Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer facilement une unité d'emballage (24) sans palette, comportant des objets d'emballage (4) empilés pour former une pile de produits (2), selon lequel les objets d'emballage (4) sont empilés de telle manière qu'au moins deux régions d'engagement (10) soient formées pour les branches de fourche d'un chariot élévateur dans au moins un plan de la pile, selon lequel tout d'abord une couche de retenue (12) recouvrant les régions d'engagement (10) et les objets d'emballage (4) disposés à proximité de celles-ci est placée sur la pile de produits (2) et ensuite cette dernière (2) est enveloppée, en interposant la couche de retenue (12), avec une première feuille (14) dont l'ampleur est tout d'abord plus petite que l'ampleur de la pile de produits (2) et qui est étirée, avant l'enveloppement de la pile de produits (2), pour avoir une ampleur plus grande que celle de la pile de produit (2) et est placée avec une tension périphérique élastique sur la pile de produit (2) et la pile de produits (16) enveloppée d'un côté est retournée afin que la partie de la pile de produits (16) présentant les régions d'engagement (10) soit en bas. Selon le procédé selon l'invention, l'unité d'emballage est produite sans qu'une deuxième feuille tirée sur la périphérie de la pile de produits (2) soit utilisée comme coiffe tubulaire après le retournement. La présente invention concerne également une unité d'emballage correspondante.
