一侧向下垂直弯折有弯折部, 所 车架摇篮式的设计使得驾驶人在行驶中更加舒适, 支撑梁的 独特设计可使车身更加坚固, 以及固定件可以有效防止撞击对车 身的损坏。 附图说明 图 1为本发明顶棚结构的组合示意图。

请参阅图 1所示, 本发明顶棚结构应用于电动自行车上, 该顶棚 结构, 包括有骨架 1和安装于骨架 1上的横梁 2,横梁 2上固定有金属片 20, 金属片 20上具有限位孔 22, 骨架 1上具有固定孔(未标示), 顶棚 结构还包括有固定柱, 固定柱穿入限位孔 22和固定孔而将横梁 2固定 在骨架 1上。 所述固定柱为螺栓。 所述固定孔内安装有铆接螺母。
所述横梁 2包括顶棚后横梁 21,所述骨架 1包括两间隔设置的圆管 11 , 后横梁 21架设在两圆管 11上。 所述顶棚结构还包括包裹在圓管 11 下方的内板 4和包裹在圓管 11上方的后围外板 5, 所述后围外板 5围在 骨架 1后部并向下延伸与内板相抵, 后围外板 5与后横梁 21和圓管 11 相固定。 内板 4和后围外板 5内均埋设有定位片 41 , 定位片 41设有定位 孔(未标示), 铆接螺母朝内与内板 4的定位片 41相接触, 内板 4的定 位片 41朝内与顶棚后横梁 21的金属片 20相接触,顶棚后横梁 21的金属 片 20朝内与后围外板 5的定位片相接触,螺栓依次穿过后围外板 5定位 片的定位孔、 顶棚后橫梁 21金属片 20上的限位孔 22、 内板 4定位片 41 的定位孔 42以及铆接螺母而将骨架 1、 内板 4、顶棚后横梁 21和后围外 板 5固定在一起。
所述横梁 2包括顶棚前横梁 23,所述骨架 1还包括架设在两圆管 11 之间的前横杆 12, 顶棚前横梁 23和内板 4都包裹在前横杆 12的下方, 螺栓依次穿过顶棚前横梁 23金属片 20上的限位孔(未标示)、 内板 4 定位片 41的定位孔 42以及铆接螺母而将顶棚前横梁 23、 内板 4、 前横 杆 12固定在一起。
请参阅图 4至图 9所示, 骨架 1还包括连接于圆管 11前端之间的连 接件 13和连接于圆管 11顶部之间的横杆 12, 横杆 12上安装有前横梁 23 , 圓管 11在位于前横梁 23后端的位置安装有后横梁 21 , 圆管 11上包 裹有自后横梁 21沿着圓管 11向前延伸的胶条 43 , 胶条 43和后横梁 21 一起固定有后玻璃 53,胶条 43和前横梁 23—起固定有前玻璃 54, 前玻 璃 54前端位于连接件 13上方。
所述骨架 1还具有与圆管 11相连并位于圆管 11外侧的扶手 7。所述 骨架 1还包括连接于圆管 11后端的一对方形管 15。 所述圓管 11位于扶 手和前横梁 23之间的部分固定有内板 4。 所述顶棚结构还包括位于安 装前玻璃 54前端的用于安放雨刮电机的第一支撑件 8。
第一支撑件 8安装于第二支撑件 9上, 第二支撑件 9焊接于圆管 11 上。
所述顶棚结构还包括与后玻璃 53和横杆 21固定在一起的第三支 撑件 52。
所述横杆 21固定有带安装孔 560的固定件 56, 第三支撑件 52上具 有两个与安装孔 560固定的固定柱 55 , 后玻璃 53上具有定位孔, 第三 支撑件 52还具有两个用于和后玻璃 53上定位孔相对齐的限位孔 520。 所述第二支撑件 9两端分别具有用于搭在圆管 11上并与圆管固定的 V 形件 91。
所述顶棚结构还具有安全防护部 6,安全防护部 6的外层材料为塑 胶, 里面包裹的是泡沫材料, 安全防护部 6位于内板 4下端并安装在扶 手 7上, 安全防护部 6也位于前横梁 23和后横梁 21的下端, 这样, 在电 动车翻倒时, 人体会接触到安全防护部, 由于安全防护部比较软, 对 人体具有很好的缓冲保护作用, 避免发生意外伤害。
参图 10所示, 本发明的电动自行车还包括车架 100、 分别位于 车架 100前方和后方的前轮和后轮(未图示)、 设于车架 100前方的 车头组件 20、设于车架 100后方的后轮组件 300以及连接于车架 100 上的驻车机构 400。 参图 10至图 12所示, 车架 100包括支撑梁 110、 侧支架 120以 及座位支架 130, 支撑梁 110、 侧支架 120以及座位支架 130的组装 使得车架整体呈摇篮式。
支撑梁 110设置为两个,分别为位于同一面内的第一支撑梁和第 二支撑梁, 每一个支撑梁 110为金属材质制成, 其顶端沿纵长方向形 成有凹槽 111, 使得支撑梁 110的截面呈凹字形。 每一个支撑梁 110 包括矩形的平板部 112、 自平板部 112—端弯折的第一折弯部 113以 及自平板部 112另一端弯折的第二折弯部 114, 第一弯折部 113和第 二弯折部 114位于平板部 112的同一侧,且第一弯折部 113和第二弯 折部 114与平板部 112形成一凹形的 口,两个支撑梁 110背向设置, 凹口面向相反方向。 在两平板部 112之间设有一金属轴 14, 两第一 折弯部 113之间通过弧形的连接臂 150连接。
