Abstract
Description
〔1〕 相手摺動部材がゴムである摺動部材に用いられる摺動材料組成物であって、バインダー樹脂、Nω-モノアシル塩基性アミノ酸を5~25容量%、二硫化モリブデンを5~25容量%、及びポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)を5~20容量%含む摺動材料組成物。
〔2〕 前記二硫化モリブデンの含有量に対するPTFEの含有量比が体積基準で0.5~2.0である上記〔1〕に記載の摺動材料組成物。
〔3〕 前記二硫化モリブデンとPTFEとの合計含有量をXとし、Nω-モノアシル塩基性アミノ酸の含有量をYとした場合の比率が体積基準で2≦X/Y≦3の関係を満たす上記〔1〕または〔2〕に記載の摺動材料組成物。
〔4〕 グラファイト、二硫化タングステン、雲母、PTFEを除くフッ素樹脂、窒化ホウ素、フッ化黒鉛、及びフラーレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の固体潤滑剤をさらに10容量%以下含む上記〔1〕~〔3〕のいずれか1に記載の摺動材料組成物。
〔5〕 SiC、アルミナ、Si3N4、TiO2、SiO2、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、及びりん酸カルシウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の無機添加剤をさらに含む上記〔1〕~〔4〕のいずれか1に記載の摺動材料組成物。
〔6〕 前記バインダー樹脂がポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ポリアセタール樹脂、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂、及びポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の樹脂である上記〔1〕~〔5〕のいずれか1に記載の摺動材料組成物。
〔7〕 相手摺動部材がゴムである摺動部材であって、鉄鋼、ステンレス、鋳鉄、銅、銅合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、ゴム、プラスチック及びセラミックスからなる群より選ばれる材料からなる基材と、該基材表面に設けられ、バインダー樹脂、Nω-モノアシル塩基性アミノ酸を5~25容量%、二硫化モリブデンを5~25容量%、及びPTFEを5~20容量%含む被覆層とを有する摺動部材。
〔8〕 前記被覆層における二硫化モリブデンの含有量に対するPTFEの含有量比が体積基準で0.5~2.0である上記〔7〕に記載の摺動部材。
〔9〕 前記被覆層における二硫化モリブデンとPTFEとの合計含有量をXとし、Nω-モノアシル塩基性アミノ酸の含有量をYとした場合の比率が体積基準で2≦X/Y≦3の関係を満たす上記〔7〕または〔8〕に記載の摺動部材。
〔10〕 前記被覆層が、グラファイト、二硫化タングステン、雲母、PTFEを除くフッ素樹脂、窒化ホウ素、フッ化黒鉛、及びフラーレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の固体潤滑剤を10容量%以下含む上記〔7〕~〔9〕のいずれか1に記載の摺動部材。
〔11〕 前記被覆層が、SiC、アルミナ、Si3N4、TiO2、SiO2、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、及びりん酸カルシウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の無機添加剤を含む上記〔7〕~〔10〕のいずれか1に記載の摺動部材。
〔12〕 前記バインダー樹脂がポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ポリアセタール樹脂、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂、及びポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の樹脂である上記〔7〕~〔11〕のいずれか1に記載の摺動部材。
〔13〕 相手摺動部材が自動車用ハブベアリング部のシール部品である上記〔7〕~〔12〕のいずれか1に記載の摺動部材。
相手材が弾性体であるゴムとの摺動においては、1箇所が動きはじめれば静摩擦係数から動摩擦係数に移行するため、配合される固体潤滑剤のうち摩擦係数の低いものの影響を受けやすい。対して相手材が剛体の場合は全体が動き始めなければ動摩擦係数に移行しないため、配合される固体潤滑剤のうち摩擦係数の高いものの影響を受けやすい。これに鑑み本発明の組成物は3種類の固体潤滑剤を含む。第一に起動時の静摩擦係数を下げるもの、第二に動摩擦係数を下げ且つ耐摩耗性が得られるもの、第三にグリースがなくなった場合すなわち無潤滑下となった場合に動摩擦係数を下げるものである。本発明では1つ目の固体潤滑剤としてアミノ酸系固体潤滑剤であるNω-モノアシル塩基性アミノ酸、2つ目として二硫化モリブデン(MoS2)、3つ目としてPTFEを採用した。
なお、二硫化モリブデンは平均粒径が0.5~20μmであることが好ましく、1μm~10μmがより好ましい。
なお、PTFEは平均粒径が0.5~20μmであることが好ましく、1μm~10μmがより好ましい。
上記以外の固体潤滑剤としては、グラファイト、二硫化タングステン、雲母、PTFE以外のフッ素樹脂、窒化ホウ素、フッ化黒鉛、及びフラーレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であることが好ましい。また、低摩擦性の観点から、これら固体潤滑剤の組成物における含有量は10容量%以下が好ましい。
