Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage rétractable d'une gerbe (1) avec une poignée de transport (20), pour lequel des films prédécoupés (10, 11) sont découpés à partir d'un film rétractable (3) en travers d'une direction longitudinale (30) du film (3), les films prédécoupés (10, 11) sont enroulés respectivement autour d'au moins deux articles (2), les films prédécoupés (10, 11) sur les articles emballés (2) sont rétractés pour respectivement un emballage rétractable d'une gerbe (1),
    caractérisé en cela que le film (3) est divisé avant un processus de rétractation en au moins deux bandes de films (4, 5, 6, 7) de même largeur le long de la direction longitudinale (30), après la division du film (3) en au moins deux bandes de films (4, 5, 6, 7) et avant le processus de rétractation, au moins deux bandes de films adjacentes (4, 5, 6, 7) sont rassemblées sur leurs bords adjacents (14, 15, 16, 17) dans la direction longitudinale (30) de sorte à ce qu'elles forment sur les bords adjacents (14, 15, 16, 17) avec une largeur (31) un chevauchement (9) à partir de deux sections de bord du film (3) situées l'une au-dessus de l'autre, et le chevauchement (9) est rétracté et sur le côté du chevauchement (9) des perforations (24, 25) sont insérées dans le film (3) ou les films prédécoupés (10, 11) de telle sorte que le chevauchement forme une poignée de transport (20) pour l'emballage rétractable d'une gerbe (1).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, le film (3) étant divisé avant le découpe en films prédécoupés (10, 11) dans les bandes de films au moins au nombre de deux (4, 5, 6, 7) le long de la direction longitudinale (30) et ensuite les bandes de films adjacentes au moins au nombre de deux (4, 5, 6, 7) étant rassemblées sur leurs bords adjacents (14, 15, 16, 17) dans la direction longitudinale (30) de sorte à ce qu'elles forment sur les bords adjacents (14, 15, 16, 17) avec la largeur (31) le chevauchement (9).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, le film (3) étant divisé avec trois découpes en quatre bandes de film (4, 5, 6, 7) de même largeur et respectivement deux bandes de film adjacentes (4, 5, 6, 7) possédant respectivement un chevauchement (9) et formant ainsi le matériel de mise sous film pour respectivement un emballage rétractable d'une gerbe (1).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, deux emballages rétractables d'une gerbe (1) étant fabriqués en parallèle par la mise sous film de respectivement au moins deux articles (2) avec respectivement l'un des deux matériels de mise sous film.