侧支架 120对称设于支撑梁 110的左右两侧,每个侧支架 120大 致呈 "L" 形, 包括位于支撑梁 110下方的水平杆 121以及大致与水 平杆 121垂直的垂直杆 122, 水平杆 121与支撑梁 110的第二折弯部 114固定连接, 垂直杆 122通过三角形的固定件 16固定连接于支撑 梁 110的第一折弯部 113; 座位支架 130固定连接于支撑梁 110的第 二折弯部 114上方,包括用以承担人体重量的底座支架 131以及用以 抵靠人体后背的靠背支架 132, 底座支架 131和靠背支架 132垂直。 底座支架 131 的前端通过第一支撑臂 1311 固定于平板部 112, 底座 支架 131的后端通过第二支撑臂 1321 固定于第二折弯部 114的后端 并向下延伸与水平杆 121固定连接。
本发明的车架 100通过支撑梁 110、侧支架 120以及座位支架 130 的连接, 使得车架 100的整体呈摇篮式, 驾驶者在行驶中更加舒适。 同时由于支撑梁 110采用凹字形金属材料制成, 强度较大, 可以承受 较大的压力和撞击力, 大大提高了车架 100的坚固度。
参图 12所示, 固定件 16用以固定侧支架 120和支撑梁 110, 包 括用以收容垂直杆 122的收容槽 161以及用以连接支撑梁 110的延伸 部 162。 当电动自行车受到撞击时, 固定件 16将外力传递至支撑梁 110, 由于支撑梁 110比较坚固, 可有效抵挡外部的受力, 避免电动 自行车较大的变形, 进而保护驾驶者。
参图 11和图 13所示, 水平杆 121上还可固定安装有脚踏板 17, 脚 方并用以支撑踏板 171的若干支撑肋 173 , 支撑肋 173之间相互平行且 垂直于踏板 171和水平杆 121。 踏板 171靠水平杆一侧向下垂直弯折有 弯折部 1711, 所述支撑肋 173贴近水平杆 121—侧设置为可与水平杆 121相配合的弧形,所述弯折部 1711和所述支撑肋 173之间形成有可固 定水平杆 121的收容部 172。
综上所述, 以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 不应以此限制本 发明的范围,即凡是依本发明权利要求书及发明说明书内容所作的简 单的等效变化与修饰, 皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种顶棚结构, 包括有骨架和安装于骨架上的横梁, 其特征 在于: 横梁上固定有金属片, 金属片上具有限位孔, 骨架上具有固定 孔, 顶棚结构还包括有固定柱, 固定柱穿入限位孔和固定孔而将横梁 固定在骨架上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述固定柱为 螺栓。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述固定孔内 安装有铆接螺母。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述横梁包括 顶棚后横梁, 所述骨架包括两间隔设置的圆管,后横梁架设在两圓管 上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述顶棚结构 还包括包裹在圆管下方的内板和包裹在圆管上方的后围外板,内板和 后围外板内均埋设有定位片, 定位片设有定位孔, 铆接螺母朝内与内 板的定位片相接触, 内板的定位片朝内与顶棚后横梁的金属片相接 触, 顶棚后横梁的金属片朝内与后围外板的定位片相接触, 螺栓依次 穿过后围外板定位片的定位孔、顶棚后横梁金属片上的限位孔、 内板 定位片的定位孔以及铆接螺母而将骨架、 内板、顶棚后横梁和后围外 板固定在一起。
6、根据权利要求 4所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述横梁包括 顶棚前横梁和包裹在圆管下方的内板,所述骨架还包括架设在两圓管 之间的前横杆, 内板埋设有定位片, 定位片设有定位孔, 顶棚前横梁 和内板都包裹在前横杆的下方,螺栓依次穿过顶棚前横梁金属片上的 艮位孔、 内板定位片的定位孔以及铆接螺母而将顶棚前横梁、 内板、 前横杆固定在一起。
7、 —种顶棚结构, 包括有骨架, 骨架顶部为一对间隔设置的圆 管, 其特征在于: 骨架还包括连接于圆管前端之间的连接件和连接于 圆管顶部之间的横杆,横杆上安装有前横梁, 圓管在位于前横梁后端 的位置安装有后横梁,圆管上包裹有自后横梁沿着圓管向前延伸的胶 条,胶条和后横梁一起固定有后玻璃,胶条和前横梁一起固定有前玻 璃, 前玻璃前端位于连接件上方。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述骨架还具 有与圆管相连并位于圓管外侧的扶手。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述骨架还包 括连接于圆管后端的一对方形管。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述圆管位 于扶手和前横梁之间的部分固定有内板,所述顶棚结构还具有安全防 护部, 安全防护部位于内板下端、 以及前横梁和后横梁的下端。