本实用新型涉及照明领域,更具体地说,涉及一种LED灯串 。
背景技术
现市面上的灯串都是以直插LED灯焊在导线上组成LED灯串,结构不够美观,成本价格也较高。又或者,LED灯串为两线型,上面的发光晶片以漆包线为基础呈现并联状态,一线为正极,一线为负极,两极导通即可点亮一串灯。且灯串为单色灯,造成单条灯色变化单一,美观度不够高,要实现颜色多样性必须使用多条单色漆包线。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述结构不美观、成本价格高、颜色变化单一的缺陷,提供一种LED灯串。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种LED灯串,包括至少三条带绝缘层的导线,其中一条所述导线为正极导线,其余所述导线为负极导线;每一条所述负极导线上每隔一定的间距设有一个安装部,所述安装部上固定有发光晶片;所述发光晶片包括分开的第一电极、以及第二电极;
每一所述负极导线上所述发光晶片的第一电极与自身所在负极导线的导体电连接,第二电极通过金属丝与所述正极导线的导体电连接;该LED灯串上还设有包裹所述安装部、所述发光晶片和所述金属丝的透明外封胶。
在本实用新型的一种LED灯串中 ,所述安装部为扁平安装部。
在本实用新型的一种LED灯串中,该LED灯串包括三条带绝缘层的导线,其中一条所述导线为正极导线,其余两条所述导线分别为第一负极导线和第二负极导线;

具体实施方式
第一实施方式:
如图1所示,在本实用新型的第一实施例中,LED灯串包括三条带绝缘层的导线,分别为共用的正极导线1、第一负极导线2和第二负极导线3,三条导线形成导电回路,值得注意的是,也可以采用一条共用的负极导线,两条正极导线与共用的负极导线形成导电回路。导线分为导体部分和裹在导体外面的绝缘层,绝缘层通常采用耐高温绝缘漆。其中,第一负极导线2和第二负极导线3上每隔一定的间距设有一安装部5且所有安装部5在每一根负极导线上的位置设定相同,方便进行颜色配置。为了安装的方便,通常安装部5为扁平安装部,即将导线此部分冲压至扁平状且露出导线的导体部分,然后再将发光晶片6用固晶胶固定在安装部5上。
发光晶片6含有两个电极,分别为第一电极和第二电极。通常红色发光晶 片和黄色发光晶片的第一电极位于晶片的底部,因此可以将此类型的晶片用导电胶固定在安装部5上从而让第一电极与自身所在导线的导体电连接;而绿色发光晶片和蓝色发光晶片的第一电极则是通过金属丝7与自身所在导线的导体电连接的。
值得注意的是,同一根负极导线上只能固定相同功率的发光晶片,例如,红色发光晶片和黄色发光晶片功率相同,而绿色和蓝色发光晶片的功率相同。在本实施例中,第一负极导线2上发光晶片6的颜色为红色和黄色相间,而第二负极导线3上发光晶片6的颜色为绿色和蓝色相间,这种安排可以使LED灯串呈现的颜色更加丰富多彩,当然也可以在第一负极导线2上全部固定红色或者黄色发光晶片,在第二负极导线3上全部固定绿色或者蓝色发光晶片。
为了使第一负极导线2上的发光晶片6和第二负极导线3上的发光晶片6呈现并联状态,应该将所有发光晶片6的第二电极通过金属丝7连接到共同使用的正极导线1的导体部分。金属丝7可以是金线、银线或者铝线。
为了保护LED灯串的这种连接结构,在两根负极导线上相邻发光晶片6的位置包裹有透明外封胶8(如图1所示),透明外封胶8既可以保护发光晶片6与导线的连接结构又不影响光的射出,让整个LED灯串的外形更加美观。
同时,为了让LED灯串能够呈现出更加丰富的发光效果,可以在LED灯串的导线端外接一个控制电路就可以完成闪烁和颜色效果。
第二实施方式:
如图2所示,在实施例中,LED灯串由四条带绝缘层的导线组成,分别为共同的正极导线1,第一负极导线2、第二负极导线3和第三负极导线4。值得注意的是,也可以是一条共用的负极导线,三条正极导线与共用的负极导线形成导电回路。每一根负极导线上每隔一定的间距设有一个安装部5,安装部5为冲压形成的扁平安装部。发光晶片6通过固晶胶固定在负极导线上。
第一负极导线2和第二负极导线3上发光晶片6的第一电极均通过金属丝7与自身所在导线的导体部分电连接,由于第三负极导线4上发光晶片6的第一电极位于发光晶片6的底部,因此可以通过导电胶与自身所在导线的导体部分电连接。为了使三条负极导线上发光晶片6分别呈现并联状态,第一负极导线2上发光晶片6的第二电极通过金属丝7与正极导线1的导体部分电连接,第二负极导线3上发光晶片6的第二电极通过金属丝7与第一负极导线2上相邻的发光晶片6的第二电极电连接,第三负极导线4上发光晶片6的第二电极通过金属丝7与第二负极导线2上相邻的发光晶片6的第二电极电连接。金属丝7可以为金线、银线或者铝线。
值得注意的是,在本实施例中,第一负极导线2上发光晶片6的颜色均为红色,第二负极导线3上发光晶片6的颜色均为黄色,第三负极导线4上发光晶片6的颜色均为蓝色,这样在外接IC控制电路时,可以是LED灯串发出七中不同颜色的光,以获得丰富的色彩效果。
同样的,为了保护LED灯串的连接结构,在相邻发光晶片6的位置包裹有透明外封胶8(如图2所示),透明外封胶8既可以保护发光晶片6与导线的连接结构又不影响光的射出,让整个LED灯串的外形更加美观。

    每一所述负极导线上所述发光晶片(6)的第一电极与自身所在负极导线的导体电连接,第二电极通过金属丝(7)与所述正极导线(1)的导体电连接;该LED灯串上还设有 包裹所述安装部(5)、所述发光晶片(6)和所述金属丝(7)的透明外封胶(8)

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯串,其特征在于,所述该LED灯串还电连接有用于控制发光晶片闪烁方式的IC控制器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯串,其特征在于,所述发光晶片(6)通过固晶胶固定在所述导线的安装部(5)上。
