所述控制轴410活动连接在手柄100内,所述摇杆420内端连接控制轴410,外端穿过装配孔130伸出握手部110外供用户控制,本实施例之中,所述摇杆420能带动控制轴410前后滑动和左右摆动。本实施例之中,所述装配孔130处盖接有一活动套接摇杆420的固定盖470。本实施例之中,所述控制轴410外端开设有切缝槽411,所述摇杆420内端适配插入切缝槽411,另配销轴412穿过摇杆420内端和控制轴410外端,使得所述摇杆420左右摆动时能带动控制轴410左右摆动,使得所述摇杆420顶抵在握手部110的出孔壁支点(如固定盖470)时向前转动时能带动控制轴向后滑动,向后转动时能带动控制轴向前滑动。
所述齿轮架430包括一环形部431和垂直固接在环形部431侧边的竖直部432。所述齿轮架430能前后滑动地连接在装配腔121内。所述控制轴410内端能转动穿过竖直部432,另配设卡接片433连接竖直部和控制轴以使得它们之间不能相对轴向滑动,也即是所述控制轴410和齿轮架430之间构成能相对转动不能相对轴向移动的连接关系。
所述第二齿轮450同步同轴转动连接活动片320。所述第一齿轮440固接在控制轴410内端,所述第一齿轮440和第二齿轮450啮合,它们之间构成垂直传动的锥齿轮机构,使得所述控制轴410转动时带动第一齿轮转动,带动第二齿轮转动,带动活动片320转动。所述第二齿轮450能转动连接在环形部431之内,使得所述控制轴滑动时,带动齿轮架、第一齿轮、第二齿轮和活动片滑动。所述第一齿轮440可以是仅下部外周具有齿牙,上部为弧面,即扇形齿轮,以减小体积,节省空间。
本实施例之中,所述第二齿轮450顶端和装配腔121之间设定位机构,所述定位机构包括一定位销461、一连接定位销461和第二齿轮450的顶抵弹簧462和多个开设在装配腔121的定位槽,所述定位销461和定位槽相适配,所述定位槽开设在档片170上。
为了便于装配,可在连接部和握手部连接处开槽150,另设装饰盖160密封盖接在该开槽处。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
本发明摇杆切换花洒,通过外端伸出握手部,由摇杆相对握手部活动带动控制轴活动,控制轴活动带动活动片运动,通过固定片和活动片相对运动至少实现出水功能切换。用户切换时,一手握住握手部,该手的手指还可同时控制摇杆活动,因此一手即可实现切换,切换方便快速。
Claims (10)
- 摇杆切换花洒,其特征在于:它包括:手柄(100),具握手部(110)和连接部(120),所述握手部(110)设进水孔(111),所述连接部(120)设接通进水孔(111)的装配腔(121);出水部分(200),装接在连接部(120)且对应装配腔(121),它具多个出水功能;控制部分(300),装接在装配腔(121)内且包括固定片(310)和活动片(320),所述固定片(310)设与出水功能等数的分水孔(311),所述多个分水孔(311)和多个出水功能一一对应接通,通过固定片(310)和活动片(320)相对活动至少实现出水功能切换;及操作部分(400),包括控制轴(410)和摇杆(420),所述控制轴(410)活动连接在手柄(100)内且传动连接活动片(320),所述摇杆(420)内端连接控制轴(410),外端伸出握手部(110)外供用户控制,则摇杆(420)相对握手部(110)活动带动控制轴(410)活动,控制轴(410)活动带动活动片(320)相对固定片(310)活动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的摇杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述活动片(320)设出水路(321),所述出水路(321)能接通装配腔(121),通过活动片(320)和固定片(310)相对移动至少切换多个分水孔(311)接通出水路(321)。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的摇杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述控制轴(410)能转动且能滑动地连接在手柄(100)内,所述控制轴(410)转动带动活动片(320)转动,通过活动片(320)和固定片(310)相对转动实现分水孔(311)切换,所述控制轴(410)滑动带动活动片(320)滑动,通过活动片(320)和固定片(310)相对滑动实现流量调节。
- 根据权利要求3所述的摇杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述控制部分(300)还包括一固定座(330),所述固定座(330)设与分水孔(311)等数的出水孔(331)和一通水路(332),所述多个分水孔(311)、多个出水孔(331)和多个出水功能一一对应接通;所述固定片(310)还设一贯穿正背面的贯穿孔(312),所述固定片(310)密封固接在固定座(330)之上,而且,所述通水路(332)外端口接通装配腔(121),内端口接通贯穿孔(312);所述活动片(320)的出水路(321)为一设在背面的凹槽,所述活动片(320)背面密封靠接在固定片(310)正面,所述凹槽具一接通部和一切换部,所述接通部恒接通贯穿孔(312),所述切换部能选择至少接通一分水孔(311)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的摇杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述二分水孔(311)偏心布置且相对活动片(320)转动轴线间距相等;所述凹槽的切换部沿活动片(320)转动轴线越远圆心角越大。
- 根据权利要求4所述的摇杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述操作部分(400)还包括第一齿轮(440)和第二齿轮(450),所述第一齿轮(440)固接在控制轴(410)内端,所述第二齿轮(450)同步同轴转动连接活动片(320),所述第一齿轮(440)和第二齿轮(450)啮合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的摇杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述第一齿轮(440)和第二齿轮(450)啮合构成垂直传动的锥齿轮机构。
- 根据权利要求6所述的摇杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述第二齿轮(450)顶端和装配腔(121)之间设定位机构,所述定位机构包括一定位销(461)、一连接定位销(461)和第二齿轮(450)的顶抵弹簧(462)和多个开设在装配腔(121)的定位槽,所述定位销(461)和定位槽相适配。
- 根据权利要求6所述的摇杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述操作部分(400)还包括一滑动设在装配腔(121)内的齿轮架(430),所述第二齿轮(450)能转动连接在齿轮架(430)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的摇杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述第一齿轮(440)可以是仅下部外周具有齿牙,上部为弧面。
