[0046] 消音器 32是消除发动机 30的排气音的装置。消音器 32配置在发动机 30的后方, 并通过排气管与发动机 30连接。 消音器 32外围设有排气风罩 17,使其仅与柴油数码发电 机 1后侧的空间连通。
[0047] 消音器 32的排气尾管 32a朝向后方,并一直延伸到箱体 10的尾部,即罩盖 11的 后侧板 l ie附近,在其延伸端部开口。 发动机 30产生的废气可以通过排气管,经由消音器 32,然后从排气尾管 32a排放到箱体 10的外部。
[0048] 燃油箱 60是储存供给发动机 30的燃油的装置。燃油箱 60配置在发动机 30的后 侧,固定在消音器 32外围的排气风罩 17上方。

[0050] 本发明将蓄电池 20、逆变器 50、控制装置 70及其内部的电器元件分布于箱体 10 内部的前侧,被前隔板 16与其他装置隔开,电器元件下方的底座上设有冷却风进风口 13C, 从进风口 13C进入的冷却风进入冷却风道后被分成两部分,一部分冷却风进入位于上述前 隔板 16下部的圆形进风口被导风罩 40a内部的冷却风扇吸入发电机 40内部并冷却其中的 装置;另一部分冷却风通过蓄电池 20、逆变器 50以及控制装置 70等电器元件之间的间隙 后进入上述空气滤清器进气箱 19,并被上述空气滤清器 31吸入后进入发动机 30内部。 上 述冷却风在扫过位于其上方的蓄电池 20、逆变器 50以及控制装置 70等电器元件时带走大 量热量,使其表面温度降低,阻止上述电器元件由于温度过高而引起的非正常工作或寿命 降低等情况。 而且,可以防止上述电器元件因为高温而产生故障,降低了维护频率。
[0051] 另外,蓄电池 20、逆变器 50、以及控制装置 70等电器元件集中配置在箱体 10中前 隔板 16的前侧区域,极大地节省了维修空间,有利于箱体 10的小型化。
Claims
1. 一种便于电器元件散热及维护的柴油数码发电机,包括由底座( 12)及罩盖( 11 )组 成的箱体(10),所述箱体(10)内设置有发动机(30)、发电机(40)、逆变器(50)、控制装置 (70)、蓄电池(20)、燃油箱(60)、空气滤清器(31)以及消音器(32),其特征是:所述发动机 ( 30 )设置在所述底座(12 )的中部,所述发动机(30)的前方连接所述发电机(40 ),所述发电 机( 40 )的前侧设置有前隔板( 16 ),所述前隔板( 16 )的前部上方设置有所述控制装置( 70 ), 所述发电机(40)的前部下方自左至右并列设置有所述逆变器(50 )及所述蓄电池(20 ) ;所 述发电机(40)的的上方设置有所述空气滤清器(31);所述发动机(30)的后方设置有所述 消音器( 32〉,所述消音器(32 )的上方设置有所述燃油箱(60);所述罩盖(11〉的左右侧板的 后部以及所述底座(12)的前部设置有进风口(13),所述罩盖 ι)的后侧板上以及所述底 座( 12)的后部设置有排风口( 14)。
2. 按照权利要求 1所述的便于电器元件散热及维护的柴油数码发电机,其特征是:所 述发电机(40)的外部设置有导风罩(40a),所述导风罩(40a)的右侧固定有电子调速器 (80),所述电子调速器(80)的上方设置有所述空气滤清器(31 )。
3. 按照权利要求 1所述的便于电器元件散热及维护的柴油数码发电机,其特征是:所 述消音器(32)的外围设置有排气风罩(17)。
4. 按照权利要求 1所述的便于电器元件散热及维护的柴油数码发电机,其特征是:所 述罩盖(11)的右侧板(lid)上设置有维修门(18)。
