为了更好提高汽车, 特别是轿车车身的内腔防腐性, 在前处理及电泳涂装过程中 均将车身进行 360° 翻转浸泡处理, 但是在车身翻转过程中, 因发动机舱盖不能很好 的固定, 存在如下问题: 1、 当车身处于水平状态时, 发动机舱盖因自身重量自然下垂, 造成发动机舱盖两侧与前横梁大面积重合, 导致重合部位的电泳漆膜不完整或电泳漆 膜碰伤等问题; 2、 发动机舱盖在车身翻转过程中容易被撞击变形, 而在实际生产过程 中均采用铁丝对舱盖进行捆绑处理, 但由于铁丝捆绑操作繁琐, 增大了员工的劳动强 度, 影响了生产效率。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种汽车发动机舱盖的电泳涂装固定辅具及 其使用方法, 以解决发动机舱盖在电泳涂装过程中出现的少漆及漆膜碰伤等问题, 同 时方便人员作业。
本发明所要解决的技术问题, 是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种汽车发动机舱盖的电泳涂装固定辅具, 该辅具包括一个支撑杆, 所述支撑杆的顶端设置有一个用于将支撑杆与待涂装车身的发动机舱盖锁扣固定的锁 扣固定装置, 支撑杆的底部设置有一个用于将支撑杆固定于待涂装车身的前横梁上的 定位装置。
本发明还提供上述汽车发动机舱盖的电泳涂装固定辅具的使用方法, 该方法包括 如下步骤:

9、根据权利要求 3所述的汽车发动机舱盖的电泳涂装固定辅具的使用方法, 其特 征在于包括如下步骤:
A: 涂装前: 掀开待涂装车身的发动机舱盖, 并用支撑杆 (1 ) 支撑, 然后将支撑 杆 (1 ) 最底端的定位螺母 (41 ) 卸下, 并将支撑杆 (1 ) 向下插入待涂装车身的前横 梁中心工艺孔内, 然后将拆下的定位螺母 (41 ) 由支撑杆 (1 ) 的底部向上旋入, 直到 待涂装车身的前横梁的上下两端面分别被两个定位螺母 (4, 41 )压紧; 缓慢放下待涂 装车身的发动机舱盖, 使待涂装车身的发动机舱盖锁扣向下落入 U形紧固件 (2) 内, 将螺栓 (3 ) 依次穿过 U形紧固件 (2) 上部的两个螺孔并旋紧, 从而将锁扣固定装置 与发动机舱盖锁扣相固定;
B: 进行车身电泳涂装;
C: 涂装后: 拆下支撑杆顶端的螺栓, 然后将发动机舱盖用支撑杆 (1 ) 支撑, 向 下旋最底端的定位螺母(41 ), 最后将支撑杆的底边斜向拔出前横梁中心工艺孔, 取出 电泳涂装固定辅具。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的汽车发动机舱盖的电泳涂装固定辅具的使用方法, 其 特征在于包括如下步骤:
A: 涂装前: 掀开待涂装车身的发动机舱盖, 并用支撑杆 (1 ) 支撑, 然后将支撑 杆底边 (11 ) 斜向插入待涂装车身的前横梁中心工艺孔内, 然后摆正支撑杆 (1 ), 并 将支撑杆 (1 ) 杆身上的定位螺母 (4) 向下旋, 直到待涂装车身的前横梁的上下两端 面分别被定位螺母(4)及支撑杆底边(11 )压紧; 缓慢放下待涂装车身的发动机舱盖, 使待涂装车身的发动机舱盖锁扣向下落入 U形紧固件 (2) 内, 将螺栓 (3 ) 依次穿过 U形紧固件(2)上部的两个螺孔并旋紧, 从而将锁扣固定装置与发动机舱盖锁扣相固 定;
B: 进行车身电泳涂装;
C: 涂装后: 拆下支撑杆(1 )顶端的螺栓(3 ), 然后将发动机舱盖用支撑杆支撑, 向上旋定位螺母 (4), 最后将支撑杆底边 (11 ) 斜向拔出前横梁中心工艺孔, 取出电 泳涂装固定辅具。
