- the disclosed embodiment relates to a DIN rail mounting type device that is detachably mounted on a DIN rail.
- a DIN rail mounting type device that is detachably mounted on a DIN rail
- the housing (unit body) of this conventional DIN rail mounting type device has a rail groove (engagement recess) provided on the back surface thereof so as to extend in the width direction of the housing.
- the rail groove engages the DIN rail, is locked to the DIN rail by a lock member (slider lock device), and is attached to the DIN rail.
- the lock member protrudes from the housing not only in the state of being attached to the DIN rail but also in the state of being detached from the DIN rail. For this reason, there are the following problems. That is, an operator who handles the DIN rail mounting type device in the removed state gets caught by the hand on the protruding locking member, or when packing the DIN rail mounting type device, the locking member is caught on the packing material and is difficult to pack. There is a problem. In addition, there is a problem that the lock member is damaged during the transportation of the DIN rail mounting type device, or the lock member cannot be placed flat with the lock member side facing down. Furthermore, if the DIN rail mounting type device has a fixing mechanism with screws, etc., and it is fixed with screws, etc. without being attached to the DIN rail, a wasteful installation space is required to avoid the protruding lock member. There is also a problem of becoming.

- the lock member 150 can move to the storage position only when the DIN rail 200 is not fitted in the rail groove 112, in the state where the DIN rail 200 is fitted in the rail groove 112, Regardless of whether or not the fitting state is maintained, it is located at a position other than the storage position (that is, the lock position or the unlock position). In a state where the DIN rail 200 is fitted in the rail groove 112, the operator needs to operate the lock member 150 in order to switch between holding (locking) and releasing (unlocking) the fitting state. Since the operation side end 152 protrudes from the housing 110 by positioning the lock member 150 at a position other than the storage position (lock position or unlock position), the operator uses the operation side end 152 to lock the lock member 150. Can be operated easily.
- the locking member 150 is configured such that the engagement side end 151 protrudes from the slider groove 113 into the rail groove 112 when the operation side end 152 is located at the storage position where the operation side end 152 is stored in the slider groove 113. ing.
- the operator pushes the engagement side end portion 151 protruding into the rail groove 112 downward, so that the operation side end portion 152 is moved to the slider groove.
- the operation side end 152 can be protruded from the housing 110 by being drawn downward from 113. As a result, the operator can operate the lock member 150 from the storage position to the lock position or the unlock position using the operation side end 152.
- the lock member 150 is in the storage position in a state in which the fitting state between the rail groove 112 and the DIN rail 200 is maintained (hereinafter referred to as “locked state”), and the fitting state is not maintained (hereinafter “In the unlocked state, the operation side end 152 of the lock member 150 is housed in the slider groove 113 and does not protrude downward from the housing 110 in the locked state. Even if a person tries to switch from the locked state to the unlocked state, it becomes difficult to operate the lock member 150.
- the operation side end 152 of the lock member 150 projects downward from the housing 110 even in the locked state, the operator operates the lock member 150 using the operation side end 152 to lock the lock member 150.
- the state can be easily switched to the unlocked state.
- the operation-side end 152 of the lock member 150 protrudes from the housing 110, so that the lock member 150 can be operated using the operation-side end 152 to easily change the unlocked state to the locked state. Can be switched.
- the operability for switching between the locked state and the unlocked state can be improved.
- the unlock recess 117, the lock recess 118, and the storage recess 119 provided in the slider groove 113 are provided.
