Claims (17)

  1. Sachet (10) avec une paroi avant (11) et une paroi arrière (12), disposée parallèlement à la paroi avant (11), un fond (13) pliable dans le plan des parois (11, 12), de façon à obtenir un espace de remplissage ouvert d'un côté (14), et une paire de poignées de transport (31) qui est fixée à la paroi avant (11) et à la paroi arrière (12),
    la paire de poignées de transport (31) pouvant être amenée dans une position d'utilisation (1) et dans une position de repos (2), dans lequel, dans la position de repos (2), la paire de poignées de transport (31) est entièrement repliée à l'intérieur de l'espace de remplissage (14) et, dans la position d'utilisation (1), la paire de poignées de transport (31) dépasse, au moins à certains endroits, de l'espace de remplissage (14), dans lequel la paire de poignées de transport (31) comprend une ligne de pliage (15) qui, dans la position d'utilisation (1), est disposée dans l'espace de remplissage (14), dans lequel la paire de poignées de transport (31) comprend deux poignées (32, 33) qui sont fixées à l'intérieur de l'espace de remplissage (14) à la paroi avant (11) et à la paroi arrière (12), dans lequel une poignée (32, 33) est fixée à l'intérieur (16) de la paroi avant (11) et l'autre poignée (32, 33) est fixée à l'intérieur (17) de la paroi arrière (12),
    caractérisé en ce que chaque poignée (32, 33) est une partie d'un élément porteur (30) qui est fixé à l'intérieur (16) de la paroi avant (11) resp. à l'intérieur (17) de la paroi arrière (12) et de préférence est conçu comme une feuille, dans lequel, sur l'élément porteur (30), est intégrée au moins une poignée dépliable (32, 33).
  2. Sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la paire de poignées de transport (31) est fixée par liaison de matière aux deux parois (11, 12), dans lequel, plus particulièrement, une liaison par collage à chaud ou une liaison par collage à froid est réalisée.
  3. Sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément porteur (30) est estampé ou traité au laser ou perforé de façon à ce que la poignée (32, 33) puisse être dépliée hors de l'élément porteur (30).
  4. Sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément porteur (30) est disposé de manière alignée avec le bord (18) de la paroi avant (11) et/ou de la paroi arrière (12), dans lequel le bord (18) est disposé en face du fond (13).
  5. Sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément porteur (30) présente une forme rectangulaire et/ou carrée.
  6. Sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur le bord (18) de la paroi avant (11) ou de la paroi arrière (12), est réalisée une aide à l'ouverture (19), plus particulièrement en ce que l'aide à l'ouverture (19) est conçue comme un évidement (19).
  7. Sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bord (18) est perforé et/ou feutré et/ou effiloché.
  8. Sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la poignée (32, 33) présente la forme d'un support de publicité, plus particulièrement la poignée (32, 33) présente la forme d'un M.
  9. Sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément porteur (30) présente une épaisseur de matériau qui est supérieure à la paroi avant (11) et/ou la paroi arrière (12)
    et/ou en ce que l'élément porteur (30) est constitué d'un papier renforcé par un matériau et/ou renforcé par un tissu et/ou d'un tissu et/ou d'un non-tissé ou d'une matière plastique.
  10. Sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la paroi avant (11) et/ou la paroi arrière (12) comprennent une fenêtre (20) ou une bande transparente,
    et/ou en ce que le fond (13) est conçu comme un fond croisé (13a) ou comme un fond plat (13b) ou comme un fond à plis plats et latéraux (13c).
  11. Sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément porteur (30) présente un poids d'environ 200 g/m2 à 300 g/m2, plus particulièrement en ce que l'élément porteur (30) présente un poids inférieur à 200 g/m2, de préférence en ce que l'élément porteur (30) présente un poids inférieur à 100 g/m2, plus particulièrement de préférence en ce que l'élément porteur (30) présente un poids inférieur à 65 g/m2.
  12. Procédé de fabrication d'un sachet (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, avec une paroi avant (11) et une paroi arrière (12), disposée parallèlement à la paroi avant (11), un fond (13) pliable dans le plan des parois (11, 12), de façon à obtenir un espace de remplissage ouvert d'un côté (14), et une paire de poignées de transport (31) qui est fixée à la paroi avant (11) et à la paroi arrière (12),
    avec les étapes suivantes :
    a) fixation de deux éléments porteurs (30) distants entre eux à une bande de matériau (3) se déplaçant en translation, dans lequel, à l'élément porteur (30), est intégrée au moins une poignée dépliable (32, 33),
    b) formation d'une gaine de la bande de matériau (3), de façon à ce que la bande de matériau (3) forme une gaine (4) et à ce que les éléments porteurs (30) se superposent,
    c) séparation de la bande de matériau (3), de façon à obtenir différentes portions de gaine (5) avec au moins deux éléments porteurs (30) superposés, qui se trouvent à l'intérieur de la gaine (4),
    d) pliage de la gaine (4), de façon à obtenir au moins un fond (13),
    dans lequel la paire de poignées de transport (31) comprend deux poignées (32, 33) qui sont fixées, à l'intérieur de l'espace de remplissage (14), à la paroi avant (11) et à la paroi arrière (12), dans lequel une poignée (32, 33) est fixée à l'intérieur (16) de la paroi avant (11) et l'autre poignée (32, 33) est fixée à l'intérieur (17) de la paroi arrière (12),
    dans lequel chaque poignée (32, 33) est une partie de l'élément porteur (30) qui est fixée à l'intérieur (16) de la paroi avant (11) resp. à l'intérieur (17) de la paroi arrière (12) et de préférence conçue comme une feuille, dans lequel, à l'élément porteur (30), est intégrée au moins une poignée dépliable (32, 33).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'étape d) a lieu avant l'étape c).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    avant l'étape b), une aide à l'ouverture (19) est réalisée au niveau du bord d'un des éléments porteurs (30), plus particulièrement en ce que l'aide à l'ouverture (19) est conçue comme un évidement de matériau dans l'élément porteur (30) et dans la bande de matériau (3).
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes 12 - 14,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément porteur (30) comprend deux poignées dépliables (32, 33) qui sont disposées, à l'étape a), l'une derrière l'autre dans la direction du mouvement de la bande de matériau, plus particulièrement en ce que, avant l'étape b), une aide à l'ouverture (19) est réalisée au centre sur un des deux éléments porteurs (30), plus particulièrement en ce que l'aide à l'ouverture (19) est conçue comme un évidement de matériau dans l'élément porteur (30) et dans la bande de matériau (3).
  16. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes 12 - 15,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments porteurs (30) superposés sont orientés entre eux et disposés, selon l'étape b), lors de l'application sur la bande de matériau (3), après l'étape a), perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement de la bande de matériau (6) et/ou en ce que, après l'étape a) ou avant l'étape a), une ligne de perforations (21) est appliquée perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement de la bande de matériau (6) sur la bande de matériau (3).
  17. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes 12 - 16,
    caractérisé en ce que
    à l'étape d), deux fonds opposés entre eux (13) sont pliés et la gaine (4) qui en résulte, avec des fonds (13) et des éléments porteurs (30), est sectionnée au centre, de façon à obtenir deux sachets (10),
    et/ou en ce que, avant l'étape a), l'élément porteur (30) est estampé ou perforé ou traité au laser de façon à obtenir au moins une poignée (32, 33) dépliable hors de l'élément porteur (30).