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述顶棚结 构还包括围在骨架后部的向下延伸的与内板相抵的后围外护板,后围 外护板与后横梁和圓管相固定。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述顶棚结 构还包括位于安装前玻璃前端的用于安放雨刮电机的第一支撑件。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 第一支撑件 安装于第二支撑件上, 第二支撑件焊接与圆管上。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述第二支 撑件两端分别具有用于搭在圆管上并与圆管固定的 V形件。
15、 根据权利要求 7所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述顶棚结 构还包括与后玻璃和横杆固定在一起的第三支撑件。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的顶棚结构, 其特征在于: 所述横杆固 定有带安装孔的固定件,第三支撑件上具有两个与安装孔固定的固定 柱,后玻璃上具有定位孔, 第三支撑件还具有两个用于和后玻璃上定 位孔相对齐的限位孔。
17、一种摇篮式车架, 包括支撑梁以及连接于所述支撑梁的座 位支架和側支架, 其特征在于: 所述側支架包括对称设于所述支 撑梁两侧的两个侧支架, 每个侧支架包括大致垂直的水平杆和垂 直杆, 其中水平杆设于所述支撑梁下方并连接于所述支撑梁的后 方, 所述垂直杆垂直所述支撑梁并连接于所述支撑梁前方, 所述 座位支架固定于所述支撑梁的后上方,包括相互垂直的底座支架和 靠背支架。
18、根据权利要求 17所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述支 撑梁包括位于同一面内的第一支撑梁和第二支撑梁, 每个支撑梁 包括平板部以及分别于平板部两端折弯的第一折弯部和第二折弯 部。
19、 根据权利要求 17或 18所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述支撑梁的顶端设有 ϋ槽, 所述支撑梁的截面为凹字形。
20、 根据权利要求 18 所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 第一 折弯部、 第二折弯部以及平板部形成一 HJ形的 IHJ口, 所述第一支 撑梁的凹口与所述第二支撑梁的凹口面向相反方向。
21、 根据权利要求 19 所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述 两个支撑梁的折弯部之间固定连接有连接臂。
22、 根据权利要求 21 所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述 连接臂为弧形。
23、 根据权利要求 17 所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述 垂直杆通过固定件连接于所述支撑梁。
24、 根据权利要求 23 所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述 固定件为三角形, 包括用以收容所述垂直杆的收容槽以及连接所 述支撑梁的延伸部。
25、 根据权利要求 17或 18所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述底座支架前端固定于所述支撑梁中部, 所述底座支架的后端固 定于所述支撑梁的后端。
26、 根据权利要求 25 所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述 底座支架前端通过第一支撑臂固定于所述支撑梁中部, 所述底座支 架的后端通过第二支撑臂固定于所述支撑梁的后端。
27、 根据权利要求 26 所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述 第二支撑臂还固定连接于所述水平杆。
28、 根据权利要求 17 所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述 水平杆上固定有脚踏板。
29、 根据权利要求 28 所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述 脚踏板包括沿所述水平杆纵向设置的踏板以及位于所述踏板下方的 若干支撑肋。
30、 根据权利要求 28所述的摇篮式车架, 其特征在于: 所述 踏板靠水平杆一侧向下垂直弯折有弯折部,所述弯折部和所述支撑肋 之间形成有可配合所述水平杆的收容部。