SUS基材(厚さ約0.8mm)をショットブラスト処理後、表1に示す組成物を約15μmの厚さでスプレーコートした。なお、Nε-ラウロイル-L-リジンは味の素株式会社のアミホープLL(登録商標)を使用し、ポリアミドイミド(PAI)樹脂は日立化成HPC-5300を使用した。グラファイトの平均粒径は1μmであり、二硫化モリブデンの平均粒径は1.0μmであった。スプレーコートによる成膜後200℃で焼成し、供試材を作製した。
各実施例及び比較例の供試材について往復摺動試験を行い、摩擦係数及び摩耗量を測定した。また、実施例5の供試材に関し摩擦トルク試験を行った。往復摺動試験の結果を表1に、摩擦トルク試験の結果を図3に示す。

試験の結果を表1に示す。
図2(a)および図2(b)に示す試験機を用い、ベアリング回転数を100~800rpmの範囲で変化させ、実施例5の摺動材組成物を用いた場合と、摺動材組成物を用いない場合(すなわちSUSのみ)について、グリース潤滑下でのトルクの低減効果を比較した。
試験の結果を図3に示す。
Claims (13)
- 相手摺動部材がゴムである摺動部材に用いられる摺動材料組成物であって、バインダー樹脂、Nω-モノアシル塩基性アミノ酸を5~25容量%、二硫化モリブデンを5~25容量%、及びポリテトラフルオロエチレンを5~20容量%含む摺動材料組成物。
- 前記二硫化モリブデンの含有量に対するポリテトラフルオロエチレンの含有量比が体積基準で0.5~2.0である請求項1に記載の摺動材料組成物。
- 前記二硫化モリブデンとポリテトラフルオロエチレンとの合計含有量をXとし、Nω-モノアシル塩基性アミノ酸の含有量をYとした場合の比率が体積基準で2≦X/Y≦3の関係を満たす請求項1または2に記載の摺動材料組成物。
- グラファイト、二硫化タングステン、雲母、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを除くフッ素樹脂、窒化ホウ素、フッ化黒鉛、及びフラーレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の固体潤滑剤をさらに10容量%以下含む請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動材料組成物。
- SiC、アルミナ、Si3N4、TiO2、SiO2、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、及びりん酸カルシウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の無機添加剤をさらに含む請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の摺動材料組成物。
- 前記バインダー樹脂がポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ポリアセタール樹脂、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂、及びポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の樹脂である請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の摺動材料組成物。
- 相手摺動部材がゴムである摺動部材であって、鉄鋼、ステンレス、鋳鉄、銅、銅合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、ゴム、プラスチック及びセラミックスからなる群より選ばれる材料からなる基材と、該基材表面に設けられ、バインダー樹脂、Nω-モノアシル塩基性アミノ酸を5~25容量%、二硫化モリブデンを5~25容量%、及びポリテトラフルオロエチレンを5~20容量%含む被覆層とを有する摺動部材。
- 前記被覆層における二硫化モリブデンの含有量に対するポリテトラフルオロエチレンの含有量比が体積基準で0.5~2.0である請求項7に記載の摺動部材。
- 前記被覆層における二硫化モリブデンとポリテトラフルオロエチレンとの合計含有量をXとし、Nω-モノアシル塩基性アミノ酸の含有量をYとした場合の比率が体積基準で2≦X/Y≦3の関係を満たす請求項7または8に記載の摺動部材。
- 前記被覆層が、グラファイト、二硫化タングステン、雲母、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを除くフッ素樹脂、窒化ホウ素、フッ化黒鉛、及びフラーレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の固体潤滑剤を10容量%以下含む請求項7~9のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部材。
- 前記被覆層が、SiC、アルミナ、Si3N4、TiO2、SiO2、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、及びりん酸カルシウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の無機添加剤を含む請求項7~10のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部材。
- 前記バインダー樹脂がポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ポリアセタール樹脂、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂、及びポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の樹脂である請求項7~11のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部材。
- 相手摺動部材が自動車用ハブベアリング部のシール部品である請求項7~12のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部材。
