Abstract

본 발명은 볼록하게 라운드지며, 냄비 본체의 개구부를 덮는 바디; 상기 보디의 내측 하부에 형성된 함몰부; 상기 바디에 함몰부의 상단 테두리를 고정 및 분리가 가능하도록 장착시키는 탈착부; 상기 함몰부 상부에 형성되고, 냄비 본체에서 생성되는 증기가 유입되는 유입홀; 및 상기 함볼부 하부에 형성되고, 증기가 액화된 물방울이 상기 본체로 유출되는 유출홀;을 포함하여 이루어진 넘침 방지용 뚜껑을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 넘침 방지용 뚜껑에 의하면, 뚜껑의 들림이나 음식물의 넘침을 효과적으로 방지하고, 넘침 방지를 위해 도입되는 구성의 구조가 간단하여 제조원가의 상승이 최소화하며, 증기의 과도한 배출을 억제하여 고압에 의한 음식물의 조리가 가능하고, 증기의 과도한 배출로 조리시에 물이 부족해지는 것을 예방할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명에 의하면 뚜껑의 바디로부터 함몰부를 탈착식으로 구성함으로써 함몰부의 소제가 용이하여 항상 위생적인 관리가 이루어질 수 있는 우수한 효과를 얻을 수 있는 것이다.
